Pain. A sharp, searing pain stabbed at the woman's mind from all over as she lay on the ground in a heap of flesh, blood, and broken bone. It consumed her mind so completely that she barely noticed the sudden breeze beyond the way it agitated the exposed cuts into her flesh. Despite all of the pain and fear that had crept into her heart, the woman found herself smiling. Why? As the blood wept from her wounds she knew that her final test had been passed, and the searing rage that she'd felt from before would not be the last emotion to be felt.
Something from afar contacted her, however. It sounded to her like a person shouting from just within earshot, but still as intimate and encouraging as a hug from her dearest friend. "Survive," the voice whispered in her ears. It sounded almost like her oldest friend and confidant, Rin. That smile spread the woman's lips further apart as she sent encouraging feelings and thoughts back to the woman, because she knew that there was no way to escape her demise.
Exhaustion had just begun to overpower the pain that she had felt when a familiar presence pierced the small bubble of her awareness. It wasn't Rin. Tali's eyes fluttered shut for a moment before they opened to reveal a blinding white light. The luminous beacon of the light side caused the dying woman to squint and avert her face away from the man shaped center, but it still wasn't enough. Moments passed before the light began dim enough for her to recognize the face of the man that had produced it: Levin. Caelum Fear's icy grip clutched her heart when she realized that he had likely seen the tantrum of rage that had ushered her to death's door so quickly.
Master Caelum surely wouldn't help a Jedi so lost as her. Tali drank, gambled, and did all manner of things most Jedi would think of as abhorrent. She did not defy the code, and if anything none of her past-times particularly broke its tenets. Jedi were merely expected to be beacons of purity in every facet of their lives, and Tali simply didn't make the cut. This fact didn't stop the fiery haired woman from attempting, however.
"Please," Tali's voice was weary and slow as if she was beginning to drift asleep "Master Caelum, I dunno know why I felt like that. I just..."
Her eyes drifted shut before she could complete her thought.

His eyes would move to the pile of shattered Tali as she spoke, her voice a jagged whisper. Her wounds looked worse than he felt in the Force, it was likely her state was more of a combination of blood loss, shock and exhaustion. Not to say her wounds weren't grievous, but Levin had tended to worse in his time. His head would tilt slightly as Tali fell into unconsciousness, her presence in the Force instantly dimmed as if someone hit the light switch within her presence. Barely a sliver of a frown would touch his lips, and his eyes a mixed expression of sadness and concern.
"...let your emotions take sway, Tahlia."
Levin stated as he finished her sentence. He glanced back at the other woman. Her wounds were bad as well, but she didn't seem like she would pass out anytime soon. Nor stand. Don't move... Levin sent to the stranger in the Force. Though she was Force sensitive, there would be no way for her not to hear his message. One didn't become a Healer without studying the mysterious of telepathy. His tone was gentle though, and with it he sent a wave of comfort to the dark-haired woman, something reminiscent of a hug from a mother, or the feeling of comfort food in your belly. He would pass by the other woman before he knelt low to Tali. With almost ginger motions the man would gather the woman into his arms and close his eyes.
The Force pooled into Levin in great torrents, the man focused to draw in as much as possible. His breath would be steady and deep, each one making his broad shoulders rise and fall gently, his face a mask of concentration. In his mind's eye he saw the broken falcon of Tali in his arms, light and fragile feeling. Each would of hers would be mapped out, every break, every tear, ever contusion. Her body lit up in his mind as more and more of it came into picture. Only once he was satisfied he had located everything, Levin's eyebrows would furrow more as he let the Force's restorative energies flow through him and into his comrade.
Minutes passed, and Lev's eyes would slide open to reveal a still dirty and disheveled looking Tali- but one completely clear of any injuries she had before. Levin nodded once in approval as he looked her over, she would recover just fine. But he needed her awake. Now cradled into one arm Levin placed his free hand on Tali's forehead before a burst of regenerative energies would be pushed into her mind and presence. The awakening would most likely not be pleasant, but in his experience with patients, they were always quickly taken aback by how great they feel once they came to.

Tali saw the minutes between her loss of consciousness and the awakening passed by in the blink of an eye. A deep gasp caused the Jedi's form to expand as her crimson eyes sprung open. Pain wasn't quite what the woman felt, but it certainly wasn't pleasant. The surprise caused her to sit up off of Lev's arm, and rise to her feet with a shard of plastic suddenly in her hand. The woman swung wildly at nothing in particular before she finally calmed down and allowed the shiv to clatter to the ground.
"They should bring you to some frat parties," her words were punctuated by heavy breaths. "Thank you, Master Caelum."
That was when the woman caught a glimpse of her lightsaber. It had luckily fallen on the rooftop and found its way to the middle of the roof. It was in her hand, but kept unlit, for the time being. She motioned towards the unconscious woman before she looked over to the Jedi High Councilman. "I'm supposed to bring that girl in, Master. Shouldn't we bind her before you heal her?"

Levin said nothing and scarcely reacted to Tali's words outside of a nod as he stood. He needed no thanks, he merely was doing his duty. With his connection to Tali still held, his mind went through her emotions, and her physical form. She was healed, and would be fully recovered after a couple days of rest. His eyes moved to the the thugs around them, but none made a move as he began to step towards their employer. Lev sent a wave in the Force to Tali for her to keep watch, and stopped in front of the dark haired woman. He could almost swear that each gust of the wind would ash away part of her, she was so weak and the taint so prevalent. It would be easier for Levin to just end the threat as she lay unconscious. But the easier path was not the path of the Jedi.
"She is no threat."
He stated bluntly. And it was true. With Levin there, nigh anything could bring harm to either Jedi. The man knelt next to the woman, and placed a hand on her forehead. She felt cold to the touch, her wounds severe. Not the worst he'd ever seen though. Lev was more concerned with the darkness that coiled around her more so than the physical wounds though. The Force had brought him here to lift her from the pit, he knew this. He could heal her body and soul, leave her to change her lot in life. Choose the Light over the Dark. Levin could wipe her slate clean, but he had no control over her decisions. He trusted in the Force above all else, whether it be towards redemption or death, the woman would meet her fate. Levin closed his eyes and pooled the Force into himself before he channeled it down his arm and into her.
As his mind connected with hers, everything flooded into him. Images of a man with black and blue hair, of a horrid past filled with agony. He pitied her. This Danica had been dealt a rough hand, and despite his desire for her to turn everything around... he was not certain it was in the stars for her to. Levin pulsed positive Force energies into her presence, and felt satisfaction as it scrubbed away the taint in lapping waves. It wasn't near the caliber of any Nexus' he had removed, and in mere minutes the taint of the one known as 'Nieraan' would be rubbed away. But he did not heal her wounds fully. Levin took her pain unto himself to dull it, a Force powered anescetic. She would not feel nearly the pain she would, but would still be too broken and achy to move. Levin opened his eyes as he pulsed awareness into the woman to wake her.
"I shone Light unto the Dark, child. I have the power to heal your wounds, should you wish. Will you continue on your current path if I do?"

Light. Explosion of light. Danica opened her eyes, struggling to focus her vision. The pain was gone, replaced by strange, warm feeling that spread through the girl's blood vessels. The pressure in her veins dropped significantly, placing the young woman in a verge of life and death. ”Wh...wh..” Dany struggled with words, dry blood blocked her airwaves and the girl let out a nasty cough. Torn dress exposed bruised body, broken ribs twisted under pale skin.
The air carried smell of burned metal which sobered her up a bit. Harsh, toxic fumes from spilled fuel scratched Danica's throat. Someone was hovering above her, she could make out rough features through the smoke. ”Nieraan?” The woman asked through the haze but immediately came to her senses when the man spoke. It wasn't him. Danica closed her eyes again, tried to take a shaky breath,
Jedi everywhere, damn Jedi. ”Why won't you end it?” She asked, strange feeling sweeping over her. It caused a sudden clarity and for a moment Danica felt like a different person, like someone she could have been if her life wasn't marked by horrible choices. The young woman inhaled sharply and a violent sob ripped off her lips. Tears began to mark grubby cheeks with steady stream.
”What have you done?” The woman began to tremble. Her body felt alien now, her entire mind felt this way. It wasn't right, this feeling of shattered soul being put in one, coherent piece. Something Danica knew couldn't last and her hands balled into fists. ”That's not me.” The wounded girl muttered, seemingly ignoring the man's questions before searching his gaze with dulled, unfocused gaze.
”I don't know what you are talking about.” The woman said with resignation. The Jedi gibberish didn't make any sense, not even for a moment even if she was aware of what the taint could be.

"Of course she's not a threat. Her being dangerous or not doesn't change the fact that I need to bring her in, though. At the very least she's wanted for stealing her father's money and defecting to the Sith. At most she's an accessory to murder," the woman said with a mild amount of surprise written on her face. Her brows knit together in a somewhat irritated fashion as she watched Levin work on the poisonous woman. Danica was the essentially one of those tiny dogs that a rich girl carried around in her purse or on her arm. She let out an annoying bark often and for no reason but didn't have the courage or the ability to back up a single iota of it.
Those crimson eyes flicked up to the group of mercenaries. Some of the men were in awe of Levin's power, but most were wary. Many of them had gone their entire lives without seeing a Forceful and would likely never see one again. One of the men had a curious cylindrical object attached to his hip, and that annoyed furrow in her brow only deepend as a pocket of her will wrapped around her weapon.
"I'll take that, thanks," a simple flick of her wrist caused the lightsaber to detach from his belt and meet her hand, though she quickly put it away. Igniting it would turn bloody. Fast. Those crimson eyes turned back to the Jedi Master and his patient once she was sure that the mercenaries would pose no danger to the two.
A single elegant brow arched at the woman's question, and afterwards the confused retorts that managed to stumble out of Danica's mouth. Nieraan, huh? This would be a good starting point for her investigation into the killing, but something told her that the name wouldn't get her too far. A single first name narrowed it down to billions instead of hundreds of trillions. Probably hundreds that Danica has interacted with... at least.
"Because we show mercy the Sith don't, and I'm not going to sit here and explain what he said to you." It wasn't arrogance, anger, or spite that fueled her words. Simply irritation. Erle's blasters were gone, her speeder looked like someone took a can opener to it, and now she was waiting for the mercenaries to try to kill them all yet again. This wasn't Tali's day, that was for sure.
