When it came to moving to be the Watchman of Naboo, Alliera had decided on a simple and discrete home buried in the City of Theed. This allowed her to be in the Capital, in quick speeder or walking distance of the Capital. It also let her boyfriend, Arley, have a home too. Arley sought adventure though, so he would likely be in and out. That was fine for Alliera, it meant that he had a bed to come home too after so long, while he could go off and do 'Arley Things'. It also meant that the populace would have less hints as too what was going on behind the front door. R4 was currently busying himself 'talking' to the comm system to try and make sure it worked. Alliera needed to give the droid something to do, he had been going stir crazy. Alliera was mostly focused on getting the 'armory' sorted out. It was originally a tertiary bedroom, likely to be set aside for an office or guest room, but it served to hold the armor and weaponry of a particular Jedi. Alliera's Jedi Armor and Robe were on an armor stand, with the various weapons in a display/security case; including her two lightsabers. The ammo for her various weapons was organized into labeled bins all along one of the walls.
"Arley, how's it goin' hun?" Alliera asked, Poking her head out of the Armory's doorway "It's gettin' close to lunch time." "

Arley sat at a small table in the foyer of the house, the new home, located smack dab in the middle of the bustling city, was way more than he was used to. Growing up in the Jedi Temple wasn't lavish by any means, though that wasn't to say it was bad, it was just simple. This place was lavish in his eyes, but Ally was the watchman of the planet and it made sense her accommodations would be a bit above average. As he got older he spent pretty much all of his life living on a ship, they were cold and quiet, not like this house where you could hear the bustle outside. The city outside didn't bother him, though sleep had become a little harder since he was used to engines lulling his eyes closed.
His girlfriend spoke to him, talking about it being time for lunch. Arley was hungry now that he though about it, he hadn't eaten since yesterday. She was asking what they should do, he replied. "We should go out, I think, see what Naboo has to offer," he smiled at her as he stood from his chair. He had just arrived to Naboo a few days ago and hadn't gotten a chance to try the cuisine here, but he heard good things. He was surprised at his lady's position at first, on the surface this didn't look like the type of place to need a protector, though it was far from the core worlds. At first glance you see a city surrounded by a green utopia, scratch at that surface you see much more...There were many underground dealings and your usual denizens of the underworld, they were just surrounded by beauty instead of the assaulting neon lights of places like Nar Shaddaa and Coruscant.
He put his holopad in to his robes and walked toward Ally, "Know of anywhere good?"

"Well, it's a nice day outside, so yeah!" Alliera said, pulling her original lightsaber from the case and clipping it to her belt "There's a Sandwich place nearby that's really good, and they have tables outside..." Honestly, Theed was a different experience than what Alliera was used to. She was used to moving around with her master, or the temple at Coruscant. Being able to have a simple home like this for Arley and herself wasn't what she was used to, and that didn't count the many luxuries and such things that Theed had to offer...even after repeated Pirate attacks. Theed was resilient, Theed rebuilt. That was something else that blew her away. Theed, and the Naboo as a whole, seemed alot more resilient than first impressions would indicate. Alliera personally expected a city that was broken, with a people terrified into inaction. What she found was a city, that while wounded, was still as alive as before any attack.
"There's alot of stuff in this city that just goes over my head sometimes." Alliera said, looking up at her Boyfriend/Lover "Being a Jedi, and a Mandalorian one on top of that..." Alliera led the way out of the house, which she then locked with her key. The City still had numerous scars from the Pirate incursions, but as said, it was rebuilding. The City seemed as peaceful and serene as ever, almost like Naboo never had issues with pirates. As the pair made their way through the streets, the peace was only broken by the sound of birds and the background drone of conversation. A simple sign that read 'Riverside Sandwiches' over a bistro overlooking the river showed up. "That's the..." Alliera started to say, before a Blaster Bolt barely missed her head. Someone following the shot would see the wouldbe shooter trying to hide amid the backalleys around the area. "...Sandwiches will have to wait, maybe that Nerf-Hearder will be paying for them!" With that, Alliera started to persue the shooter.

Arley followed Ally through the wounded city, it still bore the scars of the pirate incursions, but it teemed with life. The sounds of conversation filled his ears and the sunlight was shining brightly above them, eventually they stopped at a small bistro by the river, Arley's stomach groaned with hunger at the smell of cooking meats and baked bread. As they went to find a table Arley saw the bolt that flew by Ally's head and he immediately saw a man start to run away, ducking behind a crowd of people into an alleyway.
Ally took off for him as she cursed the man, Arley sighed. Of course they couldn't have a normal day...But as it was, they weren't normal people and it seemed that someone or something was always after them, it was the life of a Jedi he guessed. He took off after her assailant, following closely behind her. He had his Lightsaber in hand but didnt ignite it yet. They booked through the alleyways hot on the heels of the shooter, as they were in pursuit Arley lost him in another crowd, he didnt know how...he was distracted by something in the far corners of his mind, though he couldn't place it.
"I lost 'em, did you see where he went?" Arley asked her through a few breaths.

Alliera looked around for a minute, then sighed, her sholders sagging. "No, I don't see him." Alliera said, frowning as she scanned the crowds "I was hoping the pirates would take the hint of a New Watchman, and leave Naboo alone." Alliera's presence wasn't the most advertised thing on Naboo, by far, but Pirates who wanted to cause problems would know that a new Jedi Watchman was on planet. That, and the problems she caused to the pirates she found in one of her latest adventures, before she was recalled, would have her catching the attention of the local pirates. This had been the idea, pirates typically stuck to easy targets, so her visibility was supposed to make Naboo a less easy target.
"Lets head to the Security Forces HQ, this could be the beginnings of something big." Alliera said, before quickly changing direction and heading for a building near the Royal Palace "I believe a few of pirates captured during the recent battles are still in lockup, so we might be able to pump a few idiots for information if we need to." Alliera lead Arley to a relatively unassuming building, by Naboo standards, where men and women in light armorweave armor, with blaster pistols, were entering and leaving. The Building was bustling at this time, the pair had appearently caught a shift change in some of the patrols. "We got a report of shots fired Watchman, was that you?" An older human asked, his dark skin showing the early signs of middle age. "It wasn't me who did it, but it was fired AT me."

It seems that the young couple would never have a nice day. Unless they where on remote planets or on a ship in space. Aly was always getting into something and Arley...well he wasn't any better. He looked at his partner after she spoke, saying she didn't see the assailant. "They're pirates babe, if anything, you brought them here, a title like that...it raises brows," he told her, trying to not sound accusing. "Plus, this planet is the type of place pirates would jump on, its temperate and doesn't look heavily defended, you're also one woman,"
She decided that it was a good idea to go to the security force hq and interrogate some of the other pirates that had been captured He agreed and said that they should go quickly, just then some people showed up. Arley assumed that they where police, apart of the Watchmans gang if you will. He began asking questions to Alliera, Arley kept his mouth shut for now. They where concerned and she was irritated, so it was best if he kept quiet..for now. The pirates on the other hand, they would have big problems when Arley got ahold of them. They not only attacked his woman, but ruined his day with her as well. Then tried to assassinate her, he wasnt a Jedi anymore, so he was angry. All he could say is let's go.
