Something made of mostly leather and a bit of durasteel isn't even going to come close to a rating of VI. MAYBE a rating II.

Really?... i though leather was fairly light, just bulky sometimes, and since the percentage of durasteel was 16% and that only counts the torso, mask and wrists since the lower body stuff is cotton or something like that (not part of the armor).Hmmm ok, nevertheless fixed
P.S. Age of the black cloak increased by 6,000 years

I'm just a layman in terms of aging of fabrics but wouldn't a natural fabric break down after 8000 years creating something akin to, say, the burial wrappings of ancient Egyptian mummies? If touched with the wrong type of gloves wrappings like that will taint and crumble into dust after a matter of hours.
Give this cloak some flavor; how did it remain in tact and wearable after all that time?
Edit: Also, have you owned a leather jacket? Now think of that all over your body plus a little more for the plates of metal. A little more than 2 kg (4lbs), please.
