Description/role:
The Coulé-Class starship is the newest addition to Visari Enterprise's line of civilian/multipurpose ships. The original commission was to bring the comfort of high-quality star yachts to businesses and individual owners for a more reasonable price. The Coulé line has quickly grown in popularity, thanks in no small part to the easy customizability with which the ships are designed.
The base model of the ship is unarmed. However, there are several points across the hull of the ship and in the wings where pop-out weapons can be fitted, and more enterprising owners have been known to mount exterior armaments on the vessel as well.
The ROX-01 engine is a new, upgraded model of a baseline engine used in other civilian ships manufactured by Visari Enterprises. With some work, it can be upgraded to squeeze out some extra power, as can the thrusters. Upgradability is the name of the game for many features of the line of ships, from the thrusters, to the decorations and layout on the interior, to shielding and sensors. The ease with which the ship can be modified has led not popularity among businesses as company vessels, but even to those who live and work in the darker, grittier side of the Galaxy's underbelly.
All that being said, the base model of the Coulé line is a very solid ship for what it's meant to be. It's sleek, beautiful, and above all, comfortable.
