Arwyn looked over to Tor as she finished adjusting the wrist mounted rockets to her gauntlets, linking their sights with her HUD, he asked if she'd ever killed a Rakghoul before.
Arwyn shook her head "Y'know, I can't say I ever have come up against one before, though I've heard plenty about them. I've heard everything from that their the modern day boogieeman slash monster to canibalistic creatures that have ten eyes that stand at or near human height, with fangs and talons that can slice permacrete as easily as tin. Y'know, real scary stuff for the arruetti's. All garbage if you ask me" she looked to Cirith as he moved up to join Tor at the controls and began running through pre-flight checks. "What about you Cir'ika? You ever faced a Rakghoul?" Arwyn asked tilting her head to the side.
Cirith finished his pre-flight checks and gave Tor a thumbs up before looking back at his sister.
Soon they were in the air and off towards one of the holes that had yet to be filled from the bombardment Lord Malak had given the planet all those years ago. Cirith shook his head as well "I can't say that I have. I've heard about them too though, nearly the same stuff Arwyn has. Slimy, gory, mishapen things that are supposed to be the epitome of nightmare material. Like Arwyn said, it's a bunch of osik. We'll be fine. You know aruetti's, they always have to exaggerate everything." It was clear from the Mandalorian siblings tone and statements that they held little regard for the rumors surrounding the creatures, and that they like Tor, didn't seem to think them much of a threat. Especially considering their skills and the new weapons now in their possession.
Cirith and Arwyn turned then to watch the blasted scenery of Taris give way to a massive hole that led into the core of the planet. As they neared a landing site, both Cirith and Arwyn hoped that their shared feelings were right.
