Everyone looks good except your stats are a little wonky:
-You've made essentially a heavy strike fighter looking at the armament, size, hyperdrive, and defenses, but your speed and maneuverability are in the range of a scout fighter or interceptor.
-This would be fine since it states that's the specific purpose (essentially a heavy interceptor), but its weapon load-out doesn't match this--concussion missiles are fine, but proton bombs are designed to hit large capital ships/installations, and even the medium cannons are more befitted for tackling bomber squadrons and other strike fighters (this craft mounts only two of the weapons, which while stated as rapid-fire, don't have the fire rate potential that light repeating cannons would). Strike fighters, in general, are built to jump in by themselves and surgically strike a specific target.
-In other words, the stats as they are are fine, they just don't match the specifications above them.
-Speaking of which, you need some specifically mentioned sensor suite to have above average sensors on a fighter.

Yeah, I've never really made a ship since the overhaul. Care to show me what you think it should look like?
Cause yeah, what I had in mind was a heavy interceptor type. Maybe quote with highlighted changes to what you'd recommend? Since I'm still new to this system?
Went ahead and removed the proton bomb capabilities, and added a note to the sensor suite. I have in mind this being the fighter squad leaders would prefer, and thus be able to keep tabs on their people as well as enemy numbers, etc etc.

Well a squad leader or any other sort of tactical officer would want a command vessel of some kind--a ship with extensive sensor equipment for relaying enemy movement and coordinating squadron actions. Non-capital command ships tend to be slightly larger and often fit the armed transport class more closely than a fighter with moderate speed/maneuvering, decent shielding, good hyperdrives, and point-defense armament. Electronics are key with some even utilizing forms of electronic-warfare against opposing forces, and some are built as variants to existing fighter models, but these tend to be slightly less combat-capable than their war-forged brethren.
Alternatively, you could just be going for a squadron leader advanced sort of craft--like Vader's TIE Advanced. These are just all-around better ships whose only real drawback is being ridiculously more expensive to manufacture and upkeep.
Finally, if you are truly going for a sort of space-superiority/heavy interceptor fighter then the best formula might be to drop the hyperdrive (launching from a light escort carrier or the like), double your number of cannons, cut speed for ducted thrust that will let it keep the ridiculous maneuverability, drop sensors other than basic targeting systems, use the power saved from these cutbacks to boost shielding a point (or find a strong, light-weight, expensive alloy to boost the armor), and what you'll have is a ship that once locked in a dogfight, has pretty much nothing to worry about.

Yeah, Vader's TIE Fighter is basically what I had in mind. Making changes as suggested. Thanks buddy
Edit: Did as suggested :3

Nearly there!
-need the missile count, unless it's just carrying two wing-mounted missiles without a launcher.
-with a basic targeting system, it would only have a 4-5 in sensors. Average rating.
Otherwise looks good!
