"Without strife, your victory has no meaning. Without strife, you do not advance. Without strife, there is only stagnation.
Our philosophy point's out that it is conflict that lead's to the improvement of both individuals and civilizations, because it encourages people to better themselves. Conflict force's change, growth, adaptation, and evolution. Conflict ensure's that the strongest survived. This can be seen in every single corner of the galaxy, as stronger organisms flourish and weaker ones die off. I believe that this same philosophy, one invented by the universe itself, is the path towards true perfection. Without conflict there would be only stagnation. The Jedi Teaching's of pacifism and self control are only a crux that prevents change and improvement, and enebidably leads to destruction."
Serith paced now as she adressed the hundreds of her faithful that had gather to hear her. Among them were other as well, those from the Dominion curious about her teachings. Little did they realize that that seed of curiosity would soon take hold and with a little push they might join the ranks of faithful. She stopped now, lowering her arms to her side as she turned her head, looking out over all of them, seeing them through the force. Of those that had already not pledged themselves to her, were many young and relativly inexperienced soldiers and crewmen, they seemed eager, as if starved for her teachings. Naturally she would use this opportunity to indulge them as much as they could handle.
The Sith turned again, and began pacing back the way she had come. The ribbon of fabric hiding her intimacies from gaze while it trailed out behind her. The sound of her boots was the only other sound aside from her own voice. It was as if every other voice in the galaxy had been silenced just so that she could speak. A small smile traced her lips as she started again.
"I would tell you now any opportunity, even an unsure one, must be snatched. The only things in this life or the next that anyone deserve's are what they were strong enough to take and protect, and that those too weak to stand against the strong deserved their fate. The way of the Sith is for the pupil to outshine the master and the stronger Sith to take the lead, often through the destruction of one former partner. This is a beautiful thing brother's and sister's, as this proves everything I have said. One day I will have a pupil who will destroy me, and in that pupil, and in that moment, you will find yourselve's under a new master. This is the way that it has worked, the way it does work, and the only way it should work. Knowing this, that even I subject myself to these laws, you yourselves should remain vigilante. One day someone may come for you and what you have, and you wil be tested. Some of you will be tested again and again, this is the way of the Sith, and you should embrace it."
Serith stopped again giving time for this information to sink in. Her own men and women had heard this before in one way or another, but such was the way of teaching, sometimes it was needed to be heard more than once. This however was for he other people present, those who had come to see what it meant to be faithful. Thats why she had had her mass here, out in the open for anyone and everyone to see and bare witness. She wanted to spread her philosiphies, the codes that she lived by. Suddenly the silence was broken by a lone shout. "WE WILL BE VIGILANT MISTRESS!" One of her men had spoken up and broken the silence. SUch outbursts were not uncommon when she preached, and it even granted her a small amount of pride that her men were so faithful. Surely this would inspire other to join her ranks, and assist in spreading her word.
She had been speaking for nearly an hour now, and had managed to captivate the ever growing crowd. Many of the new comers seemed to be hooked on her every word. This was a good thing as they would go and speak to others of what they heard and saw. And so others would then seek her out. Its the way it worked, and always had. Though to have a controlled population to speak to, one already tainted by the darkside did make it easier. However she could sense her time nearing, not only did she have things she needed to complete, her men did as well. So with that in mind she would close the sermon for the time being.
"Alas My time has drawn near and I must allow you all to your respective duties. But before I do I will leave you with a single last thought. The Force is our servant and our master. Our teacher and our companion. A weapon and a tool. Know it and you know the universe. Master it and you master the universe. Strive for perfection and the Force shall reward you."
A chant seemed to erupt from the crowd as all her faithful rose to their feet and spoke with her reciting her words in time with her. This was what she had forced upon them time and again. This was evident by how easily they recited word for word with her. At this point many of the newcomer's looked around uncomfortably as if they had missed something. But should they choose to seek her out in the future and join the ranks of the faithful they too would learn this and many of the other lessons she had to teach.
The air was suddenly filled with sound again as people got up and began moving around, some leaving some discussing things in groups and others just standing around unsure. Serith on the other hand had turned and left as well, entering a nearby coridor and exiting into the open outside air. Her smile widened as she slumped against the side of the building sitting rather casually. If one had not known who she was, one might assume the barely clothed woman was nothing more than a prostitue awaiting her next job. It was funny how greatness could emerge from the seemingly meaningless appearance.

As always Kajir Arjun was gathering information, as always he was watching the world around him. To keep living was to know what was going on, to survive in this life strength was not enough one must always be a the center where all the information was exchanged. That was the way this Sith lived, if he was to live than he needed to know... And what he was looking to learn today was to see and learn how one of his superiors moved and acted this dark lady named Serith who ranked high withing Shard's Dominion, Kajir new to the Sith had to learn the inner workings of both the Sith and this branch of the Sith he had recently joined. Not because he aspired to rise through the ranks or to gain power more effectively, this things mattered not to him he cared not about station, influence or power.
What Kajir cared about was a dream for a better future, not for him certainly not for him for he was just part of the sword of change, what he desired was a better galaxy one that the Republic or the Jedi failed to create, so this human sought the Sith and joined them as he saw them as agents of change, what future would they make Kajir could not guess but something had to happen, would the oppression of the sith create order? or would their tyranny bring about a new rebellion such as their that would improve the Galaxy? Kajir could not begin to guess. He simply desired for a change, a place where people like Ekna would not be betrayed and killed, where a peaceful family would not be separated by the attacks of slave, where a mother would not have to die to let her son escape. That was what kajir looked for, even if he had to carry all the blame. He knew the consequences of his choice Kajir would take the part of a weapon he would fight and kill those that stopped change, he would die as a Sith but his death and more importantly life would help bring a change to the galaxy.
Kajir sat outside the building Serith was giving her faithful her speech, it was a grand speech and the assassin knew very well how easily people became stupid and easily impressed while they acted as a group it was a grand work Serith accomplished turning hundred into her faithful pawn and tools. Once he heard the gran finale Kajir stood up and began walking away, his direction the back of the large building, he walked silently letting his black cape hide his whole body and he let his youthful face hide inside the bulky red hood he wore. By sheer coincidence Kajir saw lady Serith walk out through a door and saw how she sat in a small bench at the side of the road.
"It always amazes me how easily people can be manipulated, well done dark lady" he said coldly as he walked toward her, with no noise made by his light steps, the steps of someone trained to be a efficient Killer, someone who made himself a tool to end lives.

In that crowd, watching Serith though seated toward the back of the pavillion, one man listened intently to the words of his self-proclaimed ally. A man in black, of course, with robes trimmed in gold and an array of weaponry at his belt, dark glasses totally concealing his eyes; for all that, though, no one noticed him at all, least of all the grandly gesticulating woman at the front who commanded all the attention. He noted that her theme seemed to be that chaos was good and order was bad; a fallacious argument that ignored the fact that pure chaos would lead simply to self-destruction and the loss of everything one held close.
Serith made her grand finale, and her followers shouted and banged on and made fools of themselves. Then she left and the crowd began to disperse. Now, he thought, standing up. "Simmer down, cullies," he called out over the throng, "simmer down." They noticed him now, and some wondered how they hadn't seen him before; he'd just been leaning in the back, minding his own business, yet how could one not notice someone as loud as he?
"Lady Serith sounded awful good, didn't she?" he went on, walking toward the front. Serith's followers hissed, but his own men smiled and nodded and quelled the others. "All that about perfection and conflict and the like. Can't really argue with that sort of thing, though, can you?" He had a relaxed, almost folksy manner as he took the stage and faced out over the assembly, his hands crossed idly over his chest. "Awful grand-sounding stuff..."
He shook his head and chuckled. "Let me tell y'all a secret, though, cullies," he went on, lowering his voice though it still could be clearly heard even to the back. "All that about chaos being the only way, and destruction your only future? Hogwash. Rot-gut hogwash, through and through." Some of them voiced protest, but he overrode them. "Why would I take you in, hm?!" he shouted suddenly. "Why would I give you a home, give you a hope for your future?! Why would I train you and teach you and feed and shelter you if all you had to look forward to was your own death and ruin?! You tell me that, cullies! Why would I do that?!"
The Dominion men roared in response, while Serith's faithful were silent and confused; without their mistress and her spellbinding utterances, they were lost, almost dazed as Shard's words rang out. "Yes, destruction has its place: among our enemies!! Among the Jedi, the Republic, and everything they stand for! Stagnation is our enemy, rot is our common foe! Both within and without!"
Shard's men were uniformly on their feet, roaring incoherently in response to their master. Shard didn't bother with litanies, with rote recitation and forced words; he led by example, by getting the blood boiling and giving them someone to kill and maim, or at least wound severely. "Death to the Jedi!" he shouted, raising his fist in the air.
"DEATH TO THE JEDI!" his men roared back, likewise pumping their fists.
He let them carry on for a few minutes, then raised his hands for quiet; silence fell like a lead curtain. "Alright, that's enough for one afternoon, lads. Get back to work, don't forget where your loyalties lie and don't let me catch you slacking." With that he waved them off, and they dispersed to carry out their duties.
After that he disappeared again, in the Force and in mundane perception, until he appeared again outside, with Serith and Kajir, with less noise than the younger assassin had made. "I would appreciate it if you didn't try and steal my followers, Miss Arsov," he said bluntly, standing right behind Kajir. "Boil your own men all you like but leave mine out of your schemes; I need them for mine, see?"
Then he laughed. "But that was a good speech, regardless," he went on. "Do you make recordings?"

Here amongst Shards men and women Serith had felt at peace, enough so to lower her own guard for the briefest of moments. After all only a fool would have acosted her here, under his nearly omnipitent gaze. It was in this briefest of moments that she relaxed, closed her mind to the force and simply sat indulging in the quiet, and darkness that was her own senses. This is why she neither sensed the young Kajir, or the powerful SHard approaching her. Kajir reached her first, addressing her rather boldly, breaking the silence she had indulged in, and sent her instantly back to her feet. In a flash her force sight focused on the man, and for a moment Serith stood in silence watching him.
She had seen him before, or atleast felt his pressence. He was young and had ambitions of his own, those traits made him one of the up and comers within the dominion for sure. After a moment she smiled and tilted her head. "You are too kind young one, but I assure you there was no manipulation on my part. I only wish to spread my teachings as far as I can." She had wanted to go on, but it was now she noticed another pressence. Shard himself was approaching her, though he had managed to deceive all physical senses walking in near silence. And if not for her own skill in the force she might not have noticed him at all.
As usual he was straight to the point, expressing a concern with her stealing his followers. He had been bldunt and sharp, but it quickly passed when he passed his own compliment on her sermon. Serith's smile widened and she bowed her head respectfuly. There relationship had always been one of an oddity, often they would play a game of cat and mouse, taking turns chasing each other back and forth with idle flirtation. But in the end Serith had Judged Shard and he had been worthy of his gifts, this granted him a great deal of respect, both from her and her men.
"I can assure you my intention was not so much to steal them, so much as to pass my teaching. In the end I doubt they would leave you for me anyways... But they are a little wiser for their time spent now no?" Serith half laughed as she spoke. While the idea of having others fall in and fill the many needed seats of her ship was a good one, she had a hunch that most had only come to see what her men were gathered around and listening to. Still she would not pass the opportunity to teach all who would listen.
"Im glad you were able to listen to my sermon though. Even more so that you enjoyed yourself. I could provide a recording if you so wished..." With another smile she turned her focus back to Kajir. taking the time to look him over as best as she could through the force. In truth she had known little about the man, not enough for her to feel fully comfortable in his pressence. This was reflected in her using the force to alter the way the ribbon of fabric wrapped around her body, hiding more of her pale skin from view. SHe had yet to judge this man on her terms, she had yet to judge most all the force sensitives she had encounterd here. Mainly out of Respect for her ally Shard, as killing his men would serve him no purpose and do him no justice. She would simply respect his own judgement for now, and if he approved of someone it would do for her as well, until such a time that judgement would be needed.
"Tell me something Kajir, What did you think of my words? My meanings?" This was just a curiosity, one that she could afford without worry of reprocussion.

The sith assassin stood in silence allowing the dark lady sight scan him, he realized she was blind. Was one of the miraluka or was her blindness the effect of a tragedy in the past? he could not guess, but he would with time find out, he lived on information it allowed him to stay ahead of he's prey. Kajir nodded at Serith "indeed dark lady" he said truthfully, without any emotion.
This time Kajir managed to sense Shard's presense as he approached them, this dark one was in every sense of the word superior to the young assassin. He was the reason why Kajir joined this faction of the sith, the dominion brought strength to the order it feed it with power. The dominion influence would help the Sith order remove the Jedi and the Republic, so Kajir became a sword for Shard for aslong as the miraluka would serve the purpose of bringing change then the young human would be one of his swords.
Kajir took two steps back and allowed more room for Shard to speak with Serith. The assassin bowed his head while his hand rested on his chest "My lord" he said to the dark lord as he brought his head back up. Kajir remained in silence while his two superiors talked, was this a camuflague engament between two puppet masters? Kajir remained in silence, no expresion in his face he was just absorbing the facts for later research the assassin would probe each aspect of the Sith, he would watch from the shadows and step in in hope of preventing that those internal conflicts would bring the whole order fundations crumbling away, so he allowed them to speak that was his role as a subordinate he was just a tool a perfectly content and usefull tool.
The dark lady eventually spoke again to the young human, asking him what he tought of her teachings, he would not refrain.
"You speak of the way of life, strife and conflict bring strength, strength brings change. That is something I admire, that is what I desire, what I seek is change nothing else. Your words are wise, but your teachings are stuck in the endless sicle I wish to destroy" he spoke firmly and with resolution "With your teachings the change that the Sith would bring to the galaxy would only be in name, the strong at the top and the small are left in the mud and the weak will eventually replace the strong in a endless sicle of pain, that is not what I seek dark lady" he said closing his eyes and lowering his head as he did so in respect for his superior.

Swaddled in the wispy wind of the force as it moved from being to being and place to place Cho flowed his signature along with it. He let it swell and fall with the words and the surrounding emotions of those around him, but never did he let it take hold upon his being. Silence as the wind at midnight was what he was striving for and for the better part of the sermon he was that.
Death and destruction, that was his early life he knew that way and flourished with in it. Sadly though that only made for hard times and his signature to be seen clicks away. Now he went another route one of his birth rite silent deadly and colder than Zoist in mid winter. Cho had refused to talk or even react to problems of others he only responded when he saw fit. Just like now he watched the Dark lady rant of the 'Way of the Sith'. Then he turned knowing Shard was not ever very far from the heart of matters that involved his Organization.
Cho had to smirk at the two and those that soon followed them to get their time with the greats. He too though found the flow of the force cycling toward them. It always seemed that way for force users to stir the force by their very being near each other. So as not to give his signature away he worked his way close to the Dark Lady's side. Weariing a simple workers out fit he visably matched all the rest around him. Letting once again the flow of the force and the force sigs of others to mask his movements. This combined with the galaxy's renown noghri stealth stalk he came right up behind her only to stand and to listen to them rant and toss words back and forth. Kajir Arjun, Serith the dark lady, and master Shard these three stood talking over the words she had just uttered to hundreds and the ramifications that might ensue.
Cho had really cared less about the whole thing. He was never taken seriously and never would take what others thought serious either. But to be mindful he made his presence known to only Shard by stepping around to the left side of the Dark lady Serith and nod. Knowing that Shard had always had things in control or to the point of madness did not matter to Cho, but Shard did say once that he had better get to know those around him for either to make the work go smoother or so you won't be surprised when you have to gill and gut.
Cho a little about the dark lady the other he knew well enough for Kajir Arjun was and assassin. He did not find this out by a report or by word of mouth but a assassin knows an assassin by sight. No assassin would get a kill with all these eyes looking on that is if your use to working in the dark and not the light of day as Cho was. The darkness covered the assassin but would make one sloppy but the bright of day that one would gut you and make off even in a crowd like this one with out raising suspicion. Cho was in that perfect kill zone. With just a simple smirk Cho knew he had her dead to rights and that was good enough for him. Stand still he let the three talk on and continued to let the force flow through and around him and still and the wind at midnight.

She was no stranger to the Outer Rim but this was her first trip to Bastion. In her eyes it was almost like every other planet, useless and boring. Well, she had yet to find any entertainment, no doubt there was much to be found. Gabriella didn't really consider herself a person who paid much attention to aesthetics but she did see a certain beauty in a few things...herself for instance. That was another matter entirely but it left much to be said for her current situation.
The Echani had landed not too long ago and was rather lost. Lost wasn't truly the right word, she just didn't know where she wanted to go. She hadn't come to the planet on a whim but she wasn't about to go off and do some boring task. There were the local cantinas but chances were that some low life would try to rape her and she would end up killing him. That made things a little exciting but it also put her in trouble with the authorities which she occasionally enjoyed but wasn't exactly in the mood for at the moment.
Lets see... she said to herself as she pulled out a datapad. Gabriella had a list of places that she could possibly visit, and only one really stood out. There was a military base not too far from her current location, it also happened to be one of the places she needed to stop by. Military men could be mildly amusing in some circumstances and from the sound of comm chatter, it sounded like something interesting was going on. The Echani female hopped into the nearest taxi and sped off towards the base.
Gabriella arrived at the base quickly and had no problem entering. The guards weren't very intent on questioning a lady with a lightsaber and a glare that clearly displayed displeasure. There was no way she could possibly have been mistaken for a Jedi, assuming a Jedi was even stupid enough to come here. There seemed to be a good deal of shouting so she followed the yelling until she finally came upon the pavilion. She stayed off to the back of the crowd, preferring to keep her distance. A relatively large gathering of soldiers were listening to the speech of a certain lady. Gabriella didn't need to be a Sith Lord to know that this was no ordinary woman. Indeed, she didn't seem to be the only unique person in the crowd.
She zoned out for most of the woman's speech, it could quite possibly be the most boring dribble she had ever heard, even more boring then Renata's lectures. Apparently she had been saying things to rile the soldiers up, and once her turn was over, another man stepped up to make his speech. Gabriella could never understand what it was with people and being so long winded, it just irked her. Why did all these people feel the necessity to speak in public, or at all? It was just pointless rambling about their beliefs, beliefs they should have kept to themselves.
The 'Death to the Jedi' chants seemed to be absolutely ridiculous to her. Only cowards would sit in the heart of Sith territory chanting such a thing. If they wanted to kill Jedi, what were they doing sitting around and talking and yelling for? The Echani could only shake her head, beginning to get somewhat annoyed at what she had been witnessing. These people weren't weak, they were just fools. Gabriella could only shrug and remember that there were things in this world that she would never understand.

((Jace and I discussed this beforehand.))
"I too seek such an outcome," Shard said in response to Kajir's words. "The new Sith Order seeks to break the Jedi and their Republic masters, and take power over the galaxy for ourselves. If my own schemes go correctly I will hold ultimate power myself, though I'm sure there will be many smaller fiefdoms and bastions of power for those who were faithful, and fought hard for the Dominion and the greater Order." This was a subtle reminder to those present; serve the Sith, serve Shard, and be rewarded later on.
He would have gone on, except Cho chose that moment to skulk up from whatever shadows he lurked in, and stood silently behind Shard. "Ah, and here's my shadow," the Miraluka said as he turned and indicated the Noghri, a genuine smile on his face. "Don't be shy, Wroth, step up; haven't I told you to be more sociable? Now, this is Kajir Arjun, he's an assassin as well; you two should have a lot to talk about, when you feel like talking at all."
Then he indicated Serith. "And this is someone you want to watch out for. Serith Arsov, the Dark Lady. She's my friend, I ran into her in a very scummy place and now I've invited her here personally. Kajir, Serith, this is Cho Wroth," and he indicated the Noghri again. "He doesn't talk much, and what he says doesn't make much sense, but he does what he's told and I like to have him around." Now that everyone was nice and acquainted and stuff they could get onto to more pressing matters, like sorting out the Dominion's resources.
Or... sorting out this new arrival.
"Who...?" Shard muttered, with an air of having been about to say something completely different. He turned and looked off in Gabriella's direction, his brow furrowed. "Ah, where have I..." Suddenly his demeanor changed to one of tense fury; one hand whipped out the Echani vibrosword, while the other sent a wave of Force power toward the other Sith. "Cho Wroth, to me!" he shouted, lunging through the air.
For Gabriella's part she would suddenly find herself on the ground, her ears ringing and her vision blurry; once it was clear she'd find Shard standing over her, the chilled tip of his sword lightly pressed to her throat, and the other hand holding her lightsabers. "Give me one reason why I shouldn't run you through, Fisher," he growled. "Renata's lapdog or not, you'll find few friends here at the heart of my Dominion. What are you this time, a spy or an assassin?"
Gabriella must have really been living under a deep dark rock these past few months to completely fail in recognizing Shard, lately better known as Lord Memnon. Tp show up in his territory, temporary or not, without paying the proper respects was disastrous in the extreme; as she would soon find out.

Violence, anger, and betrayal these emotions hit Cho Wroth like a brick wall. A minor second during Shards speach to the other Cho felt the warning before the words erupted out of Shards mouth. In a blind blur of a second Cho dropped to a knee and expelled a force wave two nano seconds behind Shards leaving the intended target to get hit by Shard's wave and not his own. Cho dove deep into the force grabbing hold of the darkness and blurred past the target to clear the riff-raff from around Shard. A second force wave slammed into those that were fortunate to get missed the first time, not so this time. Laying flat anyone with in a twenty foot radius of Cho and Shard. Cho did not remove his weapon because he did not yet build is second lightsaber. All he had was a piece of flat metal that he had edged into a improptue knife and that he left tucked into the back of his belt hidden by his cloak.
Cho hissed and force barked to those that were getting back up so that they just fell back down and stayed setted. He slwoly released his frontal focus and listened to Shard.
With venomus hiss...Please be an assassin, It will give me all the more reason to gut you first and ware your flesh as my new cloak.
All knew that there was no love lost between him and Lady Renata. But having one of her lackies here interfering with matters that no longer mattered to her Cho could not stand.

Gabriella hadn't really expected a warm welcome, she would have been disappointed if she had received one. That being said she hadn't really expected this type of welcome. One minute she was looking at the fools who were making speeches, next minute one of the fools was sending a powerful Force wave in her direction. Well atleast she couldn't complain about things being boring later on.
The Echani really didn't have much time to react to the wave that was coming at her. All she could really do was muster a minor wall of the Force to minimize the blow. The wave hit her and she was knocked off her feet. The force of the wave and the subsequent fall had rendered her disoriented, her vision blurry. She moved to shake her head but realized the touch of metal against her neck and decided against it.
"Give me one reason why I shouldn't run you through, Fisher" came Shard's voice as her vision cleared to show him standing over her.
Luckily for her, years of training had gifted her with quick reactions, especially when in serious danger. Shard had a blade to her neck and her lightsabers but she hadn't been totally defeated. The Echani's right arm was outstretched and held a rather vicious looking blade. The blade remained directly under Shard's crotch and she proceeded to tap the blade twice in the general vicinity, her intention was clear.
"There's your reason" replied Gabriella coolly.
"Renata's lapdog? If only my Master had things so easy" she continued on."Your Dominion?"she scoffed, putting extra emphasis on the first word. "As far as I can tell, this planet belongs to the Sith Empire and I will damn well go where I please. Spy or assassin?, for what reason would I need to spy on your little dominion here? Forgive me Lord Memnon, but Mistress Renata has more important things to worry about then a bunch of self-important Sith talking about killing Jedi?"
She paused for a moment to regard the Noghri who she had encountered before once on Korriban. He had no endeared himself to Renata and in turn Gabriella cared nothing of him.
"Oh and speaking of lapdogs, why don't you go tell yours to go off and kill some Jedi rather than just yelling about it. He smells" she added with a sneer.
Gabriella wasn't the brightest person in the galaxy, she knew atleast that much. Yet she wasn't blind to the current state of affairs either, she just didn't much care for them. She knew quite clearly who Shard was and those of his dominion. The Echani also knew that being the apprentice of the Dark lady of the Sith had its benefits. She had official business here on Bastion and she didn't think Shard was crazy enough to interfere with such business by killing her. He may be powerful but incurring the displeasure of both Renata and even maybe Iniquitous himself would not be to his benefit.
Well atleast I'm not stuck on that god forsaken frozen planet

"I don't care about power or who has it, my lord" Kajir said to his lord words "As I said when we first met, I only want change to come to the galaxy it does not matter to me who remains in power or who holds it at the end" Kajir as always spoke seriously and without a hint of remorse, he might be young but years watching and living in the underbelly of society had sharpen the newly recruited sith assassin into a cold and efficient man, and above all else a loyal one... Loyal to the sith and to those that brought power to the sith who in Kajir eyes where the harbingers of change.
Kajir turned to address the next person to get involve in this conversation, it was a noghri. Cho Wroth the shadow of Memmon, Kajir had heard of him, he as always quietly collected pieces of information about everyone. From what the human assassin knew this Noghri was "unstable" to say the least, at the very least that was what Kajir fellow sith whispered, they spoke of the madness and skill of Cho often and Kajir found out through those rumors that few took seriously the chained beast, that was not a mistake Kajir would not make he would not underestimate anyone. Information is priceless in this world, with information Kajir could predict or assume the courses of actions of his targets, allies and enemies information was everything.
After Shard introduced Cho to Kajir, the human assassin only nodded to acknowledge the Noghri, he had nothing to say at the moment for his fellow assassin. There was no need for words between those that hunted from the shadows.
The next arrival was something Kajir did not expect to become so volatile in such a small time frame. Kajir was taken back by the sheer barbarism and the sudden change in personality of Cho and Shard. But this was not the time be fooling around and be surprised by the volatile actions of his fellow Sith. Kajir jumped back a couple of steps revealing his right hand which took the job of becoming a conduct for the Sith who proceed to absorb the part of the weave that went in Kajir way, he managed well enough and landed safely and unharmed. Kajir turned around and began scanning the nearby buildings, streets and alleyways an assassin came in many shapes, sizes and forms so he looked for another threat. He doubted this was a true assassination it was too careless to be one.
After making sure the area was clear Kajir silently walked to the place where Shard had pinned down this Fisher down, Kajir was a disappointed in his allies both those of the dominion and as a whole the sith order, if they where already after each other throats then truly the change Kajir wanted for the galaxy would not come so smoothly, not that it would be a smoothly change.
The assassin known as Kajir remained quiet his face with no expression. He had to watched this situation carefully, he needed to know who were the puppeteers of the Sith, he needed to know who where involve in the greater power struggle that raged within the order. This was one of the reasons why Kajir joined the dominion, from here he could slowly peal away the layers of the Sith, learn who manipulated who and who was manipulating the manipulators.

It was amazing how a scene could change in intensity so quickly. One moment people could be standing idle, conversing in an almost pleasant manner, and then at the drop of a hat an explosion could occur. In this case the explosion was nearly literal as both shard and Cho responded to another individual. Shard had been more direct focussing his power and directing it at the offender while Cho had been much more general, acting, in Serith oppinion, as an unneeded support. The younger Sith had also used a force wave in a foolish attempt to push away evryone around his master.
Serith was unyielding in this incident. Her own defences in the force had acted to shield her, and the wave of energy broke over her like a wave against a cliff. There she stood unmoving. For a moment the dark lady wished to retaliate, to punish this sith for his ill planned attack, whether or not he had actually meant to cause her harm was irrelevant. And if not for the immediate pressence of the Miraluka she certainly might have acted on such desires. Instead however sh focused on her curiosity. Who could possibly evoke such a violent responce without so much as a warning? Were they Jedi, or Sith? ANd if they were one or the other then they certainly should be judged.
Her anwser came almost immediatly as if the universe were bent to satisfy her curiosity. Fisher, an associate of Renata. This certainly made things interesting. Serith knew of Renata, and had longed to judge the woman herself to see if she were in fact worthy of her gifts and rights, but that opportunity had slipped away years ago.
She was not about to jump to arms like the others were though, without properly assessing everything first. She hadnt gotten this far by jumping up and down and destroying everything that gave her a suprise, or had she, she couldnt remember. Still she longed to know more. "Lord Memnon, Who is your delightful friend?" She asked in a rather playful fashion. Using sarcasm now for her own ammusement.

Shard scoffed. "That's Dark Lord Memnon to you, Initiate," he said scathingly, using the Force to push her knife away and pin her limbs to the ground. "And this is, in fact, my domain and my Dominion; the Dark Overlord is fully aware of my plans and intentions, and I act with his blessing. If you are here officially I should have been notified beforehand, and you should have come to me first thing upon landing instead of skulking around in the shadows like some spy." The chilled Echani sword did not budge from her throat.
He regarded the others without looking away from Gabriella, and smirked. "This is Gabriella Fisher, an Initiate of the Order and the student of the Dark Lady Renata," he explained, for Serith's benefit mostly but also for the others. "As you can plainly see, she is an Echani, and apparently lives in willful and dangerous ignorance of the politics of the Order and the Empire; she disrespects her mistress by not showing the proper deference to the others who hold power within the Order."
The Miraluka paused, and twisted the blade slightly in Fisher's skin. "I suppose killing you would not be the best course of action," he went on musingly. "Renata may be displeased for a while, though I doubt Iniquitous or the others would care overly much; you are not special, Fisher, there are dozens just like you in the Order, lapdogs who do the bidding of whoever can bend them to their will." Privately he wondered what had happened to plain decency and simple respect among the Sith, these days, reflecting that the Jedi at least kept their members in line for the most part.
But he did not voice these thoughts aloud, instead after staring down at Fisher for a few more moments he shook his head, pulled the sword away and stepped back. "If you wish to remain on Bastion you will tell me your business here; if you cannot do that you will be escorted back to the starport and returned to Korriban. Whatever your intentions you will not be left unattended any longer; Cho Wroth will be assigned to watch over you and make sure you do not act out of line. If you cannot abide by that either, you will also be escorted to the port and made to leave." He released the binds that held her to the ground. "Now, Initiate Fisher, what is your answer?"

Cho waited in turn for all to say there peace about what had just happened, this dis not bother Cho what did was what he heard next from Shard himself.
The thought of having to shadow this one made him wish for his primal emotions again. To turn a new leaf Cho was trying and so he just nodded that he would and he to waited for the responce.
In the wait Cho allowed his focus to shrink to just the three of them. Allowing his being to sink into the darkened eddies of the force Cho slowly let his presonce be as a stone upon the bottom the the river letting the force flow arround him being as nothing and yet something. He was still trying to still his presonce even with all the eyes of all those looking on. Waiting and watching for who know's what to happen.

Gabriella was a little disappointed that she didn't get to cut Shard's blumfruits off, well that was assuming that he had any. What a sight that would have been, Lord Memnon's precious followers find out their boss has no balls. Sadly for the Echani, the opportunity had passed and instead she still found herself on the floor, a sword still at her throat. Any normal person would have been scared but Gabby wasn't exactly normal...psychotic was probably a better adjective.
The young Echani yawned as Shard continued to lecture her on the procedures of the Sith Order. He mentioned something about 'proper deference' or whatever, she didn't really know what that meant. She was beginning to get quite tired of all this rambling. On top of that she had that absolutely repulsive creature drooling at the thought of following her around. Of course who wouldn't be drooling, she was a remarkable beauty.
"My answer" started the woman as she stood up "is that you are in no way entitled to know the details of my mission. If you have a problem with that you can talk to Mistress Renata yourself."
She looked around as she dusted herself off. Gabriella gave the other two a look of disgust. She really couldn't understand why anyone would follow this freak.
"Seeing as we aren't going to become friends though, I think its about time I take my leave. Now if you don't mind..." She finished by holding out her hand, clearly indicating that she would like to have her lightsabers back.
Once Gabriella had retrieved her lightsabers, she scoffed at the group and headed out of the base. She had no doubt that Shard would keep to his word and send his mongrel to follow her. Well that was his problem, that just meant he had one less coward to guard him. She had an important mission to attend to though, and luckily that mission didn't require her presence on this base any longer.

Lee Ru's arrival onto the scene was rather more noticeable than one might have thought. The Xijulba landed in the spaceport and, together with Kojii, Lee Ru then escorted their cargo of slaves, nearly a dozen in number, to wherever Shard might be found. Kojii, with her usual foresight, asked where Shard might be found, and eventually they were directed to an outdoor sermon. "A sermon?!??!" Lee exclaimed upon hearing this. "Dat bein makin no sense. Why da boss bein at a sermon??"
Kojii was just as confused as Lee Ru. "I have no idea, Lee, but that's where he's at. Let's hurry up and deliver this latest batch of slaves before they get rebellious." Lee Ru shook his head and shoo'd the slaves onward with his large stun pistol. His arrival at the pavilian was announced by a double column of slaves in chains and stun cuffs marching up the aisle. Lee Ru strutted his way towards the group, his jet-black armor shining with the light of the sun behind him and Kojii's alluring form on his arm. It would have been quite impressive, if he hadn't tripped over a rock. He went tumbling past his slaves and slammed head-long into Gabriella at full speed.
In his flailing, he knocked one of the lightsabers off her belt and it skittered under a chair. Panicking, he grabbed the hydrospanner off his belt and, before anybody else had fully realized what was happening, placed it soundly on her belt like it belonged there. He grinned cheesily up at Gabriella. "My bein sorry. My bad. My bad." He gathered his lanky frame under him and stood up, before patting himself down to make sure everything of his was properly in it's place on his belt, except for his hydrospanner of course. He turned away and got his slaves moving towards the group of Sith. Kojii, her face in her hand and sighing disapprovingly, followed behind the slaves with her stun carbine at the ready.
"Hey der Mr Boss man, sir." He called out to Shard, "Wesa bein bringin more slaves for yousa."

Madora looked around as she stepped off the ship. It had been a long trip from Korriban, but she had kept both herself and her two pupils occupied with nonstop training in the empty cargo hold. She had worked the two to exhaustion and both had passed out before they landed. She made sure to leave them a note stating they could leave the ship and come look for her when they woke. Until then she would explore the new base alone.
As she looked around, she spotted a group of people. By their appearance it looked like a fight of some sort had broken out. Striding over to them, she noticed Memnon in the group and smiled and shook her head. Trouble always seemed to follow him everywhere he went.
She walked up to him from behind, ignoring everyone else there, and, without warning, wrapped her arms around his waist with a grin. As she rested her chin on his shoulder, her thoughts reached out to him. "Whats going on here?"

Cho responded with nothing but and eye roll. He did not want to have to follow her around but if that is what it took for her to not cause trouble then he would do it. Cho allowed his focus to grow in the force. He tensed up when new ones came up to the group one bumbling fool and another he new from Subterrel.
The fool who seem so was not fully stupid Cho felt the dark Will's power influence his bumbling. The result was a bit comical and drew the attention off of him. As for the other one Madora he had an acquaintance with her on Subterrel albeit a brief one, but knew she would not be a threat. Cho nodded to her.
Cho looked at Gabriella with a slight bow and asked.....
Would you like a guide or a shadow while on your stay here on Bastion?

"Proud, foolish, arrogant and defaint"
That was Kajir mental note of lady Fisher. He had seen so many initiates and apprentices that acted like her, that probably thought the same as she did. She was a tool, a pawn and a simple weapon to be used by the dark lords of the Sith much like Kajir was, the diference between Gabriella and Kajir was only that Kajir was not imprudent, not an idiot and above all else he knew he was being used, he wanted to be used... since in being a pawn, an effective pawn his goal would be accomplished. That was all that mattered to the human assassin.
Kajir closed his eyes and took a more casual stance, but still his guard was up... well more so than usual anyway. The situation "firery" situation had difused and it looked like Fisher would leave, the assassin was content with the situation. He had learned a bit more of the Sith order, about Mammon about his relationship with the dark lady Renata and seen the cruelty of his fellow Dominion members. It was a good start...
Kajir opened his eyes again and came into the sight of a... what is that? a Gungan? Inside his inexpressive face Kajir interest was hitent... was he also part of the Sith? The senses of the Sith probed the Gungan marching slaves but found him to be normal. Still it made an interesting sight, a Gungan slaver... and it seemed like the clumsy and even stupid rumors Kajir had heard about Gungans was true... The sith Assassin only raised his eyebrow.
Kajir turned around as he felt yet another force sensitive approached the area... this place seemed to be attracting more and more "unique" people by the second.

The Echani was almost knocked over when someone crashed into her. That had made her somewhat cross, but she definitely became angry when he replaced her lightsaber with a hydrospanner. Gabriella had never thought of herself as an intelligent person but she was being truly underestimated. She had been called 'dumb','idiot', and 'stupid' more times than she could count. Yet for all their intelligence, it didn't save them from screaming their lungs out while she made them relive their worst memories.
Gabriella held out her hand as she gave the Gungan a rather unpleasant look. Using the Force she called her lightsaber back to her hands and hooked it back on to her belt. She looked at the hydrospanner in her hand and was highly tempted to bash the Gungan's face in. The Echani took three deep breaths before she could safely say that she had resisted such an urge. Rather, she lobbed the hydrospanner over at the Noghri.
"I would like some whiskey and to be far away from idiotic Gungan slavers but I supposed a guide will do"
Her urge to kill was rising quickly and she wasn't exactly a person who followed logic when she was angry. Instead she turned on the spot and and began walking towards the exit. No doubt if she stayed here any longer, someone would die and so would she. That was not what she had come here for, atleast not that she remembered. She either needed blood or alcohol, so she decided on the latter, and then maybe some credit therapy.
"Well, guide" She said turning back to Cho "Where can a girl do some shopping around here, and preferably an area with some cantinas nearby."
No doubt this was not what the Noghri had been initially assigned to do, but she didn't really care. Apparently Lord Memnon and his losers had so much time that they could be guides. All that talk about killing Jedi was complete bantha fodder. In her mind, the Dominion essentially represented a large majority of the Sith Order in general. Not for the first or last time, did she wonder why she had even joined.
