Okay my fine feline following friends, I have a full plate set up for you here.

Be prepared for action...there will be Imperial Privateers (yay pirates) in bulk for both the Anthelion herself and our wondrous pilots to play with.

Also be prepared for my posts to be tl;dr length because I’m going to have a LOT to cover…Sorry for that.

I’ll try to label the sections so that you know what you do and don’t need to read…if you want to read all of it SUPER but don’t feel pressured to read everything.

Heads up now that there will be an ailing ship and stuff going on INSIDE said ailing ship…this is mainly meant for Sev and the fourth flight. (sorry lat you’ll have a lot to read. I’ll try not to be too mean and keep it concise).

So far I’m believing the sections will be these:
I. Screaming Star ((link))
II. Anthelion

Anthelion ship-board crew and the bulk of pilots will want to pay attention to the SECOND section primarily since that's where Zharra will be posting and I'll be reacting to the pirate threat and all of your replies/actions

Lat, m'dear, you'll have to read both sections since Sammy-girl is on the Screaming Star and that's where Zha will be sending Fourth Flight to help the crew/make sure no pirates are still aboard there. I know it's a bit of a time pinch considering, but this is the best time to do this thing...early on. If I'm needed as Archer, just let me know and he'll show up in the Screaming Star section also. I'll have to talk to you in more detail about this on IM.

For general reference, this is going to be...maybe a month out from port at most after some rudimentary training exercises to get acclimated to everything, then being released off on their first real tour of duty.

Setting will be the space just above Bandomeer.

Now for post order...pretty simple and logical order here.

A random idea though; could the pirates have boarding ships that attack the ship? Just a thought I wanted to throw out there, it can be ignored if its too much. Just something for the folks on the ship to do other then bark orders and avoid getting bit by the enemy ships.

I'm going to throw out there that I might need a wee bit of help keeping everything straight. >.< You guys all know how *last* week went for me...and this week is Holy Week, so I'm at church every night...AND I'm trying to catch up on almost two weeks worth of missed homework.

And I so didn't mean to sound whiny. o.o I'm sorry if I did. >.<

I guess what I'm trying to say is...I'll keep any eye on everything. That's not a problem. But, don't laugh if I ask a LOT of dumb questions while trying to figure everything out. LOL I can feel myself already getting a bit confused (though, it doesn't help I keep flipping back here to SWU for mini sanity breaks between religion essay discussion boards. ._.)

I am really excited about this thread. Its one of the larger ones that have been planned for a long time.

One warning, however; I leave for a geology field camp on may 2 and will be gone for 3 weeks. Just a heads up there so I will try to have all my threads caught up before that happens.

Other than that, everything looks good.

Rabbit: questions are good. They keep things working smoothly and without ruffled feathers. To help ease confusion is why I put that post up. *patpat* this ain't my first rodeo in this respect darlin'...planned other big sh*t before, so I'm used to questions from players.

FZ: we'll see. don't make it a plan though. Your resident SWU Dungeon master has enough work/detail to put in her posts to fill a small lake already. Not sure what I can/can't handle past that...yet. We shall see. Not a definite no.

Lat: no problemo hun, we'll get done what we can and tie it up when you get back if that's what needs doing. Thanks for the heads up though. I actually forgot once plans for it with us changed ^_^; Still need to talk to you in a bit more detail about this on IM. I'm thinking things may not go down EXACTLY as planned.

If it comes to it, I'll take over doing anything related to that idea Tal. I wouldn't suggest it if I wasn't willing to put in the extra effort myself. I'd never drop that much extra work on you.

But okay, I won't put anything in stone, but I'll keep the idea handy if we get a chance to implement it.

And FZ, when we get the pirate fighters in you can take some control over them if you like, but I don't think I'm going to have any actually manage to get on Anthelion this time around. Or, if you like, you can NPC some of OUR other fighters.

well you'll have your own NPCs to fly against...just sort of how it works with pilots. Follow Dire's lead, he'll show ya the ropes there, but for now I think we got most of the npcs worked out.

everyone welcome Josef Corbett to the crew (played by Rothicus)

Roth and I have talked quite a bit via pm about his newly stationed marine and he understands that there may or may not be a lot of activity for his man as far as action is concerned. However, Josef can double as a medic if people get injured, and will help with any boarding parties we have in the future. The name is already linked in the main list on the first page.

Also, I'll take this time to repost something from Zha's first meeting for ground rules, ect:

”You will be receiving a comprehensive list of expectations and duties for yourself and your men, as well as typical shift hours and rest days within the next 24 standard hours. However, to give you an idea of some of these, I’ll give you a short run down: I like my ships tidy, you and the other wings will be expected to keep your designated areas of Anthelion as pristine as possible. Alcohol is not permitted; this should be understood as something from typical military standards, but I don’t simply mean while on duty, I mean ever. Alcohol is not welcome aboard this ship, so if you or your men wish to drink, please do so off the Anthelion. Needless to say that, as a frigate, we may see combat at any time, hence this policy. You and your men will also be required to spend a specific amount of hours per month in the flight simulators, just like all the other pilots; however, since I understand that you and your men double as ground combat troops, I shall also require a certain amount of time for combat training as well…be it at the range or in the sparring rooms.”

These rules (and for the sake of saying it to Crass and Sheresh, the rules against fraternization) will be enforced. I'm sure there are others, but I really don't care to try and think of them...you're all big boys and girls, just behave (or try to) and Captain Kitty won't have to bear claws at you. lol

For any of you who haven't seen, Lat's gonna be gone for at least 3 weeks here in May for his geology class, so the thread will be stalled until he's back (also, congratulations to Lat for graduating college this weekend!). Feel free to build some relationships with your other crewmates while we're in a state of semi-limbo.

I feel like I'm missing something but for the life of me I can't think what, so I suppose that's it for updates.

AHA! Remembered about 5 seconds after i posted...

If you want to thread with one of the main NPCs for the Anthelion ship herself (not counting Tieres), pm me or get me on IM and I'll be glad to set something up with you. Same thing goes with Zharra.

For now let's try to keep threads centered around Kuat or the KDY and pre-plot thread, that way we don't have to worry about leaving wiggle room for anything that might happen in that thread.

Also, Roth, I'm not gonna worry about shuffling you into the post order for that thread, and we'll just draw you in for the next big one.
