Bio/History:
Nathaniel D. Hale was born to a family of nobility. His father, Michael was a Baron in the Court of Coronet. Nathan's mother, Adriana was a woman of prestigious wealth, coming from her family's ties to mining companies around Kor Vella and various investments in larger corporations.
Nathan was educated privately at first, but when he reached the correct age, he was entered into the CorSec Academy, where he studied to be a Crime Scene Investigator. His studies eventually led him astray and he was 'accidently' moved into the Tactical Response Team. At eighteen, Nathan graduated from the Academy with honors, as a TacRep Commando, as a Captain. His parents were not pleased when they heard of the accomplishment.
While Nathan returned home on leave, the following week was filled with hourly arguements with his father. The older Hale didn't wish to see his son as a simple grunt in the armed forces. Nathan eventually managed to convince his mother what he was doing was for the people, not for himself and it was what he wished to do. The day he left the estate to return to duty, was the last time he would speak to his father.
Nathan's duty years progressed smoothly, the young man rising from Captain to Colonel over a six year time period. Nathan went from a command position to a management position, where he allowed the world to pass him by a bit. He finally retired from CorSec at thirty two, after more than a decade's worth of nearly perfect service.
Becoming involved in the local politics, Nathan was almost forced into a governorship, as friends and family voted him to be the city governor. While on a rally for his party, he fell in love with his chief advisor and they later married after a year of courting.
At 34, Nathan became the youngest Governor of Kor Vella. Combined with his new rank of Baron, he became one of the most powerful men on the planet, controling the in and out exports of Corellia's ore. Without his influence, the staryards couldn't produce a single thing.
For the next six years of Nathan's life, he campaigned and slowly began gaining support from all around the planet. At 41, he began campaigning for the Senate and won with a majority of the people's vote. 41%.
Senator Hale bought a nicely sized mansion on Coruscant, where he resides, only a few megablocks from the Senate building. Generally voting on the more conservitive side of the debates, hoping to keep the power of the Republic as minimal as possible.
