Elsie Therin is fairly experienced in Niman, though her personal style revolves more around a single blade wielded one-handed. Then again, since Niman is a form that relies on the creativity and inventiveness of the user, it could work.

Yup... I don't think Xierra plans on mastering Niman or anything... just wants to grasp the basics so she can move on to Jar'kai.

Okay, sparrow, how do you want to do this? I was figuring that Xierra would probably just come to Elsie asking for her help/expertise. And then I guess Jace would walk in on them? Or something?
I'm just not sure about where Rakna/her padawan would be... Unless I have this thread take place before she is assigned him (but after returning from the mission). Which could make sense.. like, perhaps during the mission, which I have yet to RP out, she realizes she wants formal training in double saber combat, etc. etc.
So... what do ya think?

This thread got room for one more? I know my guy is only a Padawan, but he close to mastering Niman. Really I am killing time waiting for my Jedi trials.
Also, I believe Jaden can help with the training in Niman. =)

Jadens master is dead. He's currently completed 2 of the 4 trials... so just waiting on the other two. Who knows, maybe this can some how complete one of the two i need? Probably not though... Courage and spirit I still need i think.

Ahh... so your character is kind of in limbo then, lol. Not sure how partaking a training session would help one of his Trials. But perhaps once completed, you can join us as a Knight? If he didn't pass a trial through life experience, I think a Master would give him something to do to pass it.. and I doubt he would have much time to wander the temple to train. |

Yea, well the master who is going to give it is currently away at the moment. So.. just waiting for him to return. Not sure who it is, but Jace said he would take care of my trials when the guy is freed up.

Erm, since Jace has gone fairly AWOL from this thread... I am extending the invention to any Jedi who are masters in Niman to join us... Prefer Master, but Knights are okay, too. The thread is in the Jedi Temple, "Learning the Way of the Rancor." It's linked in an above post. ^ |
