Je'Baru and Reina had failed in finding the hutt that had inslaved them and made them fight in the pits on Nar Shaddaa. Je'Baru wanted to be well away from every thing. Reina wanted to see the sights. So no better place than Felucia. Brimming with life and dangers, the perfect place to hunt and be hunted. Je'Baru on arriving did not know what to think of Felucia. Reina loved what it did to her skin. They both found constant reasons for staying.
Though neither really wanted to leave. Leaving would have ment for them that they gave up again. Nither wanted that. So here they stayed. Finding a location upon a platou high enough that the mists was not easy. Here they made a tempary camp of sorts and registured it with the local authorities.
For work they fended off wild life and transported cargo from one spot to another(planetside). The days flew by as they enjoyed the time upon Felucia.

Felucia, the planet of moss and death, bright colours and quick ends. Leto despised the planet, having been forced to its surface in a past bounty hunt, similar it appears to the one he was trekking on now. The only difference was that the target back then had been a privateer Gossam by the name of Mei Zhao, and had attracted the attention of a particularily wealthy individual who hired Leto to eliminate what the Anzat could only assume was the buyers competition. The tracking was long and unimaginably horrible as he ventured through the wilderness with Tiberius and a local guide, but about halfway to the encampment that Mei inhabited, the guide was slaughtered by a rampaging Acklay.
One which the droid and his master promptly put down.
But the damage had been done and the hunters were left as the hunted, eventually finding the encampment and eviscerated the Gossam and his pirate crew. It was one of the worst hunts for the Anzat in recent memory. His second trip to Felucia, he reckoned, was going to much simpler. The target was an insane Wookie, who had killed several Republican soldiers and a few dozen mercenaries in a battle on Coruscant before fleeing to Felucia.
There was a problem however, as the Anzat was still useless in the dense foliage of Felucia, and upon landing headed to the first Cantina he found, searching high and low for a guide. But none could be found. Finally a Gungan at the bar gave him the whereabouts of a small encampment run by two mysterious off-worlders, who he said had much experience with travelling in the dense jungle of Felucia. Leto thanked the man and headed back to his ship, punched in the co-ordinates of the encampment, and shot off in its direction.
The plateau was beautiful from the vantage point of the vessel, and Leto found a clearing of a small field of multicoloured plants, where he had Henry bring the ship down. Meanwhile the hunter was gearing up in the cargo hold of the ship, slipping into his Mando armours one piece at a time. The helmet was left untouched in his locker, but once he’d slung his MAR over his shoulder, and had his MagSec holstered on his thigh, the Mandalorian bounty hunter slipped the helmet snug over his cranium and locked it into place.
“On,” Came the simple command, and the hud illuminated brightly as it ran through a basic diagnostic of his suit’s components and started up all of it’s hardware, seconds later a feminine “Suit on,” sounded over the speaker beside his ear, and he adjusted to the added weight and the hud itself. Tiberius had joined him by now, and stood idle at his side as his master ran through his everyday routine. When the droid noted it had finished, he stepped in front of Leto and the Anzat nodded in acknowledgement.
“All set?” He asked.
“Do you even have to ask?” Came the reply, as the door only a few feet away started to drop down and the pair stepped forward to it, watching as the bright coloured plants came into view and waited for the ramp to touch down before stepping out. They were both quite heavy and made a significant amount of noise as they stepped off the craft, not even watching as the ramp closed shut behind them, and instead started towards the minute encampment only a few dozen yards away.
“What will you ask them?” Tiberius queried, as they walked in silence.
“If they will lead us to the Wookie,”
“Will you pay them?”
“If they ask,” Now the two strangers he had come to meet were in sight, and both eyed the pair of armoured figures wearily, remembering their pasts and what might come from such heavily prepared soldiers.
“We come in peace,” Called out Tiberius. Leto didn’t think it sounded very diplomatic, but kept it to himself as he re-adjusted his rifle, making sure the pair noted that he and his droid were not holding their weapons at this time. “And we have an offer,” Now that was more like it.

The sound of star craft buzzed over head and started it's landing upon their plateau. Reina watched with a hand made rake, from an acklay's claw. She was in the middle of tending her garden. She turned to Je'Baru and her emoting tattoos flashed a warning yellow because not many ever came out here unless some thing was needed.
Je'Baru went back to digging a hole under a plant stump. They were trying to expand the northern section. Je'Baru finished as his sensor gauntlet sounded that the ship had landed and the ramp was lowering. Sighing Je'Baru placed a packet under the stump and stuffed a remote thermo-det beside the packet. Leaving the hole and walking back to Reina, Je'Baru wondered who it could be this time. It was to early for the outskirt towns Acklay harvest period. On seeing the Mando armor and the droid He knew what the request would be, a bounty.
Reina speaking-Welcome to Felucia and our home Mando. An offer how wonderful you said last night that you were tiring of plowing the garden.
With the smile and a face of an angel Reina flushed the rainbow of emoting colors of her tattoos that could be seen upon here star field black skin and between her hand made two piece twi'lek training out fit. More skin showed than actual material which many on Felucia found a little distracting.
Je'Baru speaking-A bounty or are you just looking for a vacation home stead? First off before we start I have to finish a little work first. One sec. Reina ears.
Reina flushed a static purple that shifted from dark to white as she waited with ears covered. Je'Baru did not turn back to the stump He just raised his gauntlet and said 'fire in the hole'. A deafening explosion followed by a napalm like fire ball blew stump out of the ground. The ground vibrated from the explosion and the wild life around the plateau took flight shrieking and hooting.
Now with that done you want some thing to drink?

At least they were friendly, thought Leto as he bowed his head graciously and stepped forward, droid in close pursuit. The explosion was deafened by the sound cancelling feature of his helmet, but when it was finished and the man asked if he would like a beverage, the Anzat smiled through his helmet and nodded slightly. “That would be splendid, thank you,” Noting that there was a significant lack of hostility, the man detached his helmet and slid it off, his glowing smile now showing off radiantly as he followed the pair.
Tiberius was less friendly, and simply stood like a sentry, nodding for Leto to go as he waited and simply observed the wildlife that surrounded them. Although he had no real emotions, the droid could appreciate the beauty of what was around him, and frequently took pictures, something he hadn’t done the last time they were here. Meanwhile Leto had found himself in (what he could only call) the couple’s humble abode, accepting gracious a drink which he’d watched the man prepare right before his eyes.
“Thank you kindly,” Came the calm Mando’s voice, before sipping on the drink and placing it on the knee of his suit. There it stayed, with one of his gloved hands holding it steady whilst he spoke. “And yes, I’ve come looking for a bounty. The target’s a rampaging Wookie, and I’ve been told that he’s made a home somewhere in the dense jungles of Felucia. I also have with me rough co-ordinates of this home, which puts it about two klicks to the north of here,” He left the rest open ended, hoping to address any questions or concerns the two might have regarding the bounty.
Henry and Gunny were both still on the ship, tinkering with various mechanics and toying with hundreds of different things. Anything to keep their minds busy, as they knew this mission would be a bit longer than most, given the harsh conditions of the planet. The good thing was that they could be called in to provide aerial support, or they may even have to track down the Wookie themselves if he tried to flee, something the pair always enjoyed doing.

The noghri did not bat an eye ridge or show the sightest emotion about his unfortunet neighbor. He knew the place. It was one of the few places that the Acklay avoided. They had thought of using that place but Reina could not handle the unnerving feeling of being watched and the over whelming anger that the place radiated with.
Je'Baru was about to open his mouth to respond but Reina's entrance Stoppped him cold. She had found one of Ryver/Taym's costumes. He had hoped he burried it deep enough in the closet that she would never find it, but as all females of her species that would have been likened to having the universe colapse upon it's self. For she walked out waring a garish twi'lek maide outfit.
Oh are you talking about the 'Dark Veil'. That is what the locals call that place. You think the acklay are scarry just wait till you go in there.
Reina gently glided over and sat on a foot stool at Je'Baru's feet. Shs looked back and said......
Oh ..... sorry for interupting. I just heard some of the information. Either way I'm not leaving this place not right now the garden needs planting before the rains set in in two weeks.
Je'Baru shook his head and remembered whaqt he was going to say.
If we are to go their some compensation will be needed. It's not a food mart. You can't just go in their and pick him up and walk out with him with out some loss. As for muntions I suggest heavy and armor piercing.
Looking down at Reina...... This is when Ryver/Taym could of come in handy this mission would have been right up their alley.
Reina nodded a yes and looked back at the mando with those angle eyes of her's and smiled.
It sounds like you've got your self a deal. When your done I'll have a meal waiting for ya.... just give me and hour first.
Reina smiled again as a pot was starting to shriek. Reina's lekku twitched and she got up and went toward the kitchen to tend to the pot of water. Once again Je'Baru shook his head and said...
Since we've been on our own I've never been picky about the jobs I take so........ What ever or when ever this job is I'm in. Money is money and in the backwaters jobs are a rare gem stone. Let's get bloody.
Je'Baru lowered his head and all kindness left his noghri face. The face of death came upon his domenor and his body responed so. The years of being a hunter were now very obvious to anyone.

“Yes, Dark Veil, that’s what the locals told me the place, was called,” Leto glanced up and down at the beautiful Twi’lek and smiled weakly before returning to the business at hand as the Noghri discussed the difficulty of entering the Wookie’s camp. “Ah well, the bounty is listed as a hundred thousand dead or alive, so there’s no harm in taking him down if we have to. In fact, I think I’d rather do that then try to detain him. He is, after all, quite powerful. For your assistance I’m willing to part ways with a third of the bounty,”
He watched passively as the female bounded off to tend to the water she was boiling, all the while listening to the Noghri talk how he and the Twi’lek were not picky choosers when it came to work, and the Anzat smiled warmly feeling the same way about bounties. “Indeed, credits are credits; you just have to do what it takes to get by. We can set out now to take out this bounty if you’d like, I just need to return to my ship to arm myself more heavily. Are you set as far as weaponry goes? I have quite an arsenal aboard my ship, and I’d be happy to lend you a weapon if you feel you’ll need it,” It was just a simply offer, as Leto knew the Noghir were famed hunters and assassins, and this one in particular looked more hardened then most.
Back outside Tiberius was getting restless; his complex mind wandering as he’d taken all the photos he felt the planet deserved and was itching to get into combat for once. A roar in the distance made the droid turn around, unnerved towards the jungle canopy and observed the slight rustle of trees in the distance. He recognized the call, a rancor if ever he’d heard one and it made him feel even more uneasy, all he wanted to do was get out there and kill those brutish beasts.
“Gunny, drop the ramp and grab me my MAP-77, and Misrah Battle Rifle,” He ordered over the comm., before starting off back towards the ship. By the time he reached it, the ramp was down and Gunny was standing on the edge of it, Misrah in one hand and the MAP in his other. “Thanks,”
“No problem, go get some,” When the pistol was in his second holster (strapped across his chest) and the Mirah was slung over his shoulder, Gunny hit the close switch and shut the ramp as Tiberius turned back to the compound and walked over to the building he’d seen Leto and the others walk into.
“Leto? We goin now or what?”
“Yup, be right out,”

Upon the mention of weapons Je'Baru got up and went to a nook of the room which held a military foot locker. Je'Baru opened it and removed his gear which consisted of his kabek gauntlet and his three norysh along with his over stuffed det-backpack holding 30 remote thermo dets.
I've never needed more than this and when I do.... that will be a day none will want to be around me. Let's get this hunt going the day is burning fast.
Je'Baru turned to go back toward the kitchen. Je'Baru said his good by to Reina and she asked.......
Are you going to use the fog suit it may come in handy.
Je'Baru remember the last time he was at the Dark Veil fog was the cover and hidding would be the advantage. So Je'Baru made the loop through the back rest room and into the back bed room to dawn the second skin suit colored fog gray. Returning back through the kitchen Reina whistled at Je'Baru as he went by. He paid her no mind and continued on.
Je'Baru said he was now ready and left through the front door.

Tiberius watched as the Noghri from earlier vacated the building, followed shortly by Leto who said his farewells to what the droid could only suspect was the Twi’lek, before heading off in the direction of the First-Rate. “I’ll just be a minute,” He called back to the Noghri, whom simply nodded leaving the droid and his master to trek back to the craft. “So?” Asked Tiberius when they were well out of earshot. “A third, it’s a good deal,”
“That’s an absurd price! How could you agree to something like that?!” Came Tiberius’ reply, his voice raising at the price offered to the Noghri back at the camp. He had assumed that Leto might pay somewhere in the range of ten grand, not triple that for a simple expedition, no matter the hostility of the planet they found themselves on. “Silence Tiberius, it’s a fair price, they’re decent people,” Tiberius’ response sounded like a haphazard groan, and Leto shot him a look as they boarded onto the ship. He didn’t ask for the weapons to be brought out like Tiberius had, but Gunny and Henry saw the pair coming and dropped it down; Gunny met up with his master in the cargo hold as the Anzat loaded up one of the A1 Gallant Rifles, a personal favourite of the Gunny’s.
“Be sure to take a few extra mags, because you never know with these furball bastards, right?” Leto just nodded; made sure the rifle was on safe, and then returned to Tiberius who had been standing idle at the base of the ramp. Not a word was shared as they returned to the Noghri, and Leto greeted him with a wide grin and set the massive rifle in his hands to full-auto.
“Ready to hunt?”

Je'Baru made his way to a tubiler tree shroom near the edge of the plateau. The main part was spilt into to reveal the hollow inside. Je'Baru grabbed his norysh and opened the gap a little wider.
Two ways down........... fly or shroom it. It may not be as graceful but it's about as safe. Either way see you at the bottom. Oh.... I hope you plan on using that thing in your arms quiet a bit because you will with the Rancor breeding season starting with last tuesday. Ha hahahaah.
Je'Baru turned and slipped down the tree shroom and out of sight. Je'Baru thought as he slid down the hollow shroom tree that where they were going was the bull rancors nest and the site of the breeding grounds. He shrugged and continued on down to the lower levels of Felucia.
----------------- Reina reenters scene -----------------
Reina ran over as Je'Baru slid down the hollow shroom tree. With disappointment on her face she came to a stop be side the mando.
Would you mind telling him about Sura-ka. Sura-ka is the mother sarlacc plant and she is half way to the Dark Veil. K... if you would please?
Reina was worried for Je'Baru. It was the first time in a long time. Both relied on each other for evey thing. Reina's emo-ting tattoos flushed a worried glow of orange.

It was one of the strangest things he’d seen, a Noghri dropping down through the middle of a planet and sliding into oblivion. He and Tiberius watched him go for a few seconds, before Tiberius stepped forward (being the heavier of the two) and slid down carefully, his weight stretching the hollow as had been the case with Je’Baru. Then all of a sudden Reina shot out of the nearby house and stopped beside him. “Would you mind telling him about Sura-ka. Sura-ka is the mother sarlacc plant and she is half way to the Dark Veil. K... if you would please?” She asked, her tattoos flashing a cautious orange, she was obviously a little worried.
“Of course I will, something like that must be told to keep the safety of our party at a high level. Farewell,” Came Leto’s reply before he smiled warmly at the Twi’lek (his helmet clenched in one hand, and gripped his rifle to his chest. Shortly thereafter he dropped down into the hollow like a trooper would drop into water and sunk in much the same fashion. After some time of sliding, he could see an end to the tunnel and braced himself, but found he’d slowed considerably and actually stopped just before the exit. Both Tiberius and the Noghri stood just outside of it and Leto had no clue where they were. Last time on Felucia the pair had simply gone on foot on the ground that was now high above them, so it was all new to them.
“That was a hell of a ride…your Twi’lek stopped me just before I came down, said the Sarlacc Sura-ka is halfway to the dark veil. Shouldn’t be a problem though I guess, what with that bag of detonators you’ve got there,” He said and pointed to the bag the Noghri was holding on his back, shapes sticking out in lumps much in the same way as a thermo detonator. Fastening his helmet to his head, Leto was prepared to fight.

The back pack was his main arsenial. Over thirty thermodets filled the pack to the bursting point. With one little tug of a cord at the bottom and all thirty would go scattering all over the ground. He was most definatly going to have need of them if they were to enter the Dark Veil.
Sura-ka... hhmmm. She and her spawn might prove a problem if we run into acklays or rancors. If we play it right they could be used as a safe base when we have to make a run when out numbered by the bull rancor and his females. Hope you don't mind getting bloody for I fell it heading that way.
The after noon turned to evening rather quickly especially in the lower depths of Felucia's fungle jungles. The dimming light mixed with the smell of rotting plants was starting to become stronger as the heavy mist-spore fog of a luminary fungus sprayed it's spore in the fading light. The trek of one K was not as hazardous as Je'Baru would have thought being this late in the day. As he thought of it he heard the shriek of an acklay in the distance and it was moving toward them rather rapidly.
Blast this not what we need right now. An acklay is coming we need to head for Sura-ka her spawnings will keep the acklay at bay for a while. That is unless a rancor is hunting the acklay.
As if on que a roar of an rancor echoed through the fungle forest. Je'Baru quickly checked his Battle gauntlet and to his dismay the registered DNA for tracking rancor and acklay showed both.
We've got an acklay and a rancor about a half click back and moving toward us. Both of these I've had dealings with, neither are afraid of beings with guns and they raid the fringe settlements quite often. So if you want to stick around and have fun, then by all means have fun but as for me I'm heading to Sura-ka to make my stand there. I'll link with you what I've got from my DNA scanner, K. That'll help you out I hope.
So as Je'Baru bolted into a darker part of the jungle he linked his scanner by way of Wi-fi. Not only did his scanner give info on the rancor and the acklay but hundreds of other creatures native to Felucia.

The call of an Acklay and subsequent howl of a Rancor put Leto on his toes, and as the Noghri talked, the Mando scanned the surroundings, mostly in the direction of the calls. Suddenly, the tracker disappeared, having bolted off in one direction leaving Leto and Tiberius alone in the dense jungle, but the two weren’t stupid and followed suit. It was tought going, as the pair had to vault various obstacle and bypass all the planet life, less one of them have some kind of toxin upon touch, and this slowed them down dramatically. Within minutes crashes could be heard from the direction of the Acklay and Rancor, and Leto realized they weren’t going to be able to outrun them.
“They’re getting closer! We won’t make it much farther,” He shouted, but Tiberius remained quiet and diligently made his way across the jungle’s floor, then with only a few minutes (at the most) to spare, the jungle gave way to a clearing and there in the middle was the wide gaping maw of a sarlacc youngling. Its tendrils whipped around it, the razor sharp teeth inside grinding hungrily; obviously it was getting close to dinner. “Go around it! We’ll draw the acklay in, it obvious knows we’re hear,” And with barely any time to spare the pair carefully made their way around the massive pit, careful with it’s tendrils before taking cover behind a massive root of a nearby tree.
The sound of crashing jungle was immense now, and the pair rested their weapons on the roots tops on either side, the entire thing concealing everything but their heads and rifles, and within seconds a glimpse of an acklay appeared in the foliage. “Here it comes,” Said Tiberius, sounding amazingly calm as the acklay and rancor pair neared closer, and closer. Then suddenly the acklay shot through the tree line, but far from sliding into the sarlacc pit like the pair of bounty hunters had hopped, it stopped abruptly and tried to turn to go around. It wasn’t quiet fast enough how ever, and the rancor appeared seconds later.
Grabbing hold of the acklay with it’s big powerful mits, the rancor pulled the other beast to it and sunk it’s jaw into the acklay’s back, sending a shrill shriek exploding out of the monsters mouth. With a sudden kick, the acklay threw the rancor off and tried to run away, but without the claw piercing the rancors hide, she simply got back up and grab hold of what had hit her. With a devastating pull came a sickening snap, as it broke the leg of the acklay and ripped it right from its body before tossing it back into the jungle behind him.
Blood flowed immensely.

As the blood flowed Je'Baru took the advantage of going around the maw pit of the youngling sarlacc. Getting within throwing distance Je'Baru hurrled a remote det onto the lower slope of the pit. Je'Baru waited till the rancor and the acklay was closer to the edge and then..........BOOM. The det went off sending a shock wave through the ground the soil of the slope gave way and toppled the rancor and the acklay into the waiting maw.
Je'Baru backed up into the deeping fog to disappear. The sound of bloody fighting continued. He worked his way over to the waiting mando who was on front row of the bloody battle.
Would you like to watch the end of this and see who wins and kill the winner, or just move on?

“Let’s move on, no use in wasting ammo,” Came Leto’s cool reply, so the three figures quickly made their way from the brawl and headed in the direction of the Wookie’s encampment. However, on their way a second maw blocked their path, this one considered massive in comparison to the one they’d seen earlier, and was obviously the previous one’s parent. Tendrils extend about two or three feet from the edge of the maw, and the Mando stopped in his tracks just as one of the whip like members shot past him in an attempt to knock him inside.
“Your det-packs might work, though I can’t even remember the last time I had an encounter with such a large sarlacc,” His mouth was practically agape at the sight of the behemoth before him, though the Noghri and Tiberius couldn’t see it past the T-Visor. This was going to be tricky, though they could simply swing around it, giving it enough of a berth that it would be practically harmless to them, but then there was always the possibility the winner of the previous fight would come in search of them, and catch them on the edge of the pit. They’d be trapped, have nowhere to run, and no massive sarlacc between them, but even with that Leto thought it was better than fighting the beast head on.
“Maybe we should swing around? It’ll be a bit of a detour, but I’m sure it’ll turn out fine,” The Mandos voice quivered ever so slightly, a rare sign that he was at least a tad nervous at their predicament and although his droid knew him well enough to note it, the droid neglected to acknowledge it as he wasn’t sure if the Noghri caught it or otherwise. The answer was probably the former, but it was always better safe then sorry, right?

Je'Baru did not want to get anywhere near the old girl for she hid her tendrils in the leaf matter. One wrond step and down you go. Je'Baru just nodded and headed to the left of the great beastual plant. Any being worth his gil kept one eye on the sarlac and one on the darking jungle. Three quarters of the way around and the sounds of a rancor could be heard.
Bumbling clumsy through the jungle with the Acklay's left claw sticking out of it back it stumble near the edge of Sura-ka's pit. It wiped off blood and goo of the former Acklay from it's face but not enough to reliase the danger it was in. A slow and paitent tendril moved to the rancor's left leg. A blur of movement and the rancor was on it's back being dragged into the waiting maw of the sarlacc. The rancor neither fought back or even struggled because of the now protruding claw coming through it's chest. Je'Baru stopped and shook his head what a pityful way to die. Not by being eatin' but dying by falling on an opponets weapon.
Je'Baru sighed and turned his back upon the gory scene of Sura-ka ripping the rancor apart. His focus was now needed else where. The sun setting and entering the 'Dark Veil' two things he neither wanted to do but the job came first. Je'Baru had to make sure that the mando knew what was coming.
Hey Mando have you ever had nightmares? Well you'll forget them because we're about to enter the world of nightmares. If it's on the ground... get to a tree, if it's in the tree burn the tree,.. and if it's in the air,... shot it,.. but if your shots don't kill it run. Oh and never mess with the jell...... you would wish the sarlac was eating you.

“I have no idea what you’re talking about Je’Baru, but I’ll try to stick with you and follow your lead,” Came Leto’s reply, and Tiberius simply nodded his head in agreement as the two watched the Rancor become a mighty meal for the Sarlacc that they had cautiously avoided this entire time. Its rows upon rows of teeth gnawed on the Rancor, separating flesh from bone and grinding them both into nothing as first the lower body of the might beast disappeared, then the chest, and finally the head as it was sucked down into the maw. Then there was nothing but the blood that stained the sand all around the mouth of the Sarlacc, and the trio started off again. For Leto it was easy to forget what he’d just seen, afterall over his lifetime he’d seen and even done much worse than that, but still the what-if’s that surrounded the Sarlacc pit and their proximity to it made him wonder the entire trip.
“I’ve never been this far into the Felucian jungles, last time my guide was slaughtered and Tiberius and myself had to go on alone, it wasn’t a fun time,” Leto remarked, passing casual glances at the mighty plants that surrounded them as far as the eyes could see. He had noticed Tiberius was practically non-functioning, but chalked it up to the presence of the Noghri and the planet they were now hiking on. Their last visit had been so disastrous that even the Mando didn’t want to remember it, but regardless he still pushed on, as did his trusty droid, although he guessed it was for different reasons than Leto’s own. Mainly the fact he was a mere servant to his master’s will, regardless of his personality and mighty abilities.

For the following hour Je'Baru thought over what the mando had said. He hoped this time through would be different. The jungle was the only thing that really bothered him, for it was not the creatures that one had to worry about it was the jungle it's self.
Je'Baru slowed as they came to a clearing of sorts. Here the mists were heavier. Fire gnats wafted threw the air, pulsing and swirling. Haunting mornful crys of unseen creatures went unanswered. The jungle floor, was littered with the remains of the long dead.
Up ahead in the clearing was small delicate steams tipped with a dew drop like liquid. These plants, of three feet in height, were every where. Je'Baru halted their forward progress.
Not good. If these thing are here then.... well be slowed considerably.
Just then a rustling of flora made Je'Baru twitch. His khabac shield ingaged and fired off into the jungle canopy. Gently Je'Baru started to lift him self up into the canopy of the jungle.
Best if you and your droid follows at lest till they move by.
With that Je'Baru rose further up. The rustling grew more and more until what was coming was nearly upon them.
Like Felucia some of the life forms were both plant and creature these were no different. Spider like legs emerged from the flora. The three foot legs slowly and tentively felt the ground. Finding a firm foot hold it emerged. A bulbous plant with spider like legs and feeding proboscis moved near the spot were they were previous. It was soon followed by ten more. They moved over to the dead corpus and stretched out their feeders to search for any thing that remained. They continued to search the ground for just a few minutes more then shuffled on back into the jungle.
