Luxa Magna exited her ship. Her feet touched the sandy ground of the port in Sal'kaasa. Memories flourished within her as she took in a deep breath. Happy to again be re-united with her home planet.
As Watchman of Ryloth, Luxa's visits were constant, but this trip was different. She had a serious mission to complete. And so, with that in mind she fell onto the relxaing sand. Raising her back from the ground, she crossed her legs, and took in another deep breath. Looking deep into her mind, she began to plan. When her Padawan arrived, the true mission would begin...

Velos had followed the escort silently. The ship upon which he boarded astounded him. It was simple yet he could feel as it flew through space how nimble and elegant its movements were. He imagined himself at the helm of the ship one day but knew that day was not going to be easy to achieve.
In the back of his mind questions were being formed. What was Ryloth like and what were the inhabitants going to be like? He’d not done much research into planetary conditions or inhabitants so was slightly lacking in the knowledge of what to suspect. He sighed and just rested himself as the ship took its course.
As the ship docked at Ryloth, Velos was eager to step out. As the loading ramp lowered he had to cover his eyes at the strong sunlight. He knew his new Master wouldn’t be too far away. After taking a few seconds to get used to the sunlight beaming upon him he stepped down the ramp glancing around for any sight of Luxa Magna. His rucksack was tight against his back as his lightsaber rest against his right hip.

Luxa saw her new Padawan's ship, and decided it was time for his first test. Looking to see what his deep feelings were like, Luxa created a force cloak around herself. Invisible to the common eye, she would be able to see how high Velos' force skills truly were.
With Velos in plain sight Luxa simply picked up a rock and threw it at her Padawan. Waiting for the reaction, she picked up another and threw it, and another. The tes had begun...

Velos stared out across the people waiting at the docking stations but couldn’t see any sign of Luxa. He gazed down the rows of ships but quickly decided that route of action was futile as he didn’t know which ship she had used to get here. He was turning around when the first rock caught his shoulder. Spinning around her gazed towards where it was coming from and closed his eyes.
His force skills weren’t great but also weren’t awful. Yet his ability in Force Sense was one of his more able abilities so he simple stood still waiting for the next rock. It didn’t take long but before he could do anything it had struck his chest. It wasn’t with force so he knew whoever was throwing these at him didn’t want him harmed.
Focusing again he stayed facing the same direction and was able to, for the next rock, use his force push to send it spiraling away from him. The sense of location belonging to the thrower was becoming stronger and as the rocks kept coming he slowly crept closer to Luxa before he stopped before her.
”Finally found you.” Velos said tilting his head to the side seemingly pleased with his accomplishment. Yet inside he was also annoyed that it had taken him so long to find her.

"Very good, Velos!" Luxa said, finally revealing herself. She was proud of her Padawan, knowing most young force-users may not have been able to even locate a Jedi using Force Cloak.
"Your journey must have been long. Allow us to go into town and rest. We have big tasks ahead of us." Luxa told Velos. She began to walk into town. Seeing many familar Twi'leks, she was greeted by an array of citizens.

Velos could see that his Master was pleased with him and this in turn gave him a boost of confidence. He bowed his head slightly and when he looked up a grin was on his face.
”Thank you Master.” Velos smiled and nodded at her second statement. Even though he’d been sitting down the entire journey he still found himself strangely tired and happily agreed to a rest. ”A rest would be great.” He admitted and followed Luxa. Noticing how a lot of citizens noticed her Velos began to induce that this may be Luxa’s home planet. Everyone seemed to know her and she had to reply to numerous people calling her name.
”My Master seems to be well known…I better not make her look bad on her home planet” Velos told himself mentally.

And so, Luxa and he Padawan entered a small house and fell into a deep sleep. Night crawled onto the planet, and it seemed at rest. But something disturbed Luxa. She awoke hours later, determined she knew the cause of the disturbance. As she was set to leave the house, she stopped herself.
"What a good way to test this young one?" she thought to herself.
She paced to heer Padawan's side and awoke him.

Velos had eaten well and had fallen asleep almost instantly. His sleep was calmed unlike usual; mainly because he’d finally acquired a master. This thought pleased him and helped relax him mentally. Due to this development in his life Velos slept well.
He felt himself being woken up before his body did so. Looking around he placed a hand under his pillow ready to attack although part of him knew he was safe. Letting his eyes adjust they rest upon Luxa at his side.
”What’s wrong?” He inquired quietly rubbing his eyes.

"We do not have much time! Hurry, and prepare to leave." Luxa was in a hurry. Scurryin throughout the small house, she was very bothered.
"I have come to Ryloth many time before, and I have seen many problems come and go. But on thing that doesn't change is the slave trade. The sum of the galaxy travel to the weak points of Ryloth to pick up the innocent women. As we speak some are being taken from their homes. It is my duty to stop this act!" Luxa seemed to stop to explain this. It was of the utmost importance in her mind.
"Oh! You won't be needing this." Luxa said snatching away Velos' Padawan lightsaber. She had to remind herself that his training was involved with the mission.
"Come on!" Luxa gestured to the door, which she scurried out. "We must remain hidden," she said in a near-silent whisper. She, herself, wasn't sure who her Padawan would be stopping, but she did know something: failure wasn't an option.

Velos could sense the alertness in her voice and quickly sprung up gathering his rucksack and listened to her explain the situation. He’d read a lot about the slave trade and how watchmen were hired to prevent it from occurring. So his Master was a watchman. He rushed down stairs and looked at Luxa slightly nervously. It was his first mission but he could tell that it was one of extreme severity.
When she took his saber off her he panicked slightly mentally. What would happen if they came into a confrontation and he had no weapon? He wanted it by his side even if he wasn’t necessarily allowed to use it.
”Master…Why will I not be needing it? Surely these slave traders will put up some fight to prevent us freeing their prisoners and if I am unprotected I won’t be able to defend myself. In saying this I do trust in your ability but it feels strange not to have it at my waist.” Velos explained quietly as they left the building.
Staying close behind Luxa, Velos was crouched down low in the shadows of the buildings. He had to keep up with his Master as he didn’t know his way around the planet and if they were separated then he’d be in trouble. He kept his eyes fixed on his Master and used his other senses to stay aware of what was happening around him.

"Velos, relaxation is the most important thing to accomplish to ensure victory. I will be right behind you if you need help. You must have trust in your Master, as I have trust in you." Luxa stated with great confidence.
"My first Master taught me my most used skill, winning a battle without violence. Believe in your skill with the force, and you shall succeed." she continued.
It wasn't too long before they were at the ship port. It was empty, ans the silence disturbed Luxa. "Now, we wait. Be on your best senses, young one." she said, unsure why the port was empty.
She walked through the station, finally finding the ship that didn't belong. "Come Velos! Let us search their ship." Luxa explained, already climbing into the vehicle.

Velos listened carefully to his Master’s words. The way in which she spoke them implied to the young padawan that she truly meant them and due to this he took them in. So he was to relax if he were to succeed? He nodded in understanding and slowly began to calm himself as he followed his Master through the side alleys of the planet’s city.
His ears were once again attracted to Luxa’s voice as she explained how her master had done things without violence and he once again nodded in agreement and understanding.
”I understand Master. I do trust in you and I believe that you will have my back. I am also relaxed now and will follow your lead.” Velos said in a hushed whisper as they got to the ship port. The silence was eerie. Nowhere in Coruscant had ever been silent so it was a new feeling for Velos that somewhere public was peaceful. Yet this silence didn’t have an aura of peace to it but instead one of sinister intent.
Using his force sense abilities Velos kept a steady look on his surroundings whilst staying close to Luxa. Upon his order he quickly closed the gap between himself and the ship and as quietly as possible boarded it right behind Luxa. He looked around wondering what he would see and sense.

"Velos, check out the West Wing, I will look int othe East Wing," Luxa instructed, pointing as she spoke.
She turned to check out her wing. She was headed down the back of the ship, away from the cockpit. As she walked deepr into the ship, she felt more and more pain, but strangely, it drew her in. She didn't turn back and continued to walk forward.
The thing she saw was horrifying. "We were too late." she said as she fell to the ground. In front of her lay 20 dead Twi'leks. Each had a unique skin color and expression of horror on their face.
She then sensed them. The traders. She turned to her right, where she was met by a flood of bullets. Jumping up to dodge them, she sprinted on the wall. More bullets came towards her, each of them piercing the wall, and destroying the ship a little more. After the damage had been done, Luxa pushed the 4 traders back into the wall, knocking each of them out.

Velos nodded at the instructions and split up from Luxa as he headed towards the West Wing. He was careful not to make any noise in case it alerted his position to the traders. He was about to place his hand on his right hip when he remembered that Luxa still possessed his lightsaber. He crouched against the wall looking in through one of the windows.
What he was sickened his guts. Inside two Twi’leks were being beaten by two Slave Traders. He looked back down at the floor wondering what he could do to help. He was beginning to contemplate a variety of battle procedures; the main one being to use his force push to temporarily disorientate the two traders and get the Twi’leks out of there.
Before he could put this plan into action he could hear gunfire from the opposite side of the ship. At the first barrage of bullets the two traders in the room leapt to their feet and smashed the two Twi’leks to the side and stormed out the room.
Velos had been quick to act and crept behind the door as it swung outwards. He knew his aim was to help the Twi’leks but part of him wanted revenge on the traders on what they’d already done. He knew he was no expert at fighting but he figured he’d be able to handle two traders; especially with a surprise attack.
Seconds before he was about to act again the sound of four thuds echoed through the ship. The ship seemed to be damaged but Velos couldn’t quite figure out how. Ducking into the opened room he looked at both Twi’leks knowing he could only take one at a time. He still didn’t know what Luxa had gotten into but knew he had to trust her and believe in her abilities.
Crouching down Velos took a firm hold onto one of the now unconscious Twi’leks and lifted them up onto his shoulders. It was the position that would make its rescue much easier for the young padawan. Quickly he sped out of the room dashing for the docking ramp keeping his senses alert for any sign of more traders.
(OoC: Hope it's okay)

(Great! You are doing fine!)
Luxa, having finished off the four traders, rushed to the other wing to see what trouble her Padawan had gotten in.
Sensing that there were no traders near, she ran peacfully.
She reached her Padawan's position to see a Twi'lek on the ground, and one that Velos was attempting to carry off.
"What happened?" Luxa asked, catching her breath.

Velo looked behind him warily. His senses hadn’t become so good to determine friend from foe yet so he was quick to turn but also careful to avoid eye contact until he’d figured out whether the oncoming figure was friend or foe.
As Luxa stepped into the moonlight, Velos let out a sigh of relief.
”Two traders were beating these Twi’leks. When they heard the guy fire they fled the room to probably see what the cause was and when they did they knocked both of these two unconscious. They’re both still breathing so I think they’re alive.” Velos filled in his Master.
”What happened in your wing?” velos asked inquisitively. He stepped towards Luxa still holding the Twi’lek across his shoulders. Due to his young age the strain was quite tiring on Velos but he kept a safe hold on the Twi’lek knowing if he dropped them it could make their condition worse.

"The usual ambush that think they can take on a Jedi Master." Luxa said, attmepting to add humor to the situation. "The important thing now is to get these two to a medical center. Here bring this one to me." As Luxa took the Twi'lek off of Velos she froze at the sight of the young girl's face. She looked not a day over 17, and Luxa could not believe the nerve of the traders. Deep breaths allowed Luxa to remain calm as she picked up the other Twi'lek on the ground.
"Let us hurry. I won't be able to carry both for long and who knows who is hiding around here."
Luxa began to walk fairly quickly off the ship and down the street.

Velos lips curved up in a smile but he allowed no laughter out. He’d seen the girl’s face and it looked aged with pain. He couldn’t figure out why people would, or even could, do that to people. He felt the weight be lifted off his shoulders but he then realized that Luxa was going to carry them both.
He was about to speak when she rushed off the ship. Velos quickly sprinted after her keeping his senses alert for anyone nearby. The silence was now slightly more peaceful and was more relaxing but Velos knew the seriousness of the situation. He had to be lookout for anyone in the shadows that might try to avenge the traders on the ship who had lost two of their prey.
”Wait…A group of people are coming from the alley way to our right.” Velos quickly informed Luxa. ”I can’t sense if they’re peaceful or not though…What shall we do?” Velos asked Luxa quietly preparing himself for whatever she advised.

"Calm yourself!" Luxa commanded in a gentle tone. "The traders won't come back for a while. We have nothing to worry about."
Luxa continued to walk forward. She had to remain calm to set an example, but she still found it odd that anyone would be out on a stroll this late.

Velos listened to her gentle command and nodded. He was being slightly over precautious but he didn’t know how many traders each ‘pact’ had. He followed close to Luxa’s side keeping his senses open.
”How can people hurt people like that? I understand it partially in proper battles but just to be so dominant and hurtful to someone so young…It’s sickening.” Velos asked as they carried on walking. He was still slightly jumpy at each small thing he sensed but kept most of them to himself now. The group hadn’t shown themselves which had allowed him to relax slightly.
