Official Name: Kvothe's Armor
Faction/Affiliation: Stellar Mythics/Kvothe Algaterra
Weight: 13 kg
Manufacturer: Tower Forge
Classification: Multi-purpose Combat Armor
Rating: VI
Composition: Duraniam
Other: N/A
Description:
Kvothe's armor was made for him when it was determined that he would be joining the semi-exclusive ranks of Swords of Diligence. As is part of the initiation of every new Sword, Kvothe recieved a series of tattoos, along with a sword and a set of armor that's unique to them. The armor was made within the Tower Forge during the lead-up to his initiation, and on the day that he was to rise to join the Swords' ranks, he was presented with it and his sword, Orcus. The amor has served him well for the years he's had it, and in return, he takes good care of it. It also can work quite well offensively, thanks to the array of sharp points (that have lead to some of his brethren in the Swords jokingly calling him 'Stabman')
The armor's not a complete set, per se; it does not cover all parts of his body, leaving some exposed areas--like his arms--for better ease of movement. There are forward-facing plates of armor that cover his thighs, thought they're a touch more thin than some of the other pieces, like the cuirass.
