Kvothe chuckled at Alindra, the purple and green ever shifting around in his eyes. He looked her over for a moment, grinning faintly to himself. The signs didn't go missed--the look in her eye, the way she toyed with the laces on her corset... Kvothe noticed; he'd have to be blind not to.
"Might we?" he asked, leaning forward from sitting with has back against the foot of the bed so that he was more upright. One of his hands went to her. A lone finger stroked her cheek, lingering there for a few moments. He could feel some of the lust that her expression told of, could feel it echoed in himself, down to the core of his being. That finger fell away from her face as he let it down, to twist around one of the laces of her corset. His eyes followed it and when they came back up, he looked at her with a lustful look of his own. "Yes, I think we might at that, Alindra."

Kvothe touched Alindra's cheek. She leaned into his touch, letting him feel her warmth, rubbing her arm as she did so. "And who says I can't be persuasive?" Alindra smiled, pulling all her fingers over Kvothe's shoulders as she drew her lips close and smiled against Kvothe's as they kissed.
Using the Force to gently push Kvothe against the mattress, Alindra climbed on top of him. Then she stopped, letting her arms and shoulders relax. For a brief moment, the lust faded out of her and she sat, looking down at Kvothe. In time, she knew she wanted to turn him so they would be able to conquer and rule together, but for the moment, she was happy.
"I can't believe I'm thinking this, or maybe I'm a little out of my mind," Alindra shook her head, letting her hair drift loose around her face. "Kvothe Algaterra, I think I love you." With nothing else to say with words, Alindra leaned forward and kissed Kvothe once again.

{ack, my sincerest apologies for taking so long to reply}
Kvothe laughed softly when Alindra nudged him, using a gentle push with the Mythos to push him back against the mattress. Then she climbed on him as he sat there, smiling up at her with a wide grin and deep, royal purple eyes.
He chuckled when she spoke and then he met her kiss, returning it as he held her tenderly, lovingly. It was still so strange to him, the thought that he'd found someone special on Ruusan--a world he'd not really expected to find anything on. But here he was with her in his arms, sharing his love, his passion with her.
"Maybe," said he when they pulled apart for a moment, "it's a bit of both. Perhaps love's driven us both out of our minds. But..." he paused for a moment then, looking up at her with a wry smile that spread slowly across his face, "if that's the case, I don't think I mind at all."
Kvothe pulled her closer to kiss her again. Like all good things, he knew this would have to come to an end eventually. They'd go their separate ways--her to wherever the Winds carried her, and him to Aiaru, when the call came. But he would enjoy all the time he had with her while he could. And for this one moment, when he had her in his arms, as a thrall to the whims of love and passion and lust, the rest of the world around them could fade away and he wouldn't mind, as long as he had her.
