New Jedi, New Saber

[Leo]

After the conflict on Korriban between Elgriq and the Sith Spirit Annete, Elgriq took the confused, newly freed possession victim Antonus to the Jedi Temple, where Antonus, after undergoing a vigorous series of mental examinations, was approved to be a Jedi Apprentice under the newly promoted jedi master Elgriq.

The old man remembered when Davnis, his master took him to make a lightsaber of his own almost immediately after his initiation into the jedi ... he didn't necessarily get to use it until a few years later, but that would most likely not be the case with Antonus.

They had flown in a spacious transport with a living quarters and a cockpit. The ship was unarmed because they were flying through jedi space. Elgriq pulled the ship in nice and slow to a small lightsbaber construction cave . RZ, Elgriq's astromech droid, carried a crate, containing many lightsbaber pieces, the crystals could only be really found in this cave, but Elgriq also brought antonus here for ceremonial purpose... He awoke his padawan in the other room.\

"Come, antonus, it is time to construct your weapon"


OK... heres how things are gonna go with this.. Just some ideas.. either pick or come up with a good description

Single

Emitters: -Shroud, like anakin's saber.
-Bowl, it is literally.
-Circle
-Cube
-pyramid
- Claw
-Traditional, like Obi-Wan's.
- Tower, like the top of the fith tower of the jedi temple on coruscant. (i think that one is cool)

Handles

-Straight and plain with one button for ignition.
- Curved like count dooku
- cylinder
-Straight with a few buttons and grip.
- bottom peices on the other end of the saber.

(just a few ideas)
Double

Emitters

-can basically be any combo of whatever u want.

Handle-
I only have one suggestion.. archaic style.. like an old style saber like lit may look like its made of wood or stone or something cool like that.... its your saber.

you are also permitted to have 2 sabers.

Silver
Orange
Yellow
Light Blue
Dark Blue
Dark Green
Purple
Pink

[Antonus]

Antonus was tossing and turning in his sleep having nightmares about his past until Master Elgriq woke him up. He sat up still half asleep wiping his eyes and stretching. Still a bit groggy he stood up and walked out into the corridor following his new master. "Why are we here?" he asked softly.

There were many things Antonus still never understood about the force he was still quite young and already he had killed two people his father and Decimus. He had killed Decimus for taking the life of his master. Another person he used to think about was his mother but he could never truly remember her face she was now a distant memory.

'It would always be that day the day it rained. Back on Coruscant was it my fault, no it couldn't be it was his fault i was only a child...'

"Slayn Help me!" the shouting of his mothers voice brought him back to reality. Antonus kept his face without expression almost as if he were the essence of apathy itself waiting for his master to reply to him.

[Leo]

Elgriq smiled kindly as his Apprentice awoke.. he could sense disturbance in his mind. The young man must not have heard him the first time.. and so he said.

" We are here to build your very own customized lightsaber. I could have given you a plain old clan saber or an old one from the storage rooms at the Temple, but it is far better to have your own, a sense of Individuality, so get dressed my young apprentice, I shall wait for you outside."

Elgriq put the hood of his robe up and walked outside, they were right in front of the crystal caves. Two a Jedi Gatemaster nodded to him. He knew the man well. The gatemaster said.

" Hello Elgriq, word has reached here of your victory over a Sith spirit on Korriban, I take it you are here to construct your new Apprentice's saber?

Elgriq nodded.

"Yes I am."

Beeps could be heard as RZ rolled up behind him with the assortment of emitters and hilts and saber glorifications all in a big crate.

[Antonus]

Antonus watched as his master exited the ship the cold frigid air entered the ship which brought about a chill down his spine. He then walked back to his quarters and grabbed his robe. he put it on and put the hood over his head. Antonus walked out of the ship the snow was coming down lightly. He continued to follow his master with the same blank expression on his face.

'I wonder...What has become of my father and if i find him what will he say?'there was always some thought of what happened in his life going through his mind. It always calmed him whenever he thought about it. If not he'd hate himself and be lost forever on Korriban, but he wondered why he was there in the first place.

[Leo]

Elgriq led his apprentice through the cave, The walls of the very spacious cave had many a crystal in them. So many memories from this place... Elgriq was happy to be back, but Antonus' head seemed not to be there. Elgriq spoke loudly but calmly so that it would wake antonus up.

" All these crystals around us Antonus... choose wisely this will be the color of your lightsaber blade. "

(( follow the key in the first post for color selection.. pick 2 crystals for a double bladed or 2 sabers. a doulble bladed would be kinda cool, just a suggestion.))

[Antonus]

Antonus snapped out of thought when Elgriq spoke loudly. He looked around the cave to see if he could find any colors that satisfied his mood. He walked over to the cave wall to his right side and grabbed a crystal that was illuminating dark green. Then he walked over to the left wall and grabbed one that was illuminating dark blue. He then walked back over to Elgriq and handed them to him.

"Here you are, now what do we do next?"

[Leo]

Antonus handed him two crystals, one dark green and one dark blue.. dark......
Elgriq opened the crate with the force and then brought out 30 emitters and 30 handles (prepared with the proper devices inside)
with the force, and laid them at Antonus' feet, the same way his master had done it 30 years ago....

" Lift the pieces you wish for into the air with the force and have them facing each other so that if you put them together, they would create a lightsaber, I will bring the crystal in between them, you will put the saber together, and i will meld the metals together using the force, then we shall repeat for your second saber"

((im assuming you want two sabers, if not, say so and i will change my post... if so.. follow the guide and proceed. I would like a good decscription please..))

[Antonus]

Antonus quickly glanced at each of the pieces that lay on the ground he thought about it for a second. Then he used the force to raise the first piece which was a pyrimid shaped emitter, then a cylinder shaped handle. He held both pieces in the air using the force while his Master seemed to be enthusiastic about the whole lightsaber creation. Antonus on the other hand was rather bored with the whole lightsaber creation he hope he could quickly be done with the nuisance, so that he could get to do some training with it.

"So now what?" he asked in a bored tone.

[Leo]

Elgriq Narrowed his eyes and stroked his beard as his padawan disrespectfully showed a lack of enthusiasm... another display like that and he would have to be disciplined. Elgriq smiled and turned the notch on his saber to light stun instead of kill.

" What next you ask? we test your new weapons"

Elgriq ignited his elaborate lightsaber, its silver blade humming lowly.

" make sure to set it to stun when we spar."

[Antonus]

Antonus grabbed his saber and held it tight. Once again he held the same facial expression, but inside he knew he was thrilled to try his new weapons. If it was anything Antonus was good at hiding his emotions, in fact so good that most people would have to guess what he's feeling causing others to be wrong.

"Master Elgriq can we connect these two lightsabers making one so that it could illuminate two different colors?" he asked in a polite manner.

[Leo]

( i guess you mean a double bladed? if not,then please tell me before you post so i can change it.)

Elgriq smiled And grabbed his padawan's saber.

"I will see what I can do. "

Elgriq construced another saber using the force with the dark blue crystal, using the same emitter and hilt as the first saber. He then, with a small bit of effort, forged the metals of the sabers together using the force, and handed the saber back to him, a double bladed lightsaber.

"That is very Unique, just as my saber is unique and as is my masters, perhaps, some day you will have your apprentice create a lightsaber of his own, try igniting both blades."

[Antonus]

Antonus grabbed the legendary blade then ignited each of the sides. He then twirled the saber around testing out how much flexibility he had with the saber. Once he had twirled it around a few times he was ready to spar with Elgriq.

"Alright master this is going to be fun." he said with a smile on his face as he took a defensive stance.

[Leo]

Elgriq's blade was already ignited. His apprentice twirled his double lightsaber skillfully. Elgriq nodded in approval

"Impressive my young apprentice, I may not have to train you much in the ways of the blade."

He said this jokingly of course, and just before he attacked, his comlink went off. He looked at the memo on it, and then he looked seriously at antonus.

" The Jedi are sending a small team to aid with the Wookiee slavery situation on kashyyk, and we are on it, we need to leave."

*exit Elgriq and Antonus to Kashyyk thread (whenever it starts)*
