Tey Solk was born to an extremely wealthy family on Nemoidia. Tey's father was the owner of a lot of banks on Nemoidia for much of Tey's life until he was assassinated when Tey was twenty.
Tey started out in his family's communal hive. He was raised with alot of other grubs and horded and stole alot of food from alot of the weaker ones. He watched many of the weaker grubs die of starvation. This sense of a need to steal and survive gave Tey quite a large fear of death and a large sense of greed and self-confidence. At the age of seven, Tey was removed from the hive and put into political training.
From the start of his political training, Tey excelled in manipulation and began to show traits of high intelligence and the ability to succeed in his field. His training went on until the age of twenty when he was placed as representative of Cato Nemoidia. A month after he was placed as a representative, his father was assassinated and his younger brother Has was placed as head of the family banks. As representative of Cato Nemoidia, the young Tey was able to manipulate the senator of their system to do many great things for Cato Nemoidia's income and help the world prosper in all.
At the age of thirty, after ten years of representing Cato Nemoidia in the Senate, Tey hired an assassin to kill the Senator for the Nemoidia system. He and the representative for Deko Nemoidia started a bloody campaign for the spot of senator, each attempting to assassinate the other many times. After a year of this blood feud, Tey had four droids corner the Deko Nemoidian representative and fire seven hundred blaster bolts into the man. Eventually, with no opposition, Tey won the seat as senator for the Nemoidia system. From then on, he has a team of droids escort him where ever he goes and even guard his bed chamber at night.
Tey has served nearly two decades as Senator of the Nemoidian system, something that has mystified most of the senators that know him. Having his droid body guards kill any and all political opponents or people that stand or have stood in his way at keeping his senate seat.
In light of the take over by the Garbas Consortium, Tey was quick to defect to them and was contracted by Stats himself to be the political figurehead of the Nemoidian System. He has kept himself safe alot of the time and has done things for the Consortium in the Nemoidia System by throwing them around as a threat to other senators always to be sure that they keep in line.

Tey Solk stood next to the Senator of the Nemoidia System. He knew today was the day that he would kill the old man. He had never used a blaster before, but figured that it was easy to do so when the man had his back turned pr if he was asleep. Tey knew that if he were to kill the man, he would be one step closer to being the senator of the Nemoidia System.
After the meeting with the Senate was over, Tey followed the tiring old senator back to his quarters making conversation about the senate meeting. He had a small holdout blaster tucked in his robes and knew the right moment would be when the senator was turned to look out the window. Just as he did, Tey walked very close behind him and retrieved the blaster from his robes.
"Your term is over, Senator!" hissed Tey as he placed the barrel of the blaster into the spine of his political enemy and mentor.
Tey pulled the trigger and a red bolt went through the man's chest and broke the window. The bolt went screaming into the Coruscanti night. Tey put on his best horrified face and went screaming into the hall.
"The senator is dead! Help! Someone shot Senator Kot!" just as he finished screaming, two blue-clad senate guards went running up to him.
"Did you see anything!?"
"Who did it!?"
The questions flew on, and the senator used his manipulation tactics to fool the senate guards. He had already paid off the head of the senate guards with more money than the man could spend in his life time to dismiss the case as cold.
