yeh... we need a grand master for the jedi.. and i was trying to see how this would enevitably play out. i mean wouldnt these events all be connected on a larger scale. the sith and jedi battles would take place everywhere... and meanwhile the sith would be trying to turn profit by smuggling or hunting or buying up worlds... and.... woudlnt the fringe war and sith/ jedi war ultimatley result in a galactic war?


im trying to map this out in my head but their is sooo many possibilities. I'm not the Question from Justice league.. i can't piece it a together.
But i am trying!

Layerings:

First off, there is the major, full-scale war between the Mandalorians, the Republic, and the sith.

Beneath that is the conflict brewing between Everos and the GM.

Under that is the Senatorial conflict which includes the Council.

Under THAT is the fringe conflict.

Beneath the fringe conflicts are a series of nuances which I have been planning that will eventually culminate in the most epic climax any of you will have ever seen.

And I know epic.

Actually yeah, CG I think I'm stretched thin on Characters I need to kill off another one which sucks. Its biteing me in the ass now. Heh. I remember when you told me back when I made my fourth character, you forsaw this moment CG. Pretty cool.

1. we have a Jedi Grand Master now. Yay.

2. There is a new plot brewing in the Senate. Yay.

3. Ooooh... looky what I found! Looks to me like something is happening between Iridonia and Kashyyyk. Something BIG! What could it be?

Alrighty fellazz.

This new Sith organization seems to be tampering with both Republic AND Jedi affairs (like of Ossus, the Wookie/Zabrak situation, and this thing with Alderaan and the Chancellor)

I am curious if by now I might be able to have Ashla move the Council into investigating these strange events further. Perhaps sending scouts and Jedi to each of these worlds one by one (not all at once, but as they become increasingly aware of these strange occurances)

What are your thoughts on this?



EDIT: I just read a few posts above. Can someone please fill me in with detail about this plot with the Mandos, Jedi, and Sith, this plot with the Grand Master and Everos? (and who is Everos?) and the Senate conflict with the Council?

I am aware of the plot in general, but it appears much more deeper than I expected, so anything you guys can tell me would be a huge help!

Ok.... so here's the story.

Fifty years ago, the collective Mandalorian clans led a massive attack on Coruscant, which was defeated by Republic Forces and led to the capture and arrest of the Mandalore as well as the regulation of all the Mandalorian clans, effectively killing off the culture.

Thirty or so years ago, a group of businessmen, organizations, and outer rim worlds, disgruntled at Republic restrictions and the way they favored the Core worlds over the Rim Worlds, broke away and formed their own nation, called the Sith empire, on the fringes of the Republic. Over these decades, they have grown in power and wealth, and have now gained enough power to wage war on the Republic. They have so far conquered Subterrel and Dantooine.

At the same time the sith are rising, a group of Mandalorian bounty hunters and mercenaries have joined together under the command of a new Mandalore, Cay Serven, have begun a new campaign to retake old Mandalorian Worlds. They control Dxun and a small section of Mandalore. They are currently fighting for Concord Dawn.

Everos is a Sith Lord who has been dormant for over two hundred years, and has been awoken by the battle on Subterrel. His apprentices have been ordered to slowly operate around the Jedi Council. For instance, one of the apprentices has a message to deliver personally to you. Don't worry, it won't be a fight. The point is, you, as the Grand Master, are in a sense the anti-Everos, and the two of us are one of the major conflicts in the storyline. The two will meet, conflict, and fight over and over again as the story nears the epic climax.

Actually, there isn't much conflict between the senate and the Council...

Now, what do you think about the idea that the Council begins to see these threats across the Galaxy and begin to work against them? Is it too early for them to realize, for example, that the Wookies are being oppressed and stuff? They could organize and present their information to the Senate. What other things do you think I should do?



(I just need a few ideas about my limitations in the plot so far)

popo its no problem.. join in any open thread you want. emerse yourself well enough and youlll fit right in. then... in some way, shape , or form you'll get suked into the plot with your character. have no worry... everyone is involved in some way.. wheather or not they have been introduced is up to them.

Heck, how about a tag team? I wouldn't mind getting my character involved on Kashyyyk, think he'd be fun to rp in that environment.

Ahhh, read the past few posts in the Jedi Council thread for a gist of what's going on. After we're done with the situation currently going on there, I'll PM you and you can post in there requesting a mission of sorts.
