Description:
Using plasma to conduit high voltage electricity, the Planet Cracker Arc Rifle is basically... well, it shoots lightning. Definitely a jaw-dropper, it allows for 20 seconds of continuous zap-time before a cool down period of about 30 seconds is required. The ion cells required for the weapon are located in a backpack housing, which is connected by a black tube cord which fits into the stock of the rifle. The weapon is activated by turning a control knob on the side of the rifle. It's not very practical, but none the less it sees good usage amongst the usual crowds of gung-ho military types.
(Not totally sure about the science of this, some help would be appreciated).
