Name: Vladimir Zambrano
Race: Epicanthix
Age: 46
Height: 2.13 Meters
Weight: 215 lbs
Themesong: Right Now - KoЯn
Appearance: Long thick black hair drapes down to his lower back, usually unkept and wild. His body is covered with scars from dozens of battles, and half of his left arm is cybernetic, lost to his traitorous brother when he was 35 years old. His face is rugged and his features are sharp, his mouth is always curled in a deep frown. His eyes are a dark emerald green and can shine a dark yellow green when Vladimir is filled with rage and unleashing his dark side powers on his foes. His body is well toned and muscular, and is usually a very chalky pale thanks to his immersion in the dark side... and the fact he doesn't really get much sun. He doesn't really keep himself really, usually wearing the same clothes for days as he trains. When he does shower it's usually once a month.
He normally wears a dark gray tunic crisscrossed with belts and buckles, and black pants with two sets of belts, one crossing his groin area, the other crossing his waist normally. His boots rise up to his shin and are covering with studs, they also have steel toes. He’d also wear a heavy cloak around him that parts in the front right at his thighs and shows his legs and boots. The rim of the cloak can be pulled up to cover his face, from the nose down, leaving his long black hair showing and allowing it to flow freely. His cybernetic arm has a few treats as well, having a built in comlink, and a compartment for his shoto-saber, which can be flicked open easily allowing for easy access. On other times he would wear a hood with his mask to conceal his identity. Vladimir can be quite the sight to behold, a monster in both saber combat and the force. Truly most must be cautious when dealing with him, for who knows what he could do.
Personality: Vladimir is a violent, cynical, and nihilistic person. He believes in nothing and cares for nothing. He thinks that life is one vicious and meaningless cycle. You’re birthed, you grow, you reproduce, you grow, and then you die, over and over and over again. He’s grown accustom to this cycle of life, and has come to the conclusion that human (and in turn every other sentient life), is meaningless and has no value. So he wouldn’t think twice in murdering children, adults, and the elderly alike, he just wouldn’t give a damn what happened or how it happened. Although he does not care for live, he does enjoy some of its pleasures, such as sex and other debauchery. Of course he’s also strong-headed and arrogant, a typical Dark sider trait, which he knows full well is what many others of his ilk thinks, but again, he doesn’t care. Vladimir also has a great distaste for the Sith and the Jedi, and laughs at the pitiful, meaningless wars they rage just to prove which side is right. In his eyes, there are no good, no evil… only power.
He doesn’t really work well with others, preferring to go solo and do his own things. He sees people who try to aid him in tasks as liabilities and just more entities to hold him back from exerting his true potential. For his sick, sadistic pleasure, he’d put his allies in risk just to see what would happen, and even turn on them completely. Although besides this he is not an entirely disloyal person, he respects those with power. Truly a monster in combat and a terror to behold, Vladimir uses shock and awe to frighten some of his opponents into submission before bringing forth the final blow. Sometimes he even prolongs his victim’s suffering until he has gotten bored or the victim, and even then the final killing is slow and gruesome.
Birth place: Panatha (Raised on Alderaan)
Faction: Dark Jedi
Rank: Master
Lightsaber: Vladimir has a pair of lightsabers, each one very unique and different from one another. His first lightsaber has a normal 8 inch long hilt, adorned with a few skull markings and emblems across the length of the hilt. Near the emitter is a trio of spikes that extend from the hilt upward to become parallel with the energy beam. These spikes can also be used as a bludgeoning weapon if the need be. For his other lightsaber, it is a much smaller Shoto saber, with a hilt length of 4 inches. This blade is rather plain, with the real thing being the hooking mechanism at the base of the hilt, opposite of the emitter. What Vladimir can do is hook both blades together to create a Double bladed lightsaber, and is a Master of both Jar'kai and Double bladed combat, making him extremely deadly.

Bio:
In the Beginning...
The Epicanthix known as Vladimir Zambrano was born on the planet Panatha in the year 3647 BBY along with his other two brothers. His parents were highly wanted Criminals and drug addicts, and planned to kill the triplets because they didn’t want them, and didn’t care for them. Yet they were stopped when Local militia troopers raiding their compound and killed them, the brothers were the only survivors, and the Militia soldiers decided to take them back with them, they couldn’t just leave three helpless infants there. So they took him back to their Outpost on Panatha where they came under the care of the Chief Medic, Shyla, an eager young twenty year old female Human. She gave them all names, as they had no previous names before. She named them, Vladimir, Zachary, and Zamiel. The brothers lived and helped her with her work for five years on Panatha, before they moved offworld with her to the distant world of Alderaan, where Shyla originated from. She still had a family there, and she moved back in with them to help raise the Epicanthix triplets. A few months passed and all three were on the verge of turning six, when during a physical for all three, they discovered that all of them had an above average midichlorian count. It was very very odd to see triplets have the affinity for the force, and Shlya thought they should give them to the local Jedi Watchers, so they could become part of the Jedi Order, defenders of the peace.
So the family handed them over to the Jedi, who in turn took them to Coruscant and began to train them in the ways of the Jedi, such as how to wield a lightsaber and bring out the force potential within. As well as more general things such as History, math and all those things needed for basic education. They were all shuffled into different classes, which didn’t settle well with Vladimir, who had learned to depend on the companionship of his siblings. He didn’t fit in well with the others, and didn’t talk or really interacted with them, he just kind’ve did his own thing and shuffled off to the corner. The teachers tried to help him become more friendly and social with the other younglings, but he just wouldn’t have it. He wanted to spend more time with his siblings, who unlike him, were getting along with others and making friends. As the years passed Vladimir continued to alienate himself from the others, becoming somewhat of a loner and an outcast. He was coming along with his training rather well, but his social skills… were poor at best, he barely talked, and when he did it was too his brothers who he seldom saw. As he reached the age of nine he began to resent his other classmates, but didn’t speak about it openly with anyone, not even his brothers. As the years went on and he turned 12, it was obvious to the Jedi Masters that Vladimir would not make it out as a Jedi, he had some problems with others. During the past few months he’d been lashing out at students and teachers alike, his pent up anger and depression slowly coming out, and the Jedi knew what to do.
As he turned 13, no master had accepted him and along with his disciplinary problems it was decided he would be shipped off to the Corps. For his more prominent knowledge in the field of Medicine, he was shipped off with the MedCorps, and was taken to the planet Carida. There he helped the Local Caridans in healing and mending wounded tribesmen and gathering herbs to create new Medicine. He hated it… he hated the MedCorps… he hated the Caridans and most of all he loathed the Jedi for abandoning him here. For four years he held up that anger and resentment for everything within him, pushing it down and down within him, until finally the day came when he snapped. At the age of 17 it happened, he was constantly being pestered and nagged on by his superiors in the Corps. They wanted him to do this and that, that and this, and he couldn’t take it anymore, he couldn’t take the stress of life, the stress of all this bullsh*t. Finally he wheeled on the crowd of superiors, and the anger and sadness within erupted forth, manifesting itself as a scream of pure force that violently tore through them, throwing them back against the opposite building. Four of them broke their necks against the stone wall, the others suffered broken legs and arms and a few cracked ribs
Staring in horror at the dead and wounded before him, Vladimir ran as fast as he could and never looked back. Knowing that if they did catch him they would no doubt give him a harsh and in his mind he over exaggerated that idea of the punishment which spurred him on further away. Once a safe distance away, Vladimir hunkered down in some bushes, and passed out for a few minutes, emotionally exhausted as well as physically. He awoke sometime later, his head a bit clearer, but the memories of what had transpired were fuzzy as best. Vladimir sat up and pondered, and tried to recreate it a few times, but to no avail. He thought for a few moments while his strength returned, and began to head in the direction he was heading, knowing sooner or later he’d run into some sort of village or city. In the end he was right, he turned around a bend in the forest and saw the outskirts of a city. Knowing full well he’d be questioned for why he had so much dried blood on his hands and shirt, he waiting along the roadside for someone to pass, and soon enough one did. It was a human male with an AgriCorps jacket on, and when he came close to Vladimir’s position, he struck. Vladimir leaped out of the bushes and slammed a large stone into the boy’s head, and dragged him quickly back into the bushes, where he hid the unconscious boy from sight.
Quickly switching clothes, he left the naked body in the bushes and tried his best to look nonchalant as he walked into town, his heart pounding with an un-natural excitement from the events prior. He quickly toured around the town, looking for a spaceport till he found one, or what passed for one. It was basically a small landing pad with a single ship on it, a freighter of some sort. It had the AgriCorps symbol on it, so Vladimir just bunched up his shoulders and tried to look like a person from AgriCorps, and snuck on in. Once inside he quickly found a way into the Cargo hold and quickly pried off a grate into the ventilation system, and squeezed on in, and closed the grate behind him. He didn’t move from that spot even after the ship took off, not wanting to take any chances of being found by the crewmembers.
Soon he drifted off to sleep in the duct, and awoke suddenly when someone was flashing a very bright flashlight into his face. It was the ship’s mechanic, who apparently found him when he was checking out the Cargo bay. Too tired to think or really fight back, Vladimir let himself be taken up to the other crew members, who decided to let him stay till they got to their destination, Alderaan. Vladimir instantly came fully awake at the mention of that word, and he knew exactly what he would do when they landed. He still remembered where Shyla lived… if she still lived there at all. So while he was confined to someone’s quarters till they got there, he contemplated and thought this over, and began to unwind and fully grasp what he had done. He had killed a total of eight people over the course of five hours… and during that night he wept as sadness once began to overtake him, he really didn’t mean to kill him, something just took over him. Something he couldn’t quite control or understand yet.
In a few days the freighter arrived at Alderaan, and prepared to set down in a nearby city. Of course Vladimir had no intention of staying with the crew of the ship, but he would bid his time with them for a few moments more, just till he knew he had a clear shot of getting away safely. They led Vladimir out of the ship and onto the landing pad, where Vladimir saw his chance to escape. Using what force he learned in the Temple, he tossed a crate back at the crew-members, and as they became preoccupied with the medium sized box slamming into all of them, he quickly bolted towards the forest. He didn’t look back at them but he could hear them screaming and cursing madly as Vladimir as he disappeared from sight. Vladimir began to sprint through the forest, the landscape becoming more and more recognizable as he neared his childhood home. Finally it came into sight, it wasn’t really anything spectacular, just a nice medium sized house out in the country, but it was his home. He walked to the door and knocked loudly, and after a few moments an older Shyla opened the door, and look of surprise on her face made Vladimir run up and hug her deeply. Shyla didn’t know really how to react, but she still allowed him entrance. There Vladimir spilled everything he’d done over the past few days, his transfer to the Corps, the killings, the stowing away on a freighter, and his arrival here.
Shyla was horrified and somewhat terrified, she didn’t know what had come of the little boy she raised, but knew she had to turn him in. So when he fell asleep later that night, she contacted the local Jedi Watchers to come and apprehend him. Vladimir slept soundly until right when the moment the Jedi arrived he snapped wide awake as the unsettling feeling in the pit of his stomach began to overtake him once again. He waited in his room as he could feel them coming closer, two Jedi Knights they were, one male and one female. As they opened the door and slowly walked in, Vladimir was found hunkering in a corner, scared for his life. He did not know what the Jedi would do to him, but he was too scared a fatigued to resist.
The Jedi took Vladimir and began to take him out from the house, Shyla followed closely behind. When they left the house the Jedi suddenly tensed up, and activated their lightsabers, tossing Vladimir to Shyla for protection. Suddenly a darkly clad figured leaped down from the roof and activated a dark crimson saber, and began to battle the two Jedi Watchman. The two Jedi fought valiantly, but in the end they were quickly slain by the Dark figure, who wheeled onto Shyla and Vladimir. Shyla was absolutely terrified and backed up against the wall behind them, Vladimir however didn’t move from his spot, a puzzled look upon his face. The man chuckled at Vladimir and quickly closed the distance between him and Shyla, and decapitated her with a quick slash of his blade. Vladimir looked down at her corpse, a few tears running down his face, yet he did not utter a cry or a whimper. He looked back to the imposing figure now turning on him, but instead of cutting him down like he did with the others, the man extended his hand… and patted Vladimir on the head gently. Vladimir looked up at the man, who removed his cowl to reveal an elderly man with a graying beard, the an introduced himself as Lord Benedictus. He said he had followed Vladimir from Carida after he felt a burst of Dark Side energy from Vladimir’s rage. Vladimir felt uncertain… the Jedi had abandoned him, what if Benedictus did as well?
Benedictus seemed to sense the lad’s thoughts, and assured him that he would not fail Vladimir like the Jedi had done. No, he would show Vladimir not the ways of Peace of Tranquility, he would show him the way of strength, of power. Vladimir contemplated this over, his emotions spinning, clouding his judgement, but in the end Vladimir accepted Beneductus' offer. Benedictus smiled and was pleased with Vladimir's answer, and swept him away to his Shuttle, which was docked in the nearby City Starport. After a few quick adjustments and flight checks, Benedictus' ship, dubbed the Evil's Brilliance blasted off from Alderaan and headed into the far wide unknown. The Evil's Brilliance exited hyperspace over the planet of Thyferra. The shuttle skimmed across the planet's lower atmosphere and then settled down on a small landing pad connected to a rather luxuorious estate. Benedictus led the teenage Vladimir out from the shuttle and out into the Courtyard from the landing pad. Benedictus explained his home and how he obtained it, Benedictus was the son of wealthy land owners on Thyferra, and thus obtained the house when they mysteriously died and the fortune went to him. So now he lives here and now so does Vladimir as Benedictus' Dark apprentice.
There is only Darkness...
Benedictus explained what he would teach the young Vladimir, and showed example of his powers, such as producing lightning from his fingertips. Vladimir asked who had taught Benedictus all these powers, Benedictus simply said another like him who was long gone and dead now. Vladimir seemed to accept that and bowed before his new Master, who commanded him to rise. Benedictus told Vladimir that a servant inside would take him to his own chambers, and after a good night's rest the training would begin early in the morning. Vladimir nodded and headed inside, where he was overwhelmed by the fanciness and rather largeness of the Estate. He was used to living in small places, besides the Jedi Temple of course. He had never been in such a lavished home, and was really speechless. A maid quickly approached him and hurried him upstairs, where after a shower and a change of attire, he was taken to his chamber on the second floor. The room was rather magnificent, with a large ceiling and expensive furniture. Vladimir took it all in, and after a moment he flopped down on the bed, and quickly fell asleep, the fatigue of all of the recent events catching up with him.
Benedictus woke Vladimir up in the early morning, not even the sun has rosen, and Vladimir was rather groggy and tired. Benedictus led Vladimir back out into the courtyard, the stench of the nearby woods and dew clung heavily to the air. Benedictus stopped in the center of the courtyard, and flung off his cloak, revealing a bare, yet muscular chest. The only piece of clothing Benedictus wore was the heavy cloth pants and boots, to his hip were two lightsabers. Unclipping one, Benedictus tossed it to Vladimir, who caught it in his hand. Benedictus explained that these were training sabers, as he wanted to assess what Vladimir had learned before Benedictus found him. Vladimir nodded and activated the blade, and took a clumsy stance of Shii-cho. Benedictus unclipped his saber and activated it, but stayed as he was, blade pointed towards the ground. Vladimir narrowed his eyes and attacked, with each strike however Benedictus easily parried. Vladimir attacked again, but his attack was easily parried, yet Vladimir did not quit. For what seemed like an eternity he continued to attack Benedictus, thick beads of sweat rolling down his face, yet Benedictus hasn't even broken a single sweat yet.
Finally Vladimir collapsed from exhaustion, and Benedictus smiled and deactivated his saber. He told Vladimir that he had potential within him, yet it was unrefined and sloppy. Vladimir nodded as he was too tried to speak, and Benedictus told him that the training ahead would be grueling, but if Vladimir endured, he would become more powerful than any Jedi. Vladimir smiled at that prospect as the darkness within awakened and he forced himself up to his feet. Benedictus smiled again as Vladimir fully pledged himself to his teachings, and soon Vladimir would become the ultimate warrior. The training started again tomorrow, and with each following week it became more challenged and difficult. Benedictus taught Vladimir more on the basic form of Shii-cho, and of the aggressive style of Djem So. Weeks turned into months, and before you knew it a full year has passed and Vladimir turned 18, with his 17th birthday being the day he joined Benedictus. His training was coming along rather well, and during that standard year he had not cut his hair once, it now falling down to his neck.
With each day the Darkness within Vladimir grew and grew, his form becoming more precise, his mastery of the force growing as Benedictus taught him new abilities and helped him improve on his known ones. They trained in the rain and the heat, no weather would hinder a training session, and often Vladimir would be drenched to the bone or have sunburn from the constant training. Of course it was a small price to pay for how powerful he was becoming.
Months still passed as he continued his gruff training, his skill in Shii-cho reaching near master level as he quickly began to grasp the concept of Djem So, and even began to learn how to fire minor bolts of electricity from his fingers tip. Of course they did not do much, but it was a start. He soon turned 19 and his training continued unhindered. Benedictus had to leave for a few days to travel to Nar Shaddaa, the largest moon of Nal Hutta and a literal hive for the scum of the universe. Benedictus needed to travel to Nar Shaddaa to locate a weapons manufacturer who had been supplying the Dark Master with various illegal weapons for his militia which was based at his estate. The manufacturer had stopped supplying Benedictus because of then recent surge in investigations by the Republic, and had gone coward, this was of course… unacceptable.
Vladimir’s task was to stay behind at the Estate and continue his studies on the Way of the Dark Side, for practicing his abilities and honing them was just not enough, he also had to learn the history of the Dark Side and their more prominent wielders in the past. He also began to learn how to pilot a starship, such as a shuttle or fighter. So Vladimir began his studies, studying the ancient texts and books that Benedictus had acquired over the extended period of his life. Vladimir learned of Reven and Malak, Exar Kun and even Naga Sadow, yet he himself found that none of these ‘Sith Lords’ had actually achieved in the act of truly destroying the Jedi Order, although many came close. Vladimir was puzzled about this, he wondered how could beings of such immense power be thwarted by the Jedi, whom in Vladimir’s eyes seemed utterly weak and idiotic. Then as he read he discovered that it was their ways, the way they worked, how they were blinded by power and their own self-serving needs. He knew that if they continued, the Jedi would never fall.
Vladimir became disgusted with the Jedi and the Sith, knowing that their constant cycle of war would never end and one side would never be the victor. When Benedictus returned he informed Vladimir of his success in destroying the Weapons manufacturer, Vladimir asked why they had to be destroyed if they supplied Benedictus with weapons for his own private militia. Benedictus explained that if the supplier was discovered, it could lead them back to Benedictus and the Jedi would be at his doorstep, hounding him viciously. So, in order to prevent that, Benedictus destroyed everything and everyone. With Benedictus’ return, Vladimir’s training continued as his 19th yeah drew to a close, and once Vladimir turned 20 he embarked on his first mission, which happened to also be a solo-mission. His task was to be sent to Ord Mantell, to hunt down one of Benedictus’ rogue servitors who had snatched some valuable artifacts from Benedictus’ keep. To help him in this mission, Benedictus gave Vladimir one of his lightsabers, a normal and uninteresting looking one with a azure blade.
Vladimir was given use of the Evil’s Brilliance and with it he piloted to Ord Mantell, landing in Worlport, the planet’s Capital. There he began his search, interrogating select members of the local populace to see if they had seen the man, Vladimir also used a hologram bust of the man to aid in his questioning.
