Haust thought she was convinced by the blush he witnesses yetwas caught off guard by the sudden curse word when she further explained the notion of parents, "guardians". Haust nodded slightly now reaching over to tap his fingers beneath her chin.
"Well then it seems there is something to be done isn't there? I'll just have to convince them that my intentions are pure. After all when I desire to be I can be very convincing, besides what father wouldn't wish for a gentleman to request permission to court his daughter."
Parents, that was certainly new the only problem in the past was dealing with boyfriends, pimps, girlfriends, employers and even at one point a Mandalorian Pimp ..."that was a weird time." He thought to himself. However he was sure he'd convince them to allow his courtship even if he did really have her best interest at heart. And if his natural charisma didn't work he could always use the force to change their minds. After all parents only wanted the best for their daughter, he would have to be the best.
"Tashra you should not worry about this too much, I'm sure everything will work out. You should feel lucky, I .. didn't know my parents until quite recently actually." He looked down a moment, smirking then shaking his head as he looked up to her. Thinking about how his parents treated him what he had to do.

"Everything will work out..." Tashra repeated softly, trying to take solace in it.
This was moving so fast. Years of nothing, and suddenly some mysterious stranger wanting to court her? If she'd been more wise in the ways of the world, warning bells would have sounded in her head.
As it was, she just felt a little odd.
The Togruta mechanic rubbed her eyes, and was about to say something when the food came, and she lost track of her thoughts. But who wouldn't? The bantha burger looked delicious.
Without standing on ceremony, the girl picked it up in orange hands and took a large bite out of it, enjoying the feel of the bantha meat, the taste. Even the aroma was delicious, and a second bite quickly followed the first.
Tashra really hadn't realized how hungry she was until this moment, but now she delved deep into eating, her conversation stopped for a few minutes until she realized not talking was rude.
"So, do you want to meet my parents today?" She asked with no small degree of curiosity.

With the fires and water placed before him he looked to the droid that quickly buzzed away about it's business, he quickly grabbed the water drink down nearly half of it. While the Rum and Juice was certainly delicious nothing could replace the refreshing taste of water.
Haust simply watched watched the young Togruta as she began to quickly munch on the food. Much like watching a starved being finally putting their hands on a meal. Though the thought of meeting her parents certainly began to resonate in his mind, he could charm a priestess out of their garments. However parents were a different breed they ruled with their emotions yet were just as susceptible to the powers of suggestion.
It was made curious to him if he should attempting using the force to influence them immediately or try his natural charisma first, choice.. choices. Yet ultimately deciding to use the force and not leave such a grand opportunity to chance.
Though he was curious to a degree just how would this all go, how it would work out. He surely would never be able to tell her what he did, nor those in the Order of her. In his recent learning's of the order if he were ever to advance in rank she could be used as leverage, a weakness to him the only option being a obvious one.
If this were to advance beyond simple flirtations and courtship he'd be forced to keep her a mystery from the Order and the Order a completely mystery from her. While many did not think as advanced into the future he always considered cause and effect, and it's retaliations in his life and how he could push such to an advantage.
"So, do you want to meet my parents today?" Her question resonated in his mind particularly the time. He picked a fry from his own plate calculating the options as he flicked it into his mouth and began chewing and eventually nodding. His answer coming with a small smile as he swallowed, "Absolutely, Tashra I'll see them it will be impeccably amazing to meet your parents."

Tashra had nodded, and proceeded to take her eating seriously, heedless of manners or being ladylike as she scarfed down her burger and her fries. She was in a hurry to take him home to meet her guardians, excited for her first real relationship.
Had she known the truth, she might have been a little reluctant. However, Tashra was highly ignorant.
The teenager didn't know about men, or untrustworthy folk, and she'd never met a Sith before. She was far too naive and simple to look at Haust with suspicion, as to her he was merely a polite and smart man who was nice and interested in her.
Interested in Tashra Gly of all people, the plain young mechanic perpetually covered in grease and bandages. This was her lucky day. Finally, her first boyfriend.
After the meal was completed and paid for, the Togruta girl insisted on holding hands with Haust as she walked him to her home, going through the dusty streets she'd grown up in, getting more and more excited with each step.
It was hard not to babble about all the ideas she had for dates, but she didn't want to scare him off. He was the only guy to ever take an interest in her after all, aside from that one Jedi. She still felt disheartened he hadn't worked out.
Another mechanic would have been nice, someone to talk to about power couplings and microfusion reactors... Somehow she doubted that was really Haust's field. But he was still nice.

The change in her demeanor over his response was quite noticeable she went from rushed in eating to very rushed, scarfing down the burger seemed wholly unattractive to some but Haust has worked with worse. It hinted that her excitement was genuine and not something she attempted to mull over which was a good sign to the blonde Sith.
It was good he kept his profession hidden most didn't truth force users let alone Imperials as the mixture if Republic propaganda and Independent propaganda alike often painted them as conquerors. While it was mostly true it was still a fact he disliked having to refute for simple conversation. However in the same instance he didn't lie he was in fact an entrepreneur and business owner whom was successful in certain circles. It was a label he used exclusively as it kept many doors open for him in his independent endevours.
He had only eaten a few fries by the time she finished, forcing him to abandon the food and chug down the water. She they ventured outside she held his hand a gesture he was willing to share while many would assume he'd be put off about touching grease, while it was certainly dirty it was inhabitable for bacteria. For a short moment it reminded him of a better time a time when he truly cared for another individual however this though process would end as he would quickly meet her parents or her adoptive parents as she labeled them. However it wouldn't make a difference she seems to care of their opinion, an opinion that he would sway one way or another.
His intentions for her were still mixed in his own mind though he'd have time to decide once he over took a obstacle. He could be a loved one to her, cared for loyal or he could be the harbinger of emotional pain and trauma scarring her and making her untrustworthy of the galaxy. However he was more of a gentleman, and would do it with subtlety if he chose but for now he wouldn't know. As he walked through the streets she was silent, holding her silence.
Strange as it seemed for one who could barely hold back what she considered embarrassing notions, he nudged her as they walked. "Quite silent Tashra, something on your mind?" He edged in the question to her as she led him through the city to hopefully her parents home.

"Oh, just nervous," Tashra answered as she walked, "I've never taken anyone home before. Dunno what my parents will say."
"No," Darrin Garo said firmly.
"But daaaaaad!" Tashra pleaded.
"I said no Tashra," the Human man repeated in a voice that was barely calm.
The Togruta teenager looked to her 'mother,' a pale grey Twi'lek sitting in the corner and sewing. Their eyes locked for an instant, and Tashra could see that she was firmly on her husband's side.
"But, you're an interracial couple too, so why can't I?"
Sinya answered this one first.
"Tashra, we were both adults, older than you. You can be with a human if you want, when you're older. And there's more than just that..." Her brown eyes darted to her husband.
"He's too old for you Tashra. You're a girl still, a teenager. He's almost as old as we are. Don't you see how..."
"Creepy," a mechanical voice provided. It was Perry, Tashra's prized droid. "I anticipated that was the word you were looking for. There is no need to thank me Counselor. Your closing argument is quite impressive."
"Yes," Darrin confirmed. "It's very creepy. Just think, he's got to have some angle. Why would he prey on a young girl like you?"
Tashra planted her feet and started to cry, stubborn as could be. It was the kind of stubborn unique to teenagers, moody ones, trouble ones, nice ones. As long as you were between 13 and 19, there was a limitless supply of stubborn.
"You don't even want me to be happy!" Tashra cried. "I'm going to my room!"
The Togruta mechanic stomped off, her footsteps as loud as she could make them as she stormed off to her room. Once there, she threw herself down onto the bed and started to cry into her pillow.
That was her best chance at love. Gone.
Back in the main room, Darrin stepped outside with Perry, folding his arms and putting on his serious face with this would-be Casanova. While he wasn't as intimidating as he could be (as mid-forties with a paunch wasn't too intimidating, though he did have a tattoo on one arm), the look on his face was serious.
"All right Mister Haust, we just had a good long talk inside. Thank you for waiting. Our daughter is not available for a relationship with you. I'm a little skeptical at your motives, but you'll steer clear of her. Got it?"

"You don't even want me to be happy!"
The loud voice brought him a smile perhaps this wouldn't have happened due to certain reasons but it was still a situation he enjoyed the home was quite rustic and the fashion of the usual houses of Tattooine designed to keep the interior cool and comfortable. However still far below his personal standards of living though he put up with it for now to see how this played now.
As her father came back through the and made clear of the possibility and though it was clear the relationship wasn't to occur Haust wouldn't push the envelope, girls often had a close relationship with their father and even if he were to convince the father to allow it it would have been in a form cheating. Something he wouldn't pursue in this line of action he stood slowly and nodded.
"Very well, I will respect your wishes as her father in terms of not pursuing a relationship with her for now. I sincerely thank you for your hospitality and kindness regardless of the circumstances."
He respectfully excused himself seeing himself out as her father would likely follow him to the door. Upon stepping out the harsh heated air of the Tattoine twin suns he adjusted his duster before reaching to the inner coat pocket and whipping out his reflective shaded sun glasses and putting them on. He had a more pressing concern now, the procurement of much appreciated kolto.
He looked to the side seeing a small impoverished boy before motioning to him and kneeling.
"Hey kid.." He spoke softly and compassionately an act for sure before reaching into his pocket and pulling out a crisp folded fifty credit bill.
"There going to be a young, grease stained togruta girl coming out of this house.."
He waved his hand to rapture the mind of the young child with the compounded assurance of bribery. The young mind was easy to influence and mold to his willing.
"You will give this girl my card, and tell her this exact message. "That if she desires to follow her heart to call me, day, night or anything in between and I will come for her. Understand?"
The boy nodded absent minded before reaching for the bill and the business card Haust offered him. After the business was concluded Haust stood looking around before slowly walking off toward him ship pausing after forty feet and seeing a young slave Wroonian girl tending to a makeshift kiosk and waving to her.
"You will accompany me to my ship.." He said to her with a smirk, she complied enraptured by his abilities, following him off into the dusty road.
