The circumstances of Monastery's birth remains a peculiar one. On monastery during the night on one of the holiest days of the Order of the sacred circle a bright light was seen in the sky by nearly all the inhabitants of the capital. The light that appeared in the sky was actually an escape pod hurdling towards the city. Soon after the light appeared a thunderous crash came in the Temple of the sacred circle. upon investigation many of the priests and members of the order were stunned to see a huge piece of technology hunk crashed in the temple. The Grand Priest of the time order the small vessel searched. Inside was found a baby crying and wailing. The Grand Priest still mystified by the whole incident ordered the baby brought to him. Upon the baby arriving in the arms of the Grand Priest the baby soon stopped crying and wailing and smiled. The Grand Priest could only think of one meaning of the event, that the baby was sent by the sacred circle to lead there people to true enlightenment.
The next day the Grand Priest made the announcement to his planet of the events that happened. Many of the people where rejoicing that the sacred circle had sent the baby and it was declared that when of the right age she would be declared the new Grand Priest. Many of the priests of the planet agreed to name her after the planet itself and thus Monastery was born now taken under the wing of the Grand Priest.
Over the years of monastery's babyhood many of the priests noticed and were alarmed about the apparent enviroment change according to the apparent feelings of the child. One day Monastery was playing with one of her toys when the toy was snatched by one of the priests who did not believe in babies having toys. as a natural reaction Monastery cried. This crying lead to the priest giving monastery a hit. But instead of silencing monastery grew louder and suddenly a seemingly bright day had turned into a thunder storm. The priest seeing the entire event unfold before his eyes got quite scared of the baby. He gave back the toy which made monastery a little happier. The once storm had now turned into drizzle. The priest quickly made his way to report the incident to the grand priest who believed it was more proof of her destiny.
During her childhood Monastery was taught much like the others of the planet in the ways of the order of the sacred circle. The fact that she had no eyes but was able to was proof to many of the members of the order of her sacredness. Not questioning the faith at all Monastery grew up believing deeply in what she had been taught.
At the age of 10 during one of monastery's lessons she had trouble understanding what the text was saying. After asking for help the teacher merely read back the text the exact same way it was said. Monastery persisted however and this soon turned her teacher to anger. This fueled Monastery's anger and all of a sudden in front of the entire class the teacher bursted into flame. The teacher ran out of the room screaming. Many of the other students believed it to be Monastery's fault.
At the age of 14 Monastery had discovered her power to alter the environment to her whim however only knew that it reacted to her mood. Upon inquiring about it she was only told it is her right due to her destiny. This solved nothing so Monastery found a nice lonely place in the temple to discover more about this power. over the years she slowly but carefully learnt more and more how to control this ability but by the time she was 16 although able to use her power she was still unable to control it compared to her feelings.
At the age of 16 Monastery realizing that all her life she had been void of friends and relationships. Even her relationship with her adopted father was not entirely great. She now put aside trying to control her power to find someone to connect with. Unfortunately for Monastery after seeking for nearly an entire year all she was able to find were narrow minded members and students who believed in the way of sacred circle much like the next person with undieing loyalty. Monastery had however begun to question the religion although she kept this to herself.
At the age of 18 Monastery was able to control her power through the power to control her emotions. She had worked hard to make herself mostly devoid of known emotions. Rather taking everything and calculating it like a computer than taking on sapient emotions. At this same age her time to rule had come the previous Grand Priest putting down his reign mad Monastery the Grand Priest. This met with open arms for the people believing that Monastery would now lead them into the age of enlightment.

The city is so primitive and boring. And yet I can not bare to stay away from it.
Slowly walking towards her bed she continued to think

Taking a seat on her bed staring at the ground her face making one of confusion as she was deep in thought.
I should spread the religion throughout the galaxy. but how will I do this.
Now monastery's movements were quick and she lay down on her bed resting her weary head on the soft and comfortable pillow that lay beneath her.
yes thats it. I will spread the religion and bring new technology to the religion. I will bring enlightenment not only to my people but to the universe.
The face of confusion now gone Monastery gave a smile as she closed her eyes and slowly drifted off to sleep.
