In all honesty. I'd choose death. I'm a strong vegetarian, you can ty to bribe me with any amount of money in the world, but no, I wouldn't eat it.

Let's take a good 10 posts to recollect on the wonderful meat we all have ingested the past year. I had some brisket. Made it myself in the traditional style with my own custom blend of herbs and spices. My favorite part was slicing off the excess fat from the beautiful chunk of beef, then making small cuts into various places, and implanting cloves of garlic into them. Then I set my oven to a low 250 and went back to the meat, slowly working my spice blend into the meat, massaging the seasoning into both sides of the portion.

It was delicious. Very tender, it easily broke apart with a fork, and was very juicy. Some of the best I have had in a while. Too bad I only prepared one; I had friends over, and we ate it all = (

Speaking of Veganism, it's not that hard really. I have a friend who is hardcore Vegan. No animal products whatsoever. She has about a million food related facts about how we use this and alter that. it's really enjoyable when I eat, it freaks her to no end how I can live with the fact that I kill chickens (eating eggs).

My sister is a vegetarian by choice, but she has IBS (or something like that) so she can't have alot of dairy. Therefore she is a forced vegan, and we all have to live with her.

It's not actually that bad, there's alot of soy products that are replacements for beef, so life goes on. She then also has her soy milk *bleh*, but it's not too bad. I could almost be a vegetarian, but I'd miss the beef.

First...let me say that no vegetarian-applicable food shall ever come close to the delight that is a sirloin, with a burgundy sauce on top.

Second, I'm me. Somewhere between 17 and 22, depending on the bar, and an avid programmer/gamer type person. Perform computer repair for a living...

Well I'm Halcyon. A lot of you probably already know me though there is a lot of you that I don't. I think I'm older than most of you, except maybe Cyberguy, but my exact age I'll keep to myself. I'm a computer & network tech with certs in A+ and CCNA so i can fix most of your computers. I'm currently working 2 jobs to pay my bills and get myself out of $20,000 in debt from student loans. Fortunately during my day job I can waste time doing stuff like this. I currently drive an '94 Toyota Corolla and my pride and joy, my 07 Suzuki GSX-R750 unfortunately living in upstate NY means I only get to drive it for a couple more months. So yeah that's about it.

Oh and I probably kill my self if I had to give up meat. Especially bacon and fried chicken (I'm half-black, I can't survive without fried chicken.)

Ah, meat. I like meat. All meat. The only meat I've had that I'm not sure about is escargo... but that is snail, so it wasn't exactly a surprise that it tasted a bit like rubber.

I recently had one of the best pieces of pork ever I have eaten. I mean, ideally tender, deliciously juicy and to add on to that, just the right amount of spice(s). Pork loin it was, I think. Yum yum.

And fish. Fish is great. I dare any (meat eating) person to come up with a legitimate reason to dislike fried catfish.

Beef is also excellent. Some good beef made into a hamburger patty, cooked to perfection and accented with just the right amount of mustard can really make my day. Mayonaise can ruin it. I despise mayo with every fiber in my body, yet I think that I am the only one there. Can anyone relate to me on this ? I mean, the stuff smells horrible and the goop-ish texture it has, just gross.

Theres the other thing, I hate fish. So if I was a vegetarian it'd be no living things period, mean or fish.

Hm, I'm not very interesting.
I'm a concept artist mostly, and a media designer secondary. I design logos, cooperate packages, websites, story boarding, video, music, texture design, 3d modeling, and a crap load of other things in the media industry. I had a contract with EA games to study conceptual design, and while I learned a lot, I really didn't like the way they did things. I have worked for a few game companies, and a lot of fantasy/sci-fi publishers, convention coms, and apps. Most of my web work has been freelance, same with commercial video/audio production.

Hm, non work/study? I'm a Dungeon master, and have been a table top RPer since before I turned double digits. I read a fair bit, but most of my hobby time goes into drawing and gaming. I may be female, but if you catch me in a FPS I will kick your ass. =P
