Bic was born on the planet Kuat, in Kuat city, the capital of the planet. His Mother, Jayda Harll, divorced his abusive father Tye Harll a few weeks after his birth. Tyle was a Forty-Six Year Old man who was a ship designer- hence the reason he resided on Kuat. They moved out of his father's mansion and into a local starport motel, a small, queasy company his mother's friend ran. Several times Tye tried to reach Jayda and Bic- however his mother ignored him, knowing he would just bring pain to her and her son. For several months Jayda was unemployed, however soon the motel owner was able to find her a job in a nearby mechanics shop as an accountant. While she worked for up to ten hours a day, six days a week, The motel owner looked after Bic. Jayda was able to save up enough money to pay for food, however no where near enough for the rent. The family friend, who's name was Kir Kiroon, let the rent money slide, however he grew increasingly worried. Kir looked after and taught Bic basic Math and other subjects during the day, while Jayda worked.
One day, when Bic was Five, four armed thugs stormed the motel and demanded all of the Motel's money. Quickly and discreetly, Kir hid Bic as he pretended to collect the money- when he was actually loading a blaster pistol. However one of the thugs found out and shot Kir. They quickly ransacked the place and left, just before the local authorities arrived. Kir was rushed to a medical center, and Bic, who had been hidden well, wasn't found until the next day. Kir, who was in a coma and critical condition, stayed in the medical center for two months before he died. Since Jayda didn't have the funds to saver the motel, it was demolished and Bic and His mother moved onto the street.
Eleven to Thirteen Years Old
As much as Jayda tried, she wasn't able to find any more work to upkeep a steady income for her and her son. She managed to find a small, run-down apartment that had just opened down the street,where they resided. Bic attended a local public school- run-down as well. He made no friends there- mostly kept to himself and studied hard. After school he would usually go to a library and read- mostly language books on Rodese. Late at night his mother would come home and Bic would go back to his Apartment, where he would eat then sleep.
However one night Bic returned home from the library to find his mother wasn't there. Worried, he travelled to her workplace to inquire on her location, however the mechanics shop had been shut for a long time. Bic alerted the local authorities, who started a search for her. Bic returned to his apartment and slept, not knowing how to cook himself.
The next morning the search was over. The police had found Jayda dead in a ditch- she had been hit by a speeder, which had crashed into a tree and killed the driver, on the outskirts of the city. Now without a parent, the authorities called the closest relative- Tye.
Tye took Bic and brought him back to his house. He was at first very reluctant to even approach Bic, as he was being watched, given his record with criminal offences. However as the authorities began to lose interest, Tye began to build up confidence. Soon he had Bic doing hard labour jobs for him- such as cleaning the entire house and staying up through the night sorting his files. He would blackmail and hit him regularly too. Bic spent more time in the library, not wanting to go home- he would read up to six books a day (mostly on languages and political history) before returning home not long before midnight. Tye did not care, as long as there were no jobs to be done.
However one day it changed when Bic was invited around a classmates house after school- his name was Spang Forto, his parents were both engineers. The family lived in wealth, in a large apartment in the middle of the city. Tye, who was rather intoxicated and aggressive on that night, went to the house and started screaming at Bic. Tye brought him home and forced him to clean the floors until the early hours of the morning. Spang's parents, however, were concerned with Tye's actions and called the police. Thanks to the fact that The Forto family was rather wealthy, an investigation was started quickly and Bic was soon removed from Tye's care. Rather than let Bic be put in the local, hostile orphanage, the Forto family fostered Bic.
Bic, now under the care of Hurnn & Delos Forto, was given a room and place to live with them and Spang. Over the next few months Bic spent a lot of time studying and reading. his Mother's death had been a heavy impact on him and it was his only was of escaping the despair and depression. Meanwhile the Forto family tried to find a suitable guardian to adopt him. However, no one was interested.
One week, The Forto family held a family feast at their apartment to celebrate the finishing of a space liner the Forto family had been working on for three years. Relatives and friends of the Forto family turned up from across the galaxy, to congratulate them and to visit them. As people mingled during the feast Bic bumped into Lare Forto, a famous Holovid Producer. The two talked throughout the week, bonding. By the end of the feast, Lare expressed interest in adopting Bic, who enthusiastically agreed. Lare adopted Bic and the two left for Coruscant at the end of the feast.
The years on Coruscant (14-19)
Lare, who was Delos Forto's brother, wasn't married and didn't have children, was very enthusiastic about Bic and was always throughout his life. Lare lived in a rather modern and luxurious apartment in the high end of Coruscant, where Bic was given a room and lived with him. Quickly he realised Bic enjoyed politics and enrolled him in a very posh school. At the school Bic socialised more than he did before and made friends with Rolim Cardan. Lare then gave Bic private tutoring in Politics and public speech for the next five years. By this time Bic was almost fluent in Rodese, however he payed for Bic to learn that too. Throughout the week he would take Bic to places such as the Aquariums and the Polar caps. However one trip inspired Bic the most. After school Lare picked Bic up and took him to the Senate building, where he had managed to obtain passes through his holovid company. Although there wasn't a session on Bic loved every minute and was inspired further to continue political studies.
However one night, when Bic was sixteen, Tye, Bic's old father, arrived at the doorstep of the apartment and demanded for Bic. He had managed to track him down to Coruscant and now wanted him, despite not legally being allowed near him. Lare refused and Tye broke in, attacking him. In the meanwhile, Lare, who had been shaken by the attack, forced Bic to take lessons in self- defence. He quit not long after signing up, but did learn a few things.
By now Bic was Nineteen and had finished his studies at school and his private tutoring. His main aspiration was still to become a Politican, however no positions where available and he wasn't old enough.
20- 27 Years Old
Luck struck when Rolim Cardan, One of Bic's long time friends, offered him a job as a secretary for a talk show host on his show, for a raised salary. Bic accepted and started work immediately. However he hated the job, mostly because he had to look after other people, who generally ignored him. On just his second week he snapped at the Talk show host, and before he could get fired, he resigned. Once again job-less, Rolim offered him another job, but Bic kindly declined the offer. However another job opened up not long after- the assistant for Diplomat Gela Dominia had just quit and the position was open. He quickly applied, and, once she found out Bic was well educated in politics, he was accepted. The job was demanding, however Bic enjoyed it. He was able to see the senate floor in action and picked up things along the way. Gela also gave him advice and tips on things. Bic also left Lare's apartment and brought his own. It was a bit smaller than Lare's but still Luxurious. He also found himself starting to drink and party, something Lare did not approve of. However he continued.
After a few years, Gela quit her job as a diplomat and Bic was once again Jobless.
28 Years Old
Bic spent a few years working for Lare in his Holovid studio as a scriptwriter for a small show. Bic was waiting for a position in the senate to open so he could take it. However Bic didn't care, nor want to quit- it hadn't made an impact on his life so far and so did not concern him.
As the season ended for the show the show's crew was given five weeks leave. Bic decided to use this time to visit his home planet- Kuat. he left a few days later and arrived in Kuat city. Tye's old house had been demolished and turned into a small museum on the history of ship making. Somehow it gave Bic a good feeling. he visited Spang Forto, his step Brother. Both of his parents had died not long ago in a shipyard accident. Bic payed his compliments and left- he had not stayed in touch with the Forto family and it didn't concern him much any more. One night, however, Bic received word that a senator for Kuat had quit his job and a position was now open. Ecstatic, Bic signed one and was accepted a week later.
Now Senator for Kuat, Bic returned to Coruscant and threw a massive party. he started work later on in the week.
At first Bic kept quiet, he was still new and didn't want to leave a bad impression on the senate. He located a suitable assistant- his name was Jaspar Duine, who shared his passionate views for Galactic peace. He met with the other representatives for Kuat and together they started to plan out what they wanted for their planet.

"Because," Bic explained, turning to face him, "The wouldn't dare break the treaty they signed. People within the Empire would lose faith."
"And how would you know?" The Senator scoffed. "You seem to understand a lot about the Empire."
Bic reddened and clenched his fists. "Are you accusing me as a traitor?" He exclaimed, his voice rising an octave.
The two stared venomously at each other before the senator nodded. "This isn't over."
