Although not an overly exciting child hood, Koirus Datang did not have a boring life either. He was born on the beautiful planet of Naboo to parents who were both part of the upper class of the planets economy. His mother was not an overly intelligent woman, however, she was intelligent enough to understand the value of a husband and the value of marrying into a rich family, which she did. Some may call her shallow for having married a man for his money, however having grown up in a poor, lower class family in which it was important to do everything within ones power to gather money and other necessities to life on Naboo. His father, on the other hand had a bringing up that was in exact contrast to that of his mother. His father grew up in the rich, upper class part of Nabooian (is that right? lol) society, and was neither intelligent 'nor hard working. He, like many of the rich and upper class on Naboo, made their fortune on the backs of the power, and therefore, one could understand his mother's (whose name is Jamius for what it's worth) family's anger at her having married into the upper class.
When Koirus was born, he was immediately loved by both sides of his family. His mothers family was loving of him for who he was and they treated him as best they could with their limited resources, where as his fathers family attempted to bye his love. His early years were uneventful, however he eventually realize his true potential, and therefore his true powers. At the age of five, most children are selfish and want nothing more than to get their hands on every gift and privilege given to them by their family, however Koirus was different. He had something in him that made his wish good things for his family, and he understood why his mothers family loved him so much; he had the power of love and the power of divinity which, naturally meant he was touched or affected in special ways, by the force.
