---({[closed/ takes place after he accepts Jevan and Jaina.]})---
The shuttle seemed to drift through hyperspace Dan was up early most likely before his students so he took a little while to meditate and while he did so he made a glance out the window at the blue wave that seamed to endlessly glide by.
He was happy. For a few days now he had talked about getting Jevan a lightsaber crystal, and on top of that he had gotted his two students to actually talk to each other, from what he coult tell they actually where getting along great. Or at least they weren't at eachothers throats so he thought so. Dan chuckled looking at the time, they should be weaking up soon and there was no food yet, besides that they where only hours away from reaching Ilum. So he stood and prepaired his warm weather suit for arriving before leaving the room to get some sort of food started.
There was a veriaty of cerial on the table and three bowls set with some blue milk on the side so everyone could eat before the main food was done. He was making Nerf bacon, some eggs and a stack of pancakes and waffles. He himself prefered Waffles but would eat both.
He knew the alarm clocks wouldn't go off for about fifteen minutes, on top of that just in the lgith of teasing them he went to each room and said the same thing into the com, Mmm. That food was good, to bad theres none left for the padawans. And then ran off quickly laughing to himself.

The alarm wouldn't go off for about fifteen minutes, but Jevan had already been up for some time. He was sitting cross legged on his bed, trying to meditate, but couldn't help but be excited. Today was the day that he would start the creation of his first lightsaber! The crystal, he knew, was the most intensely personal part of the lightsaber for every Jedi. He was curious and exhilarated to see what he would find on Ilum, but whatever he did, today was going to be a big day. He had other reasons to be happy though. He felt that his master, the Jedi knight Dan Firestar, was a good match for him, and he had learned quite a bit already from him. He also had a fellow padawan to learn from, Jaina Karios. He didn't know much about her yet, as they were still getting to know each other, and had spoken on just a few occasions. However, he had seen the hallmarks of her personality: boldness, intense focus, and independence. While these qualities made her intimidating at times, he could definitely respect them.
He hoped that they would become friends, but of course that would take time. Jevan had just stood up and began to stretch, waking his muscles, when Dan came by his cabin, joking that there was no more food left for his students. As Jevan could still smell the scents of food wafting into his cabin, he was fairly certain that there was plenty left. He chuckled to himself, stretching. Just to poke fun back at his master, Jevan would take a bit of time before coming out. He made it a point to exercise physically every morning, and there was no time like the present. He laid down on the floor of his cabin, wincing just a bit at the cold, and began to do his exercises, a regimen of stretches, followed by situps, push ups, and planking exercises. When he finished about 10 minutes later, he rose, wiping sweat from his brow, and got dressed. He had definitely worked up an appetite, and now made his way quickly to the eating area where he found a table with cereals and blue milk, along with the smells of cooking food he had detected earlier.
With a grin on his face he sat down, pouring himself a bowl of cereal and milk. Good morning master, plenty of food left I see! I count myself lucky. He laughed, before beginning to eat at the bowl of cereal before him. So, he said, eyes lighting up, how far are we from Ilum?

It had been around three hours since Jaina had woken up. She couldn't sleep. For the past week, she had been experiencing horrendous nightmares of her original master's turning to the dark side. Typically, nightmares didn't bother her, but these felt like more than just dreams. Every detail of that night had been perfect in the dreams, other than one section. In reality, she had had a duel with him before Sereth escaped to never be found. Within the dreams, he never escaped. Instead, Jaina killed him in what had appeared to be cold blood within her dreams. After slaying him, she looked at her reflection in the mirror and her skin was cracked gray and her eyes turned a sinister red. She looked like a Sith Lord.
A chill traveled up her spine and her eyes swiftly opened as she gasped for breath. She hadn't been distracted from her meditation, despite the ringing of her alarm clock. With her left hand, she turned off the alarm while rubbing her eyes with her right hand. By now, she imagined that Dan, along with the other Padawan that had accompanied them here were awake, but she wasn't sure she was quite ready to approach them yet; she was a mess, both from sleep deprivation and from her constant rolling around in bed. Perhaps I should clean up a bit first, she thought.
When she walked into the bathroom and glanced in the mirror, she was caught off guard by her face from the dream. Seconds later, it shifted back into her normal look, but not before her heart began to race. She took a few deep breaths, and calmed herself down, reassuring herself that she was just a bit paranoid.
As her heart began to beat at its normal rhythm, she undressed and stepped into the shower. Turning the knob, she was struck by icy cold drops of water. Coruscant had really spoiled her; she missed the refreshing warmth of the showers there. Not a whole lot of time had been sent on Coruscant, however. After showing Dan all of her skills, they had almost immediately set out to aid Jevan in getting his saber crystal. Despite perhaps wanting to, she couldn't complain about it being a waste of time. Forging your first lightsaber was a life-changing moment for many, Jaina herself included.
No longer willing to put up with the cold water, she stepped out of the shower and quickly dried off. From there, she applied any cosmetics she found necessary, and dressed in her dark brown Jedi robes. Then, she stepped out of the bathroom and headed towards the kitchen.
"Mmm. That food was good, to bad theres none left for the padawans." Dan said over the intercom. Jaina chuckled. Dan was definitely an interesting man. To be honest, she was surprised he acted this way. Most Jedi she had met acted without any emotion, as if to bore everyone they spoke with. Luckily, Dan was the opposite, something Jaina liked about him.
Arriving in the kitchen, she was greeted by the sight of Jevan and Dan. "Good morning." she said. "See you've both gotten a head start without me." she said, a slight smirk growing on her face.

Good morning master, plenty of food left I see! I count myself lucky. Dan chuckled, before bringing some of the finished food off the stove and over to a counter that would be easy to access. I thought it best to make a second batch after i said that. He said jokingly before Jevan asked his next question. So, how far are we from Ilum? Dan looked at a screen that he had tied to the bridge to keep him posted on the distance. An hour or so I'd say. Dan put the last stack of pan cakes on the counter and felt Jaina entering the room slightly before she spoke, he thought she felt a little worried. "Good morning." , Dan wasn't sure they all knew each other enough to start bringing things out into the open like secrets yet. If she was struggleing with something she would need help, true, but was he reasy to help without saying something wrong? The only thing he knew he could say at the moment was his greeting. Good morning Jaina. He said grabbing his own bowl and pouring himself the cereal and the blue milk.
"See you've both gotten a head start without me." Dan smiled, and spoke just after swallowing a spoonful of cereal, What?! I was hungry! I don't know what his excuse is. He pointed to Jevan as if accusing him saying that he should have waited.
Dan chuckled again, before pushing Jaina's bowl over to the edge where she would sit, So how is everyone this morning? Dan asked to both his students, then after it was answered he directed another question to Jevan, Do you have a design worked up for your saber Jevan? Dan asked and let him answer.

Jevan chuckled at Jaina's remark, and a bit more at Dan's response. The two were both very interesting individuals. As soon as Jaina had walked into the room though, he could feel anxiety radiating off her. He knew they were all still getting to know each other, and she would likely approach the subject when she was ready. But he could most definitely tell that something was wrong. A concerned look crossed his face for a moment, but he did his best to wipe it off, and smiled. Good morning Jaina! He pointed at his master, pasting a severe look on his face. Hey, I built up an appetite doing my morning exercises, I earned this food! He laughed, nodding as his master asked how everyone was doing. I'm doing well, excited to see Ilum!
Jevan ate at his food, fairly gulping down the cereal; he really had built up an appetite. He thought for a moment when Dan asked him regarding the design for his saber. He nodded, finishing his cereal. I do, I've got the parts, the design down for the hilt. When I'm done it'll be just a bit curved, with a diamond shaped pommel and an emitter shroud. I got a back up power cell, and I even managed to find a dueling lens and a fencing emitter. He was quite proud of those last two finds. What he was hoping to do was create a agile, precise saber, one to match his own technique. He thought for a moment, bringing his hand up to touch the eye covering around his neck. After a moment he smiled again. All I need now is my crystal.

((Sorry for the delay, I haven't been home all weekend. Also rushing a post due to needing to leave for school, so sorry if it's rather small as well))
"Ah, Master Firestar, I should have known your appetite would prevent you from waiting for Jevan and myself." she said, her face full of amusement.
Turning her head to Jevan, who had also greeted her, she said: "Good morning to you as well, Jevan." a tone of acceptance had escaped from her voice. In all honesty, Jaina hadn't made up her mind about Jevan yet. He was much younger than her, that was something she knew for sure. Apart of her said that he was someone worth getting to know, but that would take time. For now, she would simply stand neutral with him.
Upon being greeted into the room, Jaina took a seat at the table with everyone else. With her spoon in her right-hand, she took a scoop of the cereal and took a bite, while placing her left-hand under her cheek in attempt to get comfortable. "So Ilum is rather far out for your first crystal." she spoke to Jevan. "There are a lot of rare crystals there, you might be lucky enough to find an exotic one." the thought of finding him a purple or orange crystal made her slightly jealous. Her saber simply took on the simple blue color. Perhaps she would find a new crystal for herself as well? Only time would tell.

((OOC---No problem Malev.))
"So Ilum is rather far out for your first crystal." Dan thought about it for a second, Well, it is a little out of the way, but it is the most traditional location for crystals. Dan shrugged a bit still eating at his food, by this time he had finished the cereal quickly, and was now eating into the waffles. When Javen answered the question about his saber type and design he said, I do, I've got the parts, the design down for the hilt. When I'm done it'll be just a bit curved, with a diamond shaped pommel and an emitter shroud. I got a back up power cell, and I even managed to find a dueling lens and a fencing emitter. All I need now is my crystal.
"There are a lot of rare crystals there, you might be lucky enough to find an exotic one." Dan nodded in agreement, That's true, but you also don't want to take the first one you see, even if you like the color, find the one that is right for you, i think you'll know what i mean when we get there.
Dan giggled a bit remembering his first lightsaber, Well you where far more prepared then i was, when i first came to Ilum I didn't know what i was getting, I ended up copying my masters hilt in the end. Dan had noticed that Jevan had never seen Dan's lightsaber blades. He had likely seen the Rancor hilts on his belt, and Jaina had seen them when they first met when he was beating up on the training droids. Dan took the one that he had designed off his belt and held it in his hand for a few seconds, It wasn't shiny like many other hilts mainly due to it not being plated, but it was rare in another sense. The hilt itself was made out of a hallow Rancor tooth, the blade was even more a rare feat, His had an Orange core that gave a Yellow shine, oddly enough his masters was almost exactly the same except with a Yellow core and Orange shine. Dan ignited the blade holding it out away from the table. That's what mine turned into. He said remembering his own trip to Ilum years ago.
Dan had remembered that he didn't actually know to much more about Jaina's saber, he shut his down and replaced it to the belt before asking Jaina a question for a moment. What about you Jaina, where did you get yours? I recognize you weren't from the Coruscant temple, did they take you to a different place for yours? Dan asked, this may be an important day for Jevan, but he didn't think it good to leave his other student out either.
