Appearance:
Phax, in truth, looks no different from any other Jawa. His rodent-like features are hidden beneath a set of deeply hooded robes, though the race's normal heat-resistant robes for desert life have been replaced with a downscaled version of the standard jedi robes, with a tunic underneath. Instead of the usual Jedi utility belt, he wears a jawa bandoleer, which serves the same purpose. His lightsaber hangs at the bandoleer's lowest point, and so it rests in much the same place as it would on any other Jedi.
His height and weight, while average for a Jawa, mean that in general he stands a good deal shorter than most of his peers, at times only reaching just above their waists.
Personality:
Phax was, until early in his Padawanship, an idealistic and somewhat naive person. Free of the taint of the outside world in the shelter of the temple, he had a very black and white view on the galaxy. People were good, like the Jedi, or bad, like the Sith. This lasted until around the time that Phax went on his first mission as a Padawan.
After his first mission, which took him into the Coruscant underworld, his views changed considerably, and continued to change over time until they are what they are today. Today, Phax's views sit more within the grey than light or dark. Having spent a good deal of time around many of the less desirable people in the galaxy, Phax understands and embraces that there are many shades of good and bad, and tends not to judge as quickly as he might.
He also has a sense of humour, rare for a Jawa, and is known to share a drink or two with those he interacts with, which given his job tends to be, ironically enough, the sort of people who enjoy sharing drinks with large rodents.
While certainly nowhere near the dark side, Phax tends to be more pragmatic than most Jedi Knights. While he would certainly never harm an innocent life or kill without need, he does engage in some of the things that many Jedi would disapprove of. For instance, possession and attachment. Phax owns several small knick-knacks and the like, and enjoys the company of friends, both Jedi and otherwise.
