On his face the suspect has a distinctive scar running across his left cheek. He maybe attempting to conceal this with a hood or a scarf.
Charges: Illegal entry into Tapani Space, possession of an illegal class 3 weapon of lightsaber variety, violating the Grand Neutrality Act’s ban on members of Jedi or Sith orders entering Tapani space except as members of diplomatic missions, attempted kidnapping of a child, resisting arrest, attempted murder of an officer of the law and two counts of murder in the first degree.
