Name: Vesta Jeh'Ereth
Race: Arkanian.
Age: 36
Height: 5'7
Weight: 140.
Appearance: Because of the variety of species that developed off of the Arkanian base-line, I would like to state that she has five fingers instead of four and pale skin. She is not a complete off-shoot except for that specific trait. Vesta still has the distinctive white hair, and white eyes of the Arkanian race.
Birth place: Zeltros
Faction: Jedi
Rank: Jedi Consular.
Relations:
Mother: Vesta Pryn
Father: Guierre Jeh'Ereth
Former Jedi Master: Liel Cuinn
Padawan: None as of yet.
Bio: Vesta was born into a world a luxury, brought to a world of science, and now lives in a world of wisdom. Her parents were both Arkanian Geneticists, living on Zeltros for as long as they could afford. The two Geneticists, born and raised on Arkania, had done much traveling, both wealthy and experienced enough to do so. They were one for structure and duty, order and refinement. They were unexpectedly brought to Zeltros on one of their vacations. The two visited every luxury planet they could possibly fathom in a lifetime, travelling on vacation almost as often as they worked. In fact, when they weren't in the Arkanian labs, they were planning trips to their next destination. After the endless array of party's on Zeltros, one of their vacation spots, the two stayed for nearly over two years, realizing the enjoyment and freedom they had.
The two became reckless, abandoned much of their duties back home, and after only a few months of their new lifestyle, Vesta became pregnant. Although the couple panicked, the two stayed on Zeltros, seeing as Vesta's knowledge of her pregnancy came very late. Vesta, the daughter, was born on time, and they all stayed on Zeltros only a few months after her birth before the family's return to Arkania. Vesta Pryn and Guierre were never married, but the two stayed together long enough to help each other raise their daughter Vesta. Vesta grew up in an unstable environment, almost as unstable as her parents thought her to be.
Vesta was very passive, and as a child, the parents thought something was wrong with her. Vesta's genetic make-up was constantly worked on to help "perfect" her, but no physical change could help her state of mind. Her parents tried their hardest to "fix" her, but as Vesta saw it now, she was merely a project and a problem they couldn't fix. They saw flaws in her that didn't exist, and as Vesta sees it now, they projected their own flaws onto her, and tried to use their knowledge of science to change her. These genetic experiments didn't effect her very much and no trauma came of it, only lessons.
Ever since she was a child, her parents tried to perfect her, but didn't seek to change their own habits. As an infant, Vesta often traveled on vacations, her parents continuing they're reckless drive to find perfection and harmony. At age 6, she was brought to Coruscant on a vacation with her parents. At a insignificant market on Coruscant, Vesta found what she could soon consider to be her new father figure. A young Jedi knight by the name of Liel Cuinn, unexpectedly found the young girl and sensed her inner peace and sensitivity in the force. Liel spoke to Vesta's mother about her at the market, and the three went to the temple to seek the Council. Once Liel pledged for Vesta's admission to the Order, the Council agreed to take her in, leaving the choice up to her parents.
Failing to "fix" Vesta on Arkania, and unwilling to seek the truth for their failure, her parents gladly gave her up to the Order, as a means to get rid of the responsibility. Her parents weren't cold, but seeing that science didn't work and they could not help her, they had hoped the Council would be able to help her in a different way than they knew. After her admission to the Jedi Temple, Vesta lost contact with her parents, as well as Arkania. Liel Cuinn began to train her after he had reached the rank of master, and when Vesta was ready to become a padawan. She was his second padawan to be trained, the first being a success gave the two of them a lot of faith in each other.
Vesta had shown much compassion and effort during her training, which puzzled Liel. Vesta's parents had told the council about her "problems" but the Council soon realized that Vesta had only undergone much genetic tampering for an non-existent issue. They had not seen any problem with her as a youngling, but if a problem existed, the council decided that it would show itself in her training. The council had been correct in that something would show itself in her training with Liel, but if it were a problem was simply a point of view. Vesta often disregarded certain teachings, even with her efforts, certain situations she approached uniquely. She often spent much of her time meditating or reading in the archives.
Before she was able to reach her rank as "Knight", she was sent on a mission with her Master. Her and Liel headed to Balmorra to study a dream Vesta had. As the two attempted to find a certain canyon Vesta had seen, they were joined by three dark force-users, a confrontation often used for tests. A duel proceeded, and the force-users were able to separate Vesta from her master. Vesta was left alone with the dark Jedi, as her master fought not too far away with the other two. What was peculiar about Vesta was that whenever she felt an opening for an attack, she didn't take it. When she had the upper ground, she didn't use it, and when she had chances to strike her opponent down, she ignored it. When Liel had finally met back up with her, he could have mistaken her for training the dark jedi.
Vesta spoke to him as they progressed in their duel. The dark jedi was of no higher rank than herself, but none-the-less, the battle didn't end quickly. Vesta wasn't a great duelist, but she defended her post most of the time, and barely ran out of energy. The dark jedi wore himself out, and Vesta had been declared the victor of the duel, without leaving a single scratch on the force-user. This type of attitude she had shown throughout her training. She didn't speak often, which caused Liel to feel as if she didn't listen. When her duel on Balmorra had been brought up to the council, she was able to receive the rank as knight, and the Council was then aware of the Sith's presence on the planet.
Since then, Vesta has shown exceptional skills in force powers, and extraordinarily rare skills in force healing. The Knight had a strange intunement with the force, and was often considered "the canary in the coal mine" so to speak. If something troubled Vesta at a time of peace, it was often a bad sign. She is very wise, but because she rarely speaks, her knowledge is not widely known. Vesta had never trained a padawan as of yet, but because she had shown such inner peace and aptitude with the force, she was given another trial for the rank of Consular. She went to the trial unarmed. Vesta quoted, "Should I face the dark, I will need no such weapon. Give me faith, and I shall give you light". Having survived the trial without her lightsabers, Vesta was granted the rank of Consular.
Though Vesta has shown very little skill with a lightsaber and in combat, she has convinced many to come to the light, and for such an influence, she is respected highly for. Vesta keeps all her thoughts recorded in a datapad, but has yet to give the information to the entire order as of yet. Many of the Council members assume she is on the path of discovery because of the hours she spends alone meditating and recording, but corruption is still questioned when it comes to Vesta.
Force Powers:

Force Immunity
Dominate Mind

Lightsaber: Dual lightsabers.
Color: Blue
Forms: Shii-Cho, Soresu.
Other notes: Vesta, although it isn't official, is a good example of "form zero", a combat form taught my yoda later on. At the time it is now in the RP, such a form doesn't exist, but teaching to only use violence when necessary is a basic Jedi lesson, Vesta just uses this teaching to it's extreme.

"Liel." Vesta called out in a monotone voice. A clash of blue and red light illuminated her face as she pulled her saber up in defense. The padawan pushed herself away, stepping back a short distance to regain her awareness. Vesta glanced around the rocky tundra, but her master was no where to be seen. Only one dark force-user remained, and he had still been in training as her, it seemed. Vesta worried about her master, though she had faith that he would be fine. The two force users that had disappeared along with her master must have had it all planned. Liel was a strong Jedi, and Vesta knew he would be able to take care of himself. She, on the other hand, couldn't have felt more anxious.
The dark force user plunged his saber towards her as she lifted hers in defense. Her single blue saber flickered as it met with the red light of the Sith's. The dark force user swung his again, this time towards her side. The padawan swung her saber horizontally to her left to deflect the incoming blow. She had pushed the dark knights saber away just enough to be able to strike his center, but the padawan took a step back instead. The joining of the two sabers happened continuously, left, right, twirl, push, step, swing, again. The light of the two sabers blended in the atmosphere, the light moving quickly with every movement of the hilt.
"When you strike here, you gain no advantage, and it is easily deflected." She told the force-user as she could feel his flaws becoming more and more noticeable. Vesta felt the darkness flow through him, but what she felt more was the relentlessness and fear of failure, disregarding the darkness in him. "Now you should never leave yourself open for attack, even if you see an opening yourself. Risk nothing." Vesta spoke softly, the Sith apprentice becoming slightly aggravated with her comments, yet the apprentice didn't speak. Vesta defended her place as well as a padawan learner could, she did not strike but did not run. The dark jedi panted as he swung his lightsaber with less precision.
As the duel pressed on, the Sith's aggression became more prominent, and with his anger, Vesta didn't have an equal flow of adrenaline. The sith was able to graze her right side, burning off a portion of her hip. Vesta struggled with the saber in her left hand to defend as she used her right to try and heal the pain over momentarily to continue the fight. Vesta pushed forward, as the two moved towards the edge of a cliff at the top of the canyon.
Once the dark force user tired, he became weary and lacked the balance that Vesta had, despite her wound. The Sith apprentice got to close to the edge, and Vesta was able to realized he was stepped backward towards the slanted rock. Vesta ran, leaving her saber on the ground as she reached to catch the Dark Jedi's arm as he stepped behind himself and lost his balance. Vesta, being very physically weak, looked quickly around the small canyon as she slowly was pulled towards the edge herself. "Jump there." She told the Sith apprentice as she glanced over at a small ledge below the cliff. The dark jedi glanced down to find the same ledge she spoke of to see the other two dark force users below him laying on the ground, Liel standing in between.
The dark jedi looked at her inquisitively, but made the jump with her assistance. The apprentice's saber had already fallen to the canyon below, where Liel walked towards it, leaving the two corpses behind him. Vesta jumped down to the ledge as well, standing next to the Sith for their next move. "There, looks like a good path." She stated pointing down the rocky edge as she held her side. Vesta soon realized the Sith force-user's confusion and panic. "We will do no harm. You can run now, but you will not have your weapon, will the Sith accept you?" Vesta said, knowing that the Sith were very aggressive with their new members. She assumed that if the apprentice went back without his saber or his two companions, they would probably realize his failure.
"If being with the Sith is your true will, I shall bring you to them, but if you wish to improve yourself, then I suggest you come with us back to Coruscant. You have seen the darkness, I can only hope you would see the light before making your final decision." Vesta told the Sith when they reached the bottom to meet up with Liel. Vesta was one for understanding both sides of the force, but she was also one who rested all her faith in the light side. She had a feeling that if this force user were to have experience at the Jedi Temple, he most likely wouldn't go back to the Sith.
Her master, as well as the council, although they believed her acts to be very noble and just, asked her why she would have been willing to bring the dark jedi back to the Sith out of curiosity. "Killing him would have been wrong, and taking away his will would have been wrong. He has no criminal record with the republic, and we both knew what awaited him back with the Sith. I simply gave him a choice: Go back with failure and give himself to the mercy of the Sith, or learn from this and ask for guidance with the Jedi." Vesta explained. As far as she was concerned, the Sith apprentice was simply a child taught by a narrow-minded parent. The council seemed most pleased with her answer, and she was then given a time for her knighting ceremony. She had proven to the council that, despite her silence and passivity, she understood the lessons that were taught, and even tried to impress them on another.
