Reven could be seen passing through the lush forests of Tython appearing to be looking for something. Ever since he found out that he was force sensitive, Reven wanted to learn the ways of the force a become like the heroes he worshiped, the Jedi Knights. Since he was 17, Reven knew that no Jedi would be willing to train him since he's too old, but he had the feeling that if he could find a holocron, he could train himself using the information. Since most of the holocrons were kept at the Jedi Temple, Reven's only hope was to find a holocron that the Jedi misplaced on the planet where the Jedi first formed.

[[Please note, Toshiro is an NPC only being used in this thread]]
Closing his eyes, Toshiro could sense the animal nature of the planet he was on. He had always found peace in such a setting as this, and the monotone of non-violence which ran throughout the planet soothed him. It had been hard to discover a suitable place for him to stay on this planet, especially with the Jedi building such a large temple here, but over the months he had made a suitable shelter for himself.
It had been years since he had felt more then a vague presence of a force sensitive, but now he felt it stronger than he usually did...of course, it could be a Jedi from the temple, but if so, what would he or she be doing this far from the temple?
He was sure the temple must be almost finished by now, though he didn't exactly check in on the temple frequently...and would've thought the Jedi would be up to their usual 'training' of the young ones. If not, well it would be typical of the Jedi to wait longer then necessary on something as simple a building. It had always disappointed him how the Jedi were slow to speak, but even slower to move, particularly as a young Jedi Knight. Back then he had been a man of action, but now he had deteriorated into an old man waiting for death. Sweet death would come soon enough, he was sure. He wouldn't wish for it anymore though, for it might come sooner than he expected. He wasn't sure why he wanted to live; just that he did.
Perhaps this force presence he felt would answer his questions; it seemed to be coming for him.

As Reven continued to walk through the forest, he couldn't help but notice how peaceful everything was. The forest was full of life with almost everything coexisting in peace. Of course there was the occasional predator, but they really didn't pose a threat to people as long as they didn't walk into their territory or threatened their young. After walking for several hours, the sun was starting to set and Reven knew that he needed to stop and rest before continuing his journey tomorrow. Sure, Reven could have continued to walk in the night, but he knew better than that since walking in the forest in the middle of the night is just as dangerous as walking in the desert in the middle of the night.
This is taking a lot longer than I thought. I just hope I don't run out of supplies before I find anything thought Reven as he sat under a tree and opened up a box containing food. He would then take out a piece of bread and took a bite out of it.

Toshiro sighed. So the presence was not coming closer after all. He knew it was getting dark as the sun set, but Toshiro had ways of fending off any predators who came close to his dwelling. He preferred to live in peace and alone, but he had a natural interest in not being eaten during the night.
Travelling north towards the presence, Toshiro brought along his lightsaber, hiding it in the midst of his overcoat as his running shoes crinkled and cracked as they walked over the sticks scattering across the ground. He did not wish this to be his last day alive, so he was being careful, but he did not have a reason yet to wish any harm on this sort of presence.
Stepping into the clearing where he could feel the presence strongest, Toshiro knew he had found whoever it was. Across the clearing by a tree was a young kid who had settled down and was sitting with his back against a tree.
Studying the boy, Toshiro did not make any attempt to move or hide himself when the boy looked his way, but merely stood and watched. Now he would find out the purpose of this boy.

As Reven took another bite from the bread, he turned his head to his right and saw an old man watching him. Then all of a sudden, an image suddenly appeared in Reven's head, which was the blurry Jedi he had dreamed of. As he saw the image, the blur started slowly started to become more clearer and when he saw the face, it was that of the old man standing before him. What should I do now? For all I know, this old man might be the one that's going to train me in the ways of the force and if I say something wrong I could ruin that chance. If I ask him to train me, I might sound desperate. I should probably start talking to him and hope that the conversation leads to him agreeing to train me thought Reven who was feeling a bit eager and excited to see the old man while trying his best to hide his feelings through his facial expressions.
Reven would then stand up and walk towards the old man would then extend his hand to the man once he got close enough and asked "My name is Reven Starlight, what's your name?"

Toshiro smiled with a twinkle in his eye. It was a genuine smile of amusement, not just because the boy in front of him exuded an innocent glow in the force, but also because Toshiro was reminded of what it was like to be a youth and to ask such good questions. Toshiro grasped the mans offered hand with a strength uncharacteristic of an old man and smiled again.
"My name is not important. It is not an eternal thing and is changed as easily as a vibrant flower blooming. Your name however, is one of power and maybe even fame. Use it well and you will gain rewards just as good."

When Reven shook Toshiro's hand, he honestly wasn't surprised that he gave him a strong handshake. After all, he was a Jedi or at least Reven thought he was. When he mentioned that his name wasn't important and that Reven's own name is one of power and even fame, he honestly didn't know what he meant seeing how he was a slave for most of his life.
"So what do I call you then, Jedi? I honestly don't think you'll like to be called old timer. And why is it that my name is one of power?" asked Reven knowing full well that the old man didn't mention that he was a Jedi.

Toshiro did not smile at Reven's words this time. He did not wish to be reminded of his past with the Jedi, in fact he simply wished to be left alone. Not that this one knew any of that, he supposed he could be forgiven for his ignorance.
"Please, I am no Jedi. You may simply call me...Azra. Yes, I like that name certainly. Your name is not a name of power yet, young one. As you grow older, you may wish to make it one of power, but it is not one yet. May I ask, however what you are doing on this most illustrious of planets, far from any civilization and with only the Jedi Temple nearby?"

"Well... I recently found out that I was force sensitive and as long as I could remember, I always wanted to be a Jedi since they are basically selfless heroes that defend the weak. The only problem is that I know that the Jedi will say that I'm too old for training, so I came to this planet to find a Jedi holocron that I can learn from since I have always been a fast learner or at least find the Jedi I keep seeing in my dreams" explained Reven after Toshiro asked him why he was here. He honestly hoped that the old man would offer to teach him a thing or two after he mentioned the vision he had in order not to seem too needy by asking him up straight to train him.

Toshiro turned his head, but he was not exactly happy.
"Well then I suggest you go to that temple and kidnap one who really is a Jedi, for I am not and have no interest in training one who only wishes to become another one. You are naive and youthful with your ideas, and i'm sure a Jedi will see that and let you learn something of the force; but I want nothing to do with another young fool off to save the world."
