Name: Aet Unay
Race: Human
Age: 12
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 116 lbs.
Appearance: Aet stands at quite an over-average height at the usual standard of one his age. His build leaning more to the thinner type, he lacks the keep of many strong muscles, content with simple fitness and an agile shape. Aet's complexion is flawless and white, with brown eyes and a rather sharp nose. His straight brown hair is kept at a moderately long length, reaching down to the back of his neck, and let loose. Facial hair? If you call brown fur that requires to be shaved every three weeks or so facial hair, then yes.
Personality: Aet is a determined, strong-willed person. Once he sets his mind upon something, it is a rare case for him to change his mind or even be persuaded until he reaches that goal, though there are exceptions indeed. This fact in his personality can often lead him to be considered as stubborn, or in a positive nature, unwavering. However, this determination does not mean that he also has the proper sense of pursuing only the righteous causes. Oftentimes, the rules of the Jedi come after personal longings, the top of them being the search for power. Power has been something that Aet has always sought to have, though yet to achieve as he believes.
Aet is quite thoughtful, though he still tends to speak a lot when necessary. As a Force-sensitive in a Jedi Youngling, he also yearns to learn and achieve more and as much as possible in the ways of the Force, whether they be on the "Light" side or the "Dark." He does not believe that there should be limits to one's learning as a divide between the Jedi and the Sith, as knowledge tends only to help, not harm. As well, Aet strives to improve skill in using a lightsaber, and views the weapon as a tool to help him achieve victory over enemies, and ultimately, power for himself.
Birth place: Corellia
Faction: Jedi
Rank: Youngling
Bio: It was spring of the year 3614 BBY. The Unay family had resided quietly and undisturbed in a rural community on Corellia, ignorant to the future that lay ahead of them and their child. A son had been born to the family only a year ago, and the child had just been weaned and had begun to adapt to the movement of walking. The child, given the name of Aet, was the purpose of the Jedi Master's visit. A Twi'lek garmented in custom Jedi robes, he had been the one who had discovered Aet upon the comfortable world and had taken the infant away from the parent's stead.
Aet Unay thus was "destined" to become a Jedi, whether he chose to or not. Growing up in the Jedi Temple among the other children his age, he soon grew to talk and act like the rest, though from a young age, his stature was quite prominent, towering above more than a few of his colleagues. As he grew up, Aet became an enthusiastic learner, spending all his time in either lightsaber training or studying with what material he could get his hands on. Trained in Jedi ways, Aet was a Jedi Youngling soon enough, awaiting the approval of a Jedi Knight or Master to take him on. But the odd thing was, Aet wasn't selected by any. Was it because some of the elderly considered his personal quests for unlimited power and knowledge as dangerous?
And the year came. 3602 BBY. Only a few more weeks and Aet would hit his birthday. And upon that day he was seen to most likely receive his unfortunate news, that he would serve his entire life in one of the minor positions of the Jedi Order. But no. That wouldn't be so. Aet knew that he couldn't let such a thing happen...

RP Sample: 14 days. 14 standard days and Aet Unay would meet his teenage years, hitting the adolescence of the human growth and at the same time stepping onto the doorstep that showed the two paths indicating his future. He had no real choice which path to take; he took whatever came before him. A master would either find him within 2 weeks time and take him on as a Padawan, or not and leave Aet to suffer under the minorities of the Jedi Order.
"I can't possibly live my life doing some unworthy job. No, I can't..."
And he was so determined and certain that someone would take him on only a few days before. But now, for the first time, he was having doubts. What if he actually turned out to be forced to serve in the Agricultural Corps or something? What a horrible life awaited him there! He couldn't waste his potential in some useless foundation of rejected Force-users. But then, if he had potential, why was he still here?
"..."
Of course. The Masters were afraid of his goals. His ability to look beyond what others set as targets; his longing for power, and his ability to achieve it. That's it. They were too frightened of a mere child's principles, in fear that he would fall astray from the Jedi Code. Was it not so? A smirk grew on the Youngling's face as he thought of this. So be it then, so be it. Let the Jedi Order attempt to turn their back on his ability, let them try and leave his talent in the shadows. Let them see if that works.
