Name: Malacar Casruoben
Alias: Reigner Thammot,
Race: Echani
Age: 45
Height: 6'0" ft.
Weight: 166 lbs.
Appearance:
Tall and pale skinned his Echani heritage shows immensely in his physical traits, with a slender yet muscular physique it is often covered by his clothing however shows in his thin facial features. His silver eyes often putting those he looks at in an uneasy feeling, however his calm voice and smile often reassures them of his nature. His face lacks any aging or natural blemishes his pale nearly alabaster complexion further hinting at his genetic heritage. Often dressed in simple jeans or leather pants, biker boots, shirt and swoop jacket many wouldn't know he is a Master of the Jedi Order. However his clothing is prone to change depending on the nature of his current role, when within council meeting he is dressed in white hued traditional Jedi robes. and light brown mutli strapped boots. However unlike a majority of Jedi his lightsaber doesn't hang at his belt but tucked at the side of his boot, often mistaken as hydrospanner but hidden under nearly the leg of his pants when dressed as a civilian. When in robes it's kept tucked under his sleeve on a wrist brace.
Walking with a swagger often seen by low income civilians and gangsters, often described as walk with a slight exaggerated limp a trait he picked up on his first undercover assignment. As an Echani and member of the Jedi Order, his apparent age could be confused with someone in their late twenties as he upholds a youthful appearance, his arms and neck rather vascular and fit with a very defined level of muscle. While he doesn't have a large physique he has a slightly larger build than that of a swimmer which can be attributed to his physically active lifestyle.
As an Investigator, his demeanor can change to adapt to the situation however within the temple does his true demeanor show as a calm and collected individual with a pleasant smile. If seen shirtless scar decorate his body including burn scars as well as various slug round wounds and bolt wounds. There is also discoloration at his ribs and back which come from repeated bruising as a result of his frequent undercover work. His hair is long straight and silky often hanging down to the small of his back, his goatee styled beard the same texture handing nearly half a foot from his chin. while rare they are often left hanging straight however more often than not his beard is knotted in a tight braid and his hair as well. Upon very close inspection one will notice his knuckles are scarred and calloused heavily from fighting and training.
He speaks with a slightly raspy yet proper Coruscanti Accent (British), however can also use a deeper and gruff common accent used by many in the sub-levels of Coruscant (Irish/Cockney)
Personality:
Unique in Malacar is a duality of his personality while in the temple he is the personification of ideal Jedi behavior, calm, collected, level headed and well spoken. Often surrounding himself with students he has the social graces to teach in a large setting or hold a conversation with large groups of people quite easily. His appearance and the way he carries himself often draws attention with the tone of his voice and wisdom in his words. Considered by many to be reserved and wise as well as understanding and compassionate, there are a few who find his personality to be fake and overly welcoming though those are far and few between.
Preferring rather to lead by indirect control through conversational manipulation and reverse psychology however can easily become very authoritarian in situations where he is confident it can be resolved his way. However in moments of complete ignorance he'll quickly follow the lead of a more experienced individual with little question. Since he deals with younglings, and padawans on a regular basis his teaching style is rather slowed as he rewards initiative, yet will also give a firm lecture on failure. A pet peeve when teaching isn't failure but the lack of trying, known for his patience he will help a youngling practice everyday all day but will not tolerate a youngling who won't try.
Many interpret this as impatience however he makes his reasons very clear, he teaches only those who wish to learn. As his philosophy when allowing criminals to die while he's undercover that simply, you cannot save someone from themselves it's up to them. Compliments are given often and for the smallest of tasks as he seeks to be sure all attempts at learning are appreciated.
However there is also a different side to Malacar his street persona where kindness and soft spoken words are not always received with proper affection. His street rough attitude and slang savvy tone seems to produce a great deal of trust with the common civilian who find him as a peer rather than investigator.
Apart from his true personality and the persona he can turn on at the flip of a switch, Malacar is extremely independent a trait he picked up as a padawan of his Mentor and Jedi Master Raskta. Often when undercover he was left to his own devices within the Jedi temple to which he used the time wisely to study and train. Though he wishes he could have accompanied his master he found the independence granted better for him in the long run as it built up the training of not having to rely on others, to learn from mistakes and to change tactics quickly and to an adapting situation.
Malacar's one true love is the Jedi Order living by it's Code reverently to the point of teaching it in classes, his dedication to the cause of Order, Balance and Harmony are factors he holds close to his heart. He grew up and was raised not to hold fears and when the question of fear is brought up he'll remind those who ask there should be no fear, the only logical fear is death. However there is no death, there is the force.
A philosophy he abides by even in undercover work is a reverence to life, since accidently killing another when he was twenty. Malacar made himself a promise never to kill again, even under the guide of Reigner he chooses fists as his main weapon because he can control the damage and even then never takes a life. This philosophy effected him to the point he altered the crystal of his lightsaber to form a blade capable of burning, defending, beating however not cutting and not killing, unless specifically used for it.
His more appealing personality traits include compassion, outgoing, extroversion as well sensitivity to the needs of others. However his more lower end personality traits are being a workaholic and perfectionist, while the ideals of romance had occurred to him and even appealed to a certain nature he suppresses such possible attachments for the sake of the Jedi Order and his ability to lie very easily and convincingly stemming from over three decades of Investigative work and interrogations.
His method of hand to hand combat is attributed greatly to the Echani culture and it's emphasis on reading one another through combat. Initiating communication through unarmed combat it's built from the premise of Malacar constantly analyzing and reading other fighters, making his style more efficient through keen observation. Apart from techniques of the original Echani concepts of using the motion and kinetic energy of the attacker against them. Malacar adapted it with a form of brawling and street fighting that now results in a unique fighting style. Based on it's outward appearance it seems less than being about fighting but rather sheer relentless butchery.
The style is heavy handed and lead footed, a brutal form of fighting that focuses on very hard hits to small joints, pressure points, as well as direct strikes to bones. While Malacar is opposed to killing he isn't opposed to breaking bones, skulls, or necks so long as he doesn't kill the his opponents. Comas, paralyzation, or future requirement of cybernetics limbs for his opponents doesn't bother him nearly as much. While he understands in the end that Jedi are to promote peace, balance, order and harmony that sometimes elements of chaos and the outliers of peace and balance are required to be neutralized or rehabilitated in order to achieve the main goal. And while all men have a degree of good in them, it's his job to save the innocence and defenseless from them, but not from themselves.

Bio:
Born on the planet of Eschan the planetary home of his race within the city of Pediatari, a small corporate and military fueled city focusing on the recruitment of Echani and the veritable business that arose from the population of servicemen and women in the city. Born to Lt. Huntar Casruoben and Taumafa Casruoben, he was tested positive as force sensitive at birth. However due to the fact there was a lack of Jedi currently on the planet, he lived with his parents for the first six months before eventually his parents were approached by Jedi however instead of giving up their first born child they opted to keep him until the age of six. Growing up in a military and Echani household, Huntar worked mostly as a Platoon leader in Engineering though he made ample time for his family and child, the mother on the other hand was a full time mother staying home to care for the Malacar.
Malacar was named after a great uncle who served in the Republic as a Colonel in infantry, an honored position in a seemingly military family. Malacar grew up seemingly normal other than the test confirming his force sensitivity, he showed no real significant difference from other infants and toddlers he grew up in a loving and stable home, and at age three welcomed a new addition to his family in the form of a baby sister. "Taumafa" named after their mother. There were no hardships in his family as they never truly wanted, as all their needs were taken care of. By age four Malacar's parents began grooming him for the Jedi Order reminding him how much they loved and cared for him, however he was destined to be a Jedi.
As loyal Republic citizens they were fiercely loyal to the Republic and it's Jedi Knights, loyal to the point of knowing and praying their son would thrive in the Jedi Order. Each day afterward they would share their experiences of the Jedi Order and the experience of those affected by their charity, and good works. Often Malacar would watch news featuring the Jedi and listening to holotapes on the Heroes of the Republic, often finding them as heroes his parents spoke openly about. They were readying him to the time he would eventually leave and while it pained them, they knew he would contribute more in service to the Jedi Order than in the military.
As Malacar matured in age nearing the time the Jedi would come for him, he began to show the signs of his sensitivity often through enhanced reflexes or moments of precognition. More often during insignificant moments such as knowing what his father would do on his way to do it such as using the restroom or in moments such as knowing whom was knocking at the door, though this mostly went unnoticed and unwarranted. As age six came along his parents presented him with a grand birthday party the last one they would host for their son. It included members of his immediate and extended family, as well as his friends. However in special attendance would be the very Jedi who would take him in to the Temple. Jedi Knight Hattos a knight working under the direction of the Jedi Watchman within the Inner Rim.
Many tears were shed, and hugs given but eventually Malacar left with the Jedi Knight to head off into the sky to become a member of the Jedi Order and all that it entailed. He would become what his parents spent so many years preparing him for.
The time to the nearest Jedi Enclave was a week in hyperspace, completely new to aspect of hyperspace travel Malacar became extremely nauseous the entire time. While Jedi Knight Hatto attempted to appease the young boy with use of motion sickness medicines and calming techniques ultimately Malacar had to suffer until finally in the system of arrival. Entering the planetary system of Seraphim the planet looked as if it were a sphere of pure silver and green marble from Eschan remarkable and beautiful in nearly every way. And though he could not explain it he could feel the great power of life pulsating from the planet like a constant cool breeze though it was different.
When he asked, Jedi Knight Hatto explained it was the feeling of the force, the life of the planet as all Jedi were able once they concluded their training. Finally reaching the planet surface a solitary star port large enough to compliment several dozen large vessels at a time was the only technological structure he saw yet it was dwarfed by the mountain carved marvel that was the Jedi fortress. A construction marvel of Jedi engineering and workmanship the fortress and enclave was by far the largest single structure the young Echani had ever seen. As they finally landed and arrived at the fortress Malacar's eyes were glued to the ornate carvings, decorations and other Jedi, for a moment someone could call it star struck yet only when he arrived to his assigned clan did it begin to dawn on him the consequences of his presence.
He missed his sister, his mother and his father, a very common thing among younglings whom have stayed until the age of six. They formed connections with previously known loved ones and during the early stages of begin a youngling did it affect them the most, Malacar was no exception troubled in the nights where he felt most lonely he was able to adapt the teachings of his minder through meditative exercises to find peace with his emotions while too conflicted to keep at peace he was eventually able to come to terms with his reality.
In his studies he was slightly above average youngling in studies of saber combat of Shii Cho and his other abilities. Given his young years in the upbringing of Echani culture he excelled in hand to hand combat often using it in conjunction with saber training giving him a slight edge in his clan. Known as very friendly and outgoing he was rarely known to be troublesome or difficult to handle. As he aged in years he stood out in his clan his silver hair, and pale skin against other races.
His studies of history, politics were also above average however he was on par with a majority of his class as well not really standing out but not seeming insignificant. Upon maturing to the age of eleven he regarded members of his clan as family often easily cooperating with them in group assignments. He passed his initiate trials on the first try attributing his skill in control and his Echani upbringing to learn from his fellow clan mates in their body language and techniques. While seemingly different each individual spoke a different language in their movements even the slightly millimeter spoke of his move, his/her intention.
However he was not without friends or enemies and even what many referred to as a "frenemy". In particular a young female nautolan of the same age, pale green skin and large blackened eyes. She was ambitious and with it she always attempted to do better than Malacar in particular or find ways to thwart him from doing better than her. In time the relationship became mutual each one attempting to do better than the other however there in that relationship sat a attraction to one another. The general like of competition and eventually even a small degree of respect formed in the years in the clan together.
While on the other hand sat an enemy in the form of a boy younger to Malacar by mere month a Thyrsian his skin was very dark, with his hair jet black and silk textured as Malacar's silvered hair. He would often poke fun at Malacar for his heritage and Malacar would return the gesture this often left them to fighting both verbally and physically. It wasn't uncommon for their minder to separate and discipline them. Reminding them of one of the three pillars, Self discipline and to apply it to their emotions and their actions.
While the rest of the class didn't fit in the category of enemy or friend, Malacar considered them all friends since they never fought and worked together well enough to be considered on friendly terms. The strain of enemies, friends and "frenemies" culminated near the end of their training as they moved closer to their initiate trials and the eventual Apprentice tournaments. As competition to gain the wanted attention of a possible master became most relevant and desired.
In time he was chosen in the first pick of Padawans by another Echani Jedi Knight, a young female in her mid twenties by the name of Raskta Guldi named after a famous Echani duelist. She chose Malacar for both his heritage and his abilities he showed potential in his ability in the force was well as light saber combat. Under her guidance she taught him in the ways of Echani culture, language, combat and the Jedi lifestyle it complimented. Herself a Jedi Knight Investigator she dedicated her self to the law of the land. Her philosophy being that the law existed to protect those unable to protect themselves and to remind those who violate it that justice ensures all are committed to it. That as a Jedi, ensuring the adherence to the law was as important as any other position.
They traveled to Coruscant where she worked along side with CSF, as there was never shortage of crimes in the citywide planet. Her skill set as an investigator proved invaluable as she aided the CSF and occasionally the Senate Guard investigative division. Many Jedi Investigators such as her self were skilled interrogators and "walking lie detectors". However she instructed him in the techniques of investigation and street knowledge, and for the first time he wore civilian clothing rather than the robes and tunics of the younglings.
She taught him that his behavior as a Jedi reflected on the Jedi Order as a whole that in the entire galaxy the Jedi were an insignificant speck of it's population so the behavior of one could reflect upon the entire Order. So one must always maintain control, exude peace and promote order so that all would know that Jedi are friends to the just and righteous however to recognize cultures that not all was black and white and while they would not understand some cultures they had a responsibility to respect them.
In her experience she taught him the importance of wielding a light saber, the advanced lessons of Shii Cho and it's main philosophy of disarming, to make one no longer a threat not to kill or harm. However that some refused to be saved, refused to be disarmed and would leave little choice. but also in Echani expression through it's reading of one another through combat, they often sparred him learning more and more of the techniques as their relationship grew as Master and Padawan.
As he worked along side of his mentor they investigated crimes in the inner city she would teach him to use the force to understand the basic psychology of suspects and victims alike to use the force to feel their thought to determine lie and truth. Unlike regular officers of the law and droid the truth could be discerned through listening to the force allowing it to guide your path. While her position as an Investigator was a difficult one he was often sent away during her more difficult missions to the Temple to attend classes instructing the intricacies of sense and learning to draw and read the energies of the living force.
He learned a great deal from her and Jedi instructors but remained without a light saber as she hadn't allowed him to construct his own until he was nearly fifteen. Without announcement she told him they were to partake of a very important mission, one that would affect him for the rest of his life, and while he thought it would be dangerous she mentioned the only danger he should fear is himself. Boarding a vessel they traveled to the Jedi world of Ilum, there he faced the physical challenges of reach the cave she pointed out for him though he had difficulty she climbed as if it was effortless.
Upon reached the destination the mouth of the cave emanated the force, like heat. It intimidated the young Malacar and he was assured of his Master to enter the crystals within were brightly colored and beautiful and he reached for the first he saw but was stopped. she informed him the journey would be more complex as each Jedi had a crystal within the cave chosen by the force specifically for them. though it confused Malacar he felt more akin to having to chose a single toy as a child rather than there being a toy for him. But he used the lessons learned from sensing, feeling the living force he was guided deeper into the cave for nearly twelve hours he passed crystals that most would covet.
He finally approached a lone crystal among an entire patch, yet to him it was solitary and sat like a single flower in a field of grass. Using the tools provide he cut the crystal from the ground a clear ponite crystal, rare and yet when tough by light produced a green spectrum. He could feel a bond between him and crystal, unexplained yet it felt as if a part of him. they exited the cave and venture to a nearby enclave there he slept and upon waking he was instructed to meditate as many before him to draw in the energies of the intense force presence, he fell into a deep trance visions of his families rushed through his mind, as did his lessons as if he relived his days in his youngling clan. Lucid and real he felt as if all the time as a padawan was but a dream yet only the reminding soft voice of his master reminded him of his purpose to construct a light saber.
Using the force he began to bend the matter of the materials, it was difficult and in the time over the several month her dedicated to this he made small strides daily. His Master, at his side aiding him, guiding him along the way. The process was strenuous and repetitive and many times he would fail and be required to try again or worse start over. But eventually after three long months of being within the Ilum enclave, and being tried of the cold temperatures he finished his lightsaber. The design being vastly simplistic looked more like a solid metallic rod with a activation switch and a clip for the belt, with leather strips bound for grip. A lack of designs made it unique in it's own way, featureless without ornate grip. As he completed his light saber he held and activated it for the first time, having been forced to rely on a training saber he was given to use since his clan days.
However the experience left him physically exhausted, and he was permitted to rest his light saber resting on his belt as a symbol of his experience and status as a Jedi. Awakening his master wasted no time with only enough time to eat and board a vessel to return to Coruscant. Upon his return they continued training however carefully with his new saber, in the advanced techniques of Shii Cho and she surveyed him on his preference of techniques. He didn't prefer Maskshi as it promoted violence and attacking as did Ataru, While he considered himself strong he didn't favor Shien or Djem So and though he'd heard of it he barely knew what Juyo was for the exception of it's name and rumored ability. and Niman seemed overly complicated, leaving him with the teachings of Soresu while not a master in the technique she taught him what she could however not neglecting the basics of Shii Cho.
In the years to come she still kept him for more dangerous assignments warning him that they were far too dangerous for him to attending and in time he'd understand. In times he was sent to the temple he often studied the histories of the Jedi, as well as focusing on his meditations and saber techniques. He enjoyed being well rounded in the times he would learn. It wouldn't be until he was nineteen did his Master begin to include him on dangerous assignments which would include stand offs, undercover work or tracking down the occasional serial killers.
While inexperienced he learned quickly with first hand experience and witnessing his master at work. She performs as an actress while undercover and he learned quickly to adapt to underworld behaviors to mimic the lingo and mannerisms as well. though many times he played as her husband or boyfriend due to them both being Echani. While such situations made him think of romance, he pressed away such thought as it violated the code though the hormones of a growing boy often left him curious.
It wasn't until he was twenty did he face his difficulty while delivering spice to a sting operation he was ambushed and force to defend himself while not entirely intentional he ended up killing another in self defense with a vibroblade, severing an artery and unable to save him in time. It was among the first times he felt first hand the force disappear in an individual. The feeling was alien to him, he'd always felt life and the force as vibrant at time weak, and at times strong or chaotic but never gone never faded to nothing. The fact it was because of him struck him particularly hard, for weeks he cried himself asleep over come with the emotional guilt of having killed.
He was considered unfit by some because of his emotion and his seemingly inability to control it. However his master was able to aid him through the feelings of guilt with a simple truth, that not even Jedi can save people from themselves. And that as a Jedi he would often meet those whom were deliberate in self destruction and dedicated to the destruction of others for self gain and gratification. While her advice aiding him in this dreaded chapter, that event would forever forge who he was to become. When he recovered he promised himself an oath to never kill, to find other means of resolution even if it were to cost him his own life he wouldn't take another.
He studied of such means, Form Zero as they called it, however he disagreed as there were times violence would be required but he wouldn't kill. Following this he changed the state of his crystal altering it that it would form a blade that couldn't sever only burn, slightly cut and leave welts and bruises in all respects a training saber as many would describe it. It allowed him to deflect, and reflect blaster bolts granting him defense as well as defend against full powered light saber blades however in it's respect it was dulled greatly to prevent it's ability to so easily kill.
His master admired his position yet also disagreed on his method to ensure it, a disagreement they would hold for decades to come.
Upon the ripe age of twenty two, Malacar had mastered Shii Cho and was an expert in the saber technique of Soresu. He'd learned a great deal from his master of the Jedi Order, and of the force however would benefit more on his own to build his own experiences. she submitted his name to the High Council to be tested for Knighthood. The council agreed with her assessment as brought him before them to announce his trials to be conducted.
His records were looked over and his first trial would be the trial of skill, he was instructed to enter the a testing chamber within the sub levels of the temple where he would be required to use his skills to warden off attacks he may face in the galaxy. The chamber was a darkened room with only a few dim lights to that illuminated each corner. He waited within the chamber for another to enter however with the eventual shot of a blaster bolt he quickly activated his light saber and deflected it. This continued for nearly two minutes as blasts shot randomly from every direction as he was able to skillfully block and deflect all but one which nearly stunned him however only leaving a hefty bruise on his abdomen.
As he thought the test was concluded the activation of a single blue light saber activated as it quickly approached him attacking in a fast fury of attack in the style of Ataru. He fell back on his understanding of Soresu as Shii Cho left far too large of opening for him to properly defend himself. He was unable to see his attacker as the dark allowed the identity to remain anonymous he was able to block every strike for the minute and twenty seconds it attacked complimenting his skill in Soresu's defensive capabilities. as the lights rushed on he found himself alone in an empty chamber as a Jedi entered instructing him to return to the Council Chambers.
Upon returning the council concluded he was able to adequately display the skill required of a Jedi Knight however this next test was something far more dangerous at times than a test of skill, and far more difficult to defend against. A test many cannot prepare for the battle of spirit, the battle of one's self. Taken by his master to an isolated chamber along with several members of the Jedi Council where he was instructed to meditate following the sincere instructions of how to face his inner darkness, to face the mirror within. Kneeling within a meditative stance he followed into the deep recesses of his mind, for hours he was lost, wandering as if in a dark labyrinth before waking up his failure indicated by a few members of the Jedi Council shaking their heads. He asked to try again, though mentally tired and fearful of another failure they permitted him allowance to try again.
As he meditated in his own conscious like the labyrinth before he didn't follow the darkness but walked along a guided path, allowing the force to guide him along the way he came upon a doorway slowly opening it he was blinded by a light as his vision adjusted he found himself knelt holding a vibroblade into the man he killed in self defense the chamber filled with the dead, flooded in fresh blood as even the smell of death and iron flooded his senses an immediate fear, and heavy guilt came over him. He attempted to stand and run away from the bodies, from the death that weighed him heavily with guilt. The absence of the living force, the chilling aura of the familiar and seductive darkside of the force it both scared him and pulled him.
As he ran to the door to leave, in a stretching vision of vertigo it only moved further and further away even as he attempted to run faster eventually stumbling to the ground into the bloody floor leaving his chest, hands and left side of his face red stained with the blood pooling on the ground. He stood looking at the blood on his hands as heavier guilt weighed upon him, however a she looked up the room changed to that of a large fun house a maze of mirrors and the floor still pooled with blood yet no bodies. Approaching the nearby mirror he was able to look into the mirror of his own bloodied reflection, as he tried to wipe the blood from his pale face it only smeared peeling away a bit of his facial flesh.
Fearful yet curious he began to peel away more of the flesh, underneath his own pale yet wrinkled face underneath aged by nearly eighty years, with browned and blackened teeth he pulled away more and more of the flesh frantically before stripping away all of it as he looked into the mirror it was an aged version of himself. Crimson and goldenrod eyes that glowed softly with a cold expression he reached to his face only to feel the absence of wrinkles in the reflection. Though the reflection slowly winked, smirking as it kicked him through the pane of mirrored glass behind him causing him to fall down a shaft for nearly twenty seconds as he finally hit the hard gravel below; while the fall should have killed him it only hurt very badly.
However in reality, the Jedi Masters watched Malacar in deep meditation his own body glistened with sweat his tunic moist with rings of his perspiration. His eyes darting back and forth behind closed lids as if in a deep lucid state of sleep, however they could feel his fear, they could feel his panic and desperation to escape. However the Trail would finish only when it did, they could not dictate the ending nor its course only observe.
Within his mind Malacar groaned as he stood his back and head searing with the pain of the fall he staggered to stand looking around he was within a dark chamber a spotlight from above simply shone on him alone offering no insight into what hid among the darkness. The ignition of a red light saber in the darkness was the only indication of danger as he was able to pull out his own light saber, igniting it's green blade as the figure leaped forward assaulting him immediately. Malacar forced to defend himself against the rage fueled onslaught for nearly a minute before an opening presented itself in the form of an unarmed attack. The figure was hooded in a large thick brown robe with a shroud of darkness covering it's face but with the quick hook to the face the hood flew back revealing whom he saw in the mirror earlier it was himself. A darker version but himself, colder, uncaring and ruthless he pressed on the attack again this time the strike were stronger, powerful enough to nearly knock the saber from Malacar's hands.
Though with each strike there was less inertia behind each blow the sign of eventual and growing fatigue. With a quick break in the offensive Malacar quickly struck with hard blows a strike to both the left and right side of his torso before quickly spinning his saber over his head in a falling arch across the face of his dark version causing it to spin and stumble onto the ground the side of his face marred with the deep bruise and burn caused by the saber. The reflection's saber slowly rolled away from his reach as he laid on his back looking up to him, At his mercy Malacar aimed his saber to his face as he struggled with both fear and his philosophy, suddenly he quickly kicked at its face knocking it unconscious as he spoke to himself. "I will not kill.." The moment he spoke all events seemed to rewind quickly as if he feel victim to the mental butterfly effect, awakening knelt in the meditative position.
His hands shaking, soaked in his own sweat and even having gone as far as urinated on himself, but it was determined he passed the trial. He was excused to refresh himself and while he beat himself up over the way he finished he was proud he faced the trial with passed. After cleaning himself up and presenting himself to the council, they made him aware of successes in the Trial of Skill, Spirit and of Courage. However after consideration they stated his first time facing the guilt of killing another in self defense the weeks he was tormented by his own guilt and his ability to overcome it and accept it. Then to have had faced it again in the trial of Spirit along with injury sustained in the Trial of Skill was far more warranted to award him success in the Trial of Flesh as well as succeeding in the Trial of Courage for choosing to face his Trial of Spirit twice having failed once and facing his guilt again willingly without fail, and that he would be awarded with the title of Knight. He was then instructed to first venture to the Tranquility spire to meditate within the preparation chamber to sense and seek out the living force to guide his future path.
After a day of meditation he would be summoned to join his master within the High Council Chamber, thought instead of sitting as they usually did they stood some of them breaking the stoic expression and offering a smile. He was instructed to stand at the center of the chamber where a Councilor stood int he stead of the Grand Master and spoke the ancient words. As the words came to an end the lightsabers of all present masters ignited the blue saber of the knighting council member in particular caused anxiousness, the blade slowly lowering to each shoulder before swiftly striking up and severing the padawan braid, that slid down his shoulder and unto the floor before him. In most cases he would have finished, his master stepped forward when called and knelt beside her former Padawan words were spoken depicting her skill in raising a youngling into a man and Knight of the Order and for display of such dedication she would be bestowed with the title of Master in the Order.
As the ceremony concluded, Malacar reached down picking up his braid looking over to Raskta though she attempted to keep a stoic look he could read the subtle facial twitch of a smile. Slowly standing together they both left the chamber circle entering the turbo lift, while no words were spoken there was pride swelled in each of them. As they reached the main foyer they both walked their separate ways to their own dormitories.
His braid still grasped in his hand as he entered his dormitory bedroom, Malacar knotted both ends ensuring it wouldn't come apart before tightly weaving it under the leather binding grip of his light saber hilt. A small yet significant degree of personalization he would cherish for years to come, the next morning he was summoned by the council, immediately heeding their call. They questioned him on his future if he found his path as a Knight during his isolated meditation before being knighted. He did and pressed his interest in becoming a Jedi Investigator like his former Master who trained him, he sought to right the wrongs of the galaxy through service to justice and democracy. The council conferred with one another before eventually coming to the agreement and concurring with his choice, bestowing upon him the position of Investigator.

Bio:
Birth and Early Years
Born on the planet of Eschan the planetary home of his race within the city of Pediatari, a small corporate and military fueled city focusing on the recruitment of Echani and the veritable business that arose from the population of servicemen and women in the city.
Youngling Years
The time to the nearest Jedi Enclave was a week in hyperspace, completely new to aspect of hyperspace travel Malacar became extremely nauseous the entire time.
Padawan Years
In time he was chosen in the first pick of Padawans by another Echani Jedi Knight, a young female in her mid twenties by the name of Raskta Guldi named after a famous Echani duelist.
The Trials
Jedi Knight - Investigator Part 1
