Ya left the official name blank and I need all the measurements in metric. Additionally, power cell capacity is the number of shots it can fire before it needs reloading and not the amount of time it can be fired for.
RPM would just be 30 (abysmal, by the way unless you're reloading after every shot--this sounds like it would just be semi-automatic, no?)
Finally you don't need to list any bullet dimensions if the projectile is made of plasma energy.

Though if it's semi-automatic it doesn't have a numerical rpm. Just get rid of the 30 and your kosher.
