Hey there, welcome new members, we're constantly trying to improve our advertising methods here at SWU and to do so, it's good to get an idea of what's worked for us so far, so your input is greatly appreciated.
We'd just like to know how or where you found us, was it a random search on Google, did a friend tell you, did you see an advertisement at a convention, was it perhaps due to an advertisement on another forum if so, which forum?

Random search. I had a look at a couple role play boards but these seemed the best moderated; as well as the best established. I like the setting as well; far enough away from canon events to give the leeway necessary for a role play of this magnitude.

Random Google search after another RP site I was on was Stone cold dead. I just thought I should try a Star Wars one found it and landed here...Loved it ever since

actually i found this site by googling "star wars combine" which is a star wars numbers based RPG like dungeons and dragons but web based.. and whilst it was loading i checked this site out and prefered it here  |

Well, I was looking for a cool lookin Darth Vader or Darth Revan wallpaper (Revan's my favorite fyi) and my computer has been acting up and so I didn't realize this was in the search until i had clicked on every other site on the fist page of msn live search lolz

I used a google search and found a site listing some Star Wars Rps. I found this one to be the most active and well moderated, plus from what I have seen, this site lacks many of the restrictions and stipulations that mark many of Star Wars Rp sites.

I am the RP moderator of another Star Wars RP on Proboards (the Star Wars Lounge), and Jenno joined, and affiliated this site with that one, so I thought I would check this one out. Looks pretty cool so far.

I did the google search. xD It wasn't so much random, but I was looking for another roleplay site to join because I was a bored little munchkin behind a computer who's roleplays had been in a standstill for a week. O.o

Google Search FTW!!! I searched for a Star Wars RP after my HALO RPG went under, my little buddy's Star Wars site went under, and I did not have the time (at the time, haha) to RP at an Aliens RP site.
I looked around, it seemed like y'all were the only active ones. I admit, at first I did not like the fact that this was only a PG-13 site, but it has turned out to be bearable I suppose. (The temptation to swear and cuss like a sailor (or Marine) is vvveeerrryyy tempting.)
