Technology Name War Machine Mk. 1. Credit to Marvel. concept here Name • Hammer-type prototype powered armor Classification • Powered Armor Origin • Legion Specifications Size • How big is this thing? Give rough estimates in metric measurements (meters) - Height: varies based on wearer - Width: Varies - Length: Varies Appearance • The hammer type armor is a late stage prototype advanced heavy armor just in the late prototype phase, being pushed out for advance field testing and fieldwork. The armor is primarily grey and silver, fairly neutral and leaning towards Legion colors, but can be painted others. It has a red light on its chest, eyes, and hands to show it is powered on, and flashes when it is in a critical condition of any sort. The armor is bulky compared to the more mass produced armor Legion uses. The faceplate is reminiscent of a skull, providing an intimidating factor when paired with the red eyes. It adds an average of 3-4 inches of height and bulk to the wearer. Under the armor plates is a black under-suit with metal bolts for the armor to attach, which is done in parts. The base armor is slightly bulkier than the Legionnaire armor, but has and uses more power. Each layer provides more defense and potential or offense. Function The biggest hit for this armor is that it is modular, or is intended to be. The back has spots for specialized heavy weaponry, such as a heavy repeating blaster or micro rocket launcher. The heavy weapon sits on the back when stowed away, and swings down to under the right arm for easy use and access. A blaster with a button trigger can be attached to an arm and gauntlet as a sidearm. Other possible additions are a flame thrower, dart gun, and other small, simple things. It is recommended that the wearer carries an extra blaster rifle. The biggest drawback of the Hammer type armor is that it is bulky. With the heavy weapon and power pack, it can keep up with a human at a maximum of a jog. Base armor, with no attachments, it can be quick, though many chose to employ additional armor and weapons initially. All weapons and armor add on's can break off down to the basic armor. A streamlined power pack is attached to the back, countered by extra chest armor, allowing the user of the armor to become a almost literal wall of defense and offense. The HUD is much like that of Mandalorians or Legions or anything standard. It also provides basic armor and batter information, such as damage. Though it has yet to see full open combat, it is intended to take up the role of super heavy infantry, one intended to take up space of a mission space that requires more than one trooper. As the Hammer-type armor is still in the prototype phase, even late phase, it still has issues, such as the hud may bug out, or any number of problems, and all should be reported to your nearest Legion engineer support staff for debugging and repairs if needed. vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/marvelcinematicuniverse/images/2/2e/War_Machine_mk_1.png/revision/latest?cb=20140311162204 |
