Composition:

• %90 Duroplast Plating, %10 Phirik(wrists, defensive purposes, circular design), and coated in sensor absorbent material, though the coating is ineffective at a distance of ten feet or less.
• Lightsaber and blaster fire resistant.
• Cybernetics are laced throughout the suit to accomplish most of its tasks.
• Common Black Undersuit and Cloak.
• When the helmet is removed, activation is immediate, vice-versa, its removal deactivates everything.
• As a rule, the cameras, atmosphere, noise cancelers, and temperature systems cannot be used simultaneously.
• Integrated Mobility System - No enhanced reflexes, but the cybernetics allow for him to move unrestricted as he would without wearing the armor.

Other:

• Voice Modulator - Capable of completely altering its wearer's voice.
• Noise Cancelers - Explosions, invasive sounds, the helmet can protect the wearer from damaging sounds.
• Atmosphere Filter System - The system can filter out anything but Oxygen in toxic environments or water. The suit can filter water into a tube in the head piece from the sweat and urine the body naturally produces. It can recycle a few hours of oxygen.

• Odd that they made it in the shipyards, but alrighty.
• So being made out of plasteel and being made for multi-purpose, there’s not a chance in heck this thing is rated VII. I know the ratings are a bit unclear (that’s one of the classification threads on my radar to get done), but given that you even admit that this armor at best glances off wayward shots, I’d say it’s down at a II.
• Weird that the voice modulator only does a single pitch or two up or down, but que sera, sera.
• We can talk about all of the cybernetic stuff once the character himself and his stuff is actually accepted. For now, my biggest concern is how modular armor can become airtight reliably enough to maintain a controlled temperature and atmosphere. Granted, it’s not impossible to imagine even by real life standards, but I would note that generally speaking, the more pieces something comes in, the more literal chinks in the armor. Just a thought. To me, this means that the undersuit is the part actually maintaining the controlled climate, which is just fine. Just beware; if the undersuit is compromised even a little, that atmosphere and temperature are gone like the wind (literally).

Just made it a full armor instead of mobile armor.  Simplified it and removed the increased reflexes part.  I'm somewhat unsure on manufacturers though.
