Koe and I had a long, intimate discussion about this very character. I'd add that he can speak Basic in his skills though, as most Gar don't speak Basic, but I remember us discussing that he does speak it.

His stats so far reflect a Ruw perfectly, but the 5 in intel is a bit debatable, but I'd say if the bio shows it, it is kosher, as Ruw can learn, just not well XD
