A dark, cool jungle surrounds the sleeping Miraluka male. Vetroc was in a light slumber, his back propped up against a single tree surrounded by a ring of tree line. A dense, heavy fog was latent throughout the entire jungle, the reflective moonlight only adding to the disturbing scene. A quiet, unsettling sound of movement beyond the tree line awoke the young man from his sleep. At first he just dismissed the sounds as maybe birds nesting for the night in the tops of the trees, but after looking around and seeing a faint Force signature retreat back into the jungle his curiosity was peaked. Vetroc slowly made his way into the forest, slowly searching for the Force signature he saw just moments ago. Though after a few minutes of searching his interest was beginning to stale in the matter, but right before turning back to his sleeping nest he saw the faint Force signature again. This time, however, it was coming straight for him and he could sense the Dark Force Light bouncing off the silhouette. He didn't want to fight, but he wasn't going to be ambushed either. Vetroc ready himself for the attack, but when the figure closed in on him he couldn't move at the sight of what he witnessed. It was the Dark Jedi he had mercilessly killed on Tatooine, and the ordeal frightened young Vetroc to death. Then, for an odd reason, the man began to flash red and emit a loud and annoying beeping sound.
Something didn't feel right to Vetroc, and he was right...
Vetroc awoke in his ResCorp LC-19A 'Colo' Light Courier, the red light and loud alarm was the landing systems going off. They systems check had awoken him from his dream, or more appropriately named his nightmare. The nightmare was reoccurring and had disturbed the Miraluka almost every time he laid his head for a rest.
It had become almost commonplace however, so he quickly shook the horrifying experience off.
The ship was slowly proceeding into the Aiaru atmosphere and was warning the ship's pilot to extend the landing gear and take control of the ship or experience grave consequence. Vetroc, of course, heeded the ship's warning and initiated the landing protocol for the vessel and slowly descended through the planet's atmosphere until he saw a small town laid out on a small area of mostly hilly terrain. If his coordinates were correct, and they almost always were, then he was nearing the small town of Kavelus; the closest settlement near the Stellar Mythics' home, The Tower.
The Tower was his destination, but he wasn't going to prance in uninvited. That decision was both rude and potentially deadly, and keeping his appearance and life were both keen to the young Miraluka. So Vetroc decided it was best to land on the outskirts of the town and find someone who could help him make contact with someone within the Mythics. All he had to go on was talk among a few Jedi, but from what he heard they were one of the only places he be comfortable in. Besides the Order of course, but he couldn't show himself back there again, not until he had redeemed himself and who knows how long that will take.
Vetroc landed the rather big cruiser among the outskirts of the town, along side a few other ships and speeders. It appeared to be a small harbor for vessels and was the best place to land his ship for the time being. He turned off all systems for the ship and slowly made his way out from within the cruiser and paid a man whose job was to keep watch on all ships and land speeders stationed within the vicinity.
Vetroc was in some rather regal, red silk pants and matching shirt. It was latent with some gold trim and he had a bright, maroon robe over top of his clothing. He would stick out in a crowd of bland and mundane people, but that was fine with Vetroc. But if his bright, multi colored robes didn't add enough gazes to his direction then his bright red and gold eye band wrapped around his eyes would. He needed it, if he didn't have it then the gazes would increase dramatically because his empty vestigial eye sockets would show and who would want to see that?
"Ma'am, uhhh ma'am, is this the haven of Kavelus?"
Vetroc tapped on the shoulder of a small woman who was speaking to the port attendant. She was a rather short, portly woman in some simple brown robes with a face full of wrinkles, but her face was kind and gentle. She turned her attention to the blind folded, young man and a weird gaze came across her face, but she answered nonetheless.
"Yes, young man, you're in the correct spot. Just follow the road and you'll enter the heart of the town, but it isn't a big city mind you, so if it's excitement you are looking for it would be hard to find it here."
She gestured down the road, a few buildings were noticeable until the road turned sharply inward and nothing was visible from this position. She then returned her gaze back toward the man and continued to her conversation.
The road was bustling with several dozen people going in and out of the town, so it wasn't desolate and surely it would be easy to find someone among the townspeople who knew how to get ahold of the Mythics. They are, after all, not an evil gang and aren't feared by the people.
Vetroc extended his hood up and over his head, casting much of his face in a light shadow and began to traverse the road towards the heart of the town. He would need to locate a cantina or some form of hotel to find some information the group he was seeking. He could also use his unique Force Sight to locate someone who was a Force user and perhaps learn from them how to contact the Mythics.
