Elgriq closed his Eyes in mild embarrassment as he lay on his belly in the cut-out hangar of the Worshyr Tree. He was a bit dramatic with his whole "get down" thing, but it was a necesary precaution. If for some reason a Zabrak or wookiee's eyes met their position, their mission would be shot, as would they. However foolish his warnings and actions would have been, the force advised him to push on, and pursue the Zabraks, which had disapeared from view, but had traveled to the west. Elgriq looked to his padawan
" We must not take action, we are to gather information, nothing more.Come, Antonus soon our freinds will be saved, and their captors will be brought to justice. Follow me and keep quiet, as you may very well know these trees can carry sound to the floor."
Elgriq force jumped to a nearby branch, which could have supported a dozen banthas, and ran along its length, until he caught sight of the wookiees and Zabraks traveling down what looked to be a bit of a path. He took more photos and beckoned for antonus to follow as he advanced high above his surveillance target. He stopped on one branch and crouched. waiting for antonus to catch up and taking further surveillance at the same time.

Antonus continued his statue of a stare toward his master trying to keep an up most serious face. He was greatly disappointed when his master told him they weren't taking any action to save his friend. Almost letting his feeling get in the way his anger was subdued by his deep breath, but never the less he didn't give away his emotion making it appear as if he had only taken a deep breath of the fresh air.
There it was once again the feeling of re-pending doom. That feeling you get before you know something bad was going to happen, but no one exactly knew what that feeling was. Antonus on the other hand knew what his feeling was, it was a mix between excitement and fear though it was more excitement then fear.
Antonus refocused his attention back to his goggles to try and get a fix on the location of the wookie captors. Before he could they were gone and Elgriq was already on the move. Antonus quickly rose to his feet and of course was going to attempt the same dangerous stunt his master had made.
Using the force as a natural motion letting it lift him to the tree branch next to the landing pad. The wind picked up speed as Antonus picked up his slack to catch up to his master. Almost losing balance, Antonus kicked off causing him to shift sideways in a cartwheel motion. While in mid air he shifted his body twenty degrees, so that he could use his left hand to launch himself into the air. Of course he had help by using the force to launch himself high enough to land on his feet.
Elgriq moved fairly fast for an old guy, but Antonus's age and acceleration caught him up to Elgriq despite his near accident. He sat next to his master in a crouching position. He looked down to see and outpost of some sort.
Tons of pirates below with artillery and tanks along with transport ships. Men in full battle armor it looked as if they were contemplating a war of some sort. Zabracks were with them. Wookie cages in and scattered around the small outpost. It looks like the they wanted to make sure no wookies' could escape with so much equipment and man power.

If Jahn thought finding the Jedi Master would make the endless hike through the jungle more exciting, he was wrong. The hours seemed to crawl as the woods became dense. By his time, it was at least four hours since they had landed and it had taken him roughly 20 minuets to find Vreem. The others must have landed. He supposed the radar was already down and Elgriq was already planet side. Meaning the Zabracks would know by now that there was an intruder. Hopefully the fest of the strike team was safe. Jahn dare not stretch out in the Force less he alert any other Force attuned mind to their presence. He would just have to trust in the Force. His ears bent to the ambiance around him. Through out the calls of the planet wildlife he strained to pick out anything out of the normal. Anything like an air speeder or voices of nearby slavers. If they were to make contact with the Zabrack, Jahn would want to know first. The jungle was complex, the scenery was dark yet compelling, the howls in the distance frightening yet alluring. Something about the forest was drawing him into a peace, but he felt a darkness within. A trap ready to set once your guard was down. Such was the way of the universe, there is always peace and beauty but always pain and death. In the distance he heard a noise. Something moving stealthily through the brush. Jahn senses pricked as he felt a disturbance. He rose sharply and saw a flash of fur then nothing. Blackness consumed his mind, the last conscience memory he held was a trickling of warm fluid behind his head- .......... Jahn woke to the smell of wet fur and loud grunting. Things could have been worse. They could have been dead. He rose trying to get a clear grasp of things. His head was still swirling and he felt a little queasy. Through the haze he saw his companion, Master Vreem. He could only guess at he was the only reason he was living. The master must have been able to talk them out of a bad situation. The room was dark, a single flame shed a weak light onto the scene. Jahn took this time to speak with Vreem. Quickly he accessed the opportunity. The Council member had already met with the Wookiee leaders and had established an entrance strategy. Clearly a lot had happened whilst he was under. Woyshire, the son of a tribal council member, was going to be their guide. This particular tribe of Wookiees had been planning an invasion of the Slaver establishment and Jedi arrival seemed to coincide perfectly. Woyshire was to take them to the base then Jahn and Vreem would pose as spacers who had recently crash landed on the planet. The Jedi would take the Wookiee son and present him to the Zabracks as repayment for letting them stay in their facility and take up work. Hopefully that would gather valuable incite to the crime ring on the planet. In order to make things go their way, Jahn would tug at the hearts and mind of the slaver leaders pushing out their greed. Taking in the son of a tribal council member would be powerful leverage if applied properly. The Zabrack would surly know that tensions were getting high between the Wookiees and the outsiders. With Woyshire as hostage, they should be able to continue on without fear of attack. It would be Vreem's task of pulling out the compassion of the Zabrack leaders. He would have to convince them to loosen restrictions on Woyshire to make sure he was not mistreated or harmed. If everything went to plan, the security on the planet would be streched thin due to the other Jedi activity on the planet and Woyshire would be able to contact the other Wookiees in captivity and start planning an escape. Once the Jedi had all the information they could get, the team with Woyshire and freed Wookiees would sneak off the base and retreat to tribal woods. There Jahn would contact the others and regroup, contace the Republic (and Sith) with their findings and move to end this mistreatment of civilized life. ((If I go inactive again and don't post, use this as a guide. Sorry for the delay))

Elgriq looked around in frustration, he needed a good, solid stakeout viewpoint. After a few minuted of looking, Elgriq massaged the corners of his eyes, they could stay out in the open on this branch forever, they were bound to be seen. While looking around some more, Elgriq spotted a cluster in the branches. He took a closer look and saw exactly what he was looking for, a look out nest, with full 360 viewpoints and a boardwalk around it. Perfect. Alas, an obstacle arose, there was a guard in there, sitting down and watching something on a holopad. Elgriq raised his pistol slowly, this would be a bold shot. He loaded a high strength sleeping dart into his dart attachment, and fired. The guard dropped like a sack of potatoes, and elgriq whispered to antonus "Stay here, mate and ill signal you."
Elgriq ran up the branch and force flipped onto the boardwalk. The radio was going off.
"Base to Canopy Base to Canopy do you copy?"
Elgriq snatched the radio up and ducked behind the wall of the little observation hut.
"This is Canopy to Base, Over."
"Canopy this is base, why does your voice sound lighter, over?"
Elgriq remained calm.
"Canopy to base,It just rained, clouds actually condense up here some times and even without clouds the air is really quite dense with moisture, it pinches the signal making everything sound as if it were on a higher frequency, over."
There was a long radio silence, Elgriq's heart felt light... would they buy his outright fabrication?
"Copy that Canopy, hey did you catch eye of a disturbance over by the sensor arrays? Over."
Elgriq thought for a second, they flew over the destroyed sensors on their way in, there was no view of that area from here.
" Canopy to Base, thats a negative on visual of disturbance, I did hear what sounded like an explosion though, over."
"Base to Canopy, Keep surveillance on the area for anything unusual, over and out."
Elgriq sighed with releif and breifly signaled antonus and Geraic to come up there. Elgriq utulized the surveilance equipment in the hut and began to surveil the camp. He focused in on two figures talking to a zabrak, one was a faleen, and one was a familiar looking human. He used infrared on thier hips, and discovered lightsaber hilts. He took data captures of these images, and frankly analyzed them more closely.
"Antonus, we have found the sith i think"
Elgriq could feel the dark side emanating from those two.

(Mariani is masking ONLY her own Force presence, something that she does out of safety as she was/is a Jedi Shadow/Sith Assassin. You may sense Ramseye's Force presence, as he is not. Thus only one dark presence can be sensed, the only indication of Mariani being a Sith or Force user is her lightsabers, one of which that is hidden inside her cloak.)

He patiently waited for his master to make his next move it appeared his master was a bit agitated. Antonus only came to this conclusion judging by the look on his face and the desperation to find cover for them. It must have been a couple of hours since they landed, the appearance of the sky line had changed some because of the suns positioning.
Beads of sweat tickled down the side of his face. Antonus watched intently on the enemy outpost below. When he glanced back up his master had told him to wait there while he go and check out the canopy base across the way. He watched as Elgriq quickly disposed of the guards who were obviously not paying any mind to what was going on.
Antonus was signaled to move into another position, so he leaped from branch to branch like a monkey until he reached the canopy. He walked over to look at the security monitors to get a view of the camp for himself. Suddenly a rush of memories came through Antonus's mind, there was no doubt in his mind of what he was feeling at that moment. It was like a splitting pain in the front of his skull as if someone where stabbing him there.
'She knows I'm here, but how she was killed quite sometime ago. How could she have found me so fast, does she truly love me that much, as much as she promised?'
He managed to cloak his emotions from his master with the force, so that his master wouldn't worry about him. Regaining his focus at the current task at hand. "How can you tell master Elgriq? We cannot be quick to make a hastily judgment." He stated. His master had to see his reasoning, because if they were sith they did a good job at hiding their presence in the force. That or they might not be sith at all, but one thing was sure. Antonus recognized one of the faces below and wasn't sure where he'd seen the individual because his memories weren't fully restored yet.

Elgriq looked at his apprentice with a frown after the sith left the camp
"You may not remember, padawan, but one of those men was on Korriban, he was going to kill me and leave you possesed when Xero intervened. I have used infrared on their clothing to discover their lightsabers, and I have sensed the dark side in the one we met on Korriban, I think the other one is masking his presence. Send a report to Coruscant containing all surveillance tapes showing opression of the wookiees by the zabraks, and proof of sith involvement in this operation, I shall collect more data, after our report is filed witht he temple and the senate, then join me in our objective."
Elgriq then began to tape the actions of the Camp some more.

(Sorry for the time it took) Unfortunately for Jahn, Vreem had been lost in concentration when he arrived to the small clearing. His mind was wrapped around the earlier vision, for he couldn’t remove the feeling from his mind. Dark, everything was so dark, the presence of this black feeling spread out over the edge of infinity, something which was blacker than the space it moved through. It was the first time in a good long while, that Vreem felt fear clutch at his heart. But his mind was brought back to Kashyyyk when he finally sensed Jahn’s arrival. Yet as he began to move from his hidden position, something felt wrong, he sensed movement around them, yet it was near silence. Moving out into the clearing, he arrived just in time to see a large Wookiee catch Jahn on the back of the head with a blunt weapon. Immediately it knocked the unsuspecting Jedi to the ground, he’d be a sleep for a while. But now Vreem was in an open position and, with a mighty roar, the Wookiee rushed over to Vreem along with two others who moved in from behind him. Naturally considering him a threat, they swung for him. Usually in such a situation he would call upon the force, but doing so could easily trigger unwanted suspicion. So, using his combat experience, he leapt to the side where he proceeded to take his blaster out and hold it loosely in his hands whilst thrusting his arm into the air, showing that he meant no harm. The Wookiees only saw the blaster and went to move when he yelled out to them, “Wait! My friends, I’m not here to harm you in any way, in fact I’m here to help you with your current problems. Here,” he held out his blaster towards them, pointing the end of the blaster at himself, “please take me to your tribe leader; I want to put an end to this slavery as soon as possible.” After this, and a few more exchanges, Vreem was taken wearily to the Wookiees’ camp up in the trees. One of the Wookies carried Jahn over his shoulder after not being able to wake him up. After a while, Vreem found himself standing before the Wookiee Council, their dark eyes starring judgingly at him. It was by no means an easy task; Vreem had to be open about who they were and what their plan had been so far. The Wookies, although still cautious of the fact they were dealing with Jedi, were impressed that they had already started moving. However, it was only the head of the council and the majority which thought his help a good idea. Others claimed that they were already planning to solve the slavery problem. However, when Vreem claimed that he could solve the problem much sooner, and with minimal Wookie deaths, he gained the attention and approval of the majority of the council. After divulging the plan to the council, one of the Wookies in the room stepped forward to volunteer, Woyshire, the son of one of the present council members. Vreem was struck then, he had read about the courage of the Wookiees, but getting a blast of it from up close, it was amazing. Few races would care for one another like these Wookiees did. After this, the council sent Vreem away whilst they discussed the matter. He was led to the room where Jahn lay, checking his head over, Vreem noticed that he had subconsciously started healing himself, although at exceedingly slow pace. Placing his hands on his companion’s head, he started to work through the force, trying to heal the wound. Vreem was no specialist when it came to healing, but he did a good enough of a patch up so that Jahn would most likely wake with a headache, and not the feeling of his head being split in two. Woyshire joined them not too long after he had finished, and he announced that the majority of the council had agreed, and they would support the mission. After a brief meeting with them, Vreem had started readying his things. The plan had been discussed and all that was left was to wake Jahn, after informing him of the situation and the success of their plan, he told him to get ready. (Just to make sure you’re still with us I’ll leave it there )

(okay, I’ll leave it for a few days so you guys in the other threads can post a bit more, then I’ll post Vreem letting his presence flow free)
It had been a few hours since the party had left the safety of the tall wroshyr trees behind them and made their way begrudgingly to the slaver’s camp. Throughout the journey, there was little conversation as there was no certainty that they were not being watched. But when they did, it would be about small things, mainly to ask Woyshire about his tribe and the general customs of their people. Vreem felt it was best to learn these things first hand, instead of from the ancient archive that the temple housed.
Throughout the trip, Vreem was also tested through the force, to conceal one’s presence whilst trying to sense as much as possible is not an easy task for any force user, yet it as important to be alert to their situation. What Vreem sensed caused a disturbance within; he could feel the presence of darkness creeping over the planet. It did not hail from the slavers, instead it came from a source the Master had hoped not to see, a Dark Jedi. This was bad. Yet he could not attempt to flee, not after coming this far with their plan. And so without saying a word, he carried on. Jahn may have sensed the dark aura, but Vreem would not ask to check, for it appeared to be moving away.
Eventually they reached the camp, having missed the dark presence leaving by a matter of minutes. They had luckily been able to avoid detection. And after running through the introduction to the camp a number of times in his head, Vreem was able to pull off the meeting with the outer guards flawlessly. It was when they were lead to one of the superiors that Vreem started to get worried. Only not for his own sake, for through the midst of the conversation, he could feel the clashing echoes of light and dark and the swirling turmoil which ensued. And he had a hard time keeping focus on the task at hand. “You did us a great favour in bringing this rag to us.” The Zabrack captain said with a boastful smile upon his face, which Vreem returned in a similar and clumsy manner. “We could certainly do with some hands as skilled as your own, and, of course, we would pay you in equal value for any more… royalties you may capture.”
Widening his already broad grin, Vreem replied happily, “it sounds like a plan to me. And this facility looks pretty comfortable, take it you’ve got some nice food around right?” It was not as hard to play the part as many would think, throughout a Council member’s lifetime; they meet an army of different characters, each one unique as to their being. One merely had to play off the memory of one of them.
“Of course of course,” the captain replied, standing up quickly from his position, “you must be hungry after your capture of the tribal son. Please, follow the guards; they will take you to your quarters where food will be brought to you.” Both Vreem and Jahn nodded slightly and headed briskly out of the room. “Oh, and I hope you will both join me later so you can tell me of your adventures in more detail” the captain said as the pair were just about to leave, to which Vreem responded to with a grin. On their way to the quarters, the master reached out with the force to locate their Wookiee companion. When he sensed the presence, it was easy to see their plan had worked. Discretely using the force to manipulate the captain was not a problem and it seemed Woyshire was certainly not being put in the same position or situation as the other Wookiees.
As they neared their quarters, the undercover Jedi struck out, knocking the two guards without a single blaster fire being sounded. After quickly storing the unconscious bodies of the Zabrack slavers in their quarters and sealing the doors from the inside through the use of the force, the pair split up. Jahn headed towards the holding area, where he would be able to free Woyshire and then the rest of the captured Wookiees before leading them out as quietly as possible.
Vreem on the other hand, would have to go in alone, he had to find whatever evidence he could on salve operation taking place. And to do that, he’d have to get what he could from either the command station or the Captain’s office. He knew which one he’d rather try first, and so he headed back the way he came, time to write a little adventure the captain wouldn’t need telling.

(heh, how do I explain myself: High School) Jahn raced down the corridor melding his body into the shadow. Vreem was charged with investigating the interior functions of the installation. A relatively simple, task understood the Jedi Master's powers in the Force, but he could not shake the urgency of haste. Weather it was the dark presence he felt seeping in the air or the tenancy of these matters to get... gritty, he felt it best to put as much distance between the captive wookiees and this prison. He crossed to the southern most barrack. In an abandoned office was the council member's son, farther down the hall was an exit that lead to the internment camp. Already his mind was assaulted with occasional roar of a captive and the smell of wet fur. Jahn hesitated for a moment. He prepared himself for what he might find on the other side of this door. His connection to the Living Force pricked, spiking into what might be confused as anger in the young Knight. He summoned up his reserve, outwardly he was as calm as any other fellow you might meet on street, inside the hurricane was brewing. Gently he pushed against the door that lead to the office rooms. He scanned the room not only with his eyes, but he surveyed every corner and unseen crevice through the Force. If a commotion was to arise, he wanted to be fully aware of the big picture. To his surprise he found the unit fairly unmanned. He supposed most of the employees of the base were utilized for the capture of wookiee slaves not detainment. After all, the goal was to capture as many slaves as possible then quickly move them off planet. The hallways were nearly deserted, to speak of guards he only noted one posted sentry outside Woyshire's cell. Before the Zabrack could react, before he even knew his safety was compromised Jahn broke into his mental barrier and severed his consciousness. The being slipped into a quite unnatural deep sleep. Jahn searched the body of the fallen guard and found a small metal key with that he quietly turned the lock and stepped into the dark room. This chamber smelled of sweat and lightly of the burning smell that filled a room after blaster fire. His eyes drank in the vision before him. Woyshire, nursing a shot to the left shoulder, was tied to a chair. Patches of his fur were missing where, he guessed, guards had taken trophies. His stomach sank at the sight. If it were not for him, Woyshire would be at home, safe with his father. "I'm so sorry," was all the words he could muster. Rage, anger, hurt, love all swelled within him. He was tired of mocking his presence. Before he was unveiled now his spirit was unleashed. Jahn snapped a picture of the sight and ripped his blade from his hidden compartment. With a swift stroke the Wookiee's bonds fell from him and clattered against the duristeel flooring. The proud wookiee rose, gracefully for his size, and stared silently at the Jedi as if waiting for orders. The being had sacrificed much to get the Jedi safely into the slave camp. His reward would be the freedom of his people. "You stay here, your heart has seen much in the ways of suffering for one day. I will bring your people their freedom." Woyshire exploded into a near deafening roar, a battle cry. The creature would have nothing of hiding in the background while his brothers fought for freedom. The wookiee set an enormous paw on the shoulder of the Jedi Knight. Jahn could feel Woyshire's pain and anger. This only added fuel to his own. As hard as it was, Jahn had to suppressed the desire to attack now. Master Took deserved a shot as convincing the Zabrack leader to end this conflict peacefully. Jahn lifted his hand and placed it on the wookiee's paw. "We must hope for peace, my friend. My Master is working on making discoveries that may lead to a bloodless ending to this conflict." Jahn glanced at the wound on the wookiee, clearly he and the wookiee were having trouble sitting still but they had to trust in the Force. Vreem now carried the situation. Jahn had 20 minuets to spare. If he was not contacted by then, he must opt for the use of force to save the wookiees and bring the Zabrack to justice.
