The Blind Eye casino on Nar Shaddaa, headquarters of the Exchange and personal property of the Compeer, employs a myriad of characters for tasks big and small. Together, these employees make the cogs of the mighty criminal empire turn. At face value, the building and people within appear to be a very luxurious casino and its staff nestled in one of the more upscale portions of Nar Shaddaa. Behind closed doors and reinforced walls, however, one finds the Exchange running at full force with these people at the helm.
Notably, the denizens and employees of the Blind Eye are the only people in the galaxy aware of the Compeer's true identity. To the rest of the Exchange and galaxy at large, the Compeer is an unknown, and she works tirelessly to stay that way. To this end, they work equally hard.

NPC Form Ingrey Hertz Adoptable: No 39 year-old Firrerreo Internal Security Co-Head Rank 3 Fringe: Exchange Hertz is one of the two co-heads of security for the Blind Eye. Grizzled by a past life working for Republic intelligence and an equally long career in “solving problems” for the Exchange, he was hired to his current position following Lidah Faine’s acquisition of the Eye. Officially, he runs security for the casino floor. Unofficially, he is in charge of organizing security for Exchange groups across the entire moon of Nar Shaddaa, as well as counter-intelligence and defensive strategies against other major powers. |
NPC Form Aquila Lovelace Adoptable: No 41 year-old Morellian Exterior Security Co-Head Rank 3 Fringe: Exchange Lovelace is one of the two co-heads of security for the Blind Eye. A life-long mercenary, Lovelace spent years acting as a bodyguard to the Hutt cartels prior to her current employment. Said current job has proven her favorite thanks to Ms. Faine, whom she considers to be the most sensible employer she’s ever had. Ever the fighter, she is officially in charge of security for the casino’s many bars and suites. Unofficially, she is in charge of organizing offensive operations against all other major powers, particularly the competing Hutt cartels on Nar Shaddaa. |
NPC Form Myaka Curie Adoptable: No 32 year-old Zeltron Head Logistician Rank 2 Fringe: Exchange Curie acts as the Blind Eye’s main receptionist, organizing and leading a small squad of her fellows to take in, sort, and send out all correspondences. A lifelong Exchange member and Nar Shaddaa native, Curie started out scheduling runs and pick-ups for her drug-dealing boyfriend. A decade and change later, she is officially in charge of handling the Eye’s innumerable reservations, appointments, shipments, and stock. Unofficially, she handles logistics for most of the Exchange’s major operations, ensuring the building is never short on material, manpower, or information. |
NPC Form Wilhelm Orgone Adoptable: No 21 year-old Twi'lek Hangar Technician Rank 1 Fringe: Exchange Imported from Nal Hutta as a slave, Orgone was traded between numerous masters before winding up at the Eye as a technician. Freed when the business changed hands, he seized his liberty with a bit too much zeal, determining that his "natural magnetism" was his ticket to success. After weeks of pining for employment at the adjacent Jolly Janitor Company, he wound up slinking back and begging Lovelace for his old job back. He works diligently, and spends most of his free time fantasizing about everything from saving super models with jetpacks to appearing in striking poses on galactic magazine covers. |
NPC Form Judi Lawson Adoptable: No 25 year-old Duro Quartermaster Rank 1 Fringe: Exchange Originally born and raised on Dantooine, Lawson found himself a deserted refugee fleeing the encroaching Imperial fleets just as he was beginning his teenage years. With nowhere to go and nothing but his appreciation for weapons to work with, Lawson took odd jobs at gun shops, in large gangs, and finally with the Exchange as a quartermaster, ensuring that all weapons in his care were clean, up to code, and accounted for. This landed him at the Eye, where he is in charge of keeping tabs on the casino's armory under Hertz. Notably well-meaning and a smidge naive, Lawson is very much a creature of fleeting obsession, very often obsessing over something he finds cool for weeks at a time only to have forgotten it one day in favor of something new. |
