Ilum the icy world held secred to the Jedi, it holds many crystals. James has only been here ones many years ago with his master to construct his very first lightsaber. Theres not many dangers maybe a few Gorgodons, but not really anything that could pose to big a threat for himself and his two new padawans. Not much could change in ten years on a planet like Ilum, this would hopefully be a simple crystal hunt, which souldn't be to hard there are caves full of them all over the planet.

In the ten years sence James was last here he had changed so much yet Ilum has hardly changed at all. If only there were more places like this in the galaxy. He thought to himself. He smiled at the thought of finally bring a padawn ofhis own here and two at that, one an energetic Nautolan Art Dou, and the other a calm Miraluka Kei Haener. Now he had more to keep him from falling to the dark side which he felt pulling on him every time he entered into a dual. He knew one day he would have to face it and without help he feared he would not be able to fight it, the vision of the Fallen Jedi from Tattooine would only hold its sway for so long someday it would lose its power.

He felt the smile fade as those thoughts crept into his mind but he dispelled them No need to worry your padawans, this is a happy day for them. he thought to himself. He thought about the last time he was here with Master Greyhelm and how he was lectured the whole time they were here. It was a bit annoying agienst his excitment but he knew they were importanted, the words were lost to him now but he remebered the meanings of the teachings. Perhaps was a good time to start teaching as they were now landing on the planets surface. Wel my young padawans if you have any quesitions about the planet, and what to expect or about crystals then now is the time to ask I will answer as best I can. He desided was the best way to start.

Ilum was a rather icy world, and Kei could already tell that she wasn't going to like the planet much. After all, she had grown up on what was essentially a desert planet, and therefore, she was unused to extreme cold. Sure, it got extremely cold at night, but she often was never out at night on Tatooine, and even when she was, she still never got used to the cold. To add onto the fact that she didn't like the cold, it really messed up with the senses you used if you didn't have sight. Due to the ice, it would be difficult to tell where someone was using her sense of touch, it would also be difficult to smell anything due to the cold air. The only sense that wouldn't be affected too badly would be her ears, as long as they didn't freeze over.

She looked over towards her new master as he asked if they had any questions. To be honest, she didn't have any; at realizing she had no questions, she paused in thought. She actually did have a question; what obstacles they would face on their quest to get their crystals. "I have a question, master. What obstacles are we going to be facing while we try and get our crystals? Surely it isn't as easy as just picking up a crystal and walking out of here, is it?" she decided to question, then went silent as she waited for her master's response. If that was how it was, then she was going to be severely disappointed; most padawans might look forward to not having to do much, but not her. She wanted something to happen on their way to getting their crystals, if only to make the trip less boring.
