Now Owen had been talking to Italia when he said the "bucket of bolts" being sarcastic about it but when this other man came in that she had been accompanied by he could do nothing more than laugh. Listening to both bicker a bit about their ships now Owen could do nothing but lean into his chair laughing as his right hand slid down to a side pouch almost like he was drawing his blaster but yet wasn't. Pulling out a small holo-projector pad from the pack he laid it onto the table and smirked some. Parting his lips he would be straight forward between them both now disregarding Italia's words on nearly getting her killed. "Can it you both who cares what ship we take? Look here this is the ship we are using...she is a beauty and it's Italia's. I know the ships reactors better than most and she knows that I fixed her now to long ago and if need be I can do it again."
With her ship on the small projector screen he slowly let it spin around between them all as he leaned back again shaking his head some before parting his lips as he relaxed back against the chair. "You can both say what you want about ships and that's fine. Now Italia our past with my ship is nothing now...the reason you almost got killed was because you were rushed with the marshal injured and we left my ship behind. You know I don't leave my ship behind and in any case she is coming with us because she is the most improved ship in this sector and no offense to your friend but you know she is. A nimble fighter though she is you know I can pilot her after that bounty you got me into...you wouldn't have gotten your payment without my ship being so small to flush that one out of those asteroids right to you."
Leaning forward once more he tapped a button on the small pad to switch to his cloaked shaped starfighter, the image a little dismantled so the weapon systems, engines, etc that all had his own modifications didn't show. Now He knew she was right speaking to this other man about being blown from the sky but he got docking permission so he was actually well off leaving his ship here but he never would. turning his attention back to this other person Owen would speak directly to him once more. "Now face it you are getting on her ship...your ship can take the place I paid for and I will take my fighter as the escort for the mando's ship like I did before but no more arguing...whats the mission this time though so I know if I need to reconnect full power to weapons and shields instead of thrusters."

A blonde man at the table next to them overheard part of their conversation. He took another sip of his ale. It wasn't that he was intentionally trying to listen in, buy with his ears he could distinguish most of the conversations in the bar, not just theirs. But theirs' had taken a turn that now interested him.
He had just landed onplanet, after losing a substantial amount for his bounty, and what little money he had received did little to repair the damage his ship had suffered in the battle. He had spent the better part of a day looking for some sort of work to help him pay for the repairs and so far nothing had turned up.
He spoke without looking at them, I apologize for listening in, but it sounds like you guys seem to have work. I was wondering if you had room for another. I'm pretty sure I have certain skills that would come in handy.
He turned his head to look at them and analyzed the three people at the table. They were all human, but already he could tell that the woman was the only one of them who was a Mando. It was obvious by the way she carried herself and of course the armor she wore. But then again appearances and truths had about as much in common as Hutts and Jawas. Only one way to be sure.
He directed his next comment to her in Mando'a, "Copaani gaan, ner'vod?"

((I didn't see anything in your bio about armor for him, so i'm going to assume he has none on))
Italia immediately looked over at the sound of another voice. Studying him out of green eyes, she tilted her head slightly. He held himself like one of the mando'ade, but she wasn't sure since he had no armor....at least, none that she saw. Then again, not everyone wanted to show their mando side openly these days. At his last words, she smiled and chuckled slightly.
Gedet'ye, elek.
She replied with a nod.
There is one more place open on my ship, yes. And since Mr Daryn doesn't seem to keen to answer our offers, we will be leaving him behind....which leaves plenty of room for you ner'vod.
Italia nodded once and flicked the beads in her hair a bit as she smiled.

"Hey...let's not get hasty here. You'd be a bit reticent too if you had to entrust your ship to someone else's care for a while. But if you are willing to pay the docking fees, then I'm in. Trust me...you won't regret it. I'll have that ship doing things that you'd never think possible."
Seems they had another one joining in now...and a mando to boot. Well, wouldn't this be interesting. At least he wasn't as long-winded as this man that Italia seemed to know. The man seemed to be the most pompous guy that Daryn had ever known...and that was quite a feat, given the fact that Daryn included himself in that list.
"What, praytell, is our job, actually?"

Italia chuckled. Oh so Daryn WAS still around mentally? Well then, that made things a bit more interesting. Turning her attention back to Daryn, she shook her head and grinned.
Well then, it seems you've come around. Anyway, yes. We'll put your ship up. As for the job....it's a bounty calling for a Besalisk male to be captured alive and returned to a republic army major
She stated simply.

Looking to this new male who entered into their conversation Shawn just smirked listening to his final words. Mando like Italia obviously and one not liking his armor if anything since he didn't wear it. Giving a soft smile as now once more the other human male responded to this situation Shawn nodded wanting to know the job but about him doing things with her ship not seen before...that was a bit over the top since only Shawn had seen that in the past and some events to talk about for later.
"Bounty Lia? Again? I'm not going to get beat to a pulp again right like the wookiee right? And sir I will put your ship up in the stead of mine and it will be covered for the entire time we are gone. Oh and you there...Mando boy if room can't be made on Italia's ship I will give you back seat to my fighter...not much space but enough to travel in."
Nodding his head from one male to the next he looked back to Lia and gave a smile to Lia remembering their fun in the past before slowly letting himself stand. Parting his lips slowly he spoke to Lia without looking to the other two males involved in all this. "Go prep her Lia...I will bring my ship online and patched into yours for com-link and ship status."

The blonde man shook his head, "Don't worry about me. I really don't need all that much space. I just have one item that would require storage.
And it was true, having spent most of his early life in a small space station in orbit between Onderon and Dxun, he had become quite comfortable in small spaces despite his height. The only thing he was worried about was having enough room for his sword.
He stood and extended a bandaged hand out to Owen and nodded to Italia and Daryn, "The name's Cuir Kagnor by the way."
PUlling a chair over to the table he turned it back wards and sat leaning forward onto the chair's back, and listened to Italia So it's a Besalisk, you say? Not the easiest of targets. They're pretty tough. What exactly did it do, and where can we find it?

Italia chuckled as she watched the blond man pull up a chair at their table. He wasn't half bad looking....actually, he was rather GOOD looking. Pulling out her datapad, she scrolled down the list of stats on the bounty.
Well...Owen, I can't promise you anything on not getting hurt...though it was your fault the wookiee got so angry it tried to throttle you to death.
As for what this one did....says here he was convicted of aiding dark jedi wanted by the republic. This fella escaped from right under this major's nose it seems while she was trying to flush out the dark jedi in question....and they just don't have the man power to go after him again.
Supposedly he ran off to Saleucami.
She furrowed her brows at this information. Saleucami....why there, of all places? Well, it wasn't for her to know why....not yet anyway.
Well...any other questions before I'm off to the ship?

Slowly letting himself rise from his chair as Cuir Kagnor offered out his hand to him Owen would just look at it for a good long moment. Darting his hand out to grasp his fore arm in a firm shake Owen nodded to the man before parting his lips once more to speak. "Owen Justic...and if you need a ride find me. As for the bounty...I will meet you guys in the sky."
Releasing Cuir Kagnor arm he turned to Hal and bowed his head to him before turning slowly to Italia. Bowing his head down slowly he would speak to her directly right after she told of the bounty. "Hey you got your bounty last time because me so don't start...as for the place lets just get going...its not a favored by my memories. I will see you in the sky's Italia."
Turning back to Hal, Owen would slid out his hand for a shake before his depature from them for a short time. "Take care of her ship will you...I poured some time into her to give you more power into the engines but less to the cloaking device. Weapons are more potent than normal cause of the switch so if you need to tune them down be my guest...Take care of her pilot. Oh and just tell them when bringing down your ship that your taking my port spot." Now it would be after Owen shook hands with Hal, if permitted to, that Owen would leave the confines of the cantina. Heading for the Main Port he would get to work on getting his ship off the ground.

Cuir nodded to Owen as he turned to left. He seemed like a decent enough guy, although he was still an aruetii. This was going to be a pretty interesting mission. Cuir didn't normally work with others. This was something he was going to have to work on.
His blue eyes quickly analyzed the other two, the woman was an attractive brunette, but held herself with the no-nonsense attitude of a true Mando. Her armor seemed custom made and of good quality, it reminded Cuir of Gart's armor. He still had it in a storage room on his ship. But he didn't feel right wearing it just yet.
He quickly glanced at the bounty hunter to his left, way overdressed. Wearing crimsons and blacks like that made him look like an oversized bullseye in Cuir's opinion. He looked more like the arrogant smuggler type than a bounty hunter.
Cuir gave a minute shrug and glanced back at Italia, she was the one in charge, "Sounds like everything's taken care of then. When's takeoff and what docking bay?

((um....shawn...Hal=Cuir....duh much? )) Italia shrugged off Owen's comments like she would water off her armor. It made little difference to her, she remembered what had happened, though it was his fault that she'd been put in that position in the first place, so as she saw it he had owed her one. K'atini.She mumbled, rolling her eyes at Owen's back. As he turned back toward her again, she raised an eyebrow and snorted slightly, a smirk on her face. Hmph...yes, you will. And DON'T start sounding like my father. I swear if you do I'll kill you myself.She half snapped at him before he walked away. Turning back to Daryn and Cuir, she sighed and felt that this was going to be a LONG trip. Though perhaps Cuir's mando upbringing would keep her sane through it. Take off is in one hour. Bay 205. She's difficult to miss, and the only one there anyway....don't be late or we're leaving without you.She stated, more toward Daryn than Cuir, as she too walked off to prep her newly re-stocked ship. ((we should most likely just skip the majority of the hour, no?))

Daryn hadn't said much after this. He knew he was the odd man out. Italia and Cuir had their mando upbringing to bind them together...and the look that she'd given the man made it clear that, quite possibly, wasn't the only thing to bind them together in the future. As for her and the other, Owen? Well...he'd just see how the man held up and if how the man shot his blaster was half as good as how he shot his mouth. Daryn had never met someone that could out-talk him before...it was a dubious honor to be sure.
It was all good though...this was his holo-drama, after all. It only became more epic when the underdog rose up to triumph. Oh yeah, that brought a smile to his face and he leaned back while the rest of them ironed out the particulars. He shot a jaunty salute off to Owen as he spoke to him. "No worries, mate. I'll have Ante Up there quicker than you can shoot the ears off a gundark. And I'll be the one taking care of her ship, don't you worry. I'll try her like she was my own, stroke her just right, and have those sublights purring like kittens. Might just show Italia a thing or two about how a real pilot flies."
Standing up with everyone else, he flashed another wink to Italia. "Don't worry, love, it's a date. See you then."
--------------------------
Less than an hour later he was at her docking bay, a duffel over his shoulder with everything he'd need for the trip. Some clothes...some toys...and everything he thought might prove useful to them. No being fashionably late this time. He wanted to make a good impression and get a chance to scope out the ship.
He walked along the outside, lightly running his free hand along its hull. His eyes were closed and he seemed in his own little world...just him and the subtle presence of the ship there in the cool durasteel beneath his fingertips.

Cuir stood and shook his head as prepared to head out to his ship, "Well I guess I'll see you all in an hour."
He headed out the door after Italia and Daryn, and made a straightline towards his ship. He'd have to pick up the rest of his weaponry, besides just his sword. The docking bay where his ship was wasn't far from Italia's, bay 302. He reached his vessel with no problems, and took a moment to look at his ship.
It was a work of art, that it was. But the long carbon scoring along the port nacelle kind of marred the image, he hadn't realized how much damage the ship had taken, until he dropped out of hyperspace 10 minutes early and over 3 hours away from Dxun at sublight. It was gonna cost him nearly 15,000 credits to repair the damage, and since the dead bounty for Rev Gratel had only been 5,000 he was still short.
Shaking his head in disdain, he headed off into the vessel to gather his belongings. Heading towards the armory he hit a few buttons and several panels opened up, revealing a small arms stockpile full of blasters, thermal detonators, different kinds of vibroblades of varying sizes and shapes. Of course he wasn't interested in any of those.
Reaching behind one of the rifles, he pressed another button and two more panels slid away from the walls, one slid forward with his sword, the other with Gart's armor.
The armor had been custom made much like Italia's, and Cuir thought that now was a good a time as any to finally wear it. He slid the chest and backplates over his clothing. The armor was a grayish color, designed more for effectiveness than design. He clipped his gauntlets into place, and then the leg armor. Gart's armor had been part of a newer design than the Neo-crusader armor, one that chose mobility more over protection, something Cuir himself chose. He hooked his weapons belt around his waist, then hooked another one on over his armor from his right shoulder to his left hip. One contained several tools from slicing and lock picking, while the other carried several throwing knives.
Grabbing his tan desert robe, he put it over his armor, hiding most of it from view. Finally he grabbed his sword that had been wrapped in swathers of cloth and hooked it on his back underneath the robe so that onely the long hilt was visible and a piece of the blade from under the robe.
He left the helmet where it was though, as useful as it might have been, he still didn't feel ready to wear the entire suit of armor. But that time would come soon.
Locking up his panels and his ship he headed out towards bay 205.
And was surprised at the ship he saw, it was a VT-49 Decimator assault ship, something Cuir would have hesitated to face, even with the Darkness Falls being as heavily modified as it was.
He spotted Italia, and pointed at the ship, "Stolen, or you actually work to pay for this?"

Italia had spent the majority of the time alone left to her growling at the cargo boys who had neglected to bring her the proper supplies, bringing those for a smaller ship. Once the CORRECT supplies had been brought, she began putting things away in their proper places. A cool wind had started blowing, so she pulled on her cloak and clasped it back enough so she could still function easily. This took most of her time, and so the tedious chores kept her busy until just minutes before the others arrived. As she finished her restocking, Italia set to work on getting the ship prepped for take off.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
She had just emerged from the ship long enough to see Daryn fondling her ship's hull before Cuir appeared and asked about the Ghost Star. Shaking her head, she smiled slightly and touched the cool, chromium plated, surface. So many memories of her teacher flooded her mind every time she actually took the time to look at the ship that sometimes it still hurt.
No...it was my mentor's ship. Where he got it I have no idea.
Will you either stop fondling my ship and get in here, or just make love to it already?!
She added, rather loudly, as she glared at Daryn, who was still off in his own little world, just running his hands all over her baby. Huffing, she folded her arms across her chest, her rust colored cloak draped around her neck lightly, and clipped back with a simple chain. Shaking her head, she returned her attention to Cuir, who was now wearing grey armor slightly similar to her own...built for movement and protection....she was liking this guy more and more. Smiling slightly, she twitched her head in the direction of the ship's main cabin, motioning for him to follow her inside.
Once inside, she moved about closing various storage compartments with food, medical supplies, and of course weapons, before closing several metal restrainers attached to the wall, and putting the necklace with the keys on it back under her armor.
There are a few bunks down this hall. Unfortunately, she's not very big on room, but she certainly gets the job done. You can take your pick on which room you'll have as I spend most of my time out here. The room at the end is mine, so don't expect to get in there....at least not easily.
She said to at least Cuir, not certain if Daryn had followed them or not.
Of course he had followed her after being so unceremoniously interrupted. Clearly this woman didn't understand ships and flying...not the way he did. But so be it. Most didn't. Most saw that simple braggart, the spoiled son of a star baron. Most of the time, they'd be right. You might be surprised, however, at what could befound beneath.
Shaking his head, he followed the other two...peas in a Mandalorian pod. She had quite the ship. It wasn't his ship, but if he had to fly something else...well...this would do. He smirked at the open ended meaning of her last comment. "I feel like I'm back in prep school, watching kids dance around and show off for their date. Am I intruding on some Mandalorian mating ritual or something? Maybe next we'll have a dagger fight for foreplay?" It came off as condescending, but he really was just amused. As this wasn't his ship, he opted for the bunk closest to bridge, just in case he needed to get there in an emergency. He barely even looked inside as he tossed the bag in.
Assuming he wasn't waylaid for any reason, his next stop was the cockpit.
Caught between bristling and laughing, Italia stood and stared at the young man in what would appear to be a cross between confusion, shock and anger. Her hand automatically went for her dagger, but as soon as she did she started laughing. It couldn't be helped....she'd rather laugh than kill someone anyway, but this was just too much....she laughed and laughed until she was nearly out of breath, not caring if she looked like a fool or not.
Cuir shook his head, and muttered something loud enough for everyone to hear, although Italia would be the only one to understand, "Mir'osik."
He wasn't sure if Italia's comment was meant in jest or seriousness, but had Daryn been around the wrong Mando's he would've gotten the wrong end of a blade in his throat. If this was what the trip was going to be like, Daryn was going to find himself mysteriously missing a few limbs by the time they got to where they were going. Mocking a Mandalorian when one was on one's ship and outnumbered usually was a good way to get themselves killed.
He glanced over at Italia who was chuckling, although he did glimpse her reach for her dagger. This guy was skating on thin ice. He was fortunate that Italia had laughed as opposed to actually reaching for the dagger, because Cuir wouldn't have done anything to stop her.
Italia finally got a hold of herself and straightened up. Resting a hand lightly on one of her daggers, she decided it was best to set things straight.
Look boys, I don't know what you're deal is, but I mean what I said literally...my door has a few codes on it to keep it shut tight so pervs like you, Daryn, don't come creeping in at night.
She replied, both pointedly and teasingly.
Anyway, she should just about be done running the systems check, so I need to head up to the front. Don't you two go killing each other while I'm gone.
She added, mostly talking to Cuir, as she walked away.
Always underestimating a guy...just because he liked a little flair in his wardrobe. He didn't understand what the man said...but he knew it wasn't very nice and it was aimed to him. While he was known to run his mouth, he wasn't a complete fool and didn't need to get himself killed before this job even started, especially over idiotic Mando pride. And besides, only cowards spoke in a way that those they spoke about couldn't respond to. He heard her, but kept walking ahead of her towards the cockpit since he was going in that direction anyway. Once they'd reached it, he flashed her another wry grin.
"Don't worry about the locks, darlin...if I did come creeping in at night, trust me, you wouldn't be so quick to kick me out. From what I hear, your men are great fighters, but bantha poodoo in the sack." His tone made it clear that he meant it good-naturedly.
He shrugged out of the jacket, holding it over his shoulder...and proving to be wearing a more sensible black shirt beneath. He wasn't a mando super-warrior, but it was clear he kept himself in shape. Once she'd let him in, he' drape the jacket over the back of the co-pilot's seat and slip within, familiarizing himself with the controls and checking on the diagnostics and systems check.
"So far everything is looking green."
Cuir shook his head at Daryn, it was very tempting to simply kill the spacer now. His mouth was gonna be more trouble than it's worth. Hopefully he'd have some sort of skill that'd be useful. Maybe they could throw him up against the Besalisk in a one on one fight, then capture their quarry.
Cuir rolled his eyes as Daryn took the copilots seat without permission, he looked forward to seeing how Italia reacted to someone trying to pilot her ship without her say so. If this had been Cuir's ship, the moment he touched anything, Daryn would've had both his hands broken.
Following them, he took the chair behind Italia's and threw his robe over the back and leaned his sword against the wall, hopefully he could put it someplace else soon, and sat in the chair, and leaned back looking around at the cockpit. The controls weren't quite as advanced as his own ship, but then again his had been a prototype and the only one of it's kind, but the ship was definitely modified to be at least 2 levels past state-of-the-art.
Cuir looked around, "What are you running in this, SRB42s? Probably the only thing big enough to power it."
