Armaments: The standard XIII-Neo T-R model comes with a XIII-Neo SR-17, a powerful one shot sniper rifle with a x6 to x12 scope. The triad of Photoreceptors on the model allow it to have deadly pin-point accuracy.
Other Equipment: A locator beacon, allowing for quick tactical insertions in Enemy territory. A Comm-Unit to report back to Command, the model speaks only in a very encrypted form of Basic, so that only certain Sith droid models can decode it. The droid also comes with a self-destruct option if cornered, and if destroyed the entire Droid will explode and remove all evidence of it's existance. The Triad of Photoreceptors also has a normal, and a thermal setting, allowing for better visuals across long distances.
Description: Due to the failure and unreliability of the XIII-Harbinger Droid Series, the XIII Corporation quickly went to work to develope a better, faster, and stronger series of droids for their best client, the Sith Empire. Thus using many advancements from the X-3, they managed to build a stronger, tougher robot built specifically for Sniping and Recon.

Armaments: The standard XIII-Neo T-A model comes with two Scythe-like blades, which have cortosis weave throughout it which enables them to go up against Jedi during combat. The blades are also strong and durable enough to rend through basic Republic armor. Besides the Blades the Droids also come equiped with a built in repeating blaster constructed into their lower face plate, which when used opens up to reveal the tri-barreled gun. It is usually used in close quarter combat with Jedi.
Other Equipment: A Comm-unit, to send Binary messages to High Command just like the T-R model. But unlike the T-R, the T-A comes with a secondary droid brain, which is situated in it's torso. Althought this method is a highly experimental design, field tests have shown it to be more than capable of handling the extra hardware. Unlike the T-R, it lacks a Self Destruct system, but instead of that it has small repulsors in it's footpads, allowing it to fly up to about 3-5 feet for easier access to higher places by jumping and jetting up a small distance.
Description: The T-A model was nearly specifically made for Jedi combat. Thus why the XIII Corporation had to quickly scramble for various Cortosis supplies to create the weave in the armor, and after months of hoarding all of the veins, they finally made a sizable amount to start mass producing the T-As. During field testing the Droids showed a very remarkable adaption to fighting Jedi than the normal Republic Trooper, and that information led the Corporation to create another model. Of course this model is extremely costly to build, and only a few have been manufactured unlike it's basically mass produced predecessor and successor.

Shields: Portable Shield Generator (Can be placed anywhere within throwing distance, and has a shield range of 4x4 yards.)
Armaments: The T-HA model comes with a built in Heavy Repeating Blaster that serves as it's right hand, and a medium range Rocket launcher which serves as it's left and comes with a total of Three Rockets. The Rocket launcher can be interchangable with a Grenade Launcher, another Heavy Repeater, or even a massive Cortosis Weave blade.
Other Equipment: The T-HA comes equipped with a Comm System that sends short wave transmissions to other Models like it on the battlefield, allowing them to quickly organize and strategize against opponents. It also comes with a stronger, and more improved Self Destruct mechanism than the T-R. When detonated, fail points in the frame collapse and the armor shielding falls apart, and when the explosion happens it sends sharpnel out in all directions, trying to cause the most damage as it falls. The T-HA comes with a portable shield generator that can be tossed down anywhere on the battlefield, and once activated it will create a dome about 4 yards wide, and 4 yards tall (or 12x12 feet tall/wide) which can protect the Droid as well as Organic soldiers.
Description: The T-HA was made with the success of the Jedi capable T-A models, and was created just for the purpose of being the heavy hitter in Platoons and Regiments. They would usually be the first line of defense or offense, and would be able to throw down the portable Shield Generators allowing for other organic troopers to hide within and give supressive fire on the enemy.
