Searching Iziz

[Lucilius Solo]

Anxor was sitting in the very back seat of a public transport. Said transport was heading to Onderon's walled capital city of Iziz. Next to Anxor was his young apprentice, Halcyon Lorlan. Anxor didn't know what they should expect to find on Onderon or even in Iziz but Onderon held many Ancient secrets and it was worth a shot to find out.

Sith Lord Freedon Nadd used to rule Onderon, which meant Iziz still held some of the ancient power left behind by Nadd. It was a powerful planet, with a strong connection to the Dark Side. Finally, Anxor felt the shuttle land, and Anxor stood up. His curved-hilt lightsaber was momentarily shown as his cloak opened as he stood up.

One of the passengers looked at the lightsaber and began to say "Your a Je-" but the passenger never finished. Anxor used the Force to tell him "You don't know us, and you have never seen us before." As the passengers started to file out, Anxor pushed his way through and motioning for Halcyon to follow him, Anxor walked down the exit ramp and out of the shuttle.

[Midnight]

Halcyon got up from her seat and followed right behind Anxor. "Sir," She spoke in a small voice. "What are we doing here?"

Anxor looked back at Halcyon and said "First and foremost we are here to lay low from the Jedi. I know this is a Republic planet, but Onderon has a powerful Dark Side prescence, the Jedi won't easily sense us. Secondly, I need to speak to the King of Onderon regarding some very valuable trasures in the Palace Museum."

Anxor walked over to the Starport Official, and said "I need a Starport Visa." the Official nodded and pulled something out of his pocket, and typed something in. "Here you are. Do best not to lose it, or else your stuck on the planet."

Anxor took it and walked away from the Starport Official. Anxor walked over to the guards blocking the way to the Merchant's Quarter and handed them his Starport Visa. They stared at Anxor a moment and said "Have good stay on Onderon, Master Jedi" Anxor took back the visa and walked into the Merchant's Quarter.

[Midnight]

"Sir," Halcyon spoke. "I have to find some things. Would it be fine if you went to the King yourself? " Halcyone pulled out a paper and examined it, she needed many parts.

Anxor looked at Halcyon and replied "Not at all. I shall meet with you in the Cantina if all goes well." Anxor then took of down the opposite direction towards the Palace entrance.

A guard stopped Anxor and asked him "What is your purpose with our King?" Anxor smiled and used the Force and told the guard quietly "I'm an important member of the King's court. You will let me pass." The guards eyes were unfocused as he said "I shall let you pass."and turning to face his comrade, the guard told him "He's been cleared."

Anxor nodded at the guards and said in a tone of false gratitude "Thank you." The Palace gate slid open, and Anxor stepped inside, thinking to himself, now to get my hands on some the treasures that the Onderonians are foolishly hoarding to themselves.

[Midnight]

Halcyon went her opposite ways from Anxor and started to wander the Merchant's Quarter. She passed many merchants, selling clothes, weapons, and other items. However thats wasn't what she was looking for today. She approached a merchant who seemed to be selling salvaged technologies. Scanning the pile of junk she discovered a rechargeable power cell. She looked at the merchant and lifted the cell. "How much for this power cell? " Se spoke with the Force. The merchant eyed her and spoke, "100 credits." Halcyon snapped her gaze on him. "Any... lower price available? " She snapped at him. "Ok... 50 credits," He spoke. Halcyon looked into his eyes and muttered. "That is acceptable," She reached Into her robe pocket and pulled out 50 credits. "I will be going now." She turned and left the stand to roam more.

Anxor entered the Onderonian Royal Palace and saw many different hallways leading to different areas of the Palace. Anxor used the Force to sense the right path leading to the throne room, and that's the path he chose.

The throne room was flanked by two guards, whom allowed Anxor to pass, though of course with a little persuasion from the Force. King Vesk sat atop the throne, surronded by his many advisors. "Who are you?" asked King Vesk suspiciously. Anxor bowed and said "Lord Anxor Sunkiller, your highness. I wish to speak to you about possibly handing over some of the Dark Jedi artifacts you keep here."

King Vesk began to laugh and said "Really? You actually think I would hand them over to you? I think not! If that's all...guards, escort this Sunkiller out of the Palace." Two burly guards came over and Anxor bowed to the king and said through gritted teeth "Thank you for your time.", if Anxor was anywhere else, he would have killed Vesk but even Anxor wasn't stupid enough to do that in the heart of the Royal Palace. He would never survive. Anxor followed the guards out of the Palace, and then once he was out, he began to scan around for Halcyon.

[Midnight]

Halyon sensed Anxor before he saw him break thorugh the crowd. She quickly bounded to him. She was clearly excited. "Sir," She spoke through heavy panting. "I sense a darkness coming. If you wish to join them I will go with you but I will not join them." She did feal a darkness coming. It was big.

The sound of the blockade runner breaking the sound barrier as it teared through the sky could no doubt be heard. Ramseye relaxed on the throttle, and pulled the yoke up. The ships slowly but surely leveled out. Finally a few dust clouds parted way and the ground could now be seen as the ship finally touched down. the moan of the ramp extending downwards into the sodden surface was now ringing inside the ship. Ramseye stood, and nodded to Mariani. He still lusted for her.. slightly. But he attributed that to her species.

just then he felt a slight ping in the force. it was like he was looking over the top of a mountain at all the white clouds, and suddenly had spotted a darkish gray cloud.

Turning to marius he reached for his dual-sided saber, the one he'd taken from the temple on Yavin.... the one that belonged to Exar Kunn. "There is another dark presence on this planet.... perhaps they could join us in our conquest to desemate the jedi. Whether or not this is true, I will find out. Feel free to follow behind and monitor me, they have no need to know your here with me until we want them to... mariani."

With that, Ramseye walked off in the northern direction towards the palace, not looking back, but holding tight to his blackish grey cloak that now covered him completely; only his pale chin full of stuble showed under the veil of the hood that accompanied him.


As he neared the palace the resonance of the force was beginning to become clearer and more pure. He could almost read it as if it were inscribed into everything and everywhere he looked. He hoped that the man or woman that was emitting the energy was skilled... or atleast had a backbone. Ramseye hated the ever increasing amount of invertebrae that walked among the populace of the galaxy. It was a problem that he'd fix one day. But for now, he'd find what he could on the force user that was clearly not a jedi, for malice followed closely behind this individual.

Ramseye walked briskly, stepping down and listening to the cruunch of gravel in the streets. He grinned, he was a tad anxious.. power was the only thing that made him happy.

[Marius]

Mariani stood from her seat as they landed, raising the deep white hood from her shoulders, cloaking her face in deep shadow, whilst masking her presence in the Force once again, no longer afforded the comfort and privacy of space, the dark blotch that had once signaled her presence leaving an empty space in the Force. Her eyes followed Ramseye as he exited, waiting a few moment for him to lead the way before following.

"There is another dark presence on this planet.... perhaps they could join us in our conquest to decimate the Jedi. Whether or not this is true, I will find out. Feel free to follow behind and monitor me, they have no need to know your here with me until we want them to... Mariani," the human stated, as if she could not tell for herself. However, the Falleen was not going to bother giving a voice to her objection nor do different than what the other Dark Jedi suggested, it was just easier to go with the flow.

She stepped forth unto the lowered ramp, a mere apparition of life clothed in the pure white linen of her cloak, her whole form seemed to billow gently in the moving atmosphere of the planet, starkly contrasting the deadpan environment of the runner she had arrived in. She reached deliberately to her waist, her clawed fingers extracting the shoto-style saber hilt there, the metal flashing brightly for an instant in the sun before it was hidden away in her sleeves, her sleek arms crossing, hands hidden within the immense portals through which her hands worked. Slowly she seemed to melt into the air until nothing was left of her, not even a shadow or a force presence.

Mariani could not imagine how strange it must feel to not be able to sense someone you knew was following you, to know they right there like a shadow, yet a shadow was visible. It must have been horribly unnerving, it had been when her Master had first started to teach her, the not being able to sense something in the Force that SHOULD be there.. The nostalgia, frankly, was enraging to the woman, fueling her hatred for the Jedi further. Hopefully, what they were doing here would end soon, and the plans for the Council's demise would come to fruition, but not before they granted her the title of Jedi Master.

Anxor looked down at Halcyon and nodded. He felt the power as well, it was strong indeed, and corrupted in the Dark Side. Perhaps they would be worthy allies, or even enemies if they proved to be a threat to Anxor. Motioning for Halcyon to follow him, he walked away from the palace enterance and began to make his way back to the spaceport.

Anxor was stopped by a citizen trying to sell him 'Jedi goods' but Anxor knew of his type. Saying what they had was genuine, and then once you actually received the item, it proved otherwise. Anxor bounded past the citizen without saying a word and was stopped yet again, this time by a soldier. "Starport Visa please" said the soldier holding out his hand.

Anxor handed over the Visa while the soldier walked over to a console and began to type in the information. Anxor saw this as very strange, and placed his hand on the curved-hilt lightsaber clipped to his belt. Suddenly an alarm sounded, and a hologram popped up. It contained the following message "WANTED by the Jedi Order for murder. Known as Anxor Sunkiller. Human male, with black hair and grey eyes." Then a holographic image of Anxor from when he still followed the Jedi popped up.

The soldier turned back to Anxor and said "You will come with me peacefully, or I shall be forced to use deadly force." Anxor smiled, and unhooked his lightsaber and ignited it. The blood-red blade shot up, and Anxor lunged at the soldier and pierced him through the chest with his lightsaber. Anxor now knew he would have to fight his way out of Iziz.

[Midnight]

Halcyon also activated her saber. The purple blade's light washed over her. Soliders ran into the docking area and took fire. Halcyon blocked the blaster bolts effortlessly, and used the Force to caturpolt a solider over a wall. He wasn't going to wake up for a long time. Halcyon glanced to Anxor and spoke, "Sir, we might find refuge in that Dark presence. It may help us or may destroy us."

Ramseye stopped when he felt the presence, which had now split into two beings, spike aggressively in the force. With deductive reasoning, and through watching much of the commotion Ramseye figured that the other dark beings had now either been identified as an enemy or had acted unwisely and alerted the security force to their presence.

Regardless, Ramseye was not going to wait around and let the two make more irrational decisions, he gripped at his blackish gray cloak, which was now blowing in the wind, covering his whole body, face as well, and pulled at it. finally the cloak snapped int he wind, and flew off of him, revealing beneath it dark baggy pants the stretched down into the boots, a silver looking belt that wrapped around the baggy black pants ending in a tight not clasped by metal. Above that was his metallic looking leather chest which had cryptic symbols inter-weaved, all lalong the front and back, stopping at the shoulders for completely black pauldrons made of cloth. he had no sleeves, so his pale, muscle toned arms shone brightly in the open. on his belt, his ancient dual saber, the saber which he treasured, the one he'd been given on Yavin IV... it bled Darkside energy.

He now sprinted out in the open, increasingly fast, like a blackish blur flying past the crowds and security forces, hurtling over small huts, and jumping from balcony to balcony, searching for the source of the commotion... finally spotting it.

"Ahh.... i see red. Red is good. And .... purple? a jedi? How unexpected. Nevertheless, i should question them after i have surveyed their abilities and taken them to sanctuary."

Ramseye closed his eyes for a few seconds, breathing in slowly, he allowed his rage to consume him... he let free the beast inside. The urge to yell aloud was overwhelming, but he he kept his resolve. His hatred was palpable, his anger clearly visible. He was ready.

He opened his eyes once more and jumped down, rolling once he touched the floor, and recovering quick enough to continue running towards the two now fighting their way free. he placed his palms together and lept over a wall, somersaulting forwards, and landing on the other side, feet first, stretching and exhaling, staring straight into the heat of battle. no doubt they saw him now... since he was only a few meters away, standing straight up, seething darkside energy.

"Ahh.... and so we meet........", he said smoothly.

Anxor parried a vibroblade that came mere inches from slicing into his skin, and stab the soldier holding it through the chest. Suddenly Anxor felt as if the Dark Side energy he had felt earlier was mere feet away. Risking a glance back, he saw the source of the power leaping over the wall and landing on the ground. Using the Force to communicate, Anxor asked "Who are you?"

((I know it's short this time, but ah well. That was all I could think of at the moment.))

Halcyon used the Force to draw the vibroblade into her hand. She was inexperienced with dual wielding. She lifted her arm holding the vibroblade over her head. She hurled the blade into a soliders chest blood stained his clothes. Halcyon smiled, she was enjoying this.

Ramseye watched, grinning. Finally he grew bored... and this was taking too long. no doubt mariani would disprove of him lingering there for no good reasons, especially when a large garrison was on its way. "I am the vangaurd of your hatred. Ramseye Novok." He bowed his head slightly, as a blaster bolt wizzed by. he spun around and pulled with his hand, exerting all his force, causing the man holding the rifle to fly forwards into Ramseye.

As the man neared, ramseye spun and ignited his saber, calling it forth into his hand, and using the spinning motion to cut the man flying forwards in to two equally cauterized halves of one man.

"hmm... that wasn't very entertaining." Ramseye jumper forwards cartwheeling about, using the acrobatic moves to allow him free range and access at some of the gaurds with vibroblades head's. One.. two.... three. Three heads off and on the ground. But it was useless. Troops had now moved into window positions above the plaza area, and were now raining down blaster bolts in all directions. Ramseye blocked one here and there, and dodged some others... but it was still quite alot of bolts. Finally he turned and said, "shouldnt we..... perhaps move this else where."

He rolled backwards and jumped up to a platform 2 meters above the plaza on the south wall. He used the force to push one of the men firing a blaster in the plaza down and onto the ground. Ramseye continued to block and deflect some choice blaster bolts that seemed to get too close for comfort. "I would suggest this way.... unless of course you have a death wish." he vaulted over the wall, away from the fire now, and continued to jog back towards his ship

Anxor nodded and said "Lead the way Ramseye. By the way I am Anxor Sunkiller." and just as Anxor said that, a hail of blaster bolts began to rain down upon the group. Defelecting the blaster bolts, Anxor rushed forward to join up with Ramseye.

A group of soldiers came bounding forward. Some were armed with blaster rifles, and others were armed with vibroblades. Anxor chuckled slightly and deflected a blaster bolt back at a soldier. The soldier collapsed with a burn mark in his chest. Though because Anxor was distracted by that soldier, two vibroblade weilding soldiers were allowed to bound forward to meet Anxor.

Anxor began to duel with both of the vibroblade weilding soldiers all while trying to avoid the endless blaster bolts that seemed to rain down upon them. Anxor beheaded one of the soldiers he was dueling, but was slashed in the face by the other soldier. Groaning slightly, Anxor used the Force to pull the soldier forward and into the blade of his lightsaber. When the soldier became lifeless, Anxor threw him aside with an angry grunt.

[Midnight]

Halcyon pushed the Frce into her step as she ran after Axnor. As she ran she roundhouse kicked a solider in the groin. He let put a heavy grunt as Halcyon grabbed his blaster. She continued after Axnor, shooting uards as she went. They didnt have time for this. They needed to get away form this group and to safety.
