Captain Cody
The ensign's movement from the room caused Cody to raise an eyebrow, clearly unimpressed the Jedi had decided to take to commanding the staff around in the Admiral's absence. Cody folded his arms across his chest, considering what the Jedi could possibly have wanted the man to get for her. He couldn't think of anything that she could really want at the moment, and dismissed the matter, instead finding humour in the Jedi inside the Force cage declining the offer. He would have bothered to stick around and see through the rest of this delightful conversation, but he really couldn't be bothered with what was probably going to be either the termination of the conversation, or an argument with the likelihood of developing into a who's-got-the-highest-estrogen competition.
He left the rest of the group inside the room to observe the interrogation, if it could even be called that. If he'd wanted to, he could have changed the mind of most people within 5 minutes. He kept that to himself though. He didn't really want to have to help someone if he didn't want to. Which was precisely the reason he was heading back to the Admiral's medical station, saluting his soldiers as he passed them just outside. Inside she seemed to be in a stable condition, but he was still unhappy about what had been going on not long before. He stood beside her bed, listening to the routing buzzing of the machines.
"She'll be OK, right?"

Xef'se stares with his unblinking eyes, as if gazing into Cody's soul. He opens his lipless mouth and states, "Of course. She suffered some blunt force trauma and has a few cracked ribs, some bruises. But if she gets rest, doesn't do anything reckless, and follows the counsel of her allies, she'll be fine."
He points to a bag sitting in a chair, "You may want to confiscate that. One of the Jedi dropped it." He gestures to a drone, who picks it up and holds it out to the captain.

Captain Cody
Cody tored his gaze away from the Admiral and the life support machine, rubbing the stubble on his chin with a gloved hand, before turning around to observe the past combat scene. There were a few cleaved lines around where lightsabers had cut through the ground, which should be filled in easily with whatever the technicians had in storage. He was more interested in the item laying across a chair, and then looking across finding another one nearby. A pair of satchels, with lightsabers, credits and toiletries, as was to be expected from the female variety. There was, however, some ID in one, and a list of nobles on a datapad. Cody was interested, but wasn't sure about how to proceed with this. He'd get the Admiral's opinion on this. She was usually good with this sort of thing.
He checked for anything else, but there was little to be found besides the empty brown cloak outside. He walked outside, handing them to one of the patrols and telling them to process them into evidence, where they'd at least be locateable at some point, and safe, before returning to the Admiral's bed in time to see a flicker of a hand. Hope lifted him.

Kiela sat in her cage staring at the Twi'Lek across from her. Who she was and why she came after her had to wait. Her current concerns involved the cell and the Admiral. Breaking out would not be too difficult if played right, but would bring with it a small likely hood of getting what she wanted from the Admiral.
The Admiral, was she alright? Kiela cursed herself for not being more prepared and hoped the light fixture did not do too much damage to the woman, so long as she survived long enough to get her the answers she needed.
Kiela crossed her legs and sat waiting in her small cell, meditation might help her clear her thoughts for the time being, she could wait longer. She only hoped this Human would give up on trying to convince her to leave with her.

Numa's eyes flew open. Where am I? she thought, as her surroundings slowly came into focus.
Numa was lying down in what appeared to be a force cage, but she couldn't remember why she was there. Her thoughts were still hazy as she reached back to the most recent thing she could remember. She remembered leaving her hotel room and going out and then- The Jedi!
Numa looked around again trying to piece it all together. She was fighting two Jedi, then soldiers came in, and then... death. But she obviously wasn't dead. They must have stunned her and then arrested her. She had to figure out where she was.
Numa sat up to get a better look at her surroundings. She gazed around the room taking it all in. And there, right across from her was one of the Jedi she fought. She was just sitting there, in a similar force cage, cross legged. But where was the other Jedi? She looked around again but the second Jedi was nowhere to be found. Perhaps she died from the soldiers' attack. Curious.
Maybe this Jedi knows what happened to her friend, Numa thought to herself. She would never know unless she asked. "Hey Jedi, where's your friend?"

Kiela sat still in meditation, her surroundings becoming more and more clear. She could almost feel what those around her did, the guards watching over them, some tense, afraid that they might break out, others calm and sure that nothing more could possibly go wrong. Then there was the Twi'lek. Kiela watched as her eyes shot open, a wave of confusion passing over her for only a moment. The woman had gained her composure quickly and, after a brief scan of the room, rested her eyes on Kiela.
The woman spoke, a mixture of demand and disgust slipping off her tongue, "Hey Jedi, where's your friend?"
She had called her that name again, it was beginning to irritate her. Kiela did not turn to face the woman, as she would normally do in a sign of respect, but stayed there, eyes closed looking straight ahead. "I would ask that you stop calling me that annoying name, I am not Jedi, or whoever it is you are seeking. I am Kiela Maundrell." Kiela emphisized her name, driving the point across that she did not prefer to be called by any other. "As for that friend you speak of, the Human I would wager a guess as to whom you are refferring, she is no more a friend of mine then you." She kept her voice calm and quiet. This Twi'Lek seemed to be a little rash, but then again, Kiela did not know her reasons behind her assault. But she would find out soon enough.

At the words "... I am not Jedi..." Numa's heart sank. She began to feel doubt creep into her mind. She saw her lightsaber. That didn't necessarily mean a thing, but she felt the Force flow through this woman. She had to be a Jedi.
Numa closed her eyes and reached out with the Force. Doing so, she could see the Force Aura around the woman in the cell across from her. She must be lying.
Numa opened her eyes and looked directly at the woman. "Don't be mendacious with me." she said, "I can feel the Force flow freely through you. You have been trained in the ways of the Force, and your lies cannot hide that fact." Numa paused a moment to think. "If that other Jedi is not one of your companions, why would she defend you?"

It was becoming more annoying every second. She did not understand this talk about Jedi, and now the Twi'lek was saying the human was also named Jedi. The one thing she did recognize in all the talk was the Force. Kiela was trained in the Force and was certain this Twi'Lek was as well, though to the extent she could not decifer. This Human as well began to raise more questions, in all the commotion, Kiela had not realized that she had been defending her, if it could be called that.
Kiela turned her head towards the Twi'Lek, one came to kill, the other to protect. No, there was more to it then that, the human had asked her to join with her, to assassinate someone. After the job was completed, who knows what the human would try. More unanswered questions building a wall around her.
At least here, now, she could get some answers. "I answered a question of yours, it is only fair you answer one of mine. What do you want with me, Twi'Lek?"

The trip was just what Ryver had expected. If they were not made of metal, they would be in a few hundred pieces. Taym listened to see if it was safe to exit their mode of transportation. Opening the back of the crate which is now the top took some doing as to not alert the security.
Moving to a terminal so as to hack in to place their bio in the personnel files so to give them some movement, Ryver kept her guard up. Taym's effort to hack in to the files took longer than he thought. Finalizing all common checks for registry, Taym looked through the current details of security increases and where they were. Noting that force cells were active, Ryver-Taym decided to head there to find out what was going on.
Upon the opening of the turbo lifts the guards caught their attention. The no doubt noticed Ryver-Taym in her garish Twi'lek made out fit that they had worn at the Jedi Temple. Oh pardon me...I came to see if you guards needed anything, as a cafe or anything else. Taym hoped the performance would give them the time needed to scan the faces in the force cages.

The mind was moving back to consciousness. The awareness of her surroundings was returning, but they weren't the ones she had left on. She was at the bridge of one of her previous ships, with a Commander she had been with a while ago. She could see him, aware that she was above rank with him. He looked real, just like she had remembered him, so she talked to him to figure out what was going in.
"Commander? Where are we?" "Just left the Tattooine system, Admiral. I thought you were aware of this." "Tattooine? Why? What were we there for?" "You must be tired, Admiral. Smuggling operations sound familiar?" The Commander was unusually patient. Something must have happened. She tried a more formal tone.
"Anything to report, Commander?" "Nothing out of the ordinary, Admiral. Though a few of the men have been reported as being unhappy. They want to transfer to your father's ship." "My father's ship? But he's been dead since I was a baby!" "No, Admiral, he's not dead. He's still out there." "But where? How do we know?" "It's not me that knows, Admiral, it was your logic that deduced this." Her head began to hurt as she tried to process all the information flooding her. Something was wrong, she was sure of it. Everything was in place but the reality was wrong. She returned focus to the environment, which had turned hazy and blurred. The Commanders face was less detailed, less memorable. Darkness was setting in and she was feeling ill. She coughed, sitting down in her chair. What's going on...?

"I answered a question of yours, it is only fair you answer one of mine. What do you want with me, Twi'Lek?"
Numa smirked. She felt that her actions were self-explanatory, but Numa had been around the politically maneuvering nobles enough to realize what the true question was.
"I want to kill you, or die in the attempt to do so," Numa answered, her smirk turning into a smile, "Of course, why would I have attacked you if the case was otherwise? So, I think what you are really wanting to know is 'Why?'"
Numa paused for a second to decide how much she should reveal... and for dramatic effect. "I have vowed to destroy all Jedi, or at least kill as many as possible before I, myself, fall. You and your Jedi brethren use the Force to impose your will on those weaker than yourselves." Numa's smile faded as she spoke, but her voice was calm. It had no hint of fury or anger, as if she was stating a well known fact, "You call it, 'keeping the peace' and 'maintaining order'. But the reality is its tyranny, pure and simple. You have enslaved the Republic, and you must answer for your crimes... I shall be your executioner."

Kiela couldn't help but smile, this woman was at least straight forward and to the point, though a bit long winded. Kiela did not care for the reasons behind why the woman wanted her dead, though her answer cleared up more questions that Kiela had then the woman probably intended. The Twi'Lek had mentioned all Jedi. Kiela concluded that they must be some type of group or order, and from what more the Twi'Lek spoke, they used the Force to manipulate those around them to reach a final goal of some sort. Wethere it was 'Keeping the Peace' or 'Maintaining order', Kiela did not care.
"Well, it seems you are hypocritical then, my friend." Kiela laughed to herself, "You too are using the Force for your own means. I see no difference between you and these... Jedi."
Kiela did not turn towards the door as it opened, but noted the odd looking droid that made it's way in. The Droid seemed to be looking at the two in the force cages, Kiela hoped she would not have more trouble to deal with today.

Numa shook her head. She had been told that Jedi held a twisted view of reality, and now she saw it was true.
Numa ignored the woman's attempts to perpetuate her lie of not being a Jedi. "Either you choose to not see, or your training has blinded you. There is no dishonor in the strong challenging the strong. But when the strong choose to force their will on those weaker than them simply because the weak cannot stop them, then it is the duty of their peers to put an end to it. This is the task which I have undertaken. But I wouldn't expect you to understand the faults of your own kind."
Numa then took another look around the room, looking for a guard, or someone to talk to about her imprisonment.

Kiela shook her head, "My own kind..." Her father was a coward and a weakling. He sold her because he was too weak to be a father, or to act upon his true feelings. Kiela felt the anger rise inside her, she would find him and she would not hesitate to do what she must. It did not matter if her was weak or strong, she would see the justice that he deserved.
Kiela took a deep breath calming herself. It seemed this Twi'Lek knew what cards to play, but Kiela had lerned to keep calm, no matter the situation. It was a shame she would have to get rid of this woman though, she did wish to learn some of that odd style she used to fight. But the Twi'Lek was stubborn and refused to listen to reason. Kiela turned her head to the woman one last time, she had determination and, though her view was twisted beyond repaire, she had a goal.
"I am sorry you feel that way, it will be a shame to waist your talent, but I cannot have you interfering with my mission. Kiela stood and turned to the gaurds.

Numa glanced at the other woman and said, almost to herself, "And that is why one of us must die."
Numa turned her thoughts inward, closing her eyes. She was prepared to die for her cause and nothing would give her more satisfaction than to face off against this Jedi. But something was just not adding up. This woman claimed that she was "not Jedi". Numa was quick to assume that she was simply lying. She also denied being the friend of the one who protected her. But that didn't necessarily mean anything. Many companions were bound by forces other than friendship. But something still didn't feel right.
Numa continued to search her memory for what seemed out of place, which was difficult considering her mind was still hazy from the sedatives. There was still a loose thread somewhere.
Numa's eyes shot open. That was it. That was the detail she had overlooked. It was the one thing that she had not thought to question and it filled her with doubt. Trying to hide all emotion, she turned back to the woman, "I found you on the planet's surface and followed you here. Who was the one you were fighting?"

Kiela froze a moment, she still did not want to accept the reality of it. She had killed him, with full intent to do it as well. He had trained her, raised her in the ways of the Force. Besideds Beriah, he was the closest thing she had to a father. But he had not loved her, or cared for her, he was simply following orders, and his orders were to kill her. His, and aperantly everyone elses as well.
Kiela let out a breath, realizing she had been holding it. Killing was not something that had bothered her before, it was her life, what she knew, but her stomach ached at the thought of her Master. A sour lump built up in her throat that no amount of swallowing would get rid of. She had loved her Master and looked to him as a father. She was more angry at herself then anything, she could not believe she allowed herself to be emotionally attached to him, she would never let anything like that happen again.
"Shi'tan..." she said the name aloud, partly in answer to he Twi'Lek's question, party as a belated farewell. It didn't make her feel any better and she was certain this woman would only make it worse if she found out her true feelings. Sensing that the woman would probe deeper she added her reasoning for killing him, "Betrayal."

The answer was concise. Numa had hoped for a more informative answer, but she was able to connect the dots. "Ah," said Numa nodding, "So, he turned away from your order and therefore had to face punishment. I must admit, I do not know much about your order, but dueling to protect one's honor is something I can understand. Though, the duels I am used to are a little more... formal."

This woman seemed to be confused, Kiela had already told her she was not part of this 'Jedi' order, but she seemed content with believing so.
Kiela paused as she heared another voice. It surprised her at first, no one in the room was speaking to her but the Twi'Lek, and it was obviousely not her.
Kiela sat up straight intent on listening as the soft spoken words danced in her head, 'This Twi'Lek does not understand and probably never will. It is a shame that she had to be so ignorant of the truth. How unknowingly she twists reality into a crude interpritation of her morbid curiosity, forming fact into a withered pile of hatered just so she can find something worse then her own life in order to hold onto hope.' Kiela laughed at her self, she was doing the same thing in her own way, but her father deserved it. She shook her head and turned back to the Twi'Lek.
"I'm sorry, but you still have it wrong." Kiela laughed realizing her true possition in all this. Beriah and Shi'tan had lost her trust, but it was she who was the betrayer. "I am not part of this order that you are so intent on placing me in. I belong to no one."

Oh dear this not good ...not good at all. Taym maneuvered over to them by the force cages. Did I here you right, are you Jedi? But not from the sound. You both have areas of the Sith in your voices. Not good...not good at all. Guard!! Taym called to the guard. These two maybe Sith you might want to sedate them before they hurt them selves, each other, or you. Taym started for the turbo lift. If either of you are joined to the Sith or the Jedi we will find out. For we work for the temple on Coruscant, and they will tell us. The lift doors opened and Taym spoke to the guard Remember the sedatives, and I will be back with the Caf.
