A chuckle...That was an odd reaction to obviously racist comment. For a brief moment, Danica smiled back, unknowingly and spontaneously. This male was strange, very much so, not even because he could be called a near-human plant man but something about him felt uncomfortably familiar. Dany noticed a slight, barely noticeable cocktail of emotions and neither of them positive. The girl was well versed in reading other's moods and Jessoin was human enough to read all the cues. ”No one didn't care about you, did they?” She asked suddenly, wondering how much truth could be in this supposition. This time Danica's voice was gentle, soft. Not many had a chance to know it. The woman's gaze grew distant for a moment, teary and then she realized it was too much alcohol and fear playing with her already unstable emotions.
”That's a shame.” The human added with a tiny smirk, this time reverting to this well-known sarcastic and distance businesswoman she wanted to be. The look he had given her didn't escape always vigilant, green eyes. There was desire in it, for the first time maybe a genuine, lustful interest...Or just another part of the game. He was handsome, no doubt about and just a type of male Cassius would hate. Skin them both alive. Thrilling.
No, nothing but trouble. Danica even here and then was still petrified of what her father would do. Leash reached even on Nar Shaddaa. She leaned back, watching vivid eyes carefully, looking for little cues. This time, the Zelosian seemed truly honest. A cold shiver ran down Dany's spine but not because of the mysterious powerful shadow Jess was talking about. But something else entirely. Any minor scumbag there would call themselves powerful. Hutts were throwing dices around the smuggler's moon. No, not this. Something else had caught Danica's attention entirely. The Coruscanti woman frowned, with confusion, almost pity. ”I don't think you are evil.” She protested coldly, aloofly. ”I think you are talking about yourself as if you were a thing.” Dany sighed and took another drink. Cassius had trained her the same way. His daughter was an accessory, an add on to some expensive, designed suit.
”Are you afraid of her?” Danica asked, letting go of the glass. Jessoin ordered another round but the woman politely declined. She was slowly getting tipsy, for a moment the girl even thought the male's eyes changed color to bright amber. Silly. And this expression...was that? Was that pity. Dany's eyes flashed in bitter anger. ”You think she knows my father? If that was true, your boss wouldn't try to infuriate him by helping me.” She shook her head, smiling with growing sadness.
Cassius! Will you attend to our little party?
Of course, I will lend you Danica. She is great a dancer, well trained...
|”I need help, but of a man, not a thing that can be lend on a lease as an act of good will.” Maybe she was too drunk? Maybe getting into a deal with even mediocre Nar Shaddaa crime shark wasn't such a good idea but desperate people did terribly stupid things. And Danica was desperate to free herself from the tight, golden cage that was slowly suffocating the fiery girl. No one liked to be a pretty thing, put on a display like a trophy.

Jessoin watched Danica with hollow eyes after her first question. His jaw set and his ears buzzed. He could barely here what else she said. Jess could barely think as something crept through his veins, it froze him where he sat, the glass still in hand. The ice within the brandy would shift and clink idly as condensation rolled down the glass. It did not match the icy sensation that spread forth through Jessoin. He knew this feeling all too well. Mephesa was near, and she was pushing her mind into his. It was almost as if she wanted to dull Jess to Danica's words, and it worked. He could see her lips moving. Soft, elegant, pouty. Now words would reach his mind, none until her last couple sentences. Was he afraid of Mephesa? He didn't even care to acknowledge her last few words as he kicked his head back and downed the last of the brandy.
It burned down his chest, and only stoked the rising anger within Jessoin. He was tired of playing polite, playing nice. His eyes would once more flash amber for a millisecond, and still feeling Mephesa's presence... sent a query through the Force. Plan B?... His answer came after a moment or two, and those vibrant greens of his would flash with it. Yes... Mephesa's voice echoed into his mind, and a new type of grin would slide onto his features. This grin wasn't warm or necessarily pleasant. It was a knowing grin. In a fluid motion Jess stood from their table, and looked down at Danica as he began flipping credit chips onto the table to pay for their tab and spoke, his words a harsh whisper.
"I fear nothing!
And with that his hand would make a low-key grabbing motion, and Danica would begin to be pulled from her seat. His grip in the Force on her was strong, unyielding. He kept it up as he turned to storm out of the club, his telekinetic grip on her solid, enough so that she would feel as if she were tethered to Jess by an invisible rope. His long stride would take them out into the Nar Shadaa night. It was time Danica fully realized who she was dealing with...
He turned a sharp corner into an alley, his eyes darted about to make sure no one followed. Once he was sure they were far enough down it not to be see, he would round at Danica. Long fingers would spread out and grasp Danica by the throat. He pushed and forced her back against a brick wall. His emerald eyes would stare down Danica as his grip would tight slightly. Jess needed to try to get this girl under control, she needed to be taken down a notch or two.
"The only one that should fear anything here, is you Danica. You don't seem to realize the kind of creatures you walk amongst. You don't realize that at any second, I could kill you, have my way with you, or let you live. As long as you are near me, your time is borrowed. I am allowing you to continue existing. Do not speak to me as if I was some blubbing child."

((Warning: Danica reached the hights of racism, hopefully he can't read minds )) Slowly, the dark haired woman turned her forcibly indifferent face back to fully acknowledge the male's existence. Exhaling softly, she appraised him coolly, expecting harsh or bluntly sarcastic comment any time now. As much as the Zelosian tried to act as someone special, he bore unnoteworthy clothes; clunky and common, they lacked the artistry of the more intricate patterns customary for upper-class Core worlders and prosperous human colonies. They certainly matched up with his hillbilly accent though, typical for those raised unaware of High Galactic and how to use it. Simply put, Danica still pegged him as a low-born Jedi wash out, and a bumpkin to boot. Despite how Zarander tried to present himself, as a king of the moon or something even better. But then .. .there were those brazen, luminously green eyes. As banal as he seemed in every other aspect, his coloring and hue to the skin were unique. How this species even came to existence? Likely from inbreeding, she concluded. Force only knew what these backwater clodhoppers did when not wallowing about in the dirt. Danica wrinkled her shapely nose when noticed Jess' gaze growing glassy after downing another shot of alcohol...Of course. But the grin that spread across his lips raised red flags all over her consciousness and Danica knew, it was time to run...In before she could even raise from her seat, the Zelosian threw few chits on a table. ”Aren't you rich king of the hill.” Dany commented with dripping sarcasm and took the purse, unable to stop herself from this small, biting remark, though the cold quality to the male's whisper froze blood in the veins. Swallowing fear, the woman decided to just stay in place, waiting for him to go away when... ********* Delicate music floated above a crystal chandelier, filling the exquisite interior with perfect, harmonious sound. A tall, handsome man[/b] moved his long, dainty fingers to the rhythm, skillfully catching every change in even rhythm. Soft hum accompanied it, almost as joyous as the piece of music itself when the loud buzz of an intercom disturbed the concert. Cassius winced, frowning at the annoyance. With a regretful sigh he silenced the music to take the call. ”Sir, Senator Derul on line two.” The personal assistance sounded robotic and emotionless, just as expected from a well trained staff. A delightful, almost innocent smile immediately appeared on the man's features. ”I will take it, Amanda. Thank you.” He said and carefully patted on one unruly lock of raven black hair that managed to break the perfectly balanced hair cut. Cassius Liviana despised imperfection, it was only ones laziness that let it thrived. ”Ah, Senator, what can I do for you?” “The man beamed charmingly, his eyes shining with genuine delectation. ”I agree , the dinner was lovely and your wife looked fabulous. I swear, some men are just lucky.”” The small talk continued for a while, with smiled and chuckles when once again the communication device beeped, this time more...private line. ”I am sorry, it's Danica. Poor girl got lost in the docks again, silly goose.””Ah, kids, don't they always? I am waiting for that chess rematch. Bring your lovely daughter.” ”Of course...Vale.” The word in High Galactic marked the end of conversation and Cassius leaned back in his leather chair, putting fingers together. The man's expression immediately changed as green gaze hardened. ”Did you find her Broca? What of your men?” The Livco CEO reached for a glass filled with first class whiskey and began to slowly swirl it's content. ”I did, she is with the pr*ck that murdered our team. Useless tw*ts.” Sharp, shredded voice broke through the speakers. ”Some Zelosian Jedi drop out, self-proclaimed criminal scum prince running around with local gang.” On those words the expression on Cassius' face darkened visibly before being replaced by neutral, blank smile. ”You know I don't appreciate such language and please, deal with this plant life nuisance immediately. “ He said politely and killed the connection. Broca had his orders but a good plan was never perfect without back up. And more back up. With the same, secured and highly encrypted line Cassius picked the very special number from his old fashion, paper notebook. Only after five painfully long signals a large, brown wormlike face spread on the holoscreen. ”Lord Dagoth, we may have a situation...********* Danica's body didn't belong to her anymore as if some invisible force rid her of free will, cutting conscious off governing as simple things as walk. Shuffling her feet in strangely awkward manner, the woman followed the Zelosian into one of the alleys. It felt like a dream until cold hand gripped her throat, pushing into the wall. She gasped, before almost all of the air was cut in fierce clench. Adrenaline rose in the woman's veins and Danica tried to kick Jess, but the male was too powerful and immediately the fear was replaced y blinding fury on which the girl lost all control. No one allowed her to exist! The memory returned quickly. She was seventeen when Cassius had nearly drowned her in a large, luxurious pool after catching her kissing a boy. That day. The dark haired teenager promised to never again, never in her life. Sobbed and begged like a kicked mongrel and Broca's men stand in circle around her, enjoying the spectacle. She kept her promise - never again begged for her life like some helpless, scared rodent. Not now, not ever. ”Killing me won't turn you into less pathetic creature, you filthy, plantbrain scu...” She hissed, trying to force Jess' hands off her throat in flimsy effort to save herself when the first shot rang in the thick air and something moist landed on the girl's cheeks.

Jessoin laughed cruelly as Danica struggled for freedom. She finally understood. She finally felt the fear she so needed to feel. She finally understood. He finally was able to truly show the woman just who she was dealing with. Jess could be a man of refinement, a man of elegance, but when it all boiled down, he was true to his nature. And his nature currently had a helpless Danica shoved against a duracrete wall choking to death as he laughed and laughed.
"Such a filthy mouth! We'll have to put it to good-"
He spat as she began to gasp out words. Jess went to move in closer when he suddenly saw green fluid splatter onto Danica. His eyes narrowed before his free hand reached down to feel his side, where it felt oddly cold. Jessoin's fingers were lifted to reveal thick, sticky green blood. Then the pain kicked in. He snarled and let go of Danica to grab his bleeding side where the bullet had passed through. His now amber eyes scanned and darted the alley, they searched for the shooter. It was a slugthrower weapon, he could tell that much, it was far too silent to have been a blaster weapon.
"Show yourself!"
He snarled. From the end of the alley turned two men, both armed with SMG blasters. They weren't the shooters, but the well dressed men were dead nonetheless. The duo began to march down the alley as they loaded and checked their weapons. Jess flicked his left hand and projected a bubble of the Force around himself and Danica, it would be invisible to her eyes. He didn't want her killed by a stray shot. He would be the one to kill her that night.
"I hope these are friends of yours..."
Jess whispered so only she could hear. His right hand moved into his coat, and withdrew his electrum plated hilt. Those now amber eyes flicked from Danica's eyes to the pair, and a predatory grin would slide onto his face. With a slight stumble from dizziness Jessoin began to move forward to meet the duo. With a snap-hiss the alley would be bathed in red as his lightsaber ignited. The two men pulled their triggers and stood their ground as round after round peppered his shield, only visible in flashes of dissipating light from their blasters. He continued to march forward as they emptied their clips- they must have fired hundreds of rounds, only to be absorbed by his shield.
"My turn!"
Jessoin launched forward with long strides, his legs carried him with surprising grace forward. His wrist would turn and pivot as two broad, flashy strokes were lain down, and the smell of cooked flesh would fill the narrow space. One man cleaved in half, the other beheaded. Jess flourished his blade and looked around more, he searched for the original shooter. His eyes would only get worse as he felt his blood patter more and more from his form. Coupled with the alcohol in his system, he could feel his conscious fading fast. Damn! He thought in growing panic as his golden eyes panned around desperately.
Once more his body twitched and his eyes looked at the wall near him as more green fluid splattered against it. Jessoin's free hand moved up to the side of his neck where another bullet had sliced a clean cut onto it. Sticky and cooler than normal, his blood ran down his clothes and pattered onto the ground as he tried his best to stifle the flow with his free hand. His vision blurred and Jess stowed his lightsaber after he switched it off. With one hand now pressed against the same wall that was splattered with his blood, Jessoin cursed under his breath as another wave of dizziness crashed through his form.

Pneumatic gears in the silenced sniper rifle clicked quietly on kickback. Broca held his breath, looking at the damage his slugthrower had caused. Many unappreciated such weapons, considering them primitive and crude but when it came to Force users slugthrowers won over blasters every damn time. Impossible to deflect with those fancy swords of theirs. The veteran had put enough of them down to know that. There was one disadvantage though...accuracy.
The alien was still alive, bullet going straight through soft tissue of his side. Maybe enough to bleed him out in hours but not kill. Broca spat an ugly. ”Finish him.” The man took the former Jedi in his sights again, even if a part of him was tempted to let him abuse Danica some more. But orders were orders. Patiently he looked as two of his men closed in on the pair.
***
Not much she would remember from this encounter. Jess let her go and instinctively the fiery woman slapped him away, only to notice two human men approaching. Brcoa's henchmen, she would recognize crimson emblems on their jackets anywhere . They found me! Exploded under her skull with vivid panic. Cassius would never forgive her for that, months of pure, unspeakable hell awaited her after this. The woman slumped down the wall, Jess' threats became as empty as his power against Cassius. ”Some god among men you are...” She sobbed, her voice close to panic. Danica began to shake and curled into a ball, refusing to watch the Zelosioan being butchered like an animal. Not that he didn't deserve it.
”They are my father's security...” She whispered, through tears knowing it would be the end of him. Broca was a shooter, had to be which meant Jess was good as dead. The first class sniper and a specialist when it came to dispatching Force users from afar with slugthrowers did work for his money. With blank expression the woman watched green goo dripping on the floor in growing pools, barely registering the explosion of blaster fire, only when one of the strays shots cur through the air, stopping rapidly for some strange reason, Dany pressed hands to her ears and let out a short, protesting scream of fear.
It sobered her up a bit and by this time the guards were a mangled mess. The woman watched this, wide eyed at the pile, choking on screams rising up her throat. Shocked, she searched for the Zelosian who was now looking for more opponents, probably the one who had shot him in the first place but the sniper was half a mile away, perched on top of a small cantina. Danica yelped seeing another spatter of green blood.
He will kill him! The young heir sprung to her feet, led only by automatic reflexes she threw herself on Jess, who was slowly losing his balance. His blood loss was massive by now and Danica wondered if a human would be dead by now. She pressed herself against the cold body, sheltering the male's head and vital parts of the corpus from a deadly blow. Danica wouldn't let that vicious monster kill the Zelosian, if only in spite of him. Even if the slimy alien deserved it for his antics.
Of course, Broca could just pull the trigger anyway but Dany had enough of living in a constant fear like some caged animal. ”Jessoin, we need to go. Find you a doctor.” She whispered, in termbling voice feeling her clothes steadily soaking with green liquid.
”Stay behind me.”
***
”Idiots.” The old soldier muttered, seeing Jon and Galio with blasters instead of high velocity slugthrower rounds. And they got what deserved. Mild annoyance blossomed in Broca's temples, manifesting as prodding headache. The alien was all over the place, fast like some damn sewer rat and only after his men had been chopped to pieces he got a chance for another shot.
Neck, good. ”I will bleed you out like a pig.” The Zelosian was losing it and Broca could already smell a pleasant scent of that ambitious kill. Deep down Broca wasn't a former special forces, mercenary or even an assassin. He was a hunter.
The former Jedi's head appeared in the sights, the bullet would go straight through the frontal lobes, if that thing even had a brain. Broca pressed the trigger, another soft click rang through air when...”Ff...!” Little who*re. The man slammed his fist into the ground, almost ready to let Cassius' daughter to die and accept a collateral damage but a good hunter knew when the price of a kill was too high. Only the his boss could give that order and the CEO still hoped something good would turn out from that skank. Empty expectations if you asked Broca.
Unable to stop the pair from leaving, he began to pack his gear, promising to ransack every hotel on Nat Shaddaa to find them.
***
She had some luck tonight after all, even if it took a hefty sum to pay for it. Jess was still bleeding, barely awake now. From time to time Danica would check if he was still breathing but it didn't look good. The room in cheap motel was one of many the woman had booked, just for this one she paid cash so no one would trace it. Broca would be searching for straight two days before finding this one, as he probably didn't believe Dany was determined enough to live in a filthy hole with rag tag aliens.
Never underestimate a desperation of a cornered woman.
”Bring me a doctor, one that knows aliens, I will pay you three thousand credits. Now!” She demanded upon entering the emptied lobby. The bored Kel Dor blinked and nodded, strangely unsurprised. ”But in cash miss Viola. You will be paying for cleaning the blood trail too!” He gurgled loudly before choosing a proper number – slightly offended by his client's entitled and superior tone.
”Whatever.” The woman muttered and fighting with the increasing weight of Zelosian, who began to lean on her for support, she dragged the half-conscious male up the stairs

My she is quite warm...Thought Jessoin as Danica ran to his aid, her body pressed against his. Her form felt almost hot against his, and it made him sleepy. It was slowly getting harder and harder to fight the urge to just close his eyes and sleep. That would be nice. He laughed as he heard Danica speak. A doctor for a plant? That was silly. At her second words he chuckled again. "You'd like that, wouldn't you D? Like it from behind..." His words were playful, if not delirious and whispered. A small giggle would follow and his knees buckled for a moment before he pushed on. The edges of his vision would get dark, and his skin would look sickly white, with few hints of green to it. As Danica and him stumbled along, Jessoin would hum a little tune, it had no beat or rhythm, but that didn't stop the Zelosian from humming the song in his head. *** Jessoin was barely conscious by the time they were headed up the stairway. His breaths were few and labored, but that didn't stop him from incessant murmuring under his breath. Nothing fully coherent, but the occasional name would pop up, or a date, or a type of food with intermittent giggles at inappropriate times. One hand would feebly try to grab the hand rails at times, but most attempts ended with a hand slick with blood sliding off. "Heh... you cannot wait to get me to the honeymoon suite, eh Mephesa...?" He giggled again and looked at Danica before his free hand would limply move up to poke her once in the nose, leaving a dot of green blood on the tip of it. Jessoin laughed again before he collapsed suddenly, and landed face first onto the stairs. He pushed himself up slightly to point at Danica with a giggle and whisper "Boop..." Before he blacked out.

How did he kno... A vivid, crimson blush blossomed on green stained cheeks before Danica realized the Zelosian was delirious. The blood loss must have caused it, though it didn't mean she would allow that. ”Shut up.” She hissed, trying to free herself from the sticky goo that imitated blood but to no avail. Her clothes were ruined now. The woman held back a juicy curse that wanted to get free from her tightly pressed lips. Slowly panic began to flood her senses. A ma..no, an alien was dying in her arms because her father had decided about it. Like always, Cassius would win.
No. Danica's determination pushed her forward. The hum of incoherent melody broke through the fear fogged barrier. Maybe that was what Jessoin needed to stay alive until help arrives. Barely thinking about it, the woman started to lilt her own song. An ancient lullaby her mother used to sing to her. ”Twinkle, twinkle, little star. How I wonder what you are.” The male's knees buckled and they almost fell. The young woman could smell odd aroma of strange, inhuman blood. ”Up above the world so high. Like a diamond in the sky.” Danica's eyes found the former Jedi's face. He looked pale, sickly, only few hints of absinthe gave his skin some reminiscence of color.
”When the blazing sun is gone. When he nothing shines upon” Danica drawled, not caring one bit who that Mephesa was. Maybe even someone made up by this point. She pushed him on the rails lightly, hoping he would grab them but any attempts failed, leaving only more trails of blood.
The Zelosian's body was growing colder, she could feel it to the point of shudders when warmth was stealing from her. ”It's not far...Twinkle, twinkle, little star. How I wonder what you are...Ah!” Jessoin stumbled , pulling the girl after him. She fell forward, feeling her knew hitting the metallic stairs and could only let out a small yelp before the male landed on her in laughs and giggles. Did the Zelosian knew he was dying?
Maybe his life was miserable enough to make festivity out of that fact...Danica snorted, feeling a goo-y substance being stuck to her nose before Jess completely lost it. ”F...u...c...k” The woman breathed, deciding to give herself few seconds before wondering how to get out from that mess.
The hours went terribly slowly. The sawbone had done everything he could, which was quite a lot considering amounts of alcohol the man was constantly ingesting. For Jess sake, he was near human enough for the doctor to put all the things together without much collateral damage but the blood loss was massive. Danica began to regret the daring rescue but one thought about Broca's rage would be enough to change the capricious woman's whim.
After too long shower and finally getting rid of all the blood from her hair and face, Danica emerged from the bathroom sporting a simple jumpsuit that blend her in the Shaddaa crowd enough for not many to suspect a rich heir. Maybe the male was finally conscious.

For those hours, Jessoin would hardly be conscious. He was only vaguely aware of the seedy doctor as he was patched and stitched up. The wounds weren't physically marring, when all patched up would look a bit swollen, but otherwise would barely show in the long run. Eventually Jess did pass out completely, for a good portion of the time he was being worked on. Even he had to admit he was surprised when his eyes fluttered open. A dirty ceiling greeted him, an obvious water stain right over the only window. Those vivid green eyes of his would move about the room, one bed, sad excuse for a holoprojector, and rickety looking furniture. They then found the table next to the bed, where a few bottles lay open with their contents scattered.
He sat up slowly and groaned at how stiff his neck and abdomen felt. One hand would be planted on the bed while the other reached over to pluck one of the bottles off the table. It read some confusing medical jargon he didn't understand until he read another section that read 'steroid'. He was apparently pumped with steroid to encourage his marrow to work, thus explaining why he didn't die of blood loss.
Jessoin's eyes would turn to a slimmer of light he saw in the form of a cracked bathroom door. Or at least he guessed it was the bathroom from the sounds of the shower that came from it. He chuckled appreciatively at the thought of a naked and wet Danica. She may have been a spoiled prat, but she was also quite stunning. Apparently she wasn't the only one.
Jess looked down at himself to see the clothes from his upper body removed and tossed into a pile in the corner. Even he could see how damp they were, and stained dark green. Ruined by his chlorophyll filled blood. He sighed and looked down at himself. His pants had a few spatters of his blood on them, but it seemed his coat and shirt had absorbed most of the fluid. Jess looked greener than ever with his blood dried on him, blacks and green swirled over his skin from it darkening. His hair was tangled a bit too from sweat and blood still.
The man would be damned if he remained looking like such a wreck. He moved himself slowly at first off the bed, and stumbled to a surprisingly decent sized apartment-style kitchen- more of a wall with some appliances and a sink. His hand would shake slightly before he turned on the water to the sink, and let the basin begin to fill as he stumbled to a dresser and found a couple stark-white towels to bring back with him.
"Of course they would be mostly synthetic fibers... lowlifes..."
Jessoin murmured to no one in particular as he tossed a bar of soap into the basin. His hand would stir it in idly as he heard the shower switch off. He could here Danica in there muddling about, and eased one of the towels into the steaming water for a moment before he retrieved it again. A slight hiss of pleasure would escape Jess as he began to gentle dab and rub off the grime, the damp heat soothing to his aching body. He would work methodically to scrub and dab, and as the door swung open to reveal Danica in a jumpsuit now, Jess would turn his body to face her a bit better.
"Well hello there Danica. Surprised to see me up?"
He asked with weary mirth. A slight chuckle would come from the Zelosian as he finished wiping down his arms, and began to gently cleanse his shoulders and pectorals. He would groan in annoyance at how stiff his neck felt and brought a free hand up to gently massage the area that tinged the most.
"Tcht, not used to getting injured if I'm completely honest. Luckily Zelosians aren't as dependent on our circulatory system as other near-humans."
Jess would look back at Danica again and offer a weary smile, with dark bags under his eyes and a sheepish raise of his eyebrows. He went back to slowly working on the other side of his neck and his other shoulder.

The Zelosian was already up. For a moment Danica watched him, dumbfounded with expression of shock and surprise. He was moving a cheap towel over his body, trying to rub off the slimy, green goo his kind had for blood. The male was half naked but it didn't seem to bother her when Jess had been unconscious but now the woman averted her gaze at the indecency. She was still very much the girl Cassius had raised with strict moral code when it came to men. Over the years it would change, but now Danica still had this teenage innocence that forebode her from enjoying this rather nice view. ”You looked like dying only few hours ago.” The human commented, still bashfully looking away in a dirty mirror.
Maker, I look like crap. No make up, simple jumpsuit, damp hair. It was painfully obvious how average she was without all the glitter. Just a common girl with bruised neck and cheap clothes. And in Liviana family being average had been a dreadful crime. Danica, you look like a fat, plebeian tramp, go find a proper dress. She hissed at the memory, wondering why so many of them the recent hours had evoked.
With burning anger in her gaze, the raven haired woman turned to finally look at Jessoin. It was all his fault, for sure. Trying to avoid his indecency, she walked toward the alien and took the towel. ”You will never clean your hair with that.” Her small, perky nose wrinkled in disgust and the heir vanished in the bathroom, only to appear with few mousse shampoo bottles.
”Sit down. I don't want to look at a mess you have on your head.” The woman demanded weakly, still not sure why so desperately she needed something to do. Even if it meant acting as a plant hairdresser. ”I would think you had no heart.” Danica breathed with irritation, ignoring Jess' playfulness. Don't think I forgot you tried to strangle me. Absinthe eyes narrowed at the thought, even if what the Zelosian had done didn't come close to Cassius' creativity in punishments.
Refusing to say another word, she put a hearty amount of cleaning mousse in the thick mane of black hair. Danica took a towel and began a cleaning process. The white substance immediately turned green, dissolving any bloody grime from the male's hair. Finally, she pulled, maybe a bit too roughly, and the shampoo dried off in a matter of moments the Zelosian's head were squeaky clean and spread nice, rosy scent. There was one problem tho...
The woman didn't know if Jess species mattered but apparently there was something different in a structure of his hair because it started to look as if he had been electrocuted. Standing up in a comical manner. Danica patted it once...twice, trying to put them back in the state it had been before. Not this fluffy...
”Hahaha!” A melodic laugh escaped the girl when it became clear it wasn't someone she could easily fix. ”You look like a poodle!” Danica couldn't help herself, the sudden mirth forced the girl to grab her stomach as cheerful laughter wrecked her frame.

Jessoin laughed at her as she spoke of him looking near death. He continued to scrub at his skin as he worked at his abdomen, careful to not irritate the inflamed area. The mixture of water and blood would drip down his abs and onto the floor, the tan carpet would begin to look more brown as the colors mixed. His eyes would turn back to Danica, and he looked her up and down obviously with a knowing smile. He nodded once then turned away to rinse the towel into the hot water for a moment before he retrieved it to continue his cleanse.
"So this is what you truly look like, D. Explains a lot."
He said in a near whisper. Jess laughed again as he scrubbed at the good side of his torso. It wasn't easy to turn, and despite being alive, still felt weakened from the trauma. He glanced at Dani with a slight smile and sat down at the foot of the bed as instructed.
"Don't lie darling, you know you've just wanted to get your hands on me..."
As the woman got to work Jessoin groaned in pleasure at the feeling of her fingertips over his scalp. Her touch was light and soft, and he could feel anticipation begin to build in his stomach and he leaned back into the woman. His eyes would slide closed and one of his hands would rest on top of Dani's foot to give it an intimate squeeze. Jess smiled and opened his eyes as he felt her patting at his poofed out hair. This is why he rarely used products on it. Damned ignorant women. Then again, Zelosian hair care wasn't a commonly known thing.
He leaned forward with a sigh and held a hand to the side of his head. With a wave and pull of the Force he channeled the static electricity to flow from his hair to his fingertips and drew the electicity into his body. His hair would loosen back to its natural state and he stood up. He turned around to push his hair back with both hands, and intertwined his fingers to rest his head on them. Jessoin's grin would slide upwards, a mixture of lust and playfulness touched them. His eyes would lock with hers and he stepped a bit closer, his belt buckle now right by Danica's face.
"Y'know... while you're down there, you could pay me back for stopping those bad men in the alley... Force knows what they may have had planned for a pretty little thing like you~"

A feverish blush crept up her cheeks that turned vivid crimson. Flustered, she pushed her damp her behind the ear, trying to hide embarrassment. Something about his comment sounded cruel, as if the Zelosian knew her insecurities and on purpose made her feel even more inadequate. It made her pull at his hair angrily, pulling few out harshly. ”I don't really care how I look to you.” Danica snapped, lying blatantly. The woman had always paid attention to that, intimate interest or not. No one really liked what was hidden beneath after all, especially her.
”If I wanted to really touch you, I wouldn't use a towel.” Dany commented coolly, trying to keep anger at bay. It was what the male was after, wasn't he? A reaction. The woman's eyes narrowed slightly before finishing her work, kicking away his hand that somehow found its way to her ankle. ”Don't do that.” She demanded sharply, slapping the Zelosian with a towel. Ignoring his surely faked groans. No, she wouldn't give him satisfaction of her fury and humiliation, instead enjoying the sigh of Jess' ridiculous hair. With maybe a tiny bit of malice.
Her mirth quickly faded when the male used his strange powers to force his hair into normal state again. Danica fell silent, remembering what Jess was, escaping with her gaze, being on a verge of another shift in the undercurrents of her emotions. Sadness, fear, anger. She began to regret saving the alien who had something horribly dark about him. Her body responded to the thought, moving slightly away from the edge of bed, as if the woman wanted to instinctively flee from him.
That was until something appeared in a field of her vision, blurry at first until she whipped her head to see a belt buckle placed right in front of her holding pants with unmistakable impression on them. Revulsion rose up Danica's throat but only a small frown forming between carefully plucked brows and slight grimace of lips betrayed it. Angry blush blossomed up her neck as verdant gaze moved up, catching a smarmy grin.
Faking a generous smile, Danica let her fingers to fiddle with the buckle and zip. ”When you put it this way...” Finally all the belt was free and she slowly pulled Jess' pants down, looking into his vividly green eyes all the time, trying not to focus anywhere else. ”I think I owe you...” The woman's fingertips found the belt once more and when the pants where at the Zelosian's ankles, she pulled them viciously with all her strength, with open satisfaction watching the male's reaction.
The human jumped to her feet, the entirety of her being burning with anger. Jess' behavior was almost violating in it's nature, even if he didn't lay a single finger on her. ”A kick up your ass, you pig!!!” She yelled out, grabbing a glass filled with cheap brandy off the table and poured its content on the Zelosian's face. ”What is wrong with you?! I am not a Nar Shaddaa tramp you are used to, you ass!” The woman's fury was palpable – in her burning haze, livid gestures, dark grimace that found it's way to the surgically crafted features. ”Now get the hell into bed, you need rest!” Danica hissed, despite the anger still recognizing that he was her only chance by now to avoid Broca. Even wounded, even being a lustful hog.
"And don't EVER shove your filthy vine in my face AGAIN!!!!
Still trembling with slowly dying fury, she Dany vanished in a small, disgusting looking kitchen and took a ready to go dinner from the fridge. A suspicious bantha steak and carrots filled the tray but it was something. The girl was too scared, too unsure to go by herself anywhere now and the Zelosian needed his strength back. Would he eat a carrot? Was this like a cannibalism for him?
A fearful thought crossed her mind, that he would surely kill her now. Jessoin was still weak but wouldn't stay like that forever. Run? And then what? Smashing the oven with frustration, Danica rubbed her temples as stress induced headache began to creep under the temples.

"There's a good girl..."
Cooed Jessoin as Danica began to undo his belt buckle. It seemed she finally had given up. The pursuit was over, and it was now time to reap his reward. Preferably from between her legs. His hand would cup one of Danica's cheeks gently for a moment, his grin hungry. And here we go~ thought the Zelosian, until suddenly his world was upended. His head cracked against the floor and he growled. Then all of a sudden liquid was poured over his head and cursed as it splashed onto his wounds, the alcohol stung like thousands of angry wasps.
He spat some colorful curses and with a burst of the Force lifted to his feet. His eyes would flash amber for a second as he pulled his pants back up with the Force and secured them. Jess turned to storm over to Danica, his hand would form a claw as lightning began to dance from fingertip to fingertip.
"Quite funny. Let's see how you like a taste of something a bit more shocking!"
Jess would cackle as he raised his arm angrily to lance lightning at her, but stopped as an odd pop was felt in his skin. His once again green eyes would look down, and his arm would lower.
"Son of a..."
He growled with frustration as he saw what had happened. One of the stitches in his torso had popped from his aggressive display, and once more green blood trickled down his abs. Jessoin looked up at Danica with an annoyed expression and held a single finger up. Forks of lightning would dance from that single finger tip. A bit wild at first, but the more Jessoin focused, it eventually formed a small ball of electricity just at his fingertip.
Jessoin cursed as he brought that finger down to press the charged ball onto the bleeding wound, and ran it down the open part as the smell of cooking flesh began to fill the room. His teeth gritted for the entire time, but after impossibly long feeling seconds, the wound once more was sealed.

”Why won't you just shut up?” Danica muttered, hearing Jessoin's groans of pain coming from the room. Not that the woman felt about the vile dark sider, he had got what was coming to him. No one demanded such things from her. It was humiliating, demeaning – no alien before had violated her in such heinous way by even assuming she would touch him in any manner.
An heir of Livco, born and bred on the Human homeworld trysting with some uneducated, piss poor alien, rag tag criminal?
The woman's cheeks were still flushed in anger when she returned with the steaming dish, her glacial green eyes stopped on the male who was already standing, without help. Tight knot of fear formed in her throat at the burning and yet, chilling fury in the Zelosian's gaze. Immediately the woman let go of the plate, spilling all its content all over the floor but she didn't even register the clank of broken glass, instinctively reaching to the table, grasping first thing that could serve as weapon.
As the girl's finger closed on the glass, ready to smash it into side of Jessoin's head, the male jumped toward her, his hand raised threateningly when searing sound cut the air. Danica paled, the woman's gaze fixed on the lightning. ”Don't you dare, you perv.” She hissed, already rising the empty glass when Zarander suddenly stopped, looking down at his wound. Silently the woman watched the heinous display, until the smell of burning flesh made her gag with disgust. The foul scent immediately awoken women from the trance and this time she wouldn't be forgetting easily what the alien had wanted to do.
Quickly, hoping the pain would incapacitated Jessoing for at least few moments, Danica darted toward one of the cupboards. Her hands were slippery from fearful sweat but she manged to pull out her father's old slug thrower revolver. The woman pointed it quickly at the alien. The weapon was shaking, swaying even but certainly from this distance even someone as untrained as her could do some damage. Like Broca had taught her, Dany released the safety, chilling anger lit up her eyes. She certainly wouldn't beg for her life.
”I will pull that trigger ass*ole, just give me reason.” Danica knew she should left him for dead, but also was painfully aware that no one else could stand up to Broca. ”Your boss wants a deal, there will be a deal, but you won't touch me with a single finger.” She snapped, trying to crush fear that dwelt at the core of her being. One thing anyone would give her – the woman was feisty, sometimes stupidly so.

Jessoin looked up at Danica as she suddenly brandished the pistol, and held his hands up. He smiled sheepishly and looked down at the gun before looking back at her. Jess inhaled deeply and moved his hands up a bit more as he cast a barrier in front of himself. He said no words of putting it up, he wanted to see how she reacted if she thought she held sway over him.
"Well, looks as if you have the upper hand here, eh?"
He said with a soft laugh. Jess straightened himself out to stand at his full height, both hands still held up in surrender. The man nodded politely at Danica as she spoke, her terms laid out. With another chuckle he took a cautious step forward, his eyes once more looked to the gun and back at Danica.
"That's all I wanted to hear this whole time. That you would deal. Fantastic. Now, about that toy of yours."
Jess let his arms drop and waved his right hand. A wave of the Force would wash into the gun and Jess pulled at it so the gun would suddenly hover in front of Danica. It would rotate idly before Jess wiggled a few fingers and laughed as the gun disassembled, its parts clinked and clattered onto the floor.
"So, I won't touch you anymore, and you won't pull anymore guns at me. Sound good?"
He asked with mirth before he moved to the cooler. Jessoin opened it and whispered a word of victory as he pulled a bottle of water out. With a groan he pushed it onto the spot where he had just sealed and looked back at Danica.
"What is it exactly you're after here on Nar Shadaa anyway?"

Something in his sly smile didn't feel well. Danica wasn't a fool, she knew the Force users had tricks up their sleeve and such flimsy weapon was no threat to him. Still, the woman liked to think she had something to say in this situation. Painfully aware of her inadequacy to measure up with someone like him. But Maker forbid Dany would just kneel and accept shoving things in her face. ”Guess what I will shot off first?” She bluffed but the gun haphazardly swayed toward his lower abdomen.
The male didn't seem distressed with it in the slightest, as he stepped closer, laughing softly. It struck her how effeminate the Zelosian was, very delicate and graceful like a dark flower. Somehow the thought of such unnatural occurrence made her shudder. ”Listen you...” She started, craving to wipe this cheeky grin off his face when her gun freed itself from her hands, when strange Force acted on it. Danica yelped and stumbled forward, fearful verdant eyes widened when the gun was being disassembled seemingly on its own. Before vivid anger lit up her gaze.
”I hate you.” She exclaimed, grabbing the first thing her cold fingers could close on which was nothing else but an expensive powdered eye-shadow. Danica threw it at the hateful creature - sprinkles of gold and violet stopped in a barrier, creating otherworldly shin. Damn it!
”Good! I don't touch aliens.” The woman sneered like an angry predator. It was a lie of course, blatant one but the Zelosian didn't need to know that. She dismissed the notion of pulling a gun, after all, they both knew it wouldn't work anyway. Dany snorted indifferently, still feeling the sudden rush of fear this incident had cost her.
Vigilantly, the Coruscanti woman watched Jessoin getting a bottle of water, seeking any threats of possible attack. To no avail, he wasn't even looking at her, which caused Danica's eyes to narrow ever so lightly. Deciding to get something stronger than water, she looked at the wasted bourbon that already soaked in a cheap carpet. It was disgusting anyway. Still an alcohol and Danica walked over to pour herself another glass, at first falling into silence at the nosy question.
”I want to get into my father's private computer, locked in his local office.” The woman shrugged, wondering if the alien had any idea who Cassius Liviana was.

Jessoin smiled at her defiant statement of not touching aliens. He would chuckle at his own thoughts. In this galaxy, chances are Danica's been with more aliens than humans. Especially if she's been spending time out of the Core. The Core may be baseline human dominated, but out in the real galaxy, many beings of many persuasions lurked in the inky shadows.
He sighed as the throbbing pain began to subside from the cold water press, and his eyes would look over Danica again. Fear permeated the woman. Who would of thought a simple barrier and disasembly would have been so much more potent and revealing of the woman's futlity. He had tried killing men, and nearly killing her, but only when she saw her OWN actions had no effect on the Zelosian did she give into fear it felt. Jess drank in the emotions as he had been taught before, let the Force into his mind and body. Those green orbs of his would slide closed at the sensation. Such pure bliss, nothing ever measured up to the feeling. Not women. Not sugar. Nothing.
The gentle clinking of glass rung out into the room, and brought Jess back to reality. He turned his gaze to watch Danica as she poured more of the liquid that had just been poured on him. His nose wrinkled as he noticed he still smelt of the booze. The man briefly considered asking Danica to pour one for himself. Then he decided he much more desired his wounds not being stung by more alcohol tossed onto him. His head would shake as he told himself no.
"His office eh? Which District? I've had... dealings with several of the businesses in the area."
At the word 'dealings' Jessoin could not help but chuckle lightly and break out into a rather unpleasant grin. His Mistress and himself didn't live so highly by the good graces of their people after all. Many gave the pair a nice cut of their profits for the 'protection' Jessoin offered them. But in his current state, there was no way that he would be a threat let alone pass as a not-injured person. A simple shower may be a good place to start, as the towel washing obviously didn't turn out too well.
So much for Jessoin's spongebath fantasy.

The male didn't seem offended, on the contrary. An amused look that brightened his features, Danica's fear lessened, turning into slow rising irritation. He wouldn't kill her – the woman realized, he had too short leash for that. The young heir's gaze hardened as she measured the Zelosian with a mixture of disgust and intrigue. She closed fingers on the glass, watching the male tending to his wounds. One that he surely deserved.
As the burning liquid began to make way down her throat, the woman's anger grew. That full of himself, no good bastard! She had a lingering feeling the alien felt himself superior. In a way cheeky grin crept on his features, the posture and easiness Jessoin liked to show her who is the big, frightening force user around. No – she protested silently. It was time to show who had all the cards if only by the right of money.
Slowly, the woman poured another drink and walked over the male, breaking through all the fear that gathered gnawing at the core of her being. Danica pouted and looked over the Zelosian in what she believed was objectifying manner. The critical look stopped at the sharp features. The girl stopped only few inches from Jess, letting her warm breath to whisk over his skin. ”Care for a drink?” The woman asked in a husky whisper, changing her demeanor completely. Despite all the defiance, all the rebellion, Danica was her father's daughter. Gifted when it came to manipulating men...It was a bit disturbing Cassius had the same taste as his child, at least for her. Not many women were afraid their own father would try to get their boyfriend.
”I lied, I do touch aliens but only those who deserve it, now get yourself cleaned. You look like a messed up cacti.” She demanded in cold, harsh tone, the same her parent would use when expecting obedience. Danica's gaze remained steely, judging and critical, though not disinterested. If Jessoin wanted a fight for dominance, he would get one.
The woman fought with herself to keep the close proximity between them, at the same time feeling strange thrill waking up her senses. Such despicable male...”I will tell you, when we get there.” Danica said, tilting her head slightly, waiting for Jess to back off first. A risky gamble, giving what had happened before but it was time to prove she wasn't some pathetic, mewling, rich quim.

Jessoin's eyes moved back to Danica as the sound of another glass being filled sounded. He watched her as she approached, drinks in hand and her eyes scanning him over. Jess adjusted his weight to the other foot and tilted his head with a slightly raised eyebrow. His grin slid into something a bit more coy, a bit more playful. His eyes returned the favor as they traced over every curve and watched every movement of her body, he certainly couldn't deny the woman's attractiveness. He wasn't sure if it was from blood loss, but he could feel Danica's heat as she stood near. Something would click again in the back of his mind, and that hungry glint returned to his eyes. His fingers reached out and slid across hers as he took the glass from her dainty hand.
"Much obliged, I'm parched..."
He said in his smooth, rich voice. His eyes never left Danica's as he raised the glass and took a long draft from it. It wasn't the best vintage at all, and the fact that it was still drying on him didn't really help with the enjoyment of it. Jessoin listened as she talked, a look of feigned surprise touched his features and he laughed lightly. For that moment he stood there and met Danica's gaze. Another drink was taken, and he let his eyes wander her body once more. He liked the way the jumpsuit hugged her. He would have liked it even more if it was tossed aside somewhere of no consequence. Danica knew not what a thin line she walked. Nor knew what a treasure stood in front of her. He raised his glass again to drink, and sighed as he felt the flush of the alcohol take sway. Loss of blood added onto alcohol was one of very few ways to get the man actually drunk. Yet despite himself, he actually let it relax his body a bit, and he wasn't as aware of his wounds. Danica spoke again, her words as coy as his, but more ambiguous.
"Cheers."
Jessoin crooned before he clinked their glasses together. He knocked back the last of the drink and leaned forward, closer to Danica to set his glass down on the nearby counter. Jess let himself pause for a moment, curious at her reaction as she remained planted, and didn't move away when his bare chest brushed her arm. He chuckled lightly at that and turned from Danica to head towards the bathroom. His stride was calm and confident and as he opened the bathroom door, he looked back with a roguish smile.
"Feel free to join me D. There's room for me to get behind you..."
He said with an emphasis on behind. Oh yes. He remembered. Jess shot her a wink before he slid in, and closed the door. Not all the way though, he made sure to leave it cracked open just enough to still show the inside of the bathroom.

How come she could physically feel his gaze tracing her body? Was this some kind of a Force trick? Danica blushed slightly, crimson flush painted her pale cheeks. There was something playful and innocent in the male's grin and for a moment the woman could see a different man. It coaxed a genuine, soft smile to ghost on her lips which faded quickly when the familiar, predatory flicker returned to Jess' gaze. Her body slightly tensed when his cold fingers trailed hers warm, manicured fingertips. ”Watch for that, I heard forest fires are common on Nal Hutta. Danica smirked, trying to move away from Jessoin but her feet wouldn't cooperate. Too much to drink...
Something in his voice just kept Danica in place and the girl once again thought about the Force. Or maybe he knew how to trick a woman, how to lure her into a trap with a sleek charm and honey words. The woman's eyes narrowed as she refused to back down from the challenge – Danica took a step forward, stopping a mere inch from his face. Letting her warm breath to whisk over Jess cheeks, lightly brushing full lips against his but never actually making a contact. A ticklish sensation from the experience made her smile demurely, coquettishly.
Who played with whom now?
The girl caught his gaze badly, keeping it in place, shifting her body ever so lightly, briefly letting their bodies to touch only to dance few steps away gracefully. ”I am not sure you have it what it takes to make someone like me happy. I was raised in best mansions of Coruscant, received best education money could buy, dined with the most important people in the Republic.” She pulled few strands of her hair away in a cocky manner, biting down on her lower lip. ”I am not sure a nice body would be enough to meet my all expectations.” Danica crossed arms on her chest, rising the glass to meet Jess' one with a soft clank.
She didn't move away when Jess came closer, as if returning his challenge. Instead, Danica raised her hand, letting sharp, manicured nails to catch the male's bare chest as he was leaving, making small marks on pale, cold skin. Dany was aware she had been threading a very thin line. Poked a sleeping dragon but if he looked like many things, a murder, a bully, a smarmy bastard but not a rapist. He had plenty of chances to kill her or do something much worse.
No, Jess was a slimeball but not one that took things by force. The girl smiled at the thought though the expression quickly morphed in angry scowl when the Zelosian made an awful joke. Of course....He most likely expected her to snap at him, to cuss him out. Danica clenched her jaw and strode after the male.
That sly wink...The bastard. Feeling her cheeks burning, the woman darted after Jessoin before the doors managed to slid shut behind him. ”I doubt I would be impressed by whatever you can show here.” She snarled furiously.

"I doubt I would be impressed by whatever you can show here!"
Danica snarled as she followed him into the bathroom. So this was the game she liked to play. Jess could feel her frustration and embarrassment in the Force, and laughed openly at her words, mockingly even. As soon as the door clicked shut, and Dani had moved in more Jessoin rounded on her and with surprising strength lifted her to sit on the counter. With his hands still on her hips he stood close, their bodies nearly pressing together. His eyes looked her over greedily, and he held up a hand. With the Force he grabbed the handles for the shower, and turned it on. Steam began to build up in the room and Jessoin smiled hungrily.
"I'm sure all the good little schoolboys wanted to play with you D. But no schoolboy knows what their doing. Life on the streets teaches you things. Exciting things. Primal things. Savage things..."
Jess let his voice trail off as his hand fell to grasp the zipper to the front of her jumpsuit, and slowly began to unzip it. The sound of the zipper would be muted by the sound of the shower behind Jessoin. He watched as more and more of Danica became exposed, and blinked once. His eyes opened to now look into hers, their bright green glowing with playfulness. He smiled at her and leaned close as if to kiss her, but passed by her cheek so his lips brushed lightly against her ear.
"I don't think you could do anything to impress me."
He whispered before he pulled away to leave Danica there. Jess didn't even look back at her as he stepped away, and his hands undid his belt. Without a drop of shame he let the trousers fall and he stepped into the hot water, a content groan escaped his lips. The heat did feel quite good on his stiff muscles. Jessoin let his hands run through his hair, the water around his feet stained black and green for the first few moments as the soot, grime and blood was washed off him. Again he moaned in pleasure and closed his eyes for a moment before he gazed through the clouded glass of the shower door at the frame of Danica.
"Nice and steamy..."
Jessoin crooned with a relaxed chuckle and closed his eyes once more. It really was doing wonders for his spirits, the combination of Danica's ire and the hot shower. Both fed and bolstered his mood, and he found himself humming a wordless tune as he just stood and enjoyed the heat.
