Time: 8:00 pm Area: Front steps --------------------------- The darkening eve has fully taken the temple and the heat of the day was starting to fade. The air was stirring slowly shadows moved around the steps of the temple. Sith hounds had started to show themselves waiting for a pack mate to come to be with them. They settled in to wait purring to each other and checking the leadership order of the group. Ones near to the top of the steps lifted their head as a shadow moved from within the temple entrance. Cho Wroth, noghri sith, seemed to be made of the shadows as he moved in utter silence. Moving down a few steps he touched the hounds as he moved into the group. He settled down in the middle of the group and rested from the day's troubles. He has once again had to leave the temple grounds to train in peace. The young ones had begun to test him and his station within the temple. He was not seen as a darth nor anyone of power. Only the Sith hounds which he had cared for for generations had shown him the respect due to his power and his age. The larger sith hounds kept clear of the temple letting the younger hounds to test the respect the two leggers had for them. Cho had seen the great ones and they him but both kept the distance for the respect to each placement in the force. Removing his sabers he ignited one to watch it snap and crackle hungrily due to the impurities of the cut gems held within. Shutting them down he let the two sabers float in front of him. They rotated and separated Cho thought over as to the replacement of the gem within it's housings and then slide the parts back together and then ignite. Each ignition the sith hounds would twitch and burrble concern of the blade's status. Cho kept taking it apart till the hounds in one a chord like the sound and it's status. Cho could also feel that the blade's adjustment was in harmony with the darkness of his being. He then placed the sabers in his lap and closed his eyes resting as one could upon hard stone steps. The sith hounds followed suit and laid near him waiting for what the future would hold for them on this night.

The only thing that made Murae stand out from the darkness was her dark red skin. She leaned silently on a pillar in the distance watching the event transpire.
'An odd fellow' she thought to herself.
Though the fact that she was leaning on a pillar in the distance wasn't already odd enough.. She had no room to judge so thus she didn't not judge the man in the distance. Merely watching his movements carefully.
"Though all men have their unique ways of training." She said to herself quietly pushing herself from the wall to approach him silently. She didn't look the combat part. She merely got back from her time in a bar to drink. Though never the less her attire was that that represented her status. Skin tight armour weave so she could move swiftly with a belt to hold things such as her blaster and sword. Concealing her armour weave and weapons was her sith robe she had tailored to her fitting.
She he kept the hood down due to the fact she did not need to hide who she was. Though because of her relaxing time and her attire she made the exception to let her hair down and hang free along her back. Of course the front styled as always. She may be a sith, but she's a sith zeltron with fashion. She would never part from such a thing.
Never the less she approached making her presence known. "These hounds are under your command I presume?"

Cho was the calmest he has ever been but the eddies of the darkside was swirling slowly grinding in his head. The force has always been on thing he listened to intently through his life. Now he listened as the hounds twitched in the force to his right. Opening his eyes and shutting down in the force he looked over in the direction of the hounds.
There near the pillars was a young Sith female. He waited for her to act before doing any thing for over reacting was his biggest problem. So keeping the calm that was around him he let the young one come over but barked at the three youngest ones as the mains raised upon their necks. To the one on his right he stroked the head and made sure the calm he was feeling was seen and went too all the other hounds.
Upon the response Cho felt a bit odd for they were neither his nor anyone's hounds.
This pack is their own, but they accept me as an Alpha. Still I'd watch your hands and move slowly, the hunts have been...well poor.
Looking her over he noted the minimal equipment and the simple training saber.
Shifting where he sat Wroth spoke again in a lower tone.
So I see your master has yet to progress you further than a training saber or are you new here as the rest are?
Cho had stayed away from all the new ones trying not to be that sith. His odd behavior and his weird feel in the force have drawn many to try and test themselves and their sword skills at the lost of three arm a leg and multiple slashings. Holding his own saber he ignited the saber and it hummed in perfect timing with the purring of the sith hounds.

Murae took note of his words and slowed her pace to a slow walk upon approach. To his words she understood it was only natural for a pack to look for an alpha male. Though it was interesting that they chose him and not one of their own. Needless to say she was more intrigued, rather than disturbed or cautious.
"I train with different people due to the fact my master has seem to disappear. Many people have taken me under their wing but despite my growth it seems no one will progress me until my absent master says so. All in all I'm pretty much stuck where I am despite my experience and growth in skills."
She approached his side carefully looking down at the hounds observing them. She stared into their eyes studying them carefully finding them to be fascinating. She placed her hands behind her back keeping her posture upright.
Speaking while looking down to them, "I find hounds of any kind fascinating. Such loyalty that you'll never find out of any other individual. Like a perfect society they all have their place and their role. Each have skills and each do a specific task to help the pack. All under one alpha male. Gaining the loyalty of a pack is quite the achievement."

The cool desert air of Korriban whipped down the canyon, pushing loose dirt particulate up to the steps of the temple. Some way out, Rennek pulled his cloak tighter around himself as he drew ever nearer to his new home. Today had been unsuccessful, and though the visible portion of his face was blank, his green eyes focusing out into the darkness, inside he was seething. Sicaria had brought him here, broken him like he had never been broken in his life and then she left him here. Not only that, but she also named him as her apprentice, which left him unable to do much of anything. True enough, he could join in the saber training sessions that were held, or do research into the ways of the dark side, but that wasn’t his way and he was more than sure he was as competent as whomever they named as the saber instructor here. After all, he had managed to strike down the Jedi who trained him, so that must be good for something.
He stopped short in his return journey, slipping behind a boulder in the canyon. Out in the darkness he could see a pack of Sith hounds. Unpleasant beasts, he had no great love for them. He could slice through a handful, but this looked to be a full colony, just standing on the steps. Rennek breathed deep, searching for a way around them. From where he stooped now, he could see nothing. He had no knowledge of side entrances, though he was sure there must be some. Staying low and moving as quietly as he could, the human slipped to the other side of the canyon, behind another great rock that formed a sort of gateway to the temple steps. After sitting for some time, he had resolved to push his way through, until he could reach the doors and the relative safety inside. He held out his hand, his sleek hilted saber floating from under his cloak to his hand. As he made to round the rock, he heard voices. Hesitation.
He rounded the rock, his hands crossed in front of his chest, the saber still stowed his his hand, tucked into his sleeve. He could see a Zeltron female standing amongst the pack, and as he drew nearer, he was finally able to see, sitting among the beasts, another sort of beast. A Noghri male sat with the hounds gathered around him like he was one of their own.
“Are friends that hard to come by?” Rennek spoke out from beneath his mask, his sarcastic tone getting the best of him as he motioned at the beasts. “I myself haven’t found anyone worth spending more than a second’s time with. Perhaps the hounds are the most desirable alternative.”
As he came closer he raised his face a little, so that what little light there was shone upon his lower features, exposing his mask to the light.
“I don’t mean to disturb you or your hounds, but how is it they haven’t set to tearing you apart?”

Murae already in her mind had perked up to the sound of movement. She could tell the movement was that of a living being but not one of sith power. The voice that called out to them did not surprise her more or less she felt like she knew where it was the instant she heard it.
Turning her head she shad spotted the masked man peaking from the rock almost instantly. The first thought she had was coward. This was due to the fact the man was hiding his entire self but his head. The other was that he was a sarcastic apprentice who did not yet know his place.
"These so called hounds are at least able to present themselves without hiding."
Murae's eyes never left the masked mans figure. Carefully studying him she stated,
"Though if I were you I would be careful. These so called 'friends' are quite feisty from what I've already seen. I don't believe they have much patience with people of your sort. Especially sarcastic people."

Cho watched as the young female came near to him and sat down. The sith hounds sniffed her and saw her within the force and chirbble to each other and then at Cho himself. With so little of a touch in the force Cho saw the hounds react to the new male sith just a second or two before he did.
Wroth was taking in what the young sith was saying and meditating on what to say as the other showed himself. The hound to his left growled quietly as the one on his right hissed. cho could sense it to for the young sith's words showed much of how this one was and where his station in the sith was.
Cho spoke of the hounds to the two of them to settle the questions of why the hounds were not ripping throats and feeding on the young sith.
These hounds are fifth generation of hounds that I raised and trained. Some of the older ones have set up a pack and a nest in the lower tombs here on Korriban. The first generation hound the Alpha female is the head of the biggest clan and she is one to watch out for. Being over ten feet tall she wouldn't mind taking you head with out paying the pack, that is bringing some thing to either eat or for them to kill.
In the distance a bone chilling howl echoed down to the temple steps. The young hounds rose and turned to Cho. He waved as a sign for them to go ahead.
Well young sithies best not leave the valley if you don't feel like being hunted. The pack is on the north wall plains for the night.
Yes young sith friends are hard to come by here at the temple. Most either follow their master off world while others are cut down in training accidents by stronger sith.
Wroth let the words just hang in the air not as a threat but as what they were...the truth.

Murae stood up when the howl was heard nodding. She understood that the hounds were on a hunt and that they shouldn't over step their boundaries. That being said, she was of course alert for anything while next to Cho.
She turned to him holding her hand out to shake. She looked up at him in the eyes as a sign of respect, her golden eyes meeting his. She spoke in her usual vicious tone while her eyes seemed to eye him as if he were a ball of yarn and she was the cat.
"Murae Vatuorious at your service."
Murae's words rolled off her tongue like a field of ice that never ended. She would retract her hand after, her arm returning at her side. She then looked back at the mand hiding waving him on out from behind his hiding spot.
"Come on ya big goof mine as well do something besides hide."

((OoC: For the record, Rennek wasn’t still hiding behind the rock when he started speaking. He was walking toward them in the open, with his hood up. Which is why I referred to only his mask being visible in the moonlight. Not a big deal, but just so that you understand where I’m writing this from.))
Coward. Rennek heard the word clear as day, though the Zeltron never spoke it. He had been paying particularly close attention to her, as he assumed the other was far more likely to express himself verbally. It took all the control Rennek still had in him to stay his finger as it caressed the ignition switch on the saber hilt in his sleeve. She’ll learn. Eventually. Rennek managed a smile under his mask as he continued to approach the steps. The eerie howl off in the distance pulled Rennek’s eyes upward, pulling more of his face into the light, as he stared out northward.
“The North Wall Plains, you say?” Rennek spoke, the inherent smugness still lingering in every syllable. “I appreciate the warning. What should I call you, older sithie?”
Rennek’s eyes focused in on the Noghri, but his mind crept carefully through the mind of the female in the midst. He stopped short of the remnant of the pack on the steps. He let his hands drop to his sides, the sleeves of his cloak brushing at his sides as he did. The reached his right hand into the cloak and clipped the saber onto his belt. He had no need for it now, and if he did, he felt confident he could draw it faster than either of them could reach him. Thought the Noghri was beastly in appearance, he had heard tales of their agility and combat skills, and thus decided it best not to poke the bear anymore. This Zeltron however, she was ripe for the bating.
“And you, miss,” he spoke, allowing his eyes to dart toward her red skinned face after a while. “Perhaps you wouldn’t mind playing the friend to this big goof? I would very much like to know where it is the alcohol on your breath came from, if you catch my meaning.”
His face did not move, though he was smirking under his mask as his head inclined toward her a little, speaking the words into her head, rather than out loud. And perhaps, you should learn to protect your mind better, lest you should find yourself thinking such things about someone far less composed than myself.
“You are most welcome to join us, my beast-whispering friend,” he spoke , turning his gaze back toward the Noghri. “I know almost no one here, and I should like to say I know at least a few.”

Murae shifted in her stance slightly as the man approached her and the Noghri. There was something off about him. Though she paid it no attention to mind, yet. For right now to her he was merely another sith wondering around the mountains.
Though while she thought nothing of him. She did however let her eyes scan him briefly. To get a general idea of his, looks, height, body size, etc.
'And you wouldn't mind being a friend to this big goof?'
A jokster.. Great. That was who she was dealing with. One more jokster like her who would love to have the slightest hint of sarcasm to every bit of her sentence. Never the less she responded in her own sarcastic way.
"As long as this big goof doesn't do anything stupid. Though a few gaffs and laughs are always appreciated. But no. I will not have a drink with you dear sir. Far too goofy of someone such as me."
Murae had laughed to herself waving the man on over. Though when he took control of her mind, talking to her in her mind, that changed things. She grunted shifting her stance once again pretty much not going to respond to the voice in her mind.
Though that didn't mean her thoughts of the man didn't change either. She was alot more skeptical of the man now. More ready for anything.

He slowly shook her hand and kept his name to himself for a time. Cho let the two talk as he watched the hound fade in the dark. Closing his eyes and he touched a nearby pillar that had fell and broken. Lifting it he floated to himself and then settled the 500 lb broken block.
Dust kicked up as it dropped the six inches from it's floating position. Cho scooped a good amount of sand and rock from around the base of the broken column and place it on the rough top half. Closing his eyes he made a connection to the debris but it was an unsteady connection. Sighing he dropped back into the force showing his true signature within the force and that allowed a better connection to the debris. He slowly started to make the debris spin on top of the column.
Getting the debris moving he opened his eyes to the two sith his eyes were glowing blood red from the power he was using. He let the grinding of the pillar go for a bit then stopped as the debris had eaten down to a find power. Dusting the power off he looked at the effect of the grinding on the pillar. Sitting on the newly polished surface Cho sighed at the warmth of the stone.
Wroth had listened to the two's conversation.
Friends here is like have a sheet of thin ice during the noon sun. And the Name is Wroth, Cho Wroth. Knowing my name might not be one to throw around or know too well. I'm a War Dog and a marked one, so friends with me will hinder your staion with the Lords and Ladies.

“A war dog?” Rennek questioned, his inflection lightening to a more casual, less abrasive sarcasm. “Pardon my ignorance, but what do you mean a war dog?”
As Rennek neared the steps, he was still mindful of the Zeltron female, and his presence in her mind only amplified his notice of her change of demeanor. She didn’t read as tense, but there was an air of apprehension about her. Her distrust offended Rennek a little, though his short time on Korriban and in the culture around the temple, made this more than understandable. He sat down a little way from her, turning on his bottom to face the Noghri on his self-made pedestal. Raising his hands, he spread his fingers apart and slid them into the hood of his cloak, raising it slightly before dropping in backward onto his shoulders. As he did, his dark brown hair fell forward around his face. An annoyance really, Rennek swept the right side behind his ear, drawing a deep breath through his mask.
”Make no mistake, m’lady,” he began out loud. “I wasn’t trying to make an advance. I was just asking for directions to the nearest bar. I haven’t had a proper drink since…”
His eyes widened a little as his mind raced back to Mygeeto. It raced through Lady Sicaria’s approach, his rebuff, and the duel the two had in the alley on the forsake frost ball of a planet. His memory lapsed, and he came back to himself, his face burning along the scar the reached from under his mask, up across his eye.
”Well, at least since I found myself here.”
He turned his gaze fully into the eyes of the Zeltron, raising his eyebrows in a quizzical manner. He pushed himself into the forefront of her mind, allowing her to function of her own free will, but his presence would not be unnoticed. You’ve no reason to be distrusting of me. Had I wanted to harm you, I assure you- He broke off his mental monologue to project images from his past, from the slaying of his master Atokan on Alderaan. Their sabers flashing about, he made sure to muffle the speech, but their actions should be quite clear. He cut the memory as his saber came down cleaving Atokan almost in two. I would have already.

'At least he wasn't making a advance.' She thought to herself. Right after she thought to herself she also mentally scolded herself having just remembered that Rennek can read her thoughts. Though at this point she didn't care. She was used to her thoughts being read. She didn't like it but she grew used to it by now.
"Ahh I see. Yes well it's down that-a-ways a little. Can't miss it by all of the commotion that goes between other Siths in there."
Murae's hand made a swatting like notion in the direction she was talking about. She had in fact come from there due to the fact she spends a lot of time to herself and her drink there. Maybe not the best directions she could have given but directions were directions and he couldn't complain. If he was so helpless maybe she'd walk him there or something. But he should be able to find it on his own.
That at being said in her mind she was focusing on what was being said in her mind. This was true, if he planned an attempt on her life he would have done it by now. Then again she usually waits to strike at the right time but this man was too blunt. He didn't want to hurt her and that was it.

He listened to the two of them go at it. Asking for direction to the bar and a subtle play of words to each other's sexuality. Grunting he shifted on the polished slab and when they were finished he answered the question directed to him.
A War Dog... young ones these times. A War Dog is just that a dog of war. I and one of many that the Sith Lords would turn loose in a battle to get things done or to wreck havoc upon out foes. We have a tendency for our bite be worse than our bark.
Slowly Cho closed himself off to the outside world by hiding his force signature within the force. Directing his attention away from the two of them and back to the sabers at his hips. Un-clipping one of them he took it apart to check for dust inside. He lately had gotten twitchy about them going out on him some thing about them was feeling off and he had to find out what.
