Continuing Jace's awesome job with this list, I took the liberty of doing it again, seeing as how Jace, with his new mod status, is increasingly busy. I also felt it would be good to do this on the first of every month, so the list doesn't get too big.
To those of you who don't know what this is about, it's a list of the apparently active characters who are not posted on the "Active Characters List" of each character section.
