At first glance Reine can be described as fair. Not overly busty, not turn around and take another look beautiful, but simply fair looking. She has the proper curves in the places you'd expect and all. However when she moves she moves with grace that belies her appearance, and her smile could stop a rancor in its tracks.
Naturally as a Togruta her skin is the color of a light rust. Her face also has the white markings dominant in most Togruta. Her montrals curve slightly to the back, curve near the middle section outward then back in near the tips.
When she dresses Reine can either come in two flavors. When among her people on Shili she'll dress in a rustic fashion. Wearing clothing that is easy to move in, allows her to blend in with the terrain of Shili, etc. She typically avoids wearing shoes and such preferring to feel the ground beneath her feet, loving the feeling of dirt between her toes and the connection it gives her to the land. On Shili she could easily be mistaken for any other Togruta and not the senator of the planet.
In the formal setting Reine is a stunningly different person. She is even willing to wear the high heels of human females that she finds absolutely ridiculous when she feels it's necessary. Most of the time however she will try to remain barefoot. When she walks she moves with a grace developed from years of training. She also shows her species off as well, typically wearing a Togruta sash if she can. When visiting other worlds Reine typically dresses into something after the fashion of the aristocracy of that planet. For example if she headed to the planet of Naboo she might wear something noticeably reminiscent of that planet in order to show her respect to the people there.
Personality:
Reine can be most described as someone woefully inadequate for politics. She might be able to speak in the language of politics but she fails desperately to capture the subtle power struggles in the Senate.
Outside of the senate she is quiet and to the point for the people she doesn't want to talk to, open and heartwarming for those she does. She typically prefers to speak in Togruti, finding that it rolls off the tongue easily. Most of the time she is forced to speak Basic however, as much as she wishes she could forget it.
She is someone absolutely engrossed in her work. Home life doesn't exist for her, when she is at home she is typically asleep or doing her job before she even arrives at her job. Going days without sleep is oh so common for her. There are times where she has been caught asleep at her terminal in the office by her aides. She has been known to joke at formal occasions that without her aides she would probably sleep the day away while reading the latest bill to vote on or starve to death because she forgot to eat.
In the senate Reine is a very outspoken person for everything that might be considered good in the universe. She supports the Jedi Temple, has tried to push multiple measures through to stop slavery even in uncontrolled space, and in general tries to equalize the gap between the rich and poor. She is generally laughed at by most of the senators, seen as a naive and foolish upstart. She resents this title and is constantly fighting to support those not fortunate to be in her position
Outside the senate Reine is very generous. She donates her entire income from the senate to charity, relying solely on her planet's wealth to get by. She lives in a surprisingly small apartment, she has noted that some aides of her own larger apartments then the one she lives in.
For her hobbies Reine has no time. However before she became a senator she loved to play the Mandolin. She never became much good at it due to her lack of time to practice however. Another hobby is hunting. This hobby she has even less time to practice, Coruscant does not have very much game to hunt and usually when she is visiting another planet she is there for just enough time to talk politics then leave. The few times she manages to actually go is on her visits to Shili, where she'll try to set aside an entire day.
Relationship wise Reine doesn't have any relationships. The closest thing to a boyfriend kissing a boy when she was thirteen, she lacks the time to develop anything meaningful nor does she have the will to.
As a last note Reine is very respectful to her position. She treats the senators she hates with the utmost respect, the aides that manage to keep her from starving down to the thimiar that she eats. She respects nature deeply and respects the people of Shili most of all.

Reine was born on a simple summers day to the Junior Senator of Shili Naelan Teff and his wife, Ashla Teff. Her father was a kind hearted man who ended up marrying Reine's mother at the age of twenty two via arranged marriage in order to secure hunting grounds for his tribe. At first Ashla hated her husband, but learned to love him as time passed, nearly five years after their marriage Reine was born. Unfortunately, Ashla ended up dying giving birth to Reine. Her father was devastated, although he never wished to marry Ashla he had come to love her.
Due to the complications of Reine's birth, her father brought her less than half a day after her birth to Corvatta a day before his planned trip to Coruscant. She was completely healthy, however it was there that they learned about her force sensitivity. Although he saw it as a great honor Naelan refused the Jedi Watchmen, unable to give up the only remaining memory of his deceased wife.
The next day Reine ended up accompanying her father on his trip to Coruscant. Although her father did not wish to take her for fear of complications during the trip, he was forced to. There was no time to find a person to take care of her while he was on Coruscant on such short notice.
Upon their arrival at Coruscant Reine's father hired a fulltime Togruta caretaker known as Dari Nidor, she was Reine's mother in all but title. Dari sang her to sleep, fed her, and even acted as her wet nurse. As agreed upon by Naelan, Dari was also allowed to bring her own child barely a few weeks older than Reine. Erri Nidor would end becoming one of her best friends, and her stepsister.
As a baby Reine was a trouble maker. If it wasn't locked down tight, welded to the ground or otherwise immovable Reine would get inside it or attempt to eat it. Much to Dari's dismay Reine always found a way to get out of her sight or otherwise manage to cause trouble. When Reine was around Erri Reine got even worse. Dari could almost swear that the two had a telepathic link that allowed them to cause trouble.
Unfortunately for Dari and Reine Naelan was far to busy to attend to his daughter. Spending nearly all of his time at the senate or otherwise indisposed. Reine effectively spent her time on Coruscant without a father.
Nearly a year after her stay on Coruscant it quickly became time for Reine to return to Shili with her father. He made her say goodbye to her caretaker. When Reine clung to Dari's leg and screamed no at him he couldn't find the heart to tear her away. So he offered Dari (and her daughter) a trip to Shili along with him, which she accepted graciously. It would be the first step towards Erri becoming Reine's stepsister.
Shili was a odd experience for Reine. Even if she had been born there she had only been there for two days. It was a vast difference going from the city of steel to the grassy plains of Shili. It was also there that her father finally managed to find the time to help take care of her. It was an odd experience for her, having two adults to keep an eye on her. She couldn't get into trouble as easily, when Dari looked away Naelan was watching her. She still managed to get into places.
When Reine began to walk it ended up no surprise to her father and her nanny. It would make it all the easier for her to get into trouble, when Reine began to encourage Erri to stand up and walk it was all but expected.
Soon after Reine had begun zooming around her father's household on Shili it came time for her father to return to his job. As he had when Reine was born, he took his daughter with him to Coruscant to spend yet another year on the city planet.
It was back on Coruscant that Reine felt comfortable. The familiar sounds of aircars, endless skyscrapers stretching out until the horizon, everything there felt familiar there. Her father once again disappeared much to her disappointment. However he endeavored to spend more time with her, and at times she even saw him in other rooms with Dari talking, even holding her close with their faces pressed together
At the tender age of one and a half Reine had a lot on her plate. Learning to use spoons (Dari wouldn't let her have a fork, the last time Reine had a fork Reine had ended up in the emergency room), learning to open doors, and fighting back against the evil man in white who pricked her arm with a long sharp object. She was even learning to say simple phrases. Then there were the long white things her mouth that kept poking her. They felt horrible and then Dari was constantly forcing her to brush them.
Soon it was time for them to go back to Shili again. This time Naelan did not even need to ask Dari if she was willing to return to Shili with him, it was a given. At this age her montrals were becoming taller, her lekku were growing longer and her teeth were becoming more and more pronounced.
It was on Shili that Naelan asked Dari to marry him. The reply was a resounding yes. For a the two two year old girls it was an odd sight, but for them it was enough to get them excited even if it they didn't understand the concept at the time. They also failed to understand the concept of listening at the wedding over silence. Soon enough though, Dari Nidor became Dari Teff.
Once again however,it became time for Naelan to return to his duties as senator. This time he opted to have his newest family members stay behind along with his daughter. Reine wouldn't understand why she would not see her father for another year at such a young age.
Living on Shili for an extended time was a vastly different experience for her. Rather than the feeling of carpet beneath her feet she felt dirt and grass constantly. It was a rather odd feeling for her. Then there was the food, vastly different from she was used to on Coruscant. Fresh meat and clothes made or prepared by her fathers tribe rather than canned meat and fine clothes that felt weird.
Nearing the end of three years she killed her first Thimiar. Dari had caught it for her and then taught her how to sink her fangs into the small creature, killing it. Her father for this important event in her development had even managed to arrange for a holorecorder to be delivered in order to record her first kill.
A few months later her father returned to Shili once again. Once again she got her few weeks with her father before his work would force him away. He would play with her as much as he could, encourage her, acted as if he wasn't worrying about the fact that soon he would have to return to the Senate and get only glimpses of her for a year.

As a child who had grown up in a Togruta household Reine knew little Basic. Because of this her father hired a tutor to teach her Basic. Her tutor was a rather strict old human who was always pushing her to do better. At first Reine rebelled heavily, sitting there and refusing to do anything. She quickly learned that her father nor her stepmother would help her fight this man who was more stubborn then her. So it was that Reine would learn Basic, spending most of the next year in a 3 hour a day session at a table reciting words.
When the time would came for Reine to attend school she was sent to the same school as nearly every senator's child. A posh place that involved uniforms and spent more on the budget then some planets. This place was easily worst than the tutor.
Reine's time in elementary school was tough to say the least. With a slight accent speaking in Basic some kids made fun of her, or she failed to understand some of what the others were saying due to her lack of experience with the language. She did however make some friends, a Givin who she at first insulted for not even beginning to understand the greeting he approached her with. Her other friend was a Mon Calamari. Needless to say her two friends did not get along.
As a student Reine did moderately well across the board.
