Hey Cass. A full will review will take some time, since a couple of people are ahead of you and there's quite a bit to look over here, but here's a few quick things to get you started:
She can call herself whatever she wants. Just want to be sure you know the Lady Vega name here isn't a Sith name and the Sith certainly won't treat it as such x3 Otherwise, do you dawg.
Also, being half-mandalorian is, as
Dutch put it, is about like being half-Muslim. It's a culture - a set of beliefs, rather than a race. It's something you are or you aren't, and our Mandalorians certainly don't like Force users.
Long story short, she's human x3
You can only belong to one major faction at a time. If she's with the Sith, she's with the Sith. Mandalorians aren't my strongest point (that'd be
Dutch ) but I don't think Mandalore would be particularly interested in her anyway, being a former Jedi and Force user and all that.
Also, given that she wasn't a Sith last she was active, her rank should be Initiate.
For stats-
I'd put Charisma at Above Average.
Too high. I'll give you one expert, but everything else needs to be Adept or lower. Destruction is also something I'd set to apprentice.
That's a lot of hand-to-hand expertise for someone who wasn't all that great at it to start with. I know you've aged her some, but that's a pretty massive jump. Not to mention she still has to devote some time to lightsaber/Force training (and also that she's fairly young, to boot). I'd drop one of those entirely and push the other one down a notch.
Battle Meditation is too high to start with - doubly so for a character that didn't know it to begin with xP
Lightning is a basic destruction power so you don't need to list it
That's a whole lotta 'great at everything' here xP You need to trim this list. It's also hard to buy a character that was previously approved as knowing two languages to six, counting Basic. For this early phase, I'll leave what to trim out to you, but
please do. And it's ok to be less-than-average at something
Shii-cho master is fine. Ataru should be at Expert, which is a step up from where she was that reasonably fits within the amount of time you aged her. Shien Djem So should be apprentice, and backhanded should be novice at
most.
