Appearance:
As it is common for the Nautolan he posses a series of head extensions coming from his upper head to the lower parts of his body, this extensions reach his belt behind him, his body is muscular maintaining a blueish color (the one that can be seen on the profile picture)which is characteristic for his race of people, his eyes are brown and big but not very expressive helping him to maintain his intentions secret to his opponents.
Overall Shim maintains a serious and discipline look, his facial expressions are carefully selected, thanks to his tall size he tens to look intimidating to those who do not know him well, and even more due to a series of scars he posses across his body, this including the following: his back, arms, and neck. His Head extensions as mentioned before are very large and are normally tie up on by a small piece of cloth all together when he fights or knows of a difficult mission, when he is on peaceful and friendly places they are all freed behind his head and sometimes around his neck like a neck piece.
He has small dots of a darker blue all over his body as is normal for the Nautolan, also he hears gloves made of the same color of his jedi uniform
Personality:
Shim, seems a little unpredictable due to his lack of facial expressions, but for those who have interact with him in the past he appears to be very compassionate, patience, calm, serious, and must of the time thoughtful.
He enjoys reading a lot and studying the manifestations of the force by looking at living creatures, he learned a lot from Jedi books but still believes he has much to learn regarding the true nature of the force.

The Story before the Story.
Aham Shim, was born with in one of the Republic’s Hospitals as it was common procedure he received a midicholrian test which revealed he had a high count on such organisism. After he was discovered he was taken in to the Jedi temple to be train as a Jedi. His parents were not needed to be notify because his dad was already deceased and his mother died during childbirth. The conditions of his fathers death were unknown at the time because the only one that had the information was his mother who died during his birth. One thing was known the reason why his mother came to the Coruscant, she arrived to the capital of the galaxy as she was escaping from a group of mercenaries who had a price on her family, reason for this was - later found- that Shim's father had the bad custom of gambling and there fore lost everything they owned including the mothers freedom who escape their home planet to avoid being capture and bring in to slavery. She died due to the wounds she was victim of during the persecution.
First Years.
As a Youngling Shim took part of the regular activities which were given to those of his age, learning swordsmanship and martials arts was something he did well and one could say he was above average on his skills on the combat arts, but at the age of 9 he realise that this was not something that had caught his attention, his true passion was found on the ways and history of the force, showing a great comprehension of the philosophy of the Jedi way he spend a lot of time talking to his teachers about it, trying to comprehend it more and more, his relationships with other younglings were good as he always try to help them succeed, showing like that his true passion for the force.
During this time his personal life was moving around a friend he had made on the archives of the Jedi Temple, this was an older lady who was in charge of helping those who came for information, Shim took a liking on this woman who treat him very well and though him a lot of what he later would use to gain the respect of other older Jedi. In the Mater of personal friends his age he would not say he had many who he could rely on due to his great intellect and his incredible curiosity he was not able to establish very deep relationships with his class mates even tho he was refer as very friendly and helpful by the rest of his class.
Padawan
When he reach the age, he was chosen as a Padawan because of his great knowledge of the force – this was something that amaze a lot of teachers do to his yet young age – his master who was also greatly respected for his own knowledge and wisdom found Shim very interesting and took him to many missions, most of them diplomatic. specific cases like resolving conflicts among different native groups in the outer rim and meetings with senators that involved large hours of talking and debating political matters in all of this missions Shim was able to show his knowledge to those which came in contact with him.
His Master who was also a Human, name Arim Quon, was a very friendly and relaxed Jedi who enjoy deep conversations and long hours of intellectual debates - this were a common activity between both of them - he thought Shim and a very practical way in which he presented an Idea or concept about the force or politics and the same Ideas was tested during the following weeks, this is something that stick to Shim until this day. his Teacher demonstrated a great patience and understanding of Shim's Ideas which were constantly appearing.
From his teacher he learned even more about the force and the way they Jedi must behave in front of the political representatives, this was something Shim was not good at until meeting his Master came along, he had the tendency of talking to much which was something that obviously change when his training as a padawan finish. From his master Shim learned to accept all forms of knowledge from all living objects, learning even more about the force as the time went. Overall Shim was a good Padawan who followed his masters advice, and who had a great relationship with him as both were intellectuals deeply interested on the force.
During the ceremony of construction Shim walked around the caverns looking for a crystal to build his lightsaber as he walked he found a huge rock full with crystals, me meditated for some time on which color should he grab, as he meditated a huge earthquake came and the cavern collapse on it selve he end it up trap inside of the cavern hurt by the rocks that had fallen on top of his arm, he waited there for his strength to come back so he could escape from the cave, after trying for hours he was not able to escape when his posibilies were all lost he found a purple two purple crystals which where at the bottom of a rock pile, curious he used the force to pull them out when suddenly the rocks felt revealing an exit from the cave, this was a sign according to shim, he used this two crystals to build to lightsabers “As if they were legs this two crystals led me out of the darknes into the path of the light, this was the will of the force”.
The Knight
The Trails of Shim were perform in different places, this because of certain situation that took place during them.
Trail of Skill. Shim and his master were to conduct his Jedi Trails in a far planet in the outer rim right before they would have a diplomatic mission, they arrived early to the place of the meeting where his master conducted the first trail, the Trail of Skill they both had a battle that lasted several minutes, during this battle Shim proved to be a fine swordsman even though his methods where more force oriented that saber oriented, he battle was decided when Shim and his master both stop right before stabbing each other, they smiled and put their sabers away, since Shim had proven capable of fighting.
Trail of Courage.
After that trail they waited a little due to their "diplomatic" mission, Even though Shim thought it to be a bad a idea to assist to such a meeting accompany only by droids his master insisted on going. Everything was doing well since they where invited to a secure facility, in the middle of the negotiations the ambassadors took a leave which seem to be suspicious as Shim and his Master waited for their return they where ambush by a group of mercenaries both Shim and his master fought them off even tho they where out numbered 3 to 1 during the battle Shim's master was kidnap and Shim was injured in his left leg.
As the bounty hunters retread Shim was push back uncapable of persuting his master, he took refugee in a cavern near the place of the confrontation and used his abilitie to make illusions to hide himself for two days. As the search continue Shims leg did not get better and his emotions where a chaos since he wanted to resque his master. the night of the second day he came out of the cave and storm inside of the camp where his master was held captive, he fought of many adversaries even tho his fear was great and his wounds where even worse, the bounty hunters left both him and his master after suffering great losses.

Shim found his master who had been victim of torture and was in a horrible condition, with little energy he had left he was able to carry his master into a ship which he use to take him back to courasant hoping the Jedi order would grant both of them the medical help they would need, once they arrive both of them where nearly unconscious since the ship he took had no medical equipment, they where taken to the hospital where Shim's master died a couple of hours after their arrival.
When Shim was inform a couple of days after regaining consciousnesses he suffered a great deal of emotional pain even some Jedi masters went as far as to say: "We should watch him carefully, that much pain will only take him in to a dark path"

After many days in close doors he meditated and thought of what had occur carefully, many master came to see him but the doors did not open for a while some grow very suspicious of what would be the future of Shim placing guard around that room, after a week the doors open and Shim visited the Jedi Council where the master were amaze to see he was able to over come such a great pain and replace it with calm and kind thoughts, no hate was found on him.
Once his trails had ended he earned the title of Knight at the average age of 22, he is now working in many different planets doing simple missions, his true goal is to extent the philosophy of the force everywhere he goes. Shim is well aware that he needs to take a Padawan which is something he keeps on his mind, wondering what kind of padawan would the force bring to him. As Shim continued his missions he learned about many of the ways the force could alter the combat and give him the advantage on situations that require extreme care, first in books then in practice he learned house to camouflage him self on the battle field, as well as to create illusions to distract possible enemies, as a scholar he was not in favor of fighting if there was no good reason for it - this being protecting others - as he adventure on one of his missions he came to the realization that he was able to learn much from everything around him trough the draining of its knowledge this of course was an ability he did not use much only if he had to in moments of conflict, and if not with none animated objects.
